Terrible delivery time food arrived 1 hour after said time

Order didn’t arrive, despite me calling after an hour and a half of waiting and being told it will be ‘10 minutes’. Ended up having a packet of crisps for dinner at 10pm. Won’t be using this kebab shop again

Delivery was fast and meal was very tasty and hot thank you guys

Delivery time was late then adapted and then only delivered 1 min left of that so o wall 35 mins late…. Was stated out for delivery that whole late time so no surprise came cold and not nice at all chips were terrible second time happened now won’t be ordering from here again

Food arrived quite early, I kept looking at phone and it said delivery is on its way. I began thinking I'm getting two meals but other than that really good service.

Kebab Meat was full of bone.. 😢

There was bone in the donor meat it wasn’t just one piece I tried about five different pieces all had pieces of bone in so had to throw it away. This used to be one of the best kebabs in strood not anymore.

I ordered & paid for meat & chips @ 2234hrs, Called back an hour to be told delivery driver was on way & be few minutes. 2 hrs hours later after constant calls & answer machine messages a delivery driver called to say he was knocking on my front door (I was at work by this time) TODAY.. I get an unapologetic apology & when food did arrive it wasn't the meat & chips ordered but a cold bit of meat in pitta. I want my mo ey refunded in full plse

I ordered the family meal deal. The meat was lovely the pitta breads were warm and fresh. Unfortunately the chips were over cooked and dry and my bottle of drink was not delivered.

Three hours late, had to phone several times to ask where order was and then to be told it was “lost”, not great, when received order it was all wrong, no sauce, no cheese I paid extra for etc etc

wrap was full of onions and fell apart, chicken over cooked and hard. chicken meat and chips - meat was hard again and obviously the last bits of the skewer very oily not nice at all shame used to go to kent kebab all the time won't be going back

quite small for the price. 6 bits of chicken for £10. was dry but I didn't have wet salad to moisture it up.

We rang as 30 mins had gone past their latest delivery time, they said that it was out for delivery. 10 mins later it turned up. The chips were stone cold and the kebabs were luke warm. Very disappointing. £34 wasted.

The food is usually really good and delivered well on time. Today the food was cold, chips soggy and inedible. Time was almost 40 mins over. The driver said she’d been somewhere else by mistake. Real shame as this was the 1st time we’d had sub standard food and late delivery

Love the Doner kebab I just hate the way they serve it, kebab is squashed one end of box and salad the other end, very clever because you get a far smaller portion that way, even when I ask for salad to be put on top of meat they totally ignore my request, shame because I love there food and don’t order because of this simple request, sharon St Paul’s close strood

the wrap barely had any meat in it, previous times I've ordered the wrap was thicker. my burger lacked cheese even though I paid for a CHEESE burger. I've always ordered from here but now I'm debating going else where.

wraps was very small. not enough salads and meat. chicken was burned....not enough souce on the wraps. ordered chips and there was 0 salt or vinegar.... wont be buying from here againz Very disappointed

This is our go-to for kebab. Living in Higham we always worry that takeaway food from Rochester will be lukewarm but it’s always so hot and the quality of food is superb. Portion size is great. Fully recommend.

I've been ordering here for awhile now and up till now it's been great bit this last time everything turned up stone cold, no happy. such a shame when things go down hill.

Didn’t receive my order because the driver decided to give it to the wrong building. I hope this restaurant fails in the future. I hope that driver never makes it in life.

On just eat app it showed its delivered 19:35 and delivery arrived 20:00 , try to call restaurant, excuse was we are really busy , but they are lying about delivery times , by pressing delivered

Portion size very small for what I paid, overall food was ok, but best to pop into the shop it seems as delivered food was cold on arrival and just bland - may have been a off day?

Ordered here before won’t again. Don’t be fooled by the reviews this place is knocking out donner meat that I wouldn’t even give to a starving animal let alone a human. Don’t follow notes that you put either. When the best thing about your meal is the sauce that says something. Shocking
