Kent Kebab in Medway

Twice now my order hasn’t been complete ,missing items , although the items were sent it meant that food was cold and had to be reheated

We order a lot of food from this restaurant, it is always well cooked and presented

The food was ok but the lettuce was old brown I guess it was left over from the night before

Blatant liars saying foods been delivered when it clearly hasn’t

Ordered large meat and chips got small meat is absolutely disgusting chips are really dry and ordered cheesy chips hardly any cheese chips so dry and disgusting meat is rock hard and burnt avoid at all costs the one we use all time was down on drivers that’s why we went to them never again

Worst doner kebab I’ve ever tasted. Terrible quality meat, tasted plastic. Will not order again

Order Arrived Seriously Late and Cold also Missing Items, No Good

My food order hasn’t turned up and it’s 30 minutes late?im not happy this was 50 pounds and hasn’t been delivered ?

My food came nice and early, was still super hot. Food was amazing!l One of the best kebabs I have had. Order at home midnight and the food was still really fresh and cooked perfectly 10/10

ordered a halep ,got a box of meat with chilli sauce on it absolute joke never ordering again

the wrap barely had any meat in it, previous times I've ordered the wrap was thicker. my burger lacked cheese even though I paid for a CHEESE burger. I've always ordered from here but now I'm debating going else where.

said my food was delivered but I haven't received it

wraps was very small. not enough salads and meat. chicken was burned....not enough souce on the wraps. ordered chips and there was 0 salt or vinegar.... wont be buying from here againz Very disappointed

This is our go-to for kebab. Living in Higham we always worry that takeaway food from Rochester will be lukewarm but it’s always so hot and the quality of food is superb. Portion size is great. Fully recommend.

the quality was not as good as it is normally is. there was hardly any chicken donner meat it was mostly salad and were sent there wrong

my order is 20 minutes late I called the restaurant and said it was late he told me wil be with me 5,6 minutes and food was cold

I've been ordering here for awhile now and up till now it's been great bit this last time everything turned up stone cold, no happy. such a shame when things go down hill.

Didn’t receive my order because the driver decided to give it to the wrong building. I hope this restaurant fails in the future. I hope that driver never makes it in life.

I normally buy from here as they are normally good but tonight’s dinner was freezing cold and I don’t mean a little bit cold it was freezing cold and hardly had any salad. Was very disappointed

Portion size very small for what I paid, overall food was ok, but best to pop into the shop it seems as delivered food was cold on arrival and just bland - may have been a off day?

On just eat app it showed its delivered 19:35 and delivery arrived 20:00 , try to call restaurant, excuse was we are really busy , but they are lying about delivery times , by pressing delivered

Ordered here before won’t again. Don’t be fooled by the reviews this place is knocking out donner meat that I wouldn’t even give to a starving animal let alone a human. Don’t follow notes that you put either. When the best thing about your meal is the sauce that says something. Shocking

ordered chicken meat but got doner and also no can of coke but rang up and they delivered the chicken meat and coke within 10 mins

On arrival food was ready and piping hot. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Order late, had to call the restaurant and ask for an update was told “be there in a minute” waited another 15 minutes no show, still sat waiting for food after nearly an hour and half after ordering it.

Eclaire was weird really dry. Asked for sauce seoerate and wasn't as share with friend who doesn't like sauce other than that was good

Delivery was 25 mins late co inside with a 20 minute delivery window and you get stone cold food :(

Took two hours for our food to be delivered. Admittedly it was a Saturday night so it would be busy but our food was cold by the time we got it. We were quite hungry so a little disappointed but the delivery driver was very apologetic

My order was late was updated on the app to say delivered so contacted the restaurant they said it had only just left them and they where extremely busy I then waited a further half an hour and my order has yet to arrive what is not good as the restaurant is only a 10 minute drive from my address. I have tried to contact the restaurant twice since and they are not picking up the phone In total I have waited near two hours for my order to arrive and it’s hasn’t turned up.

Ordered direct through the website rather than just eat so the kebab shop don’t have to pay fees - only received half the order, called them up, was told it was 40 mins and they would only bring the missing part of the order, by then what we did receive would have been no good - they offered a full refund, this wasn’t received, when calling back both members of staff were lieing about they’re responsibility within the business - the one claiming to be the manager hung the phone up and wouldn’t take the return call, the second guy lied through he’s teeth

Family really enjoyed there meal tonight and delivered hot and with a smile from the delivery man :-)

The food tasted fine, but it just wasn't a good value for the price. £9.50 for one of the smallest, slapdash kebabs I've had recently. Side of hummus and pita came as 2 small takeaway cups, and a single pita for over £5. Just not worth it.

Late and stone cold. Lied and said it was out for delivery on the app when it wasn’t

had a problem at first with my food but called up the restaurant and been offered a replacement. It came within 30mins and I cannot fault the restaurant for this. All lovely

Rang up twice to be told “order has left and on way” yet I had a notification 45 minutes ago saying it was on its way, order still not here and staff don’t care on phone

Chased delivery 3 times. Way past latest expected time, stone cold chips and lukewarm kebabs.

Great food, good portions, only thing I’d say is the chips and nuggets would be better suited to a bag designed to keep heat in. Other than that very happy, will order again.
