I ordered the special truffle burger with the regular fries and an additional dip of sweet chilli. The service was zealous and caring. The host was very sympathetic. I couldn’t understand why it was empty at a late lunch hour. The burger was really good, top quality with good presentation. The fries were seasoned perfectly for the dip to shine. It was a delicious and cheap (to London standard) bite.

Perfect food, kind staff super diner!

Me and my friend ate at this restaurant today, and 40 minutes later, we are both feeling unwell. We both had the same burger and fries and no drinks other than tap water. Avoid at all costs to save your life!!! In addition to this, the service was atrocious, we were pointed at our table by one of the staff, and we then waited 15 minutes to order and 35 minutes for our cold food to arrive. The place was not even full. There were 3 other tables occupied and there were 4 staff members working.

We meet a gentleman Raj who is very helpful and kind.The food are amazing.

Had a wonderful time, everything was spot on and Aldo was gorgeous, I loved him and his service.

The burgers were delicious, we tried the truffle and menage a trois, love them both. Servings are just appropriate, not too large, not small at all.

My brother and i chose to eat here on a rainy night out hoping the best for good atmosphere, service and dishes. After tonight I’m confident to say this restaurant passed every single one of these tests, especially service. Our waiter tonight was Shahid. He was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life. He displayed the upmost amount of compassion asking us if we needed anything, giving us good recommendations and telling us a very accurate as well as useful opinion on how spicy the sauce was. Somebody give this guy a raise! Shahid if you see this, you’re amazing and keep up the great work!

Great food, Excellent service and not at all expensive as you might think, The menu is adaptable to suit any intolerances that you have. Will definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic experience at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger in Kensington! The vegan smash burger was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The patty had a great texture, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was casual yet vibrant. A great spot for a quick, tasty meal.

Nice and modern inside, good food, cooked to order, hells kitchen burger was hot,hot,hot. Spotless toilets. Table service, friendly staff, would visit again

I’m not a fan of burgers at all but the idiot burger was the best I’ve ever had in my life… very tender and juicy, the chips were gorgeous and the sticky toffee pudding milkshake satisfied my sweet tooth! Our service was prompt and fantastic from beginning to end, a very friendly team. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, highly recommend!

This was a 5 star all round meal. We went in with our 1 year old when he was getting quite tired but mummy and Daddy were hungry and the staff were AMAZING with him, they brought him things to play with (crayons and colouring) and didn't seem bothered when when apologised for the mess he made eating. The food was exceptional and I am SO full. I would definitely go again.

Order wrong. Couldn't eat item. My notes were ignored. Item came with ingredients i'm allergic to, so I could not eat it. Restaurant refused to replace it. JustEat provide no way to contact them by phone, and ignored my online msg. Ripped me off £18±

Costumer service of all waiters does a huge difference. They are brilliant and I felt so welcome at that place! They truly deserve a pay rise for such a great service.

Ordered via Uber eats. Half rack ribs tasted very nice,nicely coated without dripping at all.Could have been cooked bit longer.Arrived warm enough, to eat,at least. Fries were ok,but didn’t look very appealing,skin or not.Tasted nice,you don’t need to really add salt as nicely done. As for Chicken burger,hardly any Avocado,and bit sloppily put together ,and not even lukewarm,considering didn’t come far.Would have been nice if both were warm, at very least.Chicken was cooked well,and bun and,fillings,looked sloppy and unattractive.Lemon came through a touch,which I liked.Tiny bit more lemon, and seasoning, is needed in my opinion. Overall ok, but improvement can be made for the money. UPDATE: I ordered again from Ramseys so 2 days in a row,as my cooking facilities were broken,and yes bit lazy.The burgers were fine,and fries.The second day, tdsy, not pleased at all.Managed to sort with Just Eats (and they apparently are adding credit onto my Just Eats acct.) Kids size burger fine,sweet potato fries fine,kids fries fine,buttttt the Pepperoni pizza had chilli flakes chucked all over it!!! Luckily no kids here, to burn their mouths out, though I have ordered kids size burgers from this place this week,So today disappointed.

I went to Street Burger (Kensington high street) this afternoon with my Mum for an afternoon meal and drinks. The burgers were a 10/10 and great value for money. The staff were also lovely. Loved the restaurant decor too - sophisticated whilst also replicating that of a ‘grab and go’ venue. Special shout-out to manager Raj for really going above and beyond for us. If I’m ever in Kensington again, then I know where I’ll be going! :)

The worst burger experience! The food came cold and without any taste! We had to ask for ketchup which came in a small pot, however, we were two people! We'd ordered the burger with the salsa mentioned it's gonna be very hot, but it was tasteless! The floor was so slippery ( it felt greasy!) that I was close to falling down several times while going to use the toilet! On top of all, they charged 15% for service that they didn't provide properly! I'm never going back there, and telling my friends not to!

Our first visit today was fantastic, and I'm thrilled we picked this restaurant for our evening meal. The burgers were delicious, and the fries, wings, and onion rings were the best we've ever had. The chocolate cup for dessert was a delightful and innovative treat. Gordon Ramsay's rosé wine was exceptional—I’ll definitely be buying another bottle. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my birthday celebration even more special. We can't wait to visit more of these restaurants soon. Had a beef burger that was mediocre. Had hard bits of grizzle in the burger. The “street slaw” was tasteless, dry and unappetizing to look at. They use red cabbage and it just doesn’t work for coleslaw. My friend had a chicken burger and it was nothing special. The meat still had the skin on which was a turn off. He also had the coleslaw and felt the same. Employees were very friendly and helpful. As far as food quality I expected more from a Gordon ramsey restaurant.

I ordered through deliveroo. This is rather dissapointing as it has Gordon's name on it. Everything is just average. The mac and cheese I thought would be the best I would try but it gave me pizza hut mac and cheese vibes. The short rib burger was decent, I ended up using the short rib to elevate the mac and cheese as there was way too much in the burger which was now soggy. There is an idea for you Gordon ;)

Anticipated a 5 star meal. in town for ACDC🤘🏻Sincere staff, smart interior. Ordered the next level and a chicken avocado, Quick service, next level was unseasoned and average at best but not offensive, the chicken burger was precooked a while ago and tasted old, the avocado was over ripe and tasted close to rancid, my lovely wife took one bite and that was enough. We could have eaten anywhere in London today and chose this for the presumption of what the brand means. We were wrong. Won't darken that doorway again.

Don't fall for the "curly" fries; they're just rounded wedge fries. Pretty sure this is a trap to upcharge tourists, especially Americans... or is a world-traveled chef like Gordon Ramsey really going to claim he doesn't know what true curly fries are? The server also got my hopes up by asking me to confirm that I can "handle heat" because I was ordering a "spicy" burger. Don't fall for that either; it was completely bland AND lacked any heat at all. Service was inattentive and not worth the fee they tack on... for what exactly? I thought everywhere except the U.S. already paid their servers a living wage. Nice casual atmosphere... too bad the food is awful. Would not go back.

If i could give 0 stars i would! The worst ever service! After an hour wait for the food they cancelled the order because another driver took it by mistake and could not find it, even though we asked them to just make it again they refused!! So absolute waste of money and time! This has never happened to me before and would never expect it from Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. Anyways , absolutely not recommended!

We ate here while on vacation. It was nearby and the fact it was a Gordon Ramsey place appealed to us. It lived up to the name. Waitress was friendly and willing to answer questions. Put up with American humor after the meal. You must get the onion rings. Best we've ever had. Each of our burgers were delicious. If we'd known it was this good we would have eaten there more than once.

Not worth the price. £18 for a burger and fries. Macdonalds is better and cheaper. Burger was mushy and greasy. Overall bill too high plus service charge was 15% though service was good but other restaurant charge 12.5%.

Burger was alright , but music is to aloud

We walked a long way to go to Street Pizza. When we got there, it turns out it's only burgers and pizza is takeaway at this location. The burgers were overcooked, the wings came frozen with the seasoning on (so they can't serve plain ones), we got no service during our meal but were charged a 15% service fee on an already overpriced meal. Very disappointed that we went out our way to come here.

It was really a nice Service (thank you Krishna) and even the glutenfrei burgerbun tasted great.

Rather expensive and very classic. Overcooked meat. Impossible to pay in cash even though there is no message specifying this. In short, there is much better for less. Especially for the name of the restaurant.

Avoid unless overpriced, overcooked burgers and watered down cocktails are your thing. Server was extremely strange with us and added to the unpleasant lunch we had. Manager seems to be trying their best but couldn’t out-weigh the bad food and service.

Atrocious. For the first time in my life I couldn’t finish a meal. The food was over cooked, tasteless, dry and over priced. I’ve eaten spiders in Cambodia and enjoyed that more than eating here. The male server was condescending with me as well. When I ordered the lamb burger he told me it may be too hot for me and maybe I should have the sauce on the side. When I didn’t finish my meal he asked me if it was too hot for me. Im pretty sure there wasn’t even hot sauce on the burger to begin with. The only saving grace was the kind manager who was very understanding when we asked to remove the service charge, it seems like she sees complaints a lot. We went to Five Guys after which was where we should’ve gone originally.

We got the Idiot burger and it was delicious also the sweet potato fries and the dips were very nice… good place to go to for a casual catch up or as a lunch stop if feeling particularly hungry !

I would give service 8/5☆ if I could. Great manager. The food was at best average. I am thankful the price at £16/burger is a good price for food from high street ken. The first burger, curry, I bit into was a salt bomb. Just pure salt. Had to send it back. I am thankful the manager came to explain they checked and it's not because of the chef over salting but because the ingredients they used came pre packed with that much salt. The manager then suggested other burgers on the menu and explained that the one I had picked had 3 types of onion on it and asked if I was ok with it. The consideration of the manager is appreciated. The fries (if you get them) were wonderfully cooked. Great thickness. Overall, what a let down tbh. Oh and they ran out of ribs af 1830.

was very disappointed with the service and food at this restaurant. as someone that also works in a restaurant i was very displeased with what i experienced. we were sitting next to a window and were seeing mice going in and out of the pipes constantly. in addition, after we placed our food order which was only 2 burgers, we waited over 40 minutes for the food to come out which was insane. there were a couple more tables but most already had their food. nobody checked up on us while we were waiting for our food. the burgers were okay. thought it would’ve been better with gordon ramsays name on it. i’ve been to the location in california and that was definitely worth 5 stars. this restaurant looked and seemed disorganized. in addition, we wanted to get milkshakes at 9 pm when the restaurant closes at 10. the server said the bar was closed and didn’t want to make milkshakes. insane. in addition to that, the only option they have for ice cream was vanilla. my experience here was horrible especially when i talked to the manager. was looking around and saw many others were also having problems since the manager was speaking to them. i wouldn’t come back here.. ever.
