food very good , very nice burger and hake, worth the money , Service also very good , to the lads did their jobs very well, good service, communication , manners, respect, politeness ... however very poor effort with the xmas decorations and music ... crap random music, no on theme very the season , and a sad sole xmas tree , no other decorations ... Very poor from Ramsey , smacks of woken corp policy .... to that I say , everything religion is taught to respect and tolerance of others especially so when it is not your culture your are living in ... Watering down British and Christian culture and beliefs at this time of year because you think you are offending a minority is a disgrace and a betrayal of the many millions who died to their wars which have enabled people to live and enjoy a fabulous life today ..

Really poor service, food was alright but nothing special

Menu and prices have massively changed since previous visit. Chips are now not gluten free so I was not able to order them. The menu doesn’t have an option for a burger without chips. They only discounted £2 from my order without chips although the chips £4 on the sides menu. They couldn’t swap the chips for a different side. Not accommodating for gluten free so I ended up with a burger without a side and just had a second patty. Definitely gone downhill. Competitor burger restaurant’s are better and more value for money.

I had an amazing dinner at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger last night! The Ménage à Trois was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Chef Lucas was incredibly friendly and even came out to check if we were enjoying the food – such a nice touch! The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Can’t wait to come back with friends soon!

I had the pleasure to visit this spot today and I was so happy I went in. The BBQ RIBS were amazing and tender. Best Ribs I ever had. The portion of fries that comes with it were the best I ever had as well. Well portioned and seasoned, crispy and golden beautiful fries. Thanks to chef Lucas and his team for such a delicious meal!

I went to this restaurant today with my family as we were passing by, I just realized after we ate where we actually were. This place truly lives up to Gordon's name. We were well served by the waiters, and we took on chef Lucas recommendations on what to eat next time. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Popped into Street Burger with a few friends for dinner, and we had such a great time. The Idiot Burger was an absolute highlight – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Waiter very attentive, friendly. Food amazing. Identified myself as American and asked for crispy fries… the best fries I’ve ever tasted. I ordered the Christmas Special. I devoured it! It was that good!! Please note, pig in a blanket is missing from burger… I vaporized it immediately! 😆

You can definitely find better burgers. This is just advertising, and the burgers are not great for two people you pay around £60, which is a lot for what you get.

Genuinely disappointed in the burgers here. The beef patty in the Menage Trois was a bit overcooked, and the Kimchi (GFC) burger was very bland. For a cheaper meal I wouldn't be too fussed, but for £18 for a burger & chips, you really have to be serving something better. The staff were friendly, but it was always drilled in to me when I worked in hospitality that you do a check back on customers to ensure the food is OK. So again, I'd have expected better. The fact it's also £4.50 for a tin of juice is also just extortionate.

Popped in to get something to eat with family, we were seated quickly and it wasn't busy, we placed our order through the app. At first I noticed how pricey it was but I know we are in the middle of London so thought I'm sure the food would be good. We waited at least 45 minutes from placing our order (reminder that it was not busy) we noticed other people getting their food and they came after us. We only ordered 2 mains 3 sides (to come as a main) and 3 drinks I had to ask several times about our food with no explanation just that it would be coming soon. While waiting I asked for some tap water they brought ober a jug, as I poured the water out there was loads of bits floating in it. Finally food and drinks came but one item was missing and never turned up(managed to get it taken off the bill) and for the price i wasn't impressed. Very basic food not much flavour overall disappointing. Our whole order came out to about £80 staff seemed friendly enough but for somewhere that wasn't busy at all it seemed a bit all over the place.

My nine year old said…’Gordon… the Ribs are too good… I don’t want to share’ the Oreo milkshake was delicious . Fair crowd for a Monday. My son really enjoyed it and has been looking forward to coming here for a while. Last night he reminded me to book so we would miss out.

The fried chicken is definitely not fresh at all. It tasted rotten and I had diarrhea straight after I went back home. Horrible food.

Food was absolutely delicious, staff were super courteous and helpful ( “waitress” significantly helped me order), but food took a really long time and restaurant was only about 20-25% occupied. I was not only table asking about when food would be ready. Of note, I asked about my food and within 30 seconds the server brought it over. So I wondered if it had been sitting ready for a bit.

I went there today with my family and we had such a great time. Food was lovely and the service was good. Atmosphere is nice and there's even a pac-man arcade that the kids loved it and so did I hahaha.

We waited over an hour for our food and it was average. The bathrooms are not clean as well. The whole place doesn't look that clean in general. The waiters were nice, but the over an hour wait for the food was not worth it. The best thing is that they are small dog friendly.

The chicken was a bit plain but overall a great sandwich and the sweet potatoe fries were amazing.

If you are planning a visit to the Design Museum and Holland Park, you can plan to have lunch at Gordon Ramsay. Lunch for a couple: a classic hamburger (we asked to remove the cheese and onion and there was no problem with changing the dish), twice a soft drink and a wing dish and we left with £55.

The food was amazing, would definitely order again or eat in. The idiot burger and menage a trois burger were delicious. Also the potato and sweet potato fries were amazing. Loved it very much!

Huge shiut out to Qassim. 1st time eating at Street burger, Had a cheeky cocktail, Burger, Sweet potato fries, onion rings and chicken wings. The staff were very attentive without being over the top, really friendly and helpful. The food was soo good. I'd definitely recommend it and I will be back.

Extremely slow service for a Saturday lunch. The paneer burger is a big miss - no flavour & just a big chunk of paneer shoved between the burger buns - what a disappointment!

I went to Street Burger last week with a friend, the burgers were great and the price of the food is also great for the quality of the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lucas, he helped us to choose what to order, and it didn’t disappoint. I am most definitely going back soon!

I recently visited this place on High Street Kensington, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! I tried their signature Idiot Burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly juicy and packed with flavor, with a generous portion of crispy chips on the side. Chef Ansar truly made our day with his attention to detail and great tasting meal. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a satisfying meal in Kensington. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and craving a quality burger!

Nice atmosohere, some of the stafd are nice. Food is dissapointing. Subpar chips, burger overcooked, eggs burnt at the edges and fat dipping onion rings. Even the milkshakes aren’t tasty. Pity.

I went to Gordon Ramsay Street Burger today and had an excellent experience! I was very well attended to, and even though I didn't speak much English, chef Lucas attended to me and spoke to me in my language. I thought the service was incredible! He was extremely attentive, helped me choose what to eat and made sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this place, both for the food and the exceptional service.

The location is very good. The ambience in the restaurant is good, but it's like really fast food. Burgers and fries taste extremely delicious. Quality of the ingredients is also good.

Hells kitchen burger was quite tasty but very small for 18£. When entered restaurant felt pretty much ignored for 20 min. Ordered burger with cola, only got burger - waiter remembered cola after I was done burger... Lol

Even though the quality of the food was good, we left the restaurant feeling hungry. The quantities are really insufficient for a Burger at £21, the same goes for the ribs, they are good but the quantity is not there. The service was cold, the waitress must not have had a good day. It is not possible to pay by cash, card only, except that it is not indicated on the website or on the menu or at the entrance to the restaurant. Once again taken down by the waitress who will act as if it is obvious to pay by card. Except that for foreigners the card is not always an advantage. We left and ended up at McDonald's. This restaurant really left us with a bitter taste because we are fans of Gordon Ramsay, but we expected better in an establishment that bears its name even if it is street food

I came on Sunday with my family for lunch, and we had such a great experience. From the service to the food. Everything was amazing. I went to complement the chefs and was able to speak to chef Lucas and his team. Saw a little bit of the action as they were on 🔥. Absolutely great!!!

Idiot burger was just great. This burger is strongly recommended. I think onion rings were not fried well because I did not get that crispy texture. It was too greasy. But for the burger I think this place is 5/5. Thanks.

There's an issue with your Deliveroo and Ubereats menu interfaces. Whenever you select a Combo deal, which includes chips, you run into a wall and can't move forward because you're forced to add extra meat and extra fries. Fix it please?

I went to dine in at Kensigton High Street Burger last night with a couple of friends. We had such a lovely evening and hats down to chef Lucas, who was very friendly and made us such delicious and juicy burgers. Will definitely be coming again!!!

Ogr, Burger and Seasoned Fries with a side order of Coleslaw plus an ice-cream Coke Float were delicious.

I ordered the special truffle burger with the regular fries and an additional dip of sweet chilli. The service was zealous and caring. The host was very sympathetic. I couldn’t understand why it was empty at a late lunch hour. The burger was really good, top quality with good presentation. The fries were seasoned perfectly for the dip to shine. It was a delicious and cheap (to London standard) bite.

Perfect food, kind staff super diner!

Me and my friend ate at this restaurant today, and 40 minutes later, we are both feeling unwell. We both had the same burger and fries and no drinks other than tap water. Avoid at all costs to save your life!!! In addition to this, the service was atrocious, we were pointed at our table by one of the staff, and we then waited 15 minutes to order and 35 minutes for our cold food to arrive. The place was not even full. There were 3 other tables occupied and there were 4 staff members working.

We meet a gentleman Raj who is very helpful and kind.The food are amazing.

The burgers were delicious, we tried the truffle and menage a trois, love them both. Servings are just appropriate, not too large, not small at all.

My brother and i chose to eat here on a rainy night out hoping the best for good atmosphere, service and dishes. After tonight I’m confident to say this restaurant passed every single one of these tests, especially service. Our waiter tonight was Shahid. He was hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life. He displayed the upmost amount of compassion asking us if we needed anything, giving us good recommendations and telling us a very accurate as well as useful opinion on how spicy the sauce was. Somebody give this guy a raise! Shahid if you see this, you’re amazing and keep up the great work!

Had a fantastic experience at Gordon Ramsay Street Burger in Kensington! The vegan smash burger was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The patty had a great texture, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was casual yet vibrant. A great spot for a quick, tasty meal.

I’m not a fan of burgers at all but the idiot burger was the best I’ve ever had in my life… very tender and juicy, the chips were gorgeous and the sticky toffee pudding milkshake satisfied my sweet tooth! Our service was prompt and fantastic from beginning to end, a very friendly team. The atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, highly recommend!

This was a 5 star all round meal. We went in with our 1 year old when he was getting quite tired but mummy and Daddy were hungry and the staff were AMAZING with him, they brought him things to play with (crayons and colouring) and didn't seem bothered when when apologised for the mess he made eating. The food was exceptional and I am SO full. I would definitely go again.

Order wrong. Couldn't eat item. My notes were ignored. Item came with ingredients i'm allergic to, so I could not eat it. Restaurant refused to replace it. JustEat provide no way to contact them by phone, and ignored my online msg. Ripped me off £18±

Ordered via Uber eats. Half rack ribs tasted very nice,nicely coated without dripping at all.Could have been cooked bit longer.Arrived warm enough, to eat,at least. Fries were ok,but didn’t look very appealing,skin or not.Tasted nice,you don’t need to really add salt as nicely done. As for Chicken burger,hardly any Avocado,and bit sloppily put together ,and not even lukewarm,considering didn’t come far.Would have been nice if both were warm, at very least.Chicken was cooked well,and bun and,fillings,looked sloppy and unattractive.Lemon came through a touch,which I liked.Tiny bit more lemon, and seasoning, is needed in my opinion. Overall ok, but improvement can be made for the money. UPDATE: I ordered again from Ramseys so 2 days in a row,as my cooking facilities were broken,and yes bit lazy.The burgers were fine,and fries.The second day, tdsy, not pleased at all.Managed to sort with Just Eats (and they apparently are adding credit onto my Just Eats acct.) Kids size burger fine,sweet potato fries fine,kids fries fine,buttttt the Pepperoni pizza had chilli flakes chucked all over it!!! I went to Street Burger (Kensington high street) this afternoon with my Mum for an afternoon meal and drinks. The burgers were a 10/10 and great value for money. The staff were also lovely. Loved the restaurant decor too - sophisticated whilst also replicating that of a ‘grab and go’ venue. Special shout-out to manager Raj for really going above and beyond for us. If I’m ever in Kensington again, then I know where I’ll be going! :)
