Keepers Lounge Bar & Kitchen in City of London, Westminster

Excellent dinner in a clean modern space. I would not recommend sitting beneath the giant TV, however. Fish and Chips were the best I’ve had in London (3rd order of it) and my daughter got Carbonara which was quite good. I’d also recommend the fried gnocchi as an appetizer.

The overall package of good food, value for money, service, and very friendly staff is just right here. Faruque is the best and friendliest waiter we met in London.

Quentin was such a nice server as soon as I sat down at my table. He gave me great background knowledge on the meal and beverage I wanted to order making me even more eager to enjoy my meal. I would definitely recommend this kitchen and bar and come back again.

We had the charcuterie board and shared the full rack of ribs. Great service (big shoutout to Lucky). They looked after my food allergy, fast service, and a nice corner restaurant with great atmosphere. Would recommend.

Great time thanks to Lucky's care

We were there for the first time a week ago. Food was good, service was nice, only the espresso was ice cold. After complaining, a second, slightly warmer espresso came. Last night it was just: Wait here! Afterwards we were ignored by all 5 service staff present and then left.

The rooms are clean, Service is perfect. We only had breakfast. No expierience, just an typical british bf with baked beans and sausages as well. All around it’s a very good Location and near tower bridge. You can walk there in about 5 minutes. Perfect to stay here for a short weekend trip

We had already enjoyed some days at Novotel tower hill Bridge. Everything was really nice to us. We met a waiter in keepers(the restaurant) called Khan who was so nice, and who attend us very candly and made our luch very interesting about how Novotel makes honey. We had have a great installations and we recomend it a lot.

Lovely and very efficient service. Food was great and good value. Nothing negative to report.

At the end of a wonderful day we wanted to go for a drink. The restaurant looks very appealing. After a waiter told us we could choose our seats at the bar, we sat down at a high table. This one turned out to be sticky. We thought “whatever, a waiter will then wipe the table” and turned our attention to the bar menu. The decision was made quickly, but it was not possible to place the order. We simply weren't seen/noticed, even though the bar area was manageable, almost all of the guests around us had already been provided with drinks and there were 3 waiters on the go. After 15 minutes we left because we didn't want to wait any longer. It's a total shame because the place seems nice and friendly.

This is a good place to have food and enjoy a drink. We had a large group and they served us very promptly. Food came out quickly as well. We tried different dishes from ribs, to fish and chips and the menu of the day which had lamb and couscous, it was tasty. The ambiance is nice as well.

Cuisine: simple but very pleasant cuisine. Maybe some frozen in the lot, but it doesn't leave the impression of being cooked by amateurs, it's delicious Service: very pleasant service, nothing to complain about! Atmosphere: large room but not very noisy when we went there, however a little cold with the air conditioning because the table was underneath We had a great time! We would come back! Be careful, service fees which are very complicated to reduce, you cannot withdraw them in this restaurant, you need the chef's approval, it can be a little long and you have to negotiate. When you come from a country with lower purchasing power, it’s complicated!

With same amount of money you can expect better flavours. At least chicken tikka masala was not worth it for the price. On the other hand the keepers pizza had good quality and taste. If your staying in the hotel, you get 10% off if you dine in. Unfortunately we did not get this, since we didn't know about this and ask for it specifically, even though we entered from the hotels entrance. They also add 10% service fee.

More atmosphere than a normal hotel bar but never too busy - big screens for sport and decent food/drinks

I had the worse and the most expensive food there. Their menu of the day which was beef curry was disgusting. It was old, smelled aweful , no spices, the rice was half cooked , the bread was old and on top the portion was really small. it costed 18 pounds on top. A day time rubbery. Avoid this place by all means. I have no idea how they survive . Very disappointing. I told them how bad their food was and they said that I was the only person who complained. Seriously? I felt that I should help other travellers to save themselves from this horrible meal.

Excellent cuisine and quality in served food. The burger, the ribeye and chicken wings all cooked to perfection. If you stay at Novotel or even at nearby hotels that’s the best choice

Stayed at the hotel for and went to have dinner the first night. The ambience was great had a whole nice diner vibe to it. I ordered the half chicken which was extremely disappointing and undercooked. Next day went to get some drinks and waited for an hour with several servers not answering and refusing to take orders. Honestly one of the worst restraunt and bar london has to offer. Novotel can do much better!

The fried fish and chips were mushy, the fish was not fresh, and the frying technique was not good, so it tasted very greasy. It was the worst fish and chips I have ever eaten. Pizza is tastier than frozen pizza. It's not easy to make food so unpalatable. On top of the terrible food and bad service, this place also automatically added 10% service charge to the bill. So, yes, these people can continue to serve bad food and provide bad service and get their tips too. 0 star!

Food was awesome and so was the service! From all the restaurants I ate from in the area, this was the first one I bought from with a good burger and fries! Also, there was only one person running the bar and two waiters running all the tables, but they were still able to make sure everyone go their food on time and enjoyed! All together, I loved it and would recommend it to everyone as the menu is quite diverse.

About as good as you'd expect hotel food and service to be.

Keeper‘s kitchen and bar is located in the Novotel Tower Bridge. They offer modern stylish dishes like burgers, steaks, fish, pizza, pasta and also vegan meals. I ordered Calamari as a starter and for the main course pork filet with a green salad. The meals were nice presented and the taste was great. Together with a big Peroni beer and a big Coke I payed in total 48£. I enjoyed the evening there.

Poor quality and terrible service

Service was poor after being seated it took some time to be waited on. Not having a cocktails list I asked for a whiskey sour, the waitress retrieved a cocktails that was very limited, no whiskey sour. I then ordered Guinness which was flat, no one followed up after the meal was served to see if everything was good, I am guessing they didn’t want to know. The pan fried pork chop didn’t appear to be pan fried only seared. It was very tough and I was only able to eat a small piece, my wife was unable to eat her chicken club. We requested a to go box for her club sandwich and by the evidence of a partially eaten meal and the beer not being consumed, there should have been some indication the meal wasn’t good. After receiving the to go box and waiting for some time I had to stop the waitress and request a bill. I would not recommend this establishment to no one.

Lovely restaurant attached to a hotel. Name derives from the Apiary on the roof. The food was delicious. Would recommend the pork fillet. The Teriyaki Salmon was very good. Good wine on offer with the meal. Only downside is it felt a little rushed. Overall, a good place to eat.

Had to leave, staff was rude and unprofessional. Wait staff was clearly upset to be seated by hostess, aggressively cleaning table and sweeping refuse into my lap.. then waited 10 mins to take order, then was extremely impatient to the l point we stood up and walked out.

The food was below average. We were charged £1.50 for “filtered” tap water, which has never happened to me in my life. Overall, I just wish we had found another place for lunch.

Simple and good cuisine, exactly on theme. Fast and efficient service with attentive service. We had a good evening but the ambient noise builds up very quickly and it makes discussions difficult. Not possible to divide the note into 6 or even detailed for each... a point to be resolved...

The Breakfast was amazing during our stay. So we decided to get dinner here. But we got a table fairly quickly but waited really long to Order. We got the drinks almost after we ate everything. The Burger tasted like a normal Burger from Mc Donalds and we didnt get any ketchup for the fries.

Came in to have lunch and work a bit. Since I need to plug my computer in, I was looking for a table with the plug near by. The waiter named Khan came and asked me was I here just to plug my computer. What a rudest thing to ask customers, he didn’t know if any of the table has a plug in to help me out, I have to look for it and didn’t even ask me if I needed help to find. He just wanna double check I was here to order food. Well I stated clearly that I want to have food and work a bit. There’s no need to be rude to people at all, perhaps he can learn more about making nice gestures towards guests and be nice to them.

The food was ok. Nothing special compared to the last few days in other restaurants. Service wasn't attentive and we waited a long time for drinks and then another forever for the food. Our table had a lot of background noise. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated but it doesn't invite you to linger. Probably better to have a drink at the bar.

Went here with my boyfriend while we spent sometime in the city. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted with “table for 2 “ No hello or good evening We were took to are table and then told “card payments only” We ordered are drinks and food expecting the drinks to come first. We sat there and the food comes first which we were bother shocked with. The guy then released we had no drinks and rush away to get them. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it was dead. We also got asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu even though we were still eating are mains. We had are food asked for the bill and yes that’s right we waited 20 minutes as had to ask again for the bill I nearly walked out with out paying cause I was that annoyed

Restaurant moderne Le fish and chips est gras Attention à la salade Caesar : elle est sans poulet. Et on nous propose le poulet mais c’est £5 de supplément. Mais bien sûr on ne nous prévient pas.

Food was good. Evening service was not great - it was as if diners were an inconvenience. Breakfast service much much better.

staff are asleep at the wheel. our waiter was generally inattentive and impolite, and when I bit into a 1cm ×1cm piece of plastic in my apple tart he refused to acknowledge or aplogise. We were still nice enough to let it go and brave the replacement tart because we had 3 kids with us, but being charged for it was the last straw. When summoned the manager did apologise and took it off the bill but should've gone further given the seriousmess, had one of the kids ingested it they would've had a game ending lawsuit on their hands.

This was a very popular bar, and lucky for us, inside our hotel. The fish and chips are ginormous!!! This coming from an American. The food is amazing and they always found room for my family of 5!
