Delicious adana kebab I had after a long time, real taste of turkey 🇹🇷

Keep away! This a con place! placed order seeing traditional fish and chips in the picture. But they gave ready thick battered Fish and chips like french fries. Horrible Frozen battered Fish and not like fresh fish fried in freah batter. Keep away. I complained that picture is misleading and tge old guy blamed the boss.

Picture showed proper fresh fish and traditional chip. But when i got it was frozen pre battered fish like in supermarket, absolutely horrible and disgusting taste. Picture of fish and chip was misleading. They dont do proper fish and chip.

Bad attitude, will never go back. The food was near decent but If they smiled or made me feel welcome or gave me options, I would be their customer for life. The staff was grumpy and very confrontational when speaking to me. Then I was ready to pay and the guy says wait 5min for the card machine. So I waited like 10min as he went to the back of I fix the card machine and my food is cold and I paid and left.

I ordered small chicken shish, small doner and a mix kebab so good 🤤and the salad was so fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal I would be ordering again pretty soon from there it’s one of Thornton Heath hidden gems 💎❤️ !!

Delicious kebabs served hot and fresh. Decent portions and budget prices. This place has a perfect array of top-notch Middle-Eastern kebabs and can offer a very speedy delivery with great staff and service.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting KEBABI Kebab House, and unfortunately, my experience left me extremely dissatisfied. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this establishment did not prioritize cleanliness or quality. One of the most noticeable concerns was the attire of the employees. Many of them wore dirty shirts that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. This lack of attention to personal hygiene instantly affected my perception of the establishment and its commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. It is essential for a food establishment to prioritize cleanliness, especially in preparing and serving food. Moving on to the food itself, I was utterly disappointed with what I received. The kebab was noticeably old and dry, lacking the freshness one would expect from a reputable kebab place. The meat was tough and lacked any distinct flavor. Additionally, the accompanying ingredients were stale, further hindering the overall taste of the dish. It seemed apparent that the food had been sitting out for quite some time, which is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the poor quality of the food did not align with the exorbitant prices charged. It was disheartening to see how much I paid for such low-quality fare. I would have expected a much higher standard given the cost involved, but sadly, that was not the case. Overall, my experience at KEBABI Kebab House was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of employees wearing dirty shirts, the old and dry food, and the high prices left me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. While I hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues, I cannot recommend this kebab house to others in its current state. They are not even deserved for one star

rude employer. came here on my break and i was hungry. he took forever to make it and even when he did, he didn’t want to put enough sauce on my food and was holding my food even when i tapped my card reassuring him it wouldn’t decline (which it didn’t) i’m a reputable individual. i’m not gonna run away. i support small businesses. but this man was rude. i don’t know if i will return again

Got the order wrong, the meat smelt odd, the chips were greasy and raw. Will not be visiting again.

At the time of my visit they had a 5 star food hygiene rating which is one of the reasons I decided to try them out, however when you visit the store it does appear like a standard kebab outlet, it is slightly tired and could do with a redecorate and good tidy up and the staff could do a little more with their appearance but I was there for the food. I was a little disheartened that the server was not wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands before making my food - I’ll assume he’d wash his hands earlier. The portion sizes were generous, and the food tasted pretty good, the meat wasn’t too salty or gritty. I wasn’t disappointed. Id increase my rating if the experience was better ie improve hygiene eg wear gloves when handling food or at least wash hands first before starting to prep the food. Also take pride in your personal appearance it’s a reflection of the outlet.

Would not recommend. Ordered for delivery a Chickeb Kebab with salad and Doner Meat and Chips, the salad on the Kebab consisted of Lettuce, JUST lettuce and it was dried up and brown, the skinny chips that came with it were sub standard and not to mention a different tryoe of chip that came with the meat and chips, the meat and chips had thick cut chips which somehow were both under and overcooked. The meat was very very dry. Ive bought some dodgy Kebabs before after a night out at silly o'clock in the morning but I've got to say that this one is by gar the worse I've ever had!

It's your local kebab spot, staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good selection and food is good if you want quick before a few more hours at work. Kebabi is small space, accessible to most.

Absolutely shocking!! Ordered chicken Dona! I don’t eat lamb I can’t eat lamb it gives me rashes. They sent me lamb and didn’t apologise,send they would send chicken but just by the tone I was spoken too. Disgustingly! Lucky I cancelled the order in time so got a full refund! But not because they gave it to me!!! Because the owner sent the driver back to take the food back! But by that time it was in the binnnnn! He then started calling me on a private number and on a mobile.OUT OF ORDER THREATING ME! Shouting down phone saying give money back! Honestly do not order from here do not go here for food! Shocking! SHOCKING

Like this place and food. Price reasonable and staff quick to serve and friendly. My last visit was not so good an experience, a week or so ago. A new staff (or a least a staff not seen before) provided me with my usual order of one chicken and one lamb donor. He gave a lot of salad in each container. Far more then I had seen before. Making the containers look full. I thought great...love their vegs. When I got home I could see why he gave larger salad portions. The lamb and chicken donor had less portions of meat than usual. Normally enough to satisfy 4 people. But not this time! Felt cheated. So be aware if someone you don't know at an outlet gives over the top portions of salad it could be a disguise for providing less than usual portions of meat. Kebabi, please keep up your usual good standards. Don't let a casual or new employee provide a poor service.

It's a good local kebab place if you are expecting normal food.

I have ordered from this place since 2013 and I don't kno who is control the small bald man who is so lovely is so about pleasing his customers I but the owner now very rude the kebabs are so salty chilli runny and the chicken sandwich very salty I ordered two kebabs and both looked small after ordering large absolutely disgusting would never again they never listen to the orders it's just where's our money go back to the 1980s proper kebab was served in the takeaways stay away from kebai so so so rude

This is the best Kebab shop in Croydon. Food is always amazing and all ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff here are very helpful and very nice people. A definite 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend this place :-) thank you Kebabi.

This place offers good service and the food is fresh and tasty. I do like fresh salads.

Not happy ordered, they said 50 mins at 1hr I called and asked where the food is they said it'll be 10 mins 15 mins passed I called again, they was abrupt and said isit 15 the door number, which it isn't. So I had to cancel. No apology or Anything. Not sure if they've changed management but never had such bad service from them. Oh not to mention I asked for the green chilli to be on the side not in the wrap and they were going to charge me £1.50 for this. Luckily I understand turkish and told them to put it with the kebab then if they're going to charge for it to be on the side. I always try to cut out take out services such as just eat so the restaurant doesn't pay fee. But I find when I do this the service is worse. I think they prioritise orders from the middle men like just eat as they don't want bad reviews on there.

Arrived, ordered a halloumi kebab and fries. Realised as one of the servers was preparing my food (I was the only person left in the place) that it was meat and it wasn't what I ordered. I told them I did not order meat and chips, having not eaten meat for years and was told to "sit down" and was cussed at in Turkish. They then tried to send me away with the correct order without the chips I had paid for. I had to pay extra for the chips even though I already paid for them as part of my original order which was already more as they incorrectly charged me for meat, and were generally rude and abusive. Avoid.

If you want a good kebab then call these guys! I eat more kebabs than I like to admit but this your place if you want good food, reasonable price and a top notch service!

Ordered my food tonight at 22:30 was still waiting for delivery 23:40 when I called the shop my food wasn't even cooked was told they was very busy with 1 driver and they would have my food sent out in 20 minutes what a joke as a loyal customer that orders regularly they have now lost my custom absolutely disgusting they can run a business like this. And to have a young lady on the phone that can hardly speak English and hasn't got a clue what she is doing says it all. LAST TIME I USE THIS SHOP AVOID AVOID AVOID

My first lamb donner kebab experience and it tastes great!

I found this place while staying in Croydon. It has 4 **** for hygiene etc. A bonus for this part of Croydon. Not being an afficiando of kebabs etc I thought I would give it a go. The Lamb shish with salad was delicious. The RumBaba afterwards was a nice finish to the meal.

Lo bueno: excelente servicio, platos bien servidos, precio económico. Lo malo: esta diseñado para llevar así que el lugar adentro no es muy cómodo (como la mayoría de la zona).

This is my first time order from here. Service wasn't too bad. But the lamb chops were really oily, no flavor ... Not how I expected..

WORST service ever. Over 1hr 30mins to arrive. Cold food and soggy chips. Told us they had called and no one answered which is a LIE. Charged us for the 2 drinks we ordered yet didn't deliver and refused to do so when we called and complained. Rude staff. Horribe cold food. AVOID

I ordered my food at 10.30pm and they turned up 2hr later with my cold food. They forgot my drinks that I paid for already and when I called them they was so rude and would even bring it back paid for 4 drink!! DO NOT USE DIDNT EVEN EAT IT AS IT WAS SO COLD !! 😡😡

Worst doner kebab I've ever had, the meat was tasteless and rubbery the chili was some sort of tomato sauce with a mild spice in it; the salad was fresh and service pretty quick, I work all over the country and know my kebabs if the people who rated this think this is good they want to get out and sbout more.
