Kaspa's Desserts in Croydon

Dessert was long waiting taking in consideration was not busy at that time and but we had fun kids enjoy every single bit of their choices myself particular only the gelato as cake was too sweet for my taste

Ordered here a third time via Uber Eats and each time they ended up cancelling the order whilst making us wait for an hour - wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from here. Food is very mediocre to say the least.

ordered mochi waffle with added extra peanut butter, all I got was a ferrero Roche waffle no mochi no peanut butter

Love the food but 20 minutes late delievery was a bit much. It said 25-40 minutes and it was over an hour to be delivered.

Waffle was cold on arrival, meaning the waffle and strawberries were soggy. Would also appreciate on option to remove items from waffle as i have a mild banana allergy.

Well... it used to be better, especially the food... after arriving, we noticed that the ice cream behind the glass had melted slightly, which didn't make me optimistic... I was a bit worried about whether it was safe to eat them at all… my mom got a waffle with a scoop of "raspberry" ice cream, which didn't taste like raspberries at all! It tasted so artificial and was really disgusting... I don't know how she managed to eat it, what's more, soft ice cream has also had a strange taste... Last time I said I wouldn't come back, but I gave it one more chance, which I regret... I hope no one gets sick... I feel sorry for the staff they seem very unhappy in this place. Hope they’re treated and paid well

The sundae portions are ridiculously small considering you’re paying over £8 The staffs attitudes needs to be better. Be pleasant and wear a smile Thanks

The wait time was absolutely disgusting. I waited for 2hrs for food and the restaurant wasnt much help at all. however after trying to find ways to contact just eat i finally spoke to mark on live chat and he was very helpful

The desserts we ordered came fresh with all the trimmings. They were generous with the portions. We had a few adjustments to our order and they delivered them well.

Lovely and thick but let down by delivery time which kept changing whilst driver was waiting at the restaurant then when it did finally arrive, no Strawberry add-on(!) so just enjoyed a cold shake on a hot day!

Everything we had was lovely the problem I had was that when my drink came, the plastic cup was split open on the 1 side

My food never arrived the person left with my £40 worth of kaspars and never showed up to my house and I have to wait 5-7 days just to get my refund I will not be ordering off just eats again

The stuff is too lazy they are not working well, after giving order we need to wait half an hour more then they to receive the orders. I went to other brunch like Norbury they are so good and respectful. I don't wanna go anymore to croydon.

Croydon brunch . Excellent place and service too good. The workers are so caring . I love them all. Look forward to being at Kaspas Croydon.

My experience in this Kasparov is always great. The customer service is second to none. The food and overall attitude of the staff is always on point.

People here are stoned lol ordered some cookies and waited for 45 mins. The Indian guy who took the order was walking like he is stoned and high. Manager Please see this Review the staff there are is just to ruin your credibility Kaspa’s.

Missing ingredients on my order. This has happened a few times now. Not very happy and may have to find another waffle shop.

I was not happy with my order I didn’t even receive my order.

I never received my order i have waited about a hour and that nothing has came it also said my order was delivered i am in shock.

The deserts arrived cold and part of the topping had slid into one corner of the box. Very poor!!!

Cheap prices and tasty but cleanliness and quality could be improved

Absolutely dreadful. The Aranchini were tiny, cold and stodgy with no mango sauce. The chimney cake was rock hard, stale, all the filling had melted as had the ice cream. Delivery was really, really late Requested a refund and got a pathetic £10 Just Eat credit. Never again.

I mean it's okay 😅 didn't have half the stuff. I asked for a coke zero like 3 times and they brought me a regular coke already opened? The Bueno in the ice cream had gone bad it was soft and soggy. Portion size was really good though

I was a regular customer and then stopped going as I was not satisfied with the deserts there, I just been there now after a long time and I believe that it is now under better management as I was more than happy with the quality of deserts and quick customer service Thanks 😊

Staff could be more attentive,some looked like they didn't want to be there!Waffle was a little soggy, ice cream mediocre.Some of the staff don't understand simple English,I had to ask repeatedly to come and clean our very,dirty and sticky table.Tired decor ,looks more like a nasty,cheap,version of Moulin Rouge! Won't be back.

wrong order, I've asked for only strawberrys for one order and oreo on another and you put bananas when I didn't ask for any bananas. And I'm allergic to bananas. Thank you

I'm happy with the food but not the service my item had a crepe missing I rang restaurant and they argued with me that I had the crew which I didn't told me driver must have taken it but bag was untouched basically said not there problem and tepirt to just eat and then hung the phone up on me without a apology

Very bad experiance from one of the gen staff on feb 1 night. We take little time to finish the dessert and he said us to getout. There is no busy and then he tells like that.

I have tried waffles earlier from the shop with white chocolate were better. b) Milk chocolate with a biscuit flavour: My rating is 0.5 out of 5, as it tasted like a curd and the worst milk cake I have tried so far. The milk shakes are also good in this shop. Service: 4 out of 5, as the service was quick and easy. Atmosphere: My rating is 3 out of 5, those who like pink and black colour combination may like it better.

Horribly hard cookie dough couldn’t eat it

driver left premises, and went 20 mins away from my location. when arrived no topping was left on my waffle it was all at the back of the box and lid. ice creams were completely soft. disgusting.

This one has Worst service and very unhygienic. I’ve tried other kaspas all other have good food and service. Sorry to say but this one is ruining the brand name.

This is the 2nd time I've received my order and its been almost cold and over cooked I could barely eat it it was so dry. Used to love their desserts and now I'm just disappointed.

Thr Brownie Crepe: the crepe was very dry and the brownie pieces were hard. There was hardly any chocolate sauce on top.

Took ages to make two milkshakes and a brownie over an hour waiting with the time just going up.

my food took ages to arrive, and when it arrived it was cold, i’ve attempted to submit a refund but it was denied.

waffle topping wasn't on top off the waffle. I don't ever complain as I love these waffles but this time it looked like it had been to a food fight party before it arrived to me.

Wrong items delivered and sauces spilt out over everything.

Everytime I come here I find a hair on my dessert, this is evident as alot of the workers do not put all their hair in a hair net and have alot of flyaways. And they never make you a new one, they just take the hair off and give the plate back to you. The desserts are too sweet but I will say there is alot of variety.

Please can a refund be issued as the food was cold, not hot. and also hard. Cookie dough is meant to be warm and soft.
