Customer service was good but lack of cakes was stressful when I only wanted a slice of cake the display was dirty and food looked really old

Don’t bother at this place very unhygienic. Told the guy the hot chocolate they served tasted like milk. And it weren’t even hot it was luke warm. The guy I spoke to was very rude and the Indian woman too. Seriously fix up. Next time I come I will take these peoples name. The guy was probably the team manager. Disgusted by the way staff behaved. Do not order from here not worth your money unless you want to be sick.

A lady named Pretty provided exceptional customer service—she was absolutely amazing!

Love the atmosphere and staff...ordered takeaway but their service was spot on...Their staff Vanessa and Suhana were very helpful and polite...Vanessa was very friendly though...10/10from me...❤️❤️❤️🤍😘😘😘 I went today on 17th Feb 25...was served by Preeti ...such a pure soul had a sweet smile on her face...was trying to explain one of the desserts 🍨 ( kunafa)...so helpful. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️💕💕💕 But then a man came looks like her supervisor a grumpy person with no manner s at all...trying to butt in😡😡😡😡...didn't want Preeti to speak...but I let her speak and listen what she was trying to explain to me.💯

They gave us the complete wrong order (drinks instead or 2 waffles) I called up multiple times they hung up on us twice and when I finally got through and explained the problem they were very dismissive and basically told us to take it up with just eat and they can't do anything about it.

i ordered from this kaspas through deliveroo and i am overly disappointed. if no stars was an option, that would be my choice. Firstly it came 20 minutes late, causing it to be cold and tough, like rubber. due to this i was unable to finish it. which is fine because even if it was warm i still wouldn’t finish it as it was disgusting. i now have been sat on the toilet for the past 45 minutes, and i don’t see myself getting off anytime soon. don’t order the oreo crush waffle!!!!

The milk cake was nice but felt like it didn’t feel the freshest and also quite a small piece of serving for £9.

Had to wait 2 hours for my food and it was cold and wrong items was delivered

I went there yesterday to order a crepe at 8:56pm and did not receive my crepe until 9:30pm. When my crepe was then done it was cold & they had to remake it. The customer service is poor they speak about you in there own language and don’t communicate properly at all.

the food has come freezing cold. the driver went to the wrong location despite me messaging him and letting him know where exactly to go. my ice cream has melted its basically milk

My order was missing things. The waffles were cold and the toppings were all over the box not on the waffle.

The delivery time changed and the order was missing an item.

Great food crepes but impatient cashier who was oddly rude when I switched tables I work in a restaurant and sometimes people changed tables but the cashier didn’t have to tell me off in a rude way which you don’t treat the customers at my work pub when they switched tables just kindly update through the system and I kindly told the cashier before moving tables that I am going to switch table and he clearly didn’t hear and he told me off next time I should tell him that I’m switching tables. I work in a pub and when customers switch tables without updating the staff, we didn’t told them off and have the biggest fit at them excuse me?! I’m not wrong in this position is just bad listening and rudeness from the cashier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usually when I order Kaspas it’s awful but this time it was actually delicious.

I had a bad experience in this shop because of their staffs specially one musilim girl I don't know her name that's why I mention musilim 'she is clearly showing racism it's not good for her and the shop and everyone so I request you to treat everyone equal and respect every single person not only in your shop but outside also 👏 thank you.

I went to the toilet and this guy was following me like I was gonna do something and then took me and my families order when they close in less then 20 minutes and they close at 10:30pm instead of telling us they took our order and then started it ,moved onto someone else's order, living us less then 10 minutes to eat our food

If I were able to give no starts believe me I would!! Do not order from this store!!!! Ever!! I ordered a Fettuccini crepe, no chocolate sauce at all, hardly any strawberry’s, no sugar at all and to top it all off Found cockroach in my food!! Disgusting!! I will be contacting environmental health!!

I here to share my bad feelings about this shop ,there are two muslim girls working in the shop sorry but I need to mention muslim here bcz they forced me to add this word i went this shop yesterday to collect my order but they ignored me openly next after me one muslim guy come to collect his order at the moment they all started to prepare his order first . But I was waiting more than half and hour . I didn’t get what happened at first then I realised they give priority only for their community I don’t blame all muslim bcz I have also muslim friends I blame only this type of cheap girls who see community difference so I request you all don’t go to the shop if you want respect after That your choice . I wonder this type off girl still exist in this modern world … I hope they would change ….

3stars because did not follow clear and reasonable order instructions as usual and missing items in order . doughnut and Milk cake was fresh but i will order from Norbury Kaspa’s next time as they remember to send everything and they dress the milk cake up with sauce, biscuit crumbs, a biscuit as well as a complimentary biscoff milk cup on the side

The ladies toilet has NO LOCK,so anybody can come in when you pee!!!!! Just an old door, with so called " lock" that doesn't work......shameful

Medina took very good care of our order - she provided a great service and was attentive and patient with our 5 children ordering their desired dessert.

I had a very bad experience in the Kaspa’s croydon I have ordered chocolate waffle and the staff given me white waffle I’m very unhappy and ask them you change it as I clearly stated the lady with scarf and the Indian who took my order but they didn’t listen and my children was so unhappy won’t go again or order anything very disappointed and rude staff in place . No manager was around so we left the food on the table and I told them you put a claim

I had a very disappointing experience. We paid for a different order, but they served us something else. When we complained about it, the staff was confrontational. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dining there isn’t worth spending any money, especially with such rude staff who seem unsure of how to handle situations.

They took 20 minutes to serve two scoops of gelatos and the lady in hijab gave me unnecessary attitude. Looked like they also lost my order number. Never coming again

Dessert was long waiting taking in consideration was not busy at that time and but we had fun kids enjoy every single bit of their choices myself particular only the gelato as cake was too sweet for my taste

Ordered here a third time via Uber Eats and each time they ended up cancelling the order whilst making us wait for an hour - wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from here. Food is very mediocre to say the least.

asked for cookie dough with custard and I received cold custard in a pot. which doesn't make any sense if you sent hit cookie dough a part from this food is nice

Love the food but 20 minutes late delievery was a bit much. It said 25-40 minutes and it was over an hour to be delivered.

Waffle was cold on arrival, meaning the waffle and strawberries were soggy. Would also appreciate on option to remove items from waffle as i have a mild banana allergy.

Well... it used to be better, especially the food... after arriving, we noticed that the ice cream behind the glass had melted slightly, which didn't make me optimistic... I was a bit worried about whether it was safe to eat them at all… my mom got a waffle with a scoop of "raspberry" ice cream, which didn't taste like raspberries at all! It tasted so artificial and was really disgusting... I don't know how she managed to eat it, what's more, soft ice cream has also had a strange taste... Last time I said I wouldn't come back, but I gave it one more chance, which I regret... I hope no one gets sick... I feel sorry for the staff they seem very unhappy in this place. Hope they’re treated and paid well

The sundae portions are ridiculously small considering you’re paying over £8 The staffs attitudes needs to be better. Be pleasant and wear a smile Thanks

The desserts we ordered came fresh with all the trimmings. They were generous with the portions. We had a few adjustments to our order and they delivered them well.

Lovely and thick but let down by delivery time which kept changing whilst driver was waiting at the restaurant then when it did finally arrive, no Strawberry add-on(!) so just enjoyed a cold shake on a hot day!

Everything we had was lovely the problem I had was that when my drink came, the plastic cup was split open on the 1 side

The stuff is too lazy they are not working well, after giving order we need to wait half an hour more then they to receive the orders. I went to other brunch like Norbury they are so good and respectful. I don't wanna go anymore to croydon.

My experience in this Kasparov is always great. The customer service is second to none. The food and overall attitude of the staff is always on point.

Croydon brunch . Excellent place and service too good. The workers are so caring . I love them all. Look forward to being at Kaspas Croydon.

People here are stoned lol ordered some cookies and waited for 45 mins. The Indian guy who took the order was walking like he is stoned and high. Manager Please see this Review the staff there are is just to ruin your credibility Kaspa’s.

Missing ingredients on my order. This has happened a few times now. Not very happy and may have to find another waffle shop.

I was not happy with my order I didn’t even receive my order.

I never received my order i have waited about a hour and that nothing has came it also said my order was delivered i am in shock.

The deserts arrived cold and part of the topping had slid into one corner of the box. Very poor!!!

Cheap prices and tasty but cleanliness and quality could be improved

Absolutely dreadful. The Aranchini were tiny, cold and stodgy with no mango sauce. The chimney cake was rock hard, stale, all the filling had melted as had the ice cream. Delivery was really, really late Requested a refund and got a pathetic £10 Just Eat credit. Never again.

I mean it's okay 😅 didn't have half the stuff. I asked for a coke zero like 3 times and they brought me a regular coke already opened? The Bueno in the ice cream had gone bad it was soft and soggy. Portion size was really good though

I was a regular customer and then stopped going as I was not satisfied with the deserts there, I just been there now after a long time and I believe that it is now under better management as I was more than happy with the quality of deserts and quick customer service Thanks 😊

Staff could be more attentive,some looked like they didn't want to be there!Waffle was a little soggy, ice cream mediocre.Some of the staff don't understand simple English,I had to ask repeatedly to come and clean our very,dirty and sticky table.Tired decor ,looks more like a nasty,cheap,version of Moulin Rouge! Won't be back.

I'm happy with the food but not the service my item had a crepe missing I rang restaurant and they argued with me that I had the crew which I didn't told me driver must have taken it but bag was untouched basically said not there problem and tepirt to just eat and then hung the phone up on me without a apology
