It closes earlier way before 2.00 am , what a waste of journey and time

Food was nice however driver was very rude and had a lot of attitude disappointing

I went to this takeaway after being let down by another company. The customer service was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful and the pizza was cooked to perfection, fresh and hot, plenty of meat and very tasty. I would definitely recommend anyone to eat here!

Awful. Promise the world and then do not deliver basic service. If they say 30 minutes, expect at least 1hr,15mins i.e. 2.25 times what they suggest. If you're hungry this is not the place

1st time ordered from here. Never Again. Spent total 26 pound. Stuffed mushrooms swimming in liquid totally tasteless. Pizza was very soggy no crispyness on the base at all. Bacon was burnt. Hardly any topping across the pizza. Chicken wings was spicy they were uneatable yet did not mention they were spicy otherwise would not have ordered as we don't have spicy food. Overall would not recommended ordering from here. Extremely disappointed. Might just as well thrown 26 quid in the bin.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered 2 medium pizzas to be delivered at 12:55am and they didn’t arrive until near on 2am. No apology was offered and I will certainly not be ordering again. The prices are quite expensive for what the sizes are.

Called around midnight for 2 medium pizzas, they took almost 2 hours to deliver from the expected time and my friend also experienced this. For the price you pay this is appalling. Driver offered no apology.

Order never turned up but they insist they delivered it. Frauds. Avoid.

I ordered a large pizza and received medium instead of large so I called the shop to ask why the large pizza was so small.The shop owner was very rude and did not accept their fault and said he has been working there since 2000 and he said he has never received a complaint about his pizza and did not offer to change my pizza to what I originally ordered.RECOMMEND NOT TO ORDER. They are cheaters , liars and frauds

I ordered a large pizza for my family but got a medium-sized pizza instead and when I called to make a complaint the man argued with me and refused to replace my order for my original one and did not accept his fault. Do not recommend

I ordered from here, they were instructed due to covid to leave the food at my door. Pizza Hot 4U then resisted my claims and took the charge anyway. Do not trust this company.

They get temp staff in sometimes and they ruin the food and service. Big let down.

I ordered a pizza on the phone and asked for a BBQ base pizza. The “owner of the shop” delivered it and it was the wrong pizza as it was tomato pizza. I then called and spoke to someone who said it would be sorted out to which I said thank you. I get a call from the other guy who dropped the pizza 5 minutes later telling me if I’ve eaten more than one slice he’s not replacing the pizza? Before this the other guy had told me it would be sorted and I would get the correct pizza. I have never left a review in my life but this was really bad the way he spoke to me on the phone and treated me as a loyal customer who has been ordering pizza from here for years. He was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in his manner and told me he runs many businesses when I said this is not how to treat customers. The pizza itself isn’t a 10/10 it’s just basic pizza when you’re really hungry. The worst experience with any fast food service I’ve ever had in my life.

Been ordering for 15+ years and today is my last time ordering from mr ashad(aka the manage). What a very rude individual! Customer service is obviously not his strong point. Let’s hope your boss sees this before this place hits rock bottom!!

Friendly staff and good service

Ordered 2x pizza after a very long week away from home with work. 1x pizza with a topping removed due to my wife's allergy. Cost £24 in total, paid for online. 1 1/2 hours later, still no food. I called up, had an argument with the call taker who stated I hadn't placed an order to which I duely informed him of all the order information to hand. Miraculously they discovered my order and stated it would be there soon. Now at 2100hrs the food arrived. 1x pizza had the topping that my wife was allergic to. I called up, the phone rang unanswered. I hung up, with held my number and called back, the phone answered immediately. I complained and was told they would send out another. I tucked into mine whilst my wife watched on, it was luke warm and appeared to have bee. Reheated. True to their word another pizza arrived at 2130hrs, the pizza looked fresh. It felt hot like it should and appeared to be correct. So, for £24 a two hour wait and three disappointing pizzas I will in future go elsewhere with my custom.

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life! Wasn't even a large more like medium garlic bread was dry and they got my pizza order completely wrong! Absolutely Horrible!! It cost me £18!! Would NOT Recommend!!

Very poor service they put on the wrong toppings and then argued with me when i told them what i asked for bad customer service the dough was so thin it didnt have a crust all around slices were falling apart

Orderd 20 pound pizza tonight got sent with no dips and he wanted to charge card charge if i was to pay by card and they charge for dip which i dint get told about it when i orderd pizza so now i had to have pizza without dip very poor service i will not recommend any one to use there service...

Ordered lasagne and they didn't even had a fork or a spoon,pizzas could be better ,even those ones from sainsburys taste better ...and the food is really greasy..

Everything way too salty. Ordered courgette as extra on pizza, hardly any on there. Greek salad should have feta cheese but instead it was substituted with a horrible processed cheese. Onyl good point was that delivery was fast

I’m really disappointed.. the chicken strips were soggy and undercooked the garlic bread was hard and over cooked and I ordered a garlic sauce that never came either the guy on the phone wouldent even give me a chance to finish my order without asking for my address! they don’t even give u full pepperonis on the pizza there sliced in half I won’t be ordering from here again the pizza also had a weirded taste like there was no taste at all I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down!!! It’s a shame i can’t take a photo I I had a cupal bites and left it what a waste of money!!! Avoid!!!! 😡😡😡

2 seniors enters the premises and were not welcomed or offered a seat, we paid £13 for two portions of chips and 4 crispy strips? When we asked of a lot more... feel they ripped us off because we were elderly.

Had pizza here a while ago and to be honest I won't be going back there as the pizza wasn't hot and crust was hard didn't quite have the freshness that it used to have

nice for lunch their Chinese chicken and sweetcorn pizza is amazing!! would definitely recommend and its quite cheap too.

This is my local pizza take away, Its not bad, and they have a buy one get one free deal. The pizzas are pleasant, I wont say fantastic, as how fantastic can you get with bread tomatoes and cheese, or barbecue base, and whatever toppings, I would imagine its very hard to get a top notch pizza unless you have the good connection and good fortune to have one of the top chefs prepare it for you, or you happen to be in Italy . However, I have to say that its a very reasonable price and very edible, if all youre after is a quick meal that you dont have to cook.

I ordered the pizza after 1 hour late the shop called to say the driver could not find our address so he went back to the shop. Unprofessional would not recommended it.

Best value pizza in the area. 2 for 1 deals are fantastic value. Reccomend the 'hot n spicy'. Problem parking up as opposite the end of a busy junction. Top tip!! Park up round the back of the Tesco / Esso just along the road next door to the pub.
