Food is absolutely amazing at this place nice people who work there recommend so much

Never usually had a problem with kebab kingdom's food, been ordering from them for years but tonight I ordered a plain chicken wrap and I think it’s given me food poisoning as I threw up and have had chronic diarrhoea within 2 hours of eating it. My daughter (who is nearly 3) had chicken nuggets and chips and the nuggets still looked pink so ended up having to throw them away. Not happy about it to be honest. Complained to just eat but obviously I know I won’t be refunded so won’t be ordering again.

We have been ordering from Kebab Kingdom for well over 18 months now. However the last few times of ordering they have either got the order wrong or not sent items ordered at all. Tonight, despite it being a Tuesday and was told our order would be delivered in 45 minutes, we waited well over an hour. We had to telephone in the end. When our food arrived we were once again missing an item. I telephoned straight away and was told 'ok we send it out' no apology, nothing. It then took a further 35 minutes for the item to be delivered by that time the other food had been eaten. But the wedges were cold and inedible. Would we order again - definitely not.

food dry. food 20 minutes late. gave us the wrong food and didn’t even answer when i tried calling 12 times.

Ordered pizza and chips as a treat, when they came they were so burnt also the chips were hard.they came to take the first order back and then returned with burnt pizza yet again. Not impressed at all.

Very disappointed with what we had tonight .. I’m visiting from Wigan at my son’s house it came about 9pm ish .. the chicken kebab was terrible full of fat I do have pictures.. to much sauce .. & the pitta bread was hard .. sorry but this is a 1 ⭐️

I ordered food for my sons 7th birthday from here and it arrived 10min late. When it came it was very greasy, opened the kebab to find the bread on top of the box, hard and stale. My autistic son only wanted a box of roasties and mint sauce as he is very fussy with his food. We had ordered 2 box's of roasties one for my son and one for me and my husband to share. We opened the food box to find instead of roasties we had chips and there was no mint sauce. To say my son was upset is an understatement. He went into total meltdown not understanding why the only things he had ordered hadn't come. I tried ringing kebab kingdom but they did not answer the phone.I am disgusted with their service and disappointing food. I will never go here again.

Very good quality food everytime I've ordered. Not been late once. Friendly delivery people. Tasty food.

Been an hour and half, still waiting, rang them half hour ago, said drivers on way, they live 5 minute's away, won't be ordering again

I have never tried anything like it worst kebab ever it was like chewing on boot leather tasteless if you ever thinking of a kebab and you are passing this place in station road llanelli just keep on walking honestly it was awful I put it straight in the bin even the dog wouldn't touch it and that is saying something So don't waste your money take it from meAnd go elsewhere

My food arrived just over estimate but was cold. When I phoned to complain the man on from KK had a go at me and blamed me. Also the food was not freshly cooked and the chicken was undercooked. Onion rings which look like they were from the day before and re-fried and blood and pink in the chicken....but according to him I was to blame

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I've asked for no peppers and they put it anyway. My kebab should'd be a chicken one, not a mixed. The pizza had chicken tikka masala. I've ordered a normal coke not a diet one. You've done whatever you wanted with my order and... It took longer than 30 min. Awful service. Not happy at all.

Food is rank staff are rude and racist prices are insane, ants crawling inside ,no thanks

Well, firstly never order from here as I won’t be ever again. I was told my order would be 30mins but turns out they were late, that’s fine I could cope with that but then when I opened the door to top it off they tried over charging me. They then said my original price was fine so thought nothing more of it, opened my bag, looking forward to eating what I ordered but then turns out it was the totally wrong food. So I phoned back and either asked for my original order or for my money back but they were having none of it. Thinking that this is a takeaway place I thought they would’ve been much more helpful. Also very rude on the phone. Don’t recommend at all.

I recently ordered food from kebab kingdom and there were many issues. We were told to pay £15 when it was £9.90 on the phone, we finally had the food for the original price, but it turns out that it was the wrong order, when we tried contacting them to explain the situation they were very abrupt and rude. We asked for the original order or to have a refund but they kept refusing and hung up on me. This is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from here. I would not recommend the kebab kingdom to anyone.

Pathetic portion for a large kebab. Asked for loads of salad and plenty of coleslaw, had half a slice of cucumber, few strands of onion and red cabbage, teaspoon of coleslaw and a little bit of lettuce. Box was half empty!! Won't use again and definitely not ordering over the phone again either.

Ordered at counter, so no excuse for food - it wasn’t sitting waiting to be collected or sat in a delivery car for ages!Took 5 min to get home and open - chips were reheated/recooked and not good! At a guess I’d say they had been re-cooked more than once! Tasteless and chewy! Binned! Kebab was disgusting, had mixed donor, with no salad and that was cold and greasy!!Obviously they had used old cut and stored meat that was cold to fill the box, then slap a couple of fresh bits on top, awful! After barely a couple of forkfuls the rest was binned!The other half’s shish was edible, at least the chicken was cooked and hot, although salad didn’t look too fresh....Both pitta breads went in the bin along with the rest, cold, old and like cardboard!!What little that was eaten had a disagreement with both our stomachs, so the following morning I was actually quite glad I hadn’t eaten more of it......The rating on the window stands for nothing, one of the worst I’ve had the misfortune to use

Had chicken from this place last night for the first time and i was seriously ill off it all night and the following morning!! Never again !!!

The house special kebab is the best in town.
