Terrible, put what tasted like the whole pot of salt on the chips, when ordering I asked for cheese they did not put cheese on and when I questioned about this they wanted me to pay £10!! Not happy with this service:

So Overpriced, Not Worth The Money. Was going to order tonight but they seem to think they are Michelin star restaurant, basic frozen chips and slap on cheap fake cheese nearly a tenner for that alone lol

Driver rang to say he was outside. Food was brilliant as always and generous amount of kebab meat.

Food arrived very early and piping hot. The delivery driver was accurate and friendly too. Unfortunately though the kebab meat definitely wasn’t of very high quality and the chips could’ve done with about 30 seconds longer in the fryer. Garlic sauce was alright. Wouldn’t necessarily order the same things again from here

Very early delivery which was fine with us. Chips were mostly VERY crunchy which wasn’t ideal but didn’t take away from the whole order being really good

Terrible Service. Size of portions totally under what they used to be.paying double for also half of food. Not Great At All.... Considering I paid £12 for a super large doner kebab which now arrives as a medium to. Large basic kebab if hideous They are truly scamming right now......,

The food taste amazing, I had burger and chips perfectly done, my garlic mushrooms were amazing, it had been a while since I lasted enjoyed some, was not disappointed they were delicious 😋 I still have my cheesecake to enjoy as I was full from the food I had eaten but it looks so good! Definitely recommend, ordering again in the future! Thank you😁

Food arrived cold. Delivery driver dropped the can on the doorstep. Phoned to inform them. Owners rude and ignorant. Claimed they only cook it and it doesn’t matter that it’s cold. Would NEVER order again. Food wasn’t great. Back to charcoal grill we go.

Order was delayed and received a text to say a free item was included for the delay. Surprise surprise the food was cold by the time it got here with no “free item”. Despite being cold it tasted ok, other than the chips which weren’t great at all. We order from Troy as a first option usually but opinions have changed with this order!

Late, warm-ish and soggy. Thoroughly disappointed and wont be ordering again.

Everyone should avoid this place! Absolutely disgusting customer service, wrong food twice! No refunds and hung up when trying to ask how we go about getting a refund. When asked if he cared, he replied ‘no’ and followed with ‘ sort a refund out yourself’

The food was lovely as usual but my order was wrong, I asked for chilli peppers on both kebabs and got chilli sauce on one of them and no peppers. Was surprised to find the chilli sauce was carrot based and tasted rather nice. Will order the chilli sauce again 😋 🙂

kebabs where small not super large and £4.40 was to much for a half cooked small portion of chips.

Moved to yeovil today, i thought i would get some food however, Cold food, £14 kevab main thing but cold, some of it was hot (just onion rings and breaded mushroom) not sure how this has happened but will never order from here again!

A very rude abrupt short fat bloke with a bad attitude We sat down and the table was filthy asking to have it cleaned politely seemed to deeply hurt his over inflated ego / maybe dent his fake confidence? And we asked politely if I can have salad first …his reaction was borderline aggressive - clearly misunderstood basic english Needs to review his attitude, maybe his assumptions Chicken mediocre Lamb poor We engaged in polite conversation with the thin chap but the slightly overweight guy continued to look offended !! (For no reason!) Please target your attitude to people who disrespect you not those who come in with originality good and polite intent. All round a complete waste of money £26 and 1 hour we will never get back.

Decent kebab house, where the lamb kebab will not disappoint! The staff would benefit from some deescalation techniques, for adequately dealing with the drunken revellers (rather than shouting back etc). Order ahead on food apps to avoid extended periods of time with dodgy patrons..

Overrated in my opinion. Not good at all.

Tasty food as always. Sadly there was an unsavoury couple in the shop causing a scene. I recommend ordering ahead on just eat for collections, particularly on Fri/Sat nights. Thank you Troy’s!

Great food and the delivery driver was especially helpful despite a grumpy neighbour shouting at him!

I placed my order and clearly wrote delivery instructions (NOT IN THE PUB, on the campsite meet in the car park and have my contact number) delivery driver handed in to the pub who worked out who it was for and brought down to the campsite an hour after they had received it because they didn’t know who it was for!!! Also inside the bag was a flyer telling me it’s 30% cheaper to order from them via lovetakeaway than just eat, WOW can’t believe this place is still being used by just eat!! Clearly don’t read the delivery instructions and trying to get you NOT to order with just eat in future!!!
