Kebab Express in Kingston upon Thames

We were passing by and saw that the guys have a fresh chicken doner ready to be cut. I popped in and asked for two wraps with first cut of fresh chicked doner. Guy said its fine, he will do it. There was few other customers and I saw that the guys who worked there had some chicken from previous skewer. I've asked the guy again to make 2 wraps with fresh cut. He said fine. After my wraps were done I saw that one of two guys who worked there started cutting the first cut from fresh chicken. I asked him third time if he made my wraps with fresh, first cut chicken and he confirmed that he did. Obviously, when I sat down to eat the wraps with my daughter, we discovered that it was an old chicken and not the first cut I've asked. I went to the counter and showed the guy that it was not what I have asked. Instead of saying sorry when he was caught lying, he started acting like an idiot! Started shouting to give the wraps back, nearly through the money at me and tried to put the blame on my like I don't know what I want! Absolutelly appaling behaviour. I will never go back there after being treated like this!

I was completely unhappy with the order that I received from this kebab place there was no salad on the meat no pitta bread it was like a naan bread it was caked in Grease like literally it was dripping off absolutely terrible do not order from here take a picture

We made a huge order for delivery for family including kids on a Saturday night just before Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble for them with our extended ordering, with nobody knowing what sauces they wanted but they couldn’t have taken more care, repeating the long order back to us, throwing in free drinks for the kids and even knocking some money off! I would definitely recommend them, the food was delicious and everybody’s order was initialed so we knew whose was whose. We will definitely go back! Thank you Kebab Express!

The money was charged twice for one order

They late over 1 hour and a half.. they didn't let us know that the order will be delayed. Plus that my order was over 25£ and I've put a note what kind of Free drink I would like ,but they didn't send it at all. Very disappointing, if is any delays theg have to let us know . After that they had to refund 3£ back like a compensation,but Im still waiting ..... not happy at all

Great food as always but more than 45 minutes late with no warning or apology. All I would have liked was a courtesy call to say it’s late.

The food was lovely, but the delivery was messed up! The driver didn’t ring my buzzer 3 times like he said he did and I have witnesses to prove it. He tried to say he was waiting downstairs for so long as nobody was in to answer the buzzer,to which I proved him wrong! He didn’t like it at all!...it was great food and a great service from the restraunt when I phoned up to see where the driver was so I can’t fault that! But it was the driver’s rudeness that bothered me where he turned up late, didn’t call the number I left, then when I found him he refused to admit he couldn’t find the address and lied about knocking on the door and leaving a wrong number for the restraunt to contact, and that’s why he couldn’t find me!!...great food but the delivery drive ri had was rude and obnoxious!!

Took time to read the Notes part of order and that makes all the difference. Food arrived with the exact requirements that was added to the notes part at end of order.

I ordered a lamb and chicken Donna kebab and only got a chicken kebab. So I paid £7.50 for that when a chicken only kebab is £5.50 I also asked for only lettuce in a chicken burger I had for a child and they refused to eat it as it had reddish, tomato, onion and other stuff in. Fart delivery but disappointed with the food

I never received my order and they never inform me 👏👏👏

The food was almost 2 hours late, when we called the restaurant they told us it was going to be 15 minutes, we called them three times and they said the same thing, when the food finally arrived it was cold and has food missing, when we called to tell them that there was food missing they put the phone down. Not good service at all!! I will never order from here again!

After i called restaurant 3 times and spoke with a very rude guy that has almost 0 english comunication the oder camed after 2h cold and tasteless. Complete rubish restaurant. Never ever gonna oder again from here. :(

The food was really tasty, I had köfte wrap. The portions are massive I ordered a small wrap can’t imagine how big the large and XL wraps are😂 kids and hubby enjoyed their food equally.👊🏽

Food took 1 hour, 25 minute to arrive (was quoted 45). When it did arrive it was cold and soggy. Not up to usual standards.

Went very late almost closing time but they were very accommodating. Prepare our order fresh. We ordered sheek, lamb and chicken kebabs and all of them very tasty and in good quantity. Seems like family business. Highly recommend

Friendly staff Varied menu Possibly over priced, but not sure. Over £10 for a water, nuggets and chips and cheesy chips. Chips were lovely ... nuggets didn’t get a very good rating from the children, but they liked the chips. Neither liked the mayo though 😂 Nothing to complain about, but then nothing to rave about either.

I wouldn't recommend the chilli sauce it was cold not even hot. Also half my order was forgotten so had to eat then wait services is poor

I ordered a large lamb shish kebab and got chicken instead which wasn't nice and the fries weren't cooked properly. The lamb donner meat was excessively salty and fatty. Even my working dog or cats wouldn't touch the plain meat. I will never eat there again as it was terrible. The chicken meat was excessively burnt too. It tasted terrible

Quantities were different for both orders although the same size was ordered. Chips were stale but delivery was on time and service was good.

The most disappointing meal i've ever had. Delivery was late by 20 minutes. Totally messed up my order with toppings missing for donner kebab. Their garlic sauce is not standard garlic sauce as it has elements of mint and coriander so beware before you order. I asked for little garlic sauce and what i received was all my donner floating in that garlic sauce. Salad in chicken burger was stale. When i called to place a complaint the guy very casually said it won't happen next time. Well there won't be no next time. Would report this business for non compliance of food hygiene to EHO. Don't waste your time and money.

Asked clearly for a half pounder with salad. Received plain with cheese! Called up and they sent out another one completely plain!!! Refused to refund for the burger! Won't be using again

This kebab shop took over an hour to deliver to us! And even then didn't come we ended up cancelling the order! Appalling service!

arrived half an hour earlier than the estimate time which was good and the food was hot especially the chips because normally whenever i have chips delivered they tend to be lukewarm

First time using this kebab takeaway, very disappointed as had to wait 1 1/2 hour for our delivery.!! So cross rang 3 times chasing and on 3rd call was told he had only one driver appalling!! Food was good but seriously let down by delivery service will not be using again.
