Kebab Centre in Medway

the Lamb Doner meat and chips was not ok, the chips were greasy like they had been cooked and thrown straight into the box without being drained. the meat was undercooked. ended up throwing away 2 meals and they were inedible.

After being 25 minutes late was due 18:55 didn’t arrive till 19:20 all of it was cold. Very disappointing as use the same place every time I order. I will not be ordering from here again any time soon

I'm truly gutted to be writing this I've had 4 or 5 kebabs from here delivered by Uber eats and they were great but this evening me and my daughter had a kebab that looked under cooked and very bitty I'm not happy at all because I'm not the sort to ask for a refund I'm the sort that will not buy from these people ever again truly gutted.

First time ordering because I’ve heard good reviews and I have to say it is as good as what was described. Well worth the order I have to say. 10 / 10

For £23 was a poor effort , got more food ordering a large donor elsewhere, literally 2 small pieces of each kebab and barely any chicken donor and 8 pieces of extra long donor kebab .. not good enough for the money they charge

it wasn't in a insulated bag only sitting on the set of the car no as the driver couldn't follow the instructions lest of the address I had to walk out and meet him, 30-45 mins late, food was stone cold and as there was a power cut and I ordered a takeaway as I couldn't cook it was to cold to eat and had to go in the bin, if the shop advertised to deliver to the address and can't deliver hor food then they should not be paid I was offering £4.47 compensation a order that was 17.78 absolute joke

Food never arrived. I called the restaurant to ask for an update and they said there was no drivers and the order had been cancelled. On the app it said order out for delivery. The restaurant then hung up and said don’t call back

Ordered and had my order cancelled immediately. Claimed I phoned and cancelled myself. Truth if they are lazy and can't be bothered to deliver. Food was sh&t last time anyway

Never leave any reviews normally but this one I think is needed. Was rude and inpatient. Considering we was the only 2 women customers there. Was treated like I would never treat anyone. Leave it at that. Just saying !!!

On Friday night my husband went in and got me a kebab sadly I have ended up in hospital with food poisoning

I called to see where my food was. I got told we’re really busy and your food will be there in 10 minutes. Turns up stone cold and rubbery. I feel sicken by the fact that I have had to pay over £20 for food which is not edible!

The wraps were not really filled with a lot of meat more veg and chips. Thought chips were coming separate. Overall a lot of money for very little food wouldn’t order this again waste of money.

Food never arrived, we are sat by the front door and we have a dog that barks anytime anyone goes near our door, we called to see where our order was and was surprised to hear that the driver said that it was already delivered! We checked our porch and outside, checked our neighbours and finally our CCTV, no food delivered, the driver claims he called 4 times, knocked and left it outside, no missed calls, no knock and NO DELIVERY on the CCTV either!!! Spoke to Jason who didn’t want to/wouldn’t resolve the matter, I gave him the opportunity to rectify but he said that he would rather I left a bad reviews when I gave him the choice…so here I am! AVOID, incompetent staff all round

Food never turned up. Waited over an hr for delivery, app said it was delivered. They also took my money… When I phoned guy said they’re closed and hung up. Rude , first and last time ordering from them. Now have to go through the app for my refund which will be fun for over £40………..

Pre ordered at 8:15pm for 9pm delivery , finally delivered at 9:50pm , no updates on the app until i asked just eat for update , Salad has been missing last few times also after selecting add salad, usually very good food and service just couple of times lacking

Garlic bread and chicken shish and chicken burnt yet when I try to report it, it just said to call the restaurant which was shut! very bad service for food not up to standard.

KEBAB CENTER.... HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ALMOST £20 FOR A CHICKEN DONER KEBAB AND CHIPS KNOWING HOW ROUGH THE QUALITY IS, CHIPS WHERE COOKED OBVIOUSLY IN OLD OIL THEY WHERE BLACK AND TASTED AWFUL, KEBAB WAS SWIMMING IN OIL TO THE POINT IT LEAKED OUT OF THE PAPER BOX AND ALL OVER MY WORK TOP! THE SALAD WAS MINISCULE, THE DRIVER TOOK ABSOLUTELY AGES TRYING TO FIND MY ADDRESS, TO THE POINT I HAD TO LEAVE MY FLAT AT 1AM IN THE MORNING TO LOOK FOR HIM, AND I PAID £20 FOR FOOD TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR. DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS. As I was waiting for a chicken doner wrap today, one of the workers sprayed some apparently caustic cleaning solution onto a mop-type thing on the end of a stick and began to clean the 'ceiling' of the grill area immediately above where the two large spits of doner meat (chicken and lamb) were turning. I could see stuff, either cleaning solution and/or dirt, falling near and maybe onto the meat itself. It was the most unhygienic thing I've ever witnessed in a takeaway. Obviously I left without the wrap I'd ordered and I told them why. Will report them to the local council food standards department. It's unbelievable.

Food got delivered on time tasted fresh because they had the sense to wrap the boxes in foil followed instructions to the word and the large donor was plenty for me and useally any where else isn't I recommend if you don't fancy cooking as didn't on this occasion 10/10

Not open when I needed you at 3am. I’m kebab-less and don’t have any direction in my life at this point in time.

They put onions in my wrap which weren't asked for or wanted (as I hate them) so had to pick them all out. Other than that it was lovely!

These guys are a scam. I ordered a pizza from them. They didn’t even delivered it but they initially said it will reach in 10min but after 1hr they put it as delivered and started to not picking up my phone. Plz don’t buy from them.

The order is not been delivered till now the order should be delivered at 1.10 but till now its not been delivered but it says delivered on the app

awful delivery driver , rude knocked door saw me through the window with my 5month old baby asleep on my chest and then knocked door louder and started throwing his arms in the air and making faces

Delivery within 30-40 minutes and food was fresh and incredibly tasty. Would use again.

Traffic was heavy. It is very rare for anything other than very early. So really please don’t take this as a complaint.

Such lovely and welcoming staff, food is delicious and the owner is (quite rightly) very proud of his produce, especially the vegetarian options which are all really tasty and reasonably priced. We've visited several times now and would definitely recommend.

tasted good but ordered and paid for chips in my wrap which I didn't get also ordered and paid for feta cheese in the wrap and they gave me hallumi which I don't like so picked it out. but overall was nice.

The restaurant clearly couldn’t cope either the volume of orders. Our order was late, missing items and the quality was far below their normal standard.
