Best Indian restaurant in the area. Food delicious, staff are friendly and efficient. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We ordered a takeaway. After a 1hr and 15 minutes I phoned them asking where our (£54 ) order was. They told me their printer didn’t work, so they are going to make my order now. After being very patient… our order arrived almost cold, everything was with burnt and hard, tasteless! Just awful!

Used to be my favourite place to order from for a curry even though its expensive the quality is good but the last three times I’ve ordered they have got my order completely wrong

Takeaway from Kassia Kitchen, prompt delivery but cold and not particularly tasty. Will stick with the usual Lovedean Tandoori in future.

We ordered a takeaway on New Year’s Eve at 6.00pm to arrive at 8.00am, it eventually arrived at 8.50 after a phone call, it arrived and looked as though it had been dropped and kicked up our driveway the curry’s were all over the inside of the bag. When my wife called to complain and ask for some kind of discount or gesture the manager became very rude and abusive, will definitely not use or recommend again.

Naan bread was inedible. It was both wet and rock solid. Clearly had been reheated. Also had a load of foil stuck to it. Very disappointed. Previous orders have had issues too turning up either an hour early or an hour late. Shame because the food is pretty tasty

We had mama’s lamb and veg hariali, both were cooked perfectly with quality ingredients.

After reading the reviews I had high hopes of this place and it’s failed! Wife’s Passanda taste was great sadly the Chicken was tough as old boots, the Onion Baji where sloppy with grease, the chips where soggy and the topping tasted bland. I had a Mixed meat curry and that was bland and watery. The best bit was the Naan bread so to the tandor chef well done. I have tried every single takeaway in the area at least once over the years and this is a 4/10 at best and the price is high for an indian. Disappointed isn’t the word I’ll stick the usual I think.

This was the first time we ordered from here after hearing good things about the place.Was very impressed with the food we ordered and it was some of the tastiest Indian food I’ve ever had.Chicken Tikka masala was amazing and full of so much flavour as was the Chicken Tikka Bhuna.Onion bhajis were massive and spot on and the garlic rice was delicious.Only slight moan is the Kemma Nann bread wasn’t the best but this didn’t stop us enjoying a fantastic meal.The portion size is also very good and two hungry people could easily share one curry and one rice.Would definitely order from here again and will be very soon I can’t not wait.

Always important to have a local Indian takeaway whereever you live, and this is ours. Every single time, the food is fantastic, always boiling hot, extra poppadoms given also. Couldn't recommend enough.

Made an order with kassia app it was easy to do. Had a reasonable wait for my delivery but estimate on length of time was accurate. I had chicken Tikka Malay which was lovely just like the dish I've had in the Drayton restaurant I would like this just with the paneer alone tried the kassia fries this is a nice idea seasoned mince over chips but I found it a little strange and the chips for me were undercooked. I enjoyed my chicken passanda would prefer chicken to be plain not Tikka and nan bread was good. All in all I enjoyed my meal plenty enough for dinner the next day and reasonable price. I would use again for a Indian takeaway meal.

Was using it weekly, messed up my order 2 times in a row, phoned, to make them aware. Promised a new meal, next time I ordered. Have ordered tonight, wont honour the promise. Customer service?

We visited this restaurant a couple of weeks after opening, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and will certainly be returning again. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was brillant, varied menu, service and food were brillant.

It'a takeaway only, but delicious food all made fresh as I waited for it. I've tried a few locally & this one is better than the others. Would recommend it very highly. Decided to try Kassia Kitchen in Cowplain, found ordering online easy. Let's start with the positives, food was hot when delivered. Negatives, we ordered a chicken curry, chicken Bhuna and a chicken dansak with pilau rice. All were bland with no taste, sauce's were very runny. Disappointed and will not be trying them again.

Absolutely delicious. Had our order delivered which proved very efficient. Bang on time with the food piping hot! Highly recommend!!

Ordered the garlic chilli masala x2 for my boyfriend and I , it was described as a medium heat, that is not what you get, unless you like an extreme spice, so please do not order this. I would have returned but I had already dished it up, as I had not even thought to taste before serving, but this was unbearable, and not even eaten.

Visited Kassia Drayton last year and very impressed so this week opted for a delivery from Kassia Kitchen in Cowplain. Truly wish we hadn't as disappointing is an understatement. Delivery lady couldn't find our house which is number 1 in a small close of 12 properties.....how hard can that be. The result of her driving around looking for us and going to the wrong house meant our food was lukewarm at best. The Tandoori Mix starter was dripping in oil, the Aloo Bhajee potatoes were mushy, the lamb in the Korai was tough and chewy, the Chicken Balti pretty much tasteless and the Pilau Rice hard and unseasoned. A complete waste of £32. You live and learn as they say so will stick with the Milton Tandoori

Had a take out meal for six over the weekend and throughly enjoyed all the dishes we ordered! Great helpings and taste was just right! Chicken Tika Masala was perfect with plenty of sauce as well! Nans were just right and sad to say we never did eat the poppadoms...

I always order from Kassia and the food is always brilliant. Wasn’t to impressed with yesterday’s order though. One of the curry’s was no more than a half portion. Had to share out the rest of the curries to make one person a full meal.

Amazing choice of vegetarian and vegan options . My vegetarian meal included lovely naan breads ( very light and crispy ) ; tasty onion rice ; onion bhajis ( not greasy and dark ) ; paneer starter and aloo wedges . Will definitely order again

Unfortunately a king prawn curry was delivered instead of the ordered chicken tikka version. This was an issue as my husband has a seafood allergy, however, Kassia were very apologetic and were very quick to rectify this and re-deliver this within 20 minutes of making them aware (we gave them the unwanted one back following social distancing). Absolutely cannot fault their customer service in putting this right very quickly - thank you and much appreciated.

I order the same meal from here every week. Recently its seems like there is a different chef every week. Chicken Tika Damsak, mushroom baji, and garlic rlce. This week I had to consign it to the bin. The Dansak was far too hot, the chicken wasn't tikad, huge chunks and absolutely no sauce. A few lentils in a bit of paste. No way I could eat this. Sometimes etimes very nice. Sometimes just OK. Tonight awful.

Sadly the Kassia Kitchen was rather disappointing, having eaten a number of times at the other restaurants in the group this fell short of the mark. The poppadoms were burnt, tasted like the oil was old. The dishes were ok but the lamb in the Mama's Lamb was tough, certainly not falling apart as described. The Biryani and Kassi Mix reminded of how Indian Takeaways' were like in the 1980's rather oily with cheap ingredients. I am a fan of the Pasha and the Red Lounge before it became the Koop+Kraft. I will use the Pasha for take-aways in the future.

Bland, overpriced food! Having eaten in Kassia Drayton a number of times, where the good is fabulous, we expected the Kassia Kitchen food to be on a par ...... sadly disappointing! Mama’s Lamb was bland, no real flavour, Peshwari nans burnt on bottom, chicken pasanda the creamy sauce was thick, gloopy and unedible! Fortunately we collected and got the 20% cash discount, but still overpriced given poor quality of the food! An experience we will not be repeating!

Had the biryani and unfortunately it was bland flavourless and unseasoned ! How that happens with Indian food I don’t know .. wasn’t keen on eating it all due to this and then found a small dark curly hair in it that was definitely not mine so threw it all in the bin! Unfortunately unimpressed seen as the menu looked so good ... won’t be going back here ! Shame

Very disappointing. Undercooked chickpeas, unseasoned jackfruit and bland chaat. Keema naan was great in fairness and can't fault the service but the food generally was poor and considering the price, we won't be visiting again

Really disappointing considering the Kassia restaurant is so fantastic. Moody Bird jalfezi had all the spice in the chicken and no flavour or depth in the sauce and veg. Had a delivery and the poppadum was smashed to smithereens. The peshwaree nan was so burnt underneath it was like eating burnt toast! Pilau rice had no flavour. I'd say the palash has just had a front of house make over with the same bad food. Won't be back
