Lovely dessert would definitely order again

What was delivered was a far cry from the picture on the website

It was ok, but nothing special. I certainly won't be ordering from there again. Quality for price paid, not good !! I've had much better for less money.

On time but that time did get later and later after first prediction. Ice creams very good but suffering some shrinkflation. Expected more fudge in the fudge sundae and a bit less brownie.

I love Kaspas but the delivered orders clearly show the drinks are rushed compared to how they're served in person. most recent order was missing an item too. do better

Missing half my order yet again

Was waiting over two hours for when it arrived it was cold and my ice cream was water

delivery was great, however was missing white chocolate sauce that was added as an extra, and the strawberries weren't ripe amd were half yellow.

My courier was absolutely lovely!! I am incredibly happy with my service!

Edit Had a message on here to contact the store directly, which I did, and it's been totally ignored ! Just had deliveroo deliver me some cake and cheesecake £7.95 each for the smallest portions I have ever had the misfortune to see Rip off, never again will I waste my money

my order didn't arrive till late and It originally got delivered to another house before mine and when it arrived it was missing the drink.

Terrible. Nearly two hours for delivery, freezing cold desserts which are supposed to be warm. Ice cream melted like milk. Won’t be using again

One of the waffles had barely any toppings on it, tasted very bland, disappointed which is unfortunate as the quality is usually 100%

Certainly not artisen as advertised. Ordered coffee. Ask for soya milk, the Asian staff didn't have a clue. Asked for oat, or soya, offered and given milk. Walnut cake was poor quality manufactured over sweet and warm. A huge disappointment and not a clue for food intolrances or allergies.

Always nice food. Spacious restaurant, can smell the sugar as soon as you walk in. Big variety on the menu, quick service and fresh food. Been here many times over the last 5 yrs

My order was never delivered. After calling just eat and the restaurant. Asking multiple times where my order was, they was rude and inconsiderate.

Waffle was stone cold, and the cookie dough was warm ish.

Ordered the large drinks but the cups were half empty the rest was froth, no straws and delivery took about an hour or so. You wouldn’t accept a pint with a lot of head at the pub so why is it ok to serve it to customers who are paying more for a larger drink? Just want a refund as this is disappointing and bad service

The portion of the chocolate fudge sundae only filled two thirds of the cup whereas the very cherry sundae filled the whole cup so very disappointing

They are very polite people as always and their food and drinks are delicious

very tasty desserts. a large selection of ice cream, waffles and pancakes. for undecided people, you can compose dessert yourself. fruits in desserts are very good, especially strawberries.

Gone downhill. Always found the service slow but the desserts used to leave you with that full sick feeling they were so amazing! Whilst that sounds awful, that’s what you want from a dessert place, to fill yourself up so much until you burst because it tastes so good. Well this time we went we were less than impressed. Not much topping or sauce on our waffles, yet the price was still the same. Obviously making cut backs. Still was tasty but you could tell a mile away the lack of ingredients and well, finished it easily 😂 shame as I was looking forward to taking some home. I’d still go back but when you are used to a certain meal you’d expect it to be the same next time.

Wonderful selection, served promptly. Music too loud. Oh and watch the coffee it's lava hot.

They didn’t deliver the create your own shake, they didn’t follow my very clear note regarding the sauce for crepe, and I was given coconut ice cream and not vanilla. Very disappointed

Nice enough, nice flavours available. Clean inside, but toilet areas were a bit mucky... my son wanted a glass of milk with his dessert, they wouldn't / couldn't do it despite having milk in for milkshakes. I wanted one of their donut desserts, but with a different flavour icecream, but was told is was prepackaged/ premade.. slightly disappointed. But what we did have was nice. Raspberry dodger gelato is amazing. Staff were polite too.

Many flavours of ice cream were not labelled at all. Food was OK. Staff were indifferent (possibly to be expected for a large corporation). The other recent negative reviews seem to sum this up well even though Kaspa assert this isn't their usual standard... Giving benefit of doubt with 3*.

A pleasant experience, nice & quiet, calm atmosphere. Staff were very polite, never felt rushed.

My food was completely cold , not happy at all

Arrived warm, tasted delicious. I'm ignoring the calories just this once. Delivery driver was polite and on time. A five stars all round for me on this occasion. Thank you.

Lovley as always, unfortunately they didn't have the flavour I wanted but they was quick to get in touch. Was looking forward to the 500ml banoffee gelato but didn't look that much.

Very unorganised Staff were quite rude and did not welcome at all. Essentially served ourselves, and had to keep going up and down to get the drinks from the fridge etc. Staff seemed quite lazy. Boiling inside, need some fans/aircon. Very uncomfortable temperatures Only upside was that the food was really nice and came out quickly.

Delivery rider gave our order to another customer told us that he’d go and collect it and return however our drink had been spilt. Phoned Kaspas to report the incident to be told it wasn’t their fault so they’re not going to help and to contact just eat. Rider never returned with my order so I’m out of pocket for the full order. Kaspas customer service somewhat lacking

This Kaspa's experience was probably the worst I've ever had. We arrived at 9:30 hoping to dine in, and initially, the staff seemed okay with that. However, no one seated us, so we went to find a table ourselves but then we were told we couldn't sit there because they were closing soon, even though their closing time was supposed to be 10:30. They insisted we take our desserts in takeaway boxes, which was not a big deal. After ordering, within 10 minutes, we were asked to move so they could clean the area we were sitting in. This seemed ironic since they didn't want us sitting "too far away" initially, yet moved us further away themselves. When we got our desserts, the staff made us uncomfortable by constantly checking the time aloud, as if hinting for us to leave. We took only a few bites before deciding to leave. As we were leaving, one of the staff members commented in their language, thinking we couldn't understand, "they are getting up to leave now." This was very unprofessional and we won’t be returning 😊

A bit softer on arrival thannormal and size of portion seems less whilst prices have risen but otherwise very nice tadte.

Order was finally delivered after 3 times of trying to call kaspas with no answer and after 1 hr and 30 odd mins from the time of the order being placed. Driver was pleasant and mentioned he had to cancel other orders due to amount of delay at the restaurant itself. I would have been understanding if it was the weekend but this early in the week for the service to be this bad was a surprise. It got to the point where I got in my car and was half way to kaspas before I had an update on our order.

delivery was quick and efficient but the food was stone cold, waffles were very soggy. bad experience this time round.

Waffle was just thrown together some unexplained stuff on inside of lid on ice cream pot. Stone cold. No straw for choc shake. Not as good as usual.

Went right when they opened, so it was really empty and it didn't take long to get our order. The decoration takes us to a 50s diner in every way possible. The staff was nice and the food was amazing. We ordered the salted caramel popcorn waffles, and they were out of the ice cream. The waiter let us choose any flavour of ice cream to replace it. Would definitely come back to this place.

The staff a bunch of young people that don’t give a damn about costumer service . Disgusting glases, sticky cutlery, the bucket for the cutlery smeared with food inside dust . Seems that all kaspas need to learn cleaning.

The seating is looking a little tired and grubby, however the desert's are amazing. The only real annoying thing is that the staff don't understand the phrase "a dribble of hazelnut chocolate sauce or a small amount of Nutella chocolate spread please" I find whether your having it on a crêpe or waffle it arrives drowning in it therefore making it difficult to eat as so rich in chocolate.

While waiting in the queue for half an hour, in front of the cash register we were told in a very unpleasant way that we had to wait another half an hour before our order would be collected.

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed by staff currently working there.Not professional and not pleasant.I have the impression that they work and serve customers for a punishment.After half an hour of standing in queue(only 2 person front of me).When I was finally able to place the order, I asked if I was sure I wanted to order because the waiting time was another 40 minutes.I gave up...

Nice waffles, Ambiente was okay but the 'service' was bad. The guy that seated us looked so bored and disgusted that he had to work ... I actually wanted to leave right away. But the waffles made up for it.

This place is lovely they have a very limited kids menu literally 2 items so all my kids picked an adults dessert which were twice the price but they had a lot more verity for the adults so can't blame the children. We did have a good time though.

Booked a table for 12 in advance for sons birthday treat, shown to table by moody young girl then left, not told to order at counter so silly me presumed a waitress would take our order, 20 mins later realised my mistake, once the food was ordered took over 45 mins to arrive kids had to eat up really quickly as parents were coming to pick them up by then, kids seem to like the food, I on the other had feel the place is run by a bunch of kids that have no organisation skills and couldn't give a dam either way.

Food wasn't delivered. We went into town to speak with kaspas and they confirmed it had been picked up. Absolutely disgusted that we didn't receive the order.

Ordered a dessert and drink and it mustn't have been packaged correctly as when the courier went to pick it up it all came out the bottom of the bag :( The courier tried to contact the restaurant to get another one delivered and sent them a photo of what had happened and they just told him to tell me to say it was damaged. No offer to send out another and I tried calling them a few times and no response.

7-7.20 changed to 7.40 (nearly too late,going out) waffles cold,ice cream melted, not very nice really disappointed.

We popped in for take away ice cream and the service wasn’t great. The ice cream itself was average. The toilets were awful.

Ordered at 7:57pm originally said would be delivered by 8:40pm delivery time kept changing later and later then it just said waiting for update for 20mins finally arrived at 9:44pm, wasn’t very warm but too late in the evening to complain then after waiting over an hour.

Good deserts, waiting time average (10-15) mins, but prices are quite high £10 each person average.

Lovely food. Bit pricey now and does take time because it's all made fresh but it tastes lovely

i was told it would be a 25-35 minute wait and ended up having to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes and when it turned up my ice cream was all melted. I am appalled by this and will definitely not be ordering again.

My hot chocolate was cold when it arrived so wasn’t touched. Which ruined my order as that was the main thing I wanted. My partner didn’t enjoy his part of the order either.

Ordered tropical fruit Sunday. It arrived quickly and was yummy.

Visited the place a few days back despite of having a previous bad experience because of the manager(the guy with glass). I said it before and I'm saying it again, It's not the staff members who make the experience terrible, but the manager himself. Cause I found all the staffs are super friendly and smiley. Doesn't matter which day of the week you visit there, they are run out of some items. Authority should monitor the management very strictly if they want to save the business. Otherwise, they will keep losing customers for sure. One more thing. Please turn on the AC as it's summer and extremely hot outside.
