Best dessert in Watford and really good customer services, Shebbu was really good from taking our orders and services us! She deserve a pay rise!

This place was amazing, loved the pistachio paired with the strawberries and chocolate. Perfect if you want a good dessert for a good price!

Very Bad Experience From the Staff Side

Food was good but atmosphere was horrible - had flashing lights, same song looping constantly and had to wait 30 mins for a pancake

Kaspas Watford is hands down the best spot for ice cream, whether you visit in person or order through Uber Eats. Their toppings are always fresh, the service is consistently excellent, and the menu offers an unbeatable variety. Even their soft-serve ice cream with nuts and hazelnut sauce is incredibly rich and flavorful. If you’re looking for top-quality desserts, this place is a must-try!

Our trip to Kaspas Ice Cream with Usman was such a blast! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the variety of flavors was overwhelming in the best way possible. We tried a mix of classic and unique options, and I have to say, the bubblegum flavor was a hit! Ruby loved her chocolate fudge sundae, and Usman couldn't get enough of the cookie dough ice cream. The portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing. We spent hours chatting and laughing, enjoying our sweet treats. Overall, it was a fun outing that brought us closer together, and I can't wait for our next ice cream adventure!

The restaurant is very shabby and uncared for majority of the seats have tears in, the tables are wobbly and chipped and the ceiling has many tiles thay have fallen down. I usually prefer to order via just eat and eat their desserts in the comfort of my own home but this is the 3rd delivery where they have delivered elsewhere clearly without putting in the correct code!!! You would think I'd learn after the 2nd time but clearly not. I have called the restaurant each time but this time was the worst. The "manager" asked me what I'd like them to do and I asked them to remake the order and resend it. He said no he can't do that and he suggests that I call just eat. He then hung up the phone on me and now I'm left out of pocket again. As long as the restaurant get their money they don't seem to care about the service they provide nor their customers

Special thanks to Shabu and Usman, who were excellent. My son's has allergies and they were so helpful and accommodating.

Total chaos. Staff very disorganised. Waited for almost an hour. I got told he's making the order now. Meanwhile he's busy with delivery orders. All we ordered was 4 flavours of ONE SCOOP of ice cream. How long does it take to put One scoop in a container . Messed up our order and ice cream given tasted very bad.TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!

Fabulous evening out with friends, have wonderful experience at kaspa’s. The milkshakes were absolutely delicious and tasty. Ask for usman who is incredibly helpful in providing information about menu. Overall it was a happy and pleasant experience! Would be coming and ordering again very soon!

Food is very delicious, especially kunafa crepe and pistachio milk shake must and should try . Employees are very good . They are asking everything very politely serving food with goodness and hygiene. If we want more sweet we can tell them before making our food then they will prepare according our taste meets.

The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy times. My personal favorite is the new fettuccine crepe Highly recommend if you’re in Watford and craving something indulgent. Can’t wait to visit again!

I got a late-night takeout gluten free carrot cake and an ice cream at Kaspa's in Watford. I appreciated that there were two gluten free cakes (carrot cake and sticky toffee pudding), and vegan/ vegetarian ice cream options. The service was great. The server made an effort to take out the allergy chart and talk me through which options were safe, and the measures she would take to safely heat up my order. Unfortunately, the desserts themselves really let me down. The ice cream was good, not great. As for the carrot cake, it simply did not taste nice at all. It looked promising, so I was very disappointed! Kaspa's is open late, and the service is good, so I wanted to like it. I'm sad to say I found the product itself lacklustre.

For a dessert shop with a good vibe, this was the one. We bought some cookie dough and ice cream and a few waffles too and the serving quantity to price ratio was very, very good. The least I can say is I was extremely happy with the amount I got for what I paid for! The environment when I was sat there was very good too! It wasn't the busiest place which meant us as friends could actually hear each other talk AND it also wasn't the quietest which means there was no awkward silence at all and no worrying that other people could listen into our conversation. Staff were amazing, holding good customer service and leaving smiles on our faces. I would come here every single day if i had the money

I went for late night dessert on Sunday night and I loved this place. There aren’t many places that are open on late Sunday night. Delicious bubble tea and brownie mess. Strongly recommend if you are looking for yummy desserts

This was the worst experience possible the staff members were very rude and when we ordered takeaway which was in their system they still had to ask us and other members of staff. Another point to make is that they were not making our drinks as it was very empty and we had to complain for them to start
