Ordered a cookie dough from here. Received only the free ice cream and no one answers the phone

Went here with my parents and boyfriends parents, had a brilliant time food was lovely, our servers Baqir and Farhad were lovely aswell and even gave us a discount on our milkshake, I appreciate everything they did for us. definitely recommend this place.

Amazing brothers. From our country aswell and the respect is amazing. Big love out there for the brothers.

Fahad was so nice and friendly. He made all our meals perfectly and they were lovely. He chatted with the children also which was nice :)

This was the worst experience possible the staff members were very rude and when we ordered takeaway which was in their system they still had to ask us and other members of staff. Another point to make is that they were not making our drinks as it was very empty and we had to complain for them to start

It was worst experience as the were not even working as we had ordered and it had been 15 minutes and asked when our shakes will be ready to realise they had just started after we asked. Also the staff were really rude to us

It was a good place and really like the service by Usman and the dishes were awesome

This is second time i was facing same issue with the staff. They were very rude to us. Especially the one who standing on the till. Iam very unhappy with service every time iam facing the same issue.But the food was too good.Hope you understand expecting betterment in the services.

Usman you are such an amazing person. We had a brownie waffle which was amazing then all the other time and a triple chocolate fudge cake( both were very good but we enjoyed brownie waffle a-lot today). Fahad you are such a gentle person who always welcomes with a big smile. Thanks for the best experience!

Great selection of desserts. Very quiet as it was Christmas holidays, so not much atmosphere, but we didn't mind that. Thumbs up to Fahad (hope I've spelled that correctly) for his friendly service. 10/10.

It was for my Sons Birthday I ordered Ferrero Waffles and Cookie Dough... specifically mentioned no peanuts and extra choclate sauce..the guy who was serving me was eating while taking the order.. even though I clearly mentioned no peanuts the order was not taken properly. The waffles was so badly prepared that you don't even feel like eating..with peanuts on it ..and no Ferrero. Been eating this place for years and the quality has gone down completely. The cookie dough was prepared as if it was just for 1 bite....and they charged £8.45 approx for that little quantity... Very Disappointing service and quantity for the money they charge

Took my family for lunch to Kaspa's at St Albans Rd Watford. Thanks Fahad for your outstanding service. We had good time there and will go back soon.

Disappointed, ordered from here few times via Just Eat, last order was complete mess with items missing (issue with Kaspas staff not sending ordered items). I rang for remaining missed items told nothing they can do and wouldn't be sending driver to deliver - not going back here again.

Gone downhill since my my first review. How u selling food for take out with no cutlery,napkins . Rude service and have noticed how staff always changing . Use to go here regularly with family but now choose to use all the new spots in town centre . At least they kept up on their service and food quality. This shop probably surviving on uber eats and deliveroo

The restaurant seemed unusually quiet for a Saturday midday visit. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no ice cream on display which they normally have. The youngest member was served last so had to wait an extra 5 minutes to receive their order, leaving them enviously eyeing others enjoying their ice cream. Regrettably, the overall customer service experience was lacking, which was disappointing.

Always delicious deserts , staffs are helpful all the time , just fix the air conditioner it’s been more than a year and they said is not working

Used to be an amazing place to come but standards have gone so low. Waited 45 minutes for a shake and crepe and 3 tables not cleared in the time we’ve visited. No apologies for delay or anything - wouldn’t come back

If we fancy something sweet, this is the place we order from or visit. 😊 The atmosphere is always nice, clean place, a good range of deserts and lovely staff members! Hands up fot the romanian lady working there, she was very sweet with our child on our last visit.

Arrived cold. I ordered a crepe and waited around 30mins for the order to arrive to me. I also noticed the delivery man was hanging around outside for around 10mins before he was off with my order. I will not be ordering Uber eats from here. It was not worth the wait and I am disappointed. I also tried to call the store afterward to speak to them but I believe they closed.

Disgusting wouldn’t feed to an animal delivered a sloppy mess then when try to contact them no one answers looked like it has been chewed up and spat into the box vile vile place I warn you do not order from here or even be tempted to go hear.

Went a bit late and the server behind the counter was kind enough to let us in and allowed us to sit and have our dessert, it made my visit special considering it was almost closing time. Thank you Lilly

Taste was good but the service was Okay

Disappointing shrunk portions from last time. However, flavour wise, my pistachio ice cream was very good, and the cinnamon coffee was good. My other complaint is that the timing of serving was all over the place, instead of coordinated, and the cutlery was brought after the desserts, from far away, leaving us staring at our desserts unable to start. Very poor waiter service. That error is absolutely basic.

The manager is a big time liar, the Ice cream machine was broken, the ice cream was melted and they hold us for 25 min, didn’t want to tell us truth so we can go to others. I think he should be honest.

Placed an order for 2 milkshakes through Ubereats at 9pm. After almost an hour the status was still 'being prepared'. Called the store but phone was not answered. Cancelled the order but got charged full amount and did not receive refund. They got the money, we didnt get the milkshakes. Ridiculous.

I don't like this place because they don't let you try the flavours. They assume you will know what you want. The service is inconsistent and unhelpful.

Seats are tatty. Pancake was tasteless and dry. Waitress was friendly and efficient.

Nice establishment but I couldn't get anything other than sorbet as I'm allergic to dairy and eggs. Also my friend is gluten free and there was only ONE option for her unless again it was sorbet or ice-cream. It's 2023, it's clear there's alot of plant based people around now and also gluten free is a must. It's a shame, so won't be coming here again.

Really bad service and no apology. The problem is that people do not listen, and they do not apologise. I went with my young daughter to treat her to a nice afternoon and quite clearly ordered an ice cream cone with two scoops - one vanilla, one strawberry. Why would I order any more than this for a 3 year old? After taking an inordinately long time, they bring over a cone with two scoops of one flavour, saying "the other one is coming." Bearing in mind I'd ordered something else for myself, that was quite clearly for an adult. I told the guy how he had it wrong and told him to go fix it, after which he then returned with FOUR scoops in a cone. At this point I realise he is not only not listening to me, but has also charged me nearly £3 more than necessary for a simple ice cream cone. A simple order he's managed to screw up twice. My order still hasn't emerged and we've been in the restaurant nearly 30 minutes by now. My daughter is now innocently asking "where's the man daddy?" and she's usually very good. "The man" hasn't returned after I told him off the second time, so now I realise the staff attitude is simply bad and that people can't take criticism or deliver service properly anymore. At no point was an explanation or apology offered. So I got up, asked for a refund and left. He didn't even clearly instruct me that I had to insert my card to process the refund. he manager stood there with some weird smug smile on her face while I complained. Honestly I do no understand people and especially people in the service industry so opposed to just delivering, er, service. Didn't get to taste the food but on a previous phone order interaction they were quite unhelpful too, so I won't be going back here again.

ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE EVER !!! Avoid ordering from here unless you want to waste your money. We got our order delivered after 50 mins and guess what items missing. So called them they were so rude and blamed on poor delivery man. To make it worst, they kept hanging up and kept adding lies.

Such a lovely little place!! Me and my partner came in at there closing time wanting something to eat as nowhere was open and they were happy to serve us some sweet treats . The staff were lovely and the coke float was to die for!

Nice ice cream. Waitress dropped our wafer on floor. She picked it up and never returned with a fresh one!

The man at the till with a cap, skinny, a bit tall with a short beard is so miserable, and so rubbish at his job, if I worked there I would've defo got into fights with him all the time.

Staff is really friendly. It is fairly pricey, but you are paying for the experience, and it is really quite wonderful. The ice creams are beautifully prepared. I went there with five children, and we had a great time.

Great variety of freshly prepared desserts and ice cream. Visited few days back With family and really enjoyed our trip. We tried different waffle flavours and ice creams. Highly recommended.

Rundown, ripped and damaged seats, overall outdated. Toilet horrible. Staff seemed very busy, stressed and service was poor and slow overall. Mix desert feedback some were okay and few not, i.e cold pancake, not cripy and cold tea. I hope service, cleanliness and decor will improve so we may give it another go in the future!

Desserts were good but not worth the wait. Poor service and unorganised. 2/3 order was served with the 3rd kid staring for 20 minutes ! So the 4th one decided not to order at all as they would have to wait. If at all you wanna visit, make sure they are less busy as for sure they have no clue to handle more than a single order !

Excellent dessert parlour, friendly staff and the treats were delicious. Went for the Tropical Paradise as I didn't want something to sweet and it was perfect. And the kids loved it.

Ordered hot fudge sundae cost £10.99 and the container was half full looks like they ran out of ice cream and also the fudge was solid as a brick had to chuck it away in the bin. Complete waste of money will defiantly won’t be coming back to this location. Good job guys keep up the hard work.

"meh" is the best way to sum my my visit on Saturday. Female staff was quite... Abrupt, clearly not very happy to be working there. The service was slow even though it was mostly empty and we just had ice cream, the air conditioner was effectively non functioning even though I asked her if it was working, it's a wannabe creams, with creams prices and half the service and quality of creams. But it's local sooo...

Quick and friendly service nice for birthday’s wide range of desserts

Went to kaspas with family and relatives, paid and order, waited 45 minutes, went back to check what happened, and they didn't even start the order. The rude Fernando told me that their machine didn't print my order, and he was giving the pathetic expression to me as if its my fault that their machine didn't work. I left with my family all disappointed.

Always come here for the hot fudge sundae. Incredible dessert with yummy warm fudge inside and it's a great value for money. It always fills 2 of us up.

Excellent experience today. Went in with my family just after opening. Baqir was friendly, courteous, he interacted with the kids and regularly came over to ensure we were enjoying our experience. The food was lovely and well presented to go with the experience.
