My order was incorrect I ordered a Sunday and a drink I get white chocolate crepe a milky bar shake and a red bull infusion so was left disappointed, I sent photos and nothing not even an apology or a refund

I had such a great experience at Kaspas in Plymouth! The desserts were absolutely delicious – I went for the kunafa crepe and it was heavenly :) What really made the visit even better was the service. Rahul, one of the team members, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The place was clean, the atmosphere was chill, and we didn’t have to wait too long despite it being busy.

Rahul told the funniest jokes, Rahul was super friendly, and Rahul made the whole experience unforgettable. Today I went into Plymouth kaspas and was served by someone called Tomas, I received excellent customer service at the counter and received my food in 10 minutes I am very impressed with the over all care I was given and the Dubai strawberrys where amazing 😍😍😍😍 i definitely recommend this place again and again

Kaspa’s Dessert Shop is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their waffles are fluffy and delicious, the ice creams are rich and creamy, and the shakes are indulgent. The friendly staff always make you feel welcome, creating a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a delightful dessert experience!

Had a great time at Kaspa’s Plymouth! The desserts were amazing – so many options to choose from and everything looked and tasted fantastic. The place has a really fun vibe, and the location at The Barcode makes it super easy to pop in. It did get a little busy, but the atmosphere made up for it. Definitely a spot I'd love to visit again whenever I’m craving something sweet

Unfortunately, there is no dessert to eat other than waffles. The environment and service were very bad. There is no such thing as hygiene, the environment has become very shabby.

Very very over priced . Staff seem clueless what there actually selling . Take mortgage out for abit lunch . Just went here with my partner . we've been coming this desert bar for while . strong supporters this place but actually just had enough this place now with how over pirced it and dishonest staff our. We came for lunch at pasta bar . 2 boxs pasta ( pasta mash ) 2 cheese cakes and 2 drinks £40 ???! I nearly hit the floor !! we then got given pasta boxes with no garlic bread or even told that wasn't doing garlic bread . Got back to car open up boxes off pasta. When for £10 pasta to find box half warm not even pasta , mashed rubbish . Actually being served to people for money . Disgusting and think this was £10!!! I would paid £3 tbh . I quickly returned to the store to get a refund as wasn't even eating quilty . the lady behide till did give me refund for pasta but I feel like she knew pasta was awful and didn't even question refund just said yes that's fine and said sorry and gave me refund but as a business think this poor to take people hard earned money and serve them food which ment to be eatable . and cheeky charge £10 . Absolutely disgusting .

I had a different mixture of ice cream. I forget to put some cream on top and the staff gave loads of cream without paying it. The ice cream was really delicious as well.

I came here for the first time and it was pretty good, the food was nice, everything was clean and the service was lovely. I would say it's expensive but it was good.

The new menu has no banana loaf and the banana ice cream doesn't even taste like banana...

Took my Neice here recently and was served by the lovely Charlotte, she was excellent and super polite and helpful. The food was amazing too, I’ll absolutely be back

Bubble slush is good…however paying nearly £10 for a waffle that has barely any toppings on is a rip off, especially with the high standard of local competition.

Dined on 2.2.25 only 2 staff on and they couldn't cope with a few orders so for 3 us all food did not come out together and drinks arrived to long after food was served which was a shame as coffee was cold and 2 hot chocolates were not very nice. To much on 2 staff members to do more staff needed as this was after 12pm. Food is a bit costly so more staff on is affordable to create a better experience for customers

Really looked forward to treating the kids here and whilst the desserts were good it was let down by the general feel of the place especially as it wasn't busy, a clean table and a friendly smile would have made all the difference. Not sure if I'd go back.

Told them to not put bananas and strawberries in my waffles but they did. The waffles was really dry as well.

The food tastes like it was made a couple days ago. The crepe is dry and caked in too much sauce and the brownie is 100% not fresh. A shame for the price you’re paying you think it would be better quality.

Only half of the food arrived. The restaurant are adamant that the driver had the food but didn’t deliver it

Almost £40 order via Uber eats, and 60 minute wait for them to get the entire order wrong and now have to wait for Uber to contact me and a further 7 days for refund. Jokers

Food was nice and the staff were kind as well, place looks amazing almost done retro American but with a modern twist and it works well. ONLY reason for 4 stars is because of the cleanliness, tables were sticky, cutlery not properly cleaned and menus look past their sell by date. Overall though very nice place would come again.

Like a few others here the food and service where both to a good standard but what let's it down is the general hygiene and cleanliness. The mens toilet was beyond imagination honestly looks like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Really put me off going back which is sad because it could have been a brilliant visit.

The experience with Kaspa's was really amazing. I'm glad to visit their. The desserts were fresh and delicious snd their milkshakes make you feel like u r in the heaven. I ordered oreo crunch waffle with strawberry sundae and Ferrero Richer Sunday with ly friends. The ambiance was really and Mr. Waqas is really an amazing person. He's really cooperative and prioritizes his customers. There's no compromise on the quality and quantity of their products. I'll visit here again.

The burgers were mouthwatering and the tender of the chicken was good. We ordered their chicken rice and smashed chicken burgers both were delicious. I'll visit again for sure.

Today my friend brought me here for the first time and it was delicious I had the strawberry shortcake waffle and a mango passion fruit slushy so good I don’t think I should come back my whist line would not forgive me LOL the guy who served my was very polite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great place for a coffee and pudding. It is new and modern but lots of their design cue's are from retro designs and americana. The staff in my Plymouth branch are always really nice and super friendly and helpful. When I first went in and saw they had dragon fruit flavoured things I was so pleased. Its just not something you see here a lot. That will be the bright pink / purple shake in the picture below. There pancakes and waffles come with so many delicious toppings you almost want to try and go through the whole menu only it would take ages. Plus their coffee is lovely too. Would definitely recommend, especially for a date night.
