It was tremendous experience and enjoyed a lot with friends 😍

Food was nice and the staff were kind as well, place looks amazing almost done retro American but with a modern twist and it works well. ONLY reason for 4 stars is because of the cleanliness, tables were sticky, cutlery not properly cleaned and menus look past their sell by date. Overall though very nice place would come again.

did not receive my order. extremely unhappy. waited two hours to be told it was delivered, and I still don't have my food. appalling.

Like a few others here the food and service where both to a good standard but what let's it down is the general hygiene and cleanliness. The mens toilet was beyond imagination honestly looks like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Really put me off going back which is sad because it could have been a brilliant visit.

Didn’t get the food I ordered and it was all broken and soaked through the bag

First time ordering from here and have been put off ever ordering again, I am a short haired male and found a long hair within my food safe to say not satisfied

The experience with Kaspa's was really amazing. I'm glad to visit their. The desserts were fresh and delicious snd their milkshakes make you feel like u r in the heaven. I ordered oreo crunch waffle with strawberry sundae and Ferrero Richer Sunday with ly friends. The ambiance was really and Mr. Waqas is really an amazing person. He's really cooperative and prioritizes his customers. There's no compromise on the quality and quantity of their products. I'll visit here again.

One of the best place to have desserts, frappes are best than any of the brands like Macd and Starbucks. Majid is one of the best employee who is kind and serves with plesent personality.

The whole place was really clean, the place was very quiet and the food came out fast and really enjoyed it all.

Food is bit pricey, but the quality meets the standards. I came with my family and they loved it. We'll surely visit again 🙂.

This is a great place for a coffee and pudding. It is new and modern but lots of their design cue's are from retro designs and americana. The staff in my Plymouth branch are always really nice and super friendly and helpful. When I first went in and saw they had dragon fruit flavoured things I was so pleased. Its just not something you see here a lot. That will be the bright pink / purple shake in the picture below. There pancakes and waffles come with so many delicious toppings you almost want to try and go through the whole menu only it would take ages. Plus their coffee is lovely too. Would definitely recommend, especially for a date night.

Did a create your own crêpe and got fresh banana, and I certainly don’t think that this if fresh as they are black. I got charged for whipped cream and didn’t receive any.

So placed order through deliveroo for a Hershey's cooler, which I have had twice before. Both app and receipt on delivery confirms it but they have prepared and given driver a Reese's one. First time that I am disappointed in Kaspas.

Stone cold on delivery. Driver went to 4 stops before me so it was cold. All went in the bin! Will not order again.

They have got pretty good options for shakes smoothies , ice-cream and other stuff. Price is reasonable.

Had a delicious Chimney Cake which came out really fast. However, the overall cleanliness of the place is not up to standard. Menu was sticky with a hair attached to it. Knife wasn't clean so had to go swap it, and the tables needed a wipe down. Again, food and service was great, just needed a good clean.

Order never received. Restaurant told me it was the drivers fault as they never collected it, only to then be told nothing could be done

The order hasn’t arrived and I ordered at around 9/10pm and I called the restaurant at 10:35. No one responded and I was directed else where that didn’t help. This is disgusting customer service. My food didn’t arrive and I ordered quite some time before close. I am expecting a refund IN MONEY!!!!

The order never actually arrived, sat on waiting for update for over an hour and a half before it was suddenly decided that it had arrived over an hour ago. No sign of any food or any attempt to contact me.

Warm cookie dough with biscoff toppings biscuit and ice cream is to die for. Milkshakes are epic aswell

This was very delicious. And yesterday, watching the light rain from the window while eating this was not only a delightful experience but also a beautiful feeling.

This place is a great addition to Plymouth, good location although would have been better near the bowling complex. The staff need to get a better grip. We visited around 1.30pm every table that isn't in use has been used and not cleared. Every table! They don't even pick up a tables worth when they deliver another's food. Just leave it all, tables still not cleared after we finished. I don't get it. I work in this trade, its not a good look. I don't know whether its understaffed or just lazy. There seems to be enough staff but food takes a long time to come out and they don't send the whole table. One guy waited another 20 minutes for his food when his wife and kids had finished he finally got it. Restructuring, and managing the staff with better procedures and timings needs to happen fast. If they currently have a manager they are taking the p**s!

All of these points are based on me being a first time visitor. Service and organisation appeared to be a little disorganised. I was not asked for a table number, nor was I informed that this was the system. The two parts of my dessert came separately. Many of the tables lacked the necessary cutlery. When my server brought my dessert, they didn't even check if I had the necessary cutlery. The external deliveries seemed to take priority over internal purchases. Basically, the team need training in customer service- acknowledging people, informing them of how the system works etc- just good customer service and communication. I won't come again and won't recommend the place.

Not impressed sadly :( we’ve driven past a few times and it looks inviting, but the service is poor & crepes were dried out & cold, not freshly made ! Even though it was a treat for the kids in half term, for the price it was disappointing. Sadly, we won’t be going again !

Very friendly staff and great dessert!

The dishes looked nothing like the pictures, they were overpriced and lacking ingredients. The service was poor, the staff left us without offering drinks, we asked for glasses of water and a jug, the jug was a big plastic jug and in the end we got fed up asking for glasses. This was a family treat and will not be visiting again.

Cheesecake taste like a butter... very expensive items on menu.

My son took me to Kaspas today as an early Mother’s Day treat. Placed our order then asked how much for an extra dollop of ice cream on top, told £1.30 then when my son went to pay he was charged £2.70 per extra dollop. The staff need training as I wouldn’t have let him pay that much extra. Rip off

HOT sticky toffee pudding had to be returned as it & the custard were cold. The waffle was luke warm ar best. Have to say customer service needs to be addressed as both servers were lacking manners as plates were just dumped in front of us. Not a good advert

I strolled into kaspas with a friend, thinking it would be a pleasant dining experience however I was wrong. We were not greeted at the door just randomly taken to a table both very confused what was happening.There wasn’t sufficiently just 2 lonely knives in a plant pot. We got our menus and ordered bubble tea which came to a total of £10 I drank the bubble tea , it was mediocre and I felt very sick and unwell after and it was not nice whatsoever it stormed out dissatisfied and now I’m very sad because my Friedan spent £10 for nothings

Kaspa's is the best restaurant for desserts. Strawberry shakes and cookies are very delicious. Environment is also lovely

very disappointed with tonight's visit, was treated to kaspas before going to cineworld. Put an order through their table service was two waffles and two cokes not exactly a big order. one order arrived after waiting a while. Hoping that the other waffle and cokes would turn up, they didn't. I went up to the till to explain we haven't received the cokes or the other waffle and we had to leave so could we get it to go. After some confusion and telling me to sit down they agreed to do it saying they forgot todo the rest of the order. Rushed off to get to the screening to only to find out they got the order wrong. considering one waffle was reese's and other one was honey comb and after explaining that a fair few times. Gutted and disappointed to say the least wouldn't recommend

Absolutely delicious no faults at all

Not happy at all, recieved the wrong item and can't even eat it because I'm allergic to blueberries, not been refunded for my item, can't contact the restaurant to get the item I actually ordered, extremely unhappy.

My go to dessert place however they had taken my go to off of the menu so had to change what I was having, I really enjoyed the mean girl promotion

For both myself and my husband visiting Kaspas was a first for us both and we definitely weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly, the desserts looked and tasted amazing, we highly recommend the bubble teas, coconut and Reece's gelato, the white indulge waffle and milk indulge crepe. We will be back again if not for dessert then just the bubble tea which we rate higher than bubble citea in drake circus.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but upon my second visit to Kaspa’s I was extremely underwhelmed. There’s certainly points to be easily improved. We were seated at a booth which was incredible sticky and there was food stuck to the sides of the tables - looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Quite off putting! The cutlery was also incredibly grubby, I had to go rinse this off in the sink in the bathroom as the replacement I asked for was still dirty! Menus could do with a wipe down also. Customer service non existent, we walked in and the staff member (who seemed to be in charge) just flicked their hand towards the seating area, so we just sat ourselves down. I saw this happen to a few people. Food itself was okay - although you could tell the ingredients had been sat out all day. Hard marshmallows and strawberries that were dry and powdery!? Our milkshakes also took an extra 10 minutes to come after our food, not the end of the world but would prefer everything being served together. Just slightly let down and place felt grubby. These points I’ve mentioned can be easily improved upon so hopefully Kaspa’s takes this on!

Absolutely amazing, the cookie dough was by far the best thing we ordered, it's surprisingly not sickly, just enough sauce and just big enough. Will 100% be ordering again. New York cheesecake is a little bland, but everything else was amazing.

It's a bit overpriced but the desserts are good though.

Walked in and asked if they had vegan options which i was told yes and shown to our seats, not one vegan option on the menu so went back to the counter and had to wait forever to be told no nothing on menu is vegan only vegatarian 🤦🏻‍♀️ shocking in this day to have no options what so ever in a city as well 🤷🏻‍♀️ wont be coming back here ever obviously

Haven't been before and we are disappointed. The staff member struggled to understand me and I him. A lot of the things I wanted to order were out of stock. The milk was separated, the taro tea tastless, waffles tasted burnt though they weren't. The cakes were very good but nothing else we ordered was. We won't be returning.

The delivery guy went to town for 15 minutes so was freezing cold when here but was really nice

When arrived the waffles were cold and the whipped cream had gone lumpy. The receipt said it was prepared at 21:14 but didn’t arrive until 22:15.

Everything was really nice apart from I got sent coconut flavoured ice cream instead of white chocolate but the rest was good

I had an incredible experience at Kaspas Plymouth! The Oreo milkshake was delightfully creamy, and the Bueno waffle was heavenly, making my taste buds dance with joy. I highly recommend these indulgent treats to everyone!

Don’t bother with just eat. Tried to call to get “free item when £20 spent” only To get cheech and Chong at the end unable to understand English. Gave up and sent other half for ingredients to make own Sundae

Literally the best pudding+bubble tea I have ever had, very nice staff also.
