Absolutely best pizza I've had in a long time

I ordered food and it never ended up being delivered and my money was also taken out my account I have had no refund, no explanation

Very good pizza place, you won't be disappointed. They make crispy thin pizza the quality is really good. I tried the pesto pizza and it was the best I have ever had in my life.

the vegan "pepperoni" calzone was the best calzone I've ever had in my life , delivery was on time and I already wanna eat this pizza again!!! thankyou

Didn't even have a driver made said he would have one at 4 I waited until half 4 still no driver!!!

I ordered pizza which was not cooked well,like raw pizza and the toppings were moving out of pizza slice the cheese look like they put yogurt on the top of pizza disgusting

Originally supposed to be delivered 14:40 to 15:00 the food did not arrive until 16:05 well over an hour late

I order pizza and drink at 9:45 and expected delivery time was 10:20 I receive pizza at 11:18 and driver said he broke the drink such a disgusting service not worthy never ever will order form this place again

called the restaurant twice, got told it had already been delivered when it wasn't. followed the driver with the app and he didn't move from the restaurant. when I received the food it was luke warm at best. very unhappy with the expierience and will not be using them again and will be telling others about it and advising them to avoid them

Our order was over an hour late. Upon calling the restaurant they said it was 20 minutes late and then it was a further 45 minutes late. Food was freezing cold once it arrived.

One of the pizza's that we ordered came with the wrong topping. I called the restaurant and they delivered a new pizza with a free drink in about 20 mins.

Delivery super quick, food good can’t really fault

pizza was nice .. callzone was nice but didn't realise the chicken wings would be spicy so they went in the bin .. milkshakes where nice too

Really good food. Salad was unexpectedly good! Was expecting a few olives and Prehaps half an avocado, but it was mainly these with a handful of the cheaper ingredients. Well balanced. Pizza was one of the better vegan pizzas I've had. Could have used some more seasoning / flavours on toppings, but the base was amazing.

Food was cold and over a hour late. I also rang the restaurant and they lied to me about it being on its way. Once I received my food all of my wife’s order was completely missing. Absolutely will never order from here again.

The full order wasn’t delivered. First delivery person said they’d be back - nearly an hour later, nothing. Rang the restaurant 30 mins in, someone said they’d bring it in 10 mins, another 30 mins later - nothing.

Ruined our evening as we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for two pizzas, was offered a free pizza next time we order which is pointless as we will not be ordering from this place again for its shocking service.

Placed an order at 1700 to be delivered at 2000. And 2130 it arrived, half of the items barely luke warm and one item just completely wrong. I wont be ordering again.

Its now 4am no food has arrived. The tracking is saying delivered. No answer on the restaurant phone. Im totally disgusted to being ripped off by a company that took the order amy money then it seems like they have deliberately marked it deliver

great taste and great delivery and was quick.

Food was delicious. Fast delivery service as well. However there was more olives than lettuce in the bowl. But fully understand that every restaurant or cafe is different on how they prep food. The salad and dessert was delicious as well as the milkshake. Highly recommended to anyone. Even my family and friends.

Everything was lovely, I ordered Parmesan chicken strips and they were delicious. The Nutella covered strawberries came in a good portion size considering the price, and the strawberries were very good quality, they weren’t hot though like I thought (I thought the Nutella would be warmed up) but it was still good. I also got the Pesto Pizza, and it was nice, but I was a little bit disappointed that there was no tomato sauce. Overall I would rate it a 8.5/10 for the service, price and quality 😇

Driver had an accident destroying the pizza but the restaurant called up and quickly resolved the issue sending out a new pizza fast as possible.Quality however is not for dispute.

They delivery person wouldn't go anywhere near my front door and expected me to guess when we was outside my property, which I found very upsetting especially he phoned me and was annoyed. Once he finally got out of car he was hesitant in giving me my food and said that he felt more comfortable in giving my food across the road which I refused and told me that he is petrified of pets and people and handed me my food while shaking violently. The delivery of my food was just an awful experience.

Absolute shambles of a place, I place an order for pasta, garlic bread and salad at 14.45, says it will arrive between 15.30 and 15.50 great, no problem! I get a phone call at 15.30 "we don't have your pasta you need to choose a new one, we only have 2 to choose from also" very annoying but fine I'll have this one, call back 2 minutes later "oh we don't have this pasta either" absolute halfwit on the phone doesn't have a clue what he's on about or doing. I started work at 4am this morning and I'm having to stay in a hotel, it's amazing how amateurs like this stay in business, absolutely dreadful.

Our order was very late. But once they realised the error, it was delivered hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. Very good pizzas and customisation options. Review update: Second time that they have messed up. I ordered food for a time slot as permitted on their website. I got an email stating it was on the way nearly an hour before the slot so I called the shop to tell them I couldn't take it and got hung up on. They tried to deliver 40 mins early, when refused they then delivered over an hour later than the slot (only after a second phone call) and it was clearly the original food that had just sat in a warm spot for an hour and 40mins Once it was finally delivered they called me about someone else's order twice. Don't offer a service you can't provide and have the cheek to be rude about it. Only awarded 2 stars because the food is actually tasty IF it's delivered fresh.

the food is nice but the service is rubbish got my order wrong and blamed me twice even know they was in the wrong and it took a lot of arguing for him to sort out my order rubbish service wouldn’t recommend if your looking for a nice easy place to order from

Love this Pizza! Ordered several times and it always arrives piping hot, the pizza itself is fresh with a good amount of toppings, and not greasy!! Garlic Parmesan chicken wings are amazing too! Will keep coming back, way better than the big names

The pizza was absolutely amazing and would be deserving of 5 stars but their slogan clearly states '180 seconds or less' and I had to wait 10 minutes for my pizza nearly missing the last bus home so I've taken a star off for that

Got told they do very decent pizzas here so ordered and collected one of them, garlic bread, milkshake as well as the platter above. Despite there was hardly any meats on the pizza and totally different what it’s shown on the image, but taste wise I was quite happy with it. What really shocks me was by paying £13.50 for a platter and that was the whole portion of chips or wedge I have received? Come on dude, this is a bit too tight don’t you think?Since this was the first I have ever ordered from there and I don’t know if this is how it meant to be or what, but that’s not even worth a £1 of chips right here. LOL

Food is always 10/10 when i get it from here. I ordered delivery to the wrong place and the delivery guy was really kind and brought it to the right address for me. 10/10 customer service

They put something chilli on my pizza, I can’t eat chilli so I couldn’t eat my pizza

Pizza's were good, especially gluten free, Mac and cheese very basic and cold. Mix up with delivery so some food arrived 25 minutes after others. Communication with shop was good.

The pizza was as yummy as always. But I got tomato sauce instead of sweet chilli sauce with no reason

I went "over board" with a build your own pizza and it was honestly the best decision, top quality ingredients mixed with a superb cooking style made for one fantastic smelling, tasting, and looking pizza. Well worth trying something new at FDP.

The driver went to the wrong address, told me he was outside whilst my daughter was at 5he door with the outside light on, I did manage to get through to the shop who told me it wasn’t their fault I moved my delivery address despite being here 8 yrs!

My food never arrived. I ordered the food to my home address and then noticed it was being delivered to another address, several miles away from my home. I have never been associated with this address. I have only every used the one address.

Best pizza we’ve had in ages! First time ordering from Fireaway and we won’t be going elsewhere now! Perfect base, perfect sauce and toppings. Arrived steaming hot. 5 stars for the food! Pizza was a little bit late but I did have a phone call to let us know it would be slightly delayed with an apology. When it was delivered we were given a 20% off voucher for next time for the delay as well which was a nice touch. Really recommend for the food and the customer service 👍🏼

As always an amazing tasty pizza, once again the best I’ve ever had, I was able to make how I wanted it and they made it taste amazing 😋 and it was delivered early and ready to eat. I’ve had a few pizzas from Fireaway recently and they’ve all been amazing definitely beating my previously fav pizza restaurant by far!! Ordered a deal through Just Eat, arrived 10 mins early, £23 for a medium pizza and two sides and a drink, paid a lil extra for a mixed cheese and some olives. Pizza arrived with a layer of water, chicken strips arrived smothered in some sort of flakes and were soggy with next to no sauce and the wings were bland and covered in chilli flakes and also had a inch of water at the bottom of the bowel they ere packed in. Due to how Inedible the food was I attempted to ring the restaurant 4 times within no answer and Just Eat are no help, hoping this review gets some attention.

First order..delicious, will definitely order again.

Really good quality pizza, place is impeccably clean and staff are polite. I was shocked that they offer large pizzas for £6.99 (mon-thurs). The place is takeaway only though.

We went to fireaway for the first time to get a pizza. The staff were friendly, clean place. The pizza was delicious and we tried the pistachio cannolis and it was yummy . I will buy from this place again 🙂

From point of order and when I received it , it was 2 hours or more . got a phone call saying it would be about 20 minutes late , I then ended up waiting another hour and 30 minutes from that call before my food turned up. I was given a free cookie to compensate the lateness which was nice however I still feel that it taking that long was very unacceptable

only recommendation would be to have a thicker base my pizza was failing apart due to how thin it was.
