Kaspa's Longwell Green in South Gloucestershire

Mandra and Betty have been looking after us ever since this store has opened! My nieces Love this place! We will be definitely coming more and more often. Thank you ladies!!

Every time we come here we are always treated so nicely. We have created a great bond with the staff especially Betty and Mandra, they are always so kind and cheerful and accommodate our requests! They remember our orders and place it correct every time, which is such a talent! I highly recommend this place to everyone :)

Really lovely and friendly staff especially Mandra and Betty and very good service. And the dessert is 10/10! Highly recommend the fudge brownie cookie dough and Oreo cookie bash.

THE BEST STRAWBERRY INDULGENCE WAFFLE WITH WHIP CREAM AND EXTRA MILK CHOCOLATE (IN A POT)!!! Their Kunafa 1/10😏 (they also have really friendly staff and good service)

Our first time visiting today and this will be our last. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated, three staff members looked in our direction, then turned away to continue their conversation and their attitude when they did eventually get to us was disgusting. The toilets are filthy, blood on the toilet seats, much everywhere and they clearly haven’t been cleaned in days. Food OK but nothing to shout about. Overall very disappointed

Desserts are really good, but absolutely no customer service here at all, not even a hello. Food just plonked on your table like they hate their job. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, every time I go there. If you don't like your job then don't work there! Clearly other reviewers say the same so sort your staff out!!

Just ordered 2 desserts which should come with gelatos. No gelatos at all delivered so just a dry cookie dough and a chimney cake with nothing at all. Absolute joke for over £25 and no way to contact Kaspas to complain. Will never order again

I would give 0 starts for service if I could! Never been somewhere with such awful rude service. Waited for ages as the girls were all just chatting. Then a girl called Violeta served me and she was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me and replied to me in a tone. She had such a horrible attitude towards customers

Mandra was good she was very helpful and nice and got me my order very quickly and kindly, Beatrice was also very helpful.

I have order today on uber eats from this store but after I was waiting more than half an hour,my order shows like someone will pick up my order I asked for help on app and I was surprised when they said that the store was closed when the driver want to pick up my order and that happened before 10 pm when they should close.poor service

A fantastic place to visit. I have been meaning to visit for a few months with my daughter. Today we finally got there. Friendly staff, and a very good selection on the menu. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

A group of 10 of us were there until closing. Food was really good and arrived quickly. Staff were lovely. The place was really well decorated. It’s my favourite Kaspas in Bristol.

Why is it so cold in there? Air con on full, shivering while eating. Not worth the discomfort.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kaspas, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable evening. ,,and I must say To top it all off, the dessert menu at Gilletto Place was a dream come true for any sweet tooth.

I like Kaspas desserts, but your staff at Lingwell Green hasn't got any customer manners or professionalism. They all are very grumpy, never give a smile, and even give no greetings to kids. They really don't know how rude they are.

21/06/2024 at 9:20pm Me & my partner walked in & nobody showed us to a table so we took it upon ourselves to get a table for a worker to say across the restaurant can you sit at table 3. When placing our order I had to correct my order ( as it shows up on till) that I wanted 2 milkshakes . 1 chocolate & 1 vanilla but they ended up mixing them together which when we asked where our vanilla milkshake, another worker came over saying it is mixed & that I haven't ordered 2 milkshakes. We also asked for a receipt but the worker just smiled & did nothing. We also noticed they don't speak a lot of English so it is hard to try & order from this place for simple things. On our waffles, there wasn't a lot of chocolate brownie & chocolate sauce & one was asked with Ice Cream but was given whipped cream instead. Plus, me & my partner seen another member of staff drop a coffee machine part onto floor then put in back on the coffee machine without cleaning it 🤮🤢 Then, a person we dont know if it staff but they were going behind the counter wearing shorts & flip flops handing a worker lemsip.

Worst Kaspas I have ever been too, I feel sorry for the staff. Massive sign as you walk in "Please wait here to be seated" it should read "Please wait here for 5 minutes as the signs says, be ignored" and then some poor teenager has to lean over the counter, apologies and tell you to help yourself to table. Then get ready to join the line of stressed out parents playing pudding roulette with the huge list of desserts not available and manage the upset children as only lemon and coffee based desserts are available! I recognize a staff member who is trying hard despite the odds stacked against them, the young girl behind the counter was trying her best to make suggestions and try and help people get there order put through. We visited yesterday afternoon so this review is written within 24 hrs. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS mouldy furry strawberries on display and rude staff telling us to leave and get out because they were closed now while we were still eating and restaurant was full of other customers but they were allowed!! Horrible experience but nandos next door was lovely

Found two long black hairs in my food, I went up to the staff and told them I had found two hairs and they told me it must be mine (My hair is dyed very dark red). I told them I found it under the sauce of the waffle and they said that it couldn’t have been from them because they all have dark brown hair not black!! Even though the woman behind her making the waffle clearly had long black hair. They said they wouldn’t give me a refund but they could make me a new one in which I said no thanks and paid and left, as I was walking out they were talking in their own language and laughing and looking at me and shaking there head. Absolutely terrible service, will not return!

Karen's diner is just around the corner! Oh.. the staff aren't meant to be that miserable? How odd. If I was paying money for a smile - I'd be broke in about 5 minutes. P.s - don't ask for a gluten free menu. You'll get a stare that works its way into your soul

Got taken to a table and sat down then went up to order while standing there for like 5 mins just to be told we can't order in anymore like what's the point in asking us if we wanted to eat in then don't let us order! Stupid in all honesty

Never have enough stock so always have to choose something else, small portions and poor service. Menu has also been reduced. Used to be alot better.

Ordered the strawberry crepe with chocolate & ice cream , and a latte. The crepe was nice , but the staff are very miserable and there was definitely service without a smile, they need to up their game in the customer service department. Customers do not want to be greeted with miserable faces.

Ordered the American shake expecting the picture and after not having the peanut butter flavour I wanted I settled with the lotus biscoff and even paid more for the whipped cream. Nothing like the picture and could have went mc Donald’s down the road for less than half the price. Staff were also blunt and not very welcoming.

This place has gone down hill.Lots of the menu items have been removed and most of them are 'out of stock'.Half of the tables in the place have been shut off (Literally).It's ok most of the time atleast.Alot of the menus are dirty aswell.The bathroom sinks were broken for some reason.

We ordered for delivery and when it came the milkshake had been spilled all over everything and the rose milk cake was mouldy on the inside. Would not recommend!!

Overpriced. Ordered takeaway Bueno crepe and strawberry and cream waffle, both with shakes. Crepe was very chewy and bland, waffle better with loads of strawberries. Shakes were okish.Very good service, though, with very polite and helpful staff.

The food was expensive however it was delicious and so much choice! The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were not very friendly with one woman in particular who just did not want to be there. We were shocked at how rude she was being with other customers as well. Also the loos stank of cigarettes- I think it may have been because the staff exit was right near the cubicles -might be worth making sure the door is shut as the smell is so off putting in a restaurant. We will come again as the food was really nice and my daughter loved it.

Worst customer service ever, waited over 30 minutes with my son and other Son sleeping in the car. only half of my order was made then I said where is my rest then they went back and started making the other half. By then the waffle was freezing. I requested another one to be made but they all started speaking in another language to each other in a loud tone. Got fed up of waiting and left. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Got my refund left the cold dessert and drink!!

The lady behind the counter when we walked in couldn’t not have been any less friendly and less welcoming if she tried. There’s a sign that says wait to be seated, so we waited and got ignored even though it was very quiet in there. None of the ice-creams under the counter were labelled and there wasn’t much there. We were trying to guess what the flavours were for our children, and when we asked her, she just seemed annoyed and impatient that were asking and didn’t crack a smile once and also spoke so quietly we couldn’t hear her. We would have walked out but we didn’t want to disappoint our children who were looking forward to going out for a treat. Really wish we did leave before ordering as the pecan pie really wasn’t nice, the tea tasted strange, and the ice creams were very mediocre, nothing special at all for the price. The whole place is so dark with a cold atmosphere too. Never again!

If you have never visited Kaspas, you must. I have eaten both in restaurant and takeaway they never fail to impress. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and you can custom make Any desert of milkshakes. I mainly tend to order waffles and milkshakes which are always delicious! My favourite is the white strawberry indulgence and Ferrero Roche milkshake .

Despite being very busy the staff are super polite and efficient. The food picture perfect. Although the lighting was a bit too dark for my liking.

We had crepes with white kinder Bueno and we both really enjoyed it. The toilet was very clean, which is always a bonus.

Waffles and ice cream sundaes are great, go regularly for waffle Tuesday!

Had a missing item from my order, was told I couldn’t get a refund. Never doing a takeaway order from here again. Very expensive, to not even receive the desert.

Their ice cream freezer broken since last 2 months. I don’t think there is any will to fix it. Poor show very non serious attitude to run an ice cream parlour without a freezer and ice cream.

Does anybody knows about the parking there??? It was a nice place and desert was very delicious. We went there today with my friend for more than two hours, but we couldn't find any parking machine to pay, even we asked the staff at the kaspas and they didn't know too!

How can you have an ice cream parlour with no ice cream family of 10 visited and came out extremely disappointed. Very warm day and no air con. Not the first time to happen when we went a couple of months ago and guess what......no ice cream!!

Went here for the first time today celebrating end of my daughters GCSEs, there was a big group of us - we sat down and spent time choosing from the menu, when we went up to order we were told there was no ice cream, a dessert place/ice cream place with no ice cream! We then had to sit back down and reorder again as they could only do waffles or crepes with Mr Whippy, why not tell people there was no ice cream as soon as they arrive, instead of letting us all sit down and spend time deciding only to have to choose all over again or better still if your missing the main ingredients of your desserts ie ice cream! don't open in the first place. After speaking to others it's apparent that this happens quite a lot, how can you possibly run a dessert place with no ice cream - £8.45 for a waffle, fruit and Mr whippy very overpriced and I could have done a better job myself - if you choose to go here call beforehand to ccek they have ice cream to save yourself a wasted trip

I have been there a few times for waffles and ice cream and it was very delicious, tasty And fresh. Here you have a large and delicious choice that I have never seen before in Bristol. The place is modern, tidy, spacious, big, clean, amazing and unique place which makes it very good to be in front of the desserts. The customer service was good, fast, reliable, informative, respectful, responsive, helpful, amazing and professional, which made me know this was the place to have dessert there every now and then. It's worth paying the money for the service and food, which is why I'm very happy with them. If you don't go there, you'll regret it because you've never had something this good in Bristol, I definitely recommend Kaspas Longwell Green.

Even 1 star is too much! Staff are rude. They make mistakes and then rather than accept them they start blaming the customer whilst they are trying to enjoy a dessert! Would not go again! Has to win an award for the worst customer service!
