Absolute terrible service. Being treated differently because of my visible religious beliefs. Absolutely appalling behaviour. They did not want us to be sat where we wanted and when asked to sit on a bigger table was refused. When gone up to order the lady at the till was sulking and made it very obvious that they did not want to take our order. When was trying to pay made it seem like the card machine is so good and we should not try and pay with 2 cards when in obvious state we would only pay with one card.

Must try and must visit Has a wide range of menu for deserts and ice creams, we have tried waffles and Gelato flavours and both were tasty and delicious. A bit high on the price but worth the value for money. The best of the items we had was strawberry cheesecake gelato

We had strawberry cheesecake sundae and tropical paradise sundae. Then we had strawberry and peach bubble tea with strawberry bubbles. We loved everything.

We ordered a sundaes, slush boba, and a pistachio brownie! We weren't very satisfied with the brownies, however the boba slush was very refreshing and not too sweet. The sundae was amazing and a perfect portion! The place is very clean and organised and my first trip to Kaspas was one to remember, other than the brownie of course! 🤣

the pistachio crep was dry and tasted like it had shredded wheat instead of katafi and needed more pistachio cream n more chocolate source

I have visited several Kaspa's all over but this one is by far the best.The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are ever in Dover, I suggest you definitely give Kaspa's Dover a try. Trust me you will not regret it!!

Very expensive not alot of options

Came in today with my son and we had three deserts between us for a full experience of the new additions to the menu. Everything was prepared to order and tasted delicious. The place is very clean and the staff attentive, polite and helpful. Great treat as always

Wait over an hour for Kaspas for it to arrive and be cold so the courier took it back to the restaurant. I spent £30 for nothing! I want a refund!

The driver collected the food from kaspas then drove about in the wrong direction then stopped for 50 minutes with our hot waffles and ice creams! The driver said he ran out of fuel. The waffles were so cold they seemed like they had been in the freezer and the ice cream was melted. Contacted kaspas and they were apologetic and confirmed the food left around 50 minutes before I called and told me to get a refund through just eat. Sad disappointed children

Just been to the cinema kids were so happy after so a trip to kaspers was the icing on the cake to finish a perfect day.

Our family does come through Dover without visiting Kaspa's. It's the single motivating factor for my two kids. They are not excited about crossing the channel to visit France, they want to go to Kaspa's!! Thanks to the Kaspa's team for providing such an amazing service.
