Kaspa's Dover in Dover

Horrendous. Have always used this delivery service, but over an hour late and desert was freezing cold and missing items

Order was delivered late, cold and soggy. Driver said it was packed that way and the drink was already leaking all over the food. The waffle was completely inedible. The bottom of the bag had actually disintegrated.

Ice cream was melted and the warm chocolate sauce was cold

The food was honestly the best thing I’ve ever tried, I got a Reece’s cookie dough desert and was left impressed

Staff were polite and helpful, they were happy to make adjustments requested by my son. Of particular note was the Ferrero rocher milkshake. The service was fast and the premises (including toilets) were clean. Would recommend to others.

Waffles and crepes were amazing . Service was great. Definitely recommend it.

Cookie dough amazing., only problem was the cinnabites became hard before we had finished them. Ice-cream sundae class was chipped

I had the white chocolate cookie dough which was very tasty, hot, perfect portion size. The staff were friendly and very efficient, helped whenever they were asked. The slight negative was the sundae glass was chipped in several places and we tried the cinnabites which were lovely tasting however went rock solid within a minute or two. Very disappointing!!

We visited Kaspa's in Dover and had a lovely time. The place was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the service was brilliant. We ordered 3 waffles which were all beautiful, and were with us at the table in great time. Great for a treat

I visited Kaspa’s Dover today. They have a good selection of desserts. Staff were welcoming and ambience was pleasant Dessert arrived quickly with good presentation. Place was clean & tidy. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Convenient (free) 1 hour parking.

Waffles Yummy yummy yummy Will most definitely be back to try some more. We came back for a second visit and got told the blue light card holder had to be the one to pay????? First time this has ever happened to us. So I paid the £8.45 full price, Not that I mind but for me it’s the principle. I won’t be coming back here. Silly as they have lost a customer. My other half has over 3.3 million views on google reviews.

Friendly staff and great food, fast service and staff with a smile

Great food, drinks came after food, would have been good to have ice in water/soft drinks. I have been a few times and every time the same two toilets are out of order, seems a bit strange 🤔. The kids love it, will be back.

We ordered cinnabites, Oreo cookie dough, kinder bueno shake and crunchie shake, they were all really nice and very flavoursome. If I lived near I would go again. Definitely reccomend. Quick service as well.

As an American, being able to get a good waffle that’s still buttery without all the “dessert” aspects is so hard in the UK - so I love visiting Kaspa’s to fill that void. The Dover location is my favorite because those who work there are so sweet, astoundingly quick, and never get my order wrong. They’re amazing, and I can’t wait to come back.

We love coming to the kaspas in Dover The lady and man that we always seem to see are always so lovely to us. The puddings are so yummy and we like coming here because nothing is ever too much.

What a lovely experience at Kaspa’s Dover today. There was 7 adults and 2 children in our group, we all ordered waffles&creeps and they came very speedy. The staff on today were very happy, friendly and helpful. Truly good customer service today. Our experience was so pleasant, unlike when we came here a year ago the staff were so happy rude to us and other workers. It’s been such a lovely visit today, the portions were generous and overall very satisfied.

This was my first experience to visit kaspas it was fantastic atmosphere, Dessert everything is amazing.I ordered milkshake ferrero rocher it's tasty and very thick🥤🧋.Welcoming staff they all are very polite.And if I want to say more about kaspas dover it's very clean including dinning area and kitchen as well.Cakes and gelatos displays looking beautiful.Highly recommended and will be back soon.👍🙂
