First visit.... nice staff very clean... while eating my daughter told me to listen to the music, Ariana Grande....34-35.....f--k me to the day light....a little inappropriate at 3pm.... but food was great ..

The driver collected the food from kaspas then drove about in the wrong direction then stopped for 50 minutes with our hot waffles and ice creams! The driver said he ran out of fuel. The waffles were so cold they seemed like they had been in the freezer and the ice cream was melted. Contacted kaspas and they were apologetic and confirmed the food left around 50 minutes before I called and told me to get a refund through just eat. Sad disappointed children

Our family does come through Dover without visiting Kaspa's. It's the single motivating factor for my two kids. They are not excited about crossing the channel to visit France, they want to go to Kaspa's!! Thanks to the Kaspa's team for providing such an amazing service.

Just been to the cinema kids were so happy after so a trip to kaspers was the icing on the cake to finish a perfect day.

Food was fine took a little longer than expected as we were one of two tables and only ordered an ice cream and hot chocolate. More of the issue is that every song that played whilst sitting with my four year old was the explicit versions, very odd for a dessert place that those sorts of songs even are played but at least a clean version would of been better, but apart from that fine !

So everything was great. I paid for my girlfriends milkshake who has a blue light card. The person at the till was really weird with us saying I couldnt pay for it even after I paid for it there was no need for her to comment and ruin a nice experience with my family. If I want to pay for my girlfriends food I can pay for it?!

Food was lovely but 2 were served first the other 2 after. When we had nearly finished Waiter apologised as they only have 1 crepe maker. Well the manager should consider providing their staff with better equipment so they can serve their customers at the same time. What happens if a party of 8 or 10 arrive? Little atmosphere as it was after 9pm. Very pleasant staff

waited nearly an hour for a milkshake and a crepe which was freezing cold and slimy when it arrived. I was offered £2.50 Just Eat credit as a result of this. I paid £10 for the cold crepe, will not be buying again

The staff at our local dover kaspas are extremely helpful, amazing service and attention to detail. I would heavily recommend to others in the area to visit, clean and well presented food and drinks with a great attitude from staff. Thank you! 10/10

I'm a regular visitor to this restaurant with my family. We pop in for table service and for takeaway. We always have excellent friendly service and the ice cream and drinks are always perfect. Clean and relaxed atmosphere I would highly recommend this place. 👌

I requested a different filling for the waffle base, but they informed me that they only offer Oreo, which I don't like. However, they kindly accommodated my preference and added a base that I enjoy. The staff is always polite and attentive to customers' needs.

We attended with a bunch of 9 year olds to celebrate a birthday, very well looked after by staff, yummy food and and great time had by all thank you!

Well had a spontaneous trip because I fancied ice cream and wasn't disappointed at all staff were very welcoming and the choice of desserts certainly made my mouth water. Put it this way my eyes were bigger then my belly my wife had to roll me out of the building

Wow! This is such a wonderful place. Very cleaned and nice place.Staff was very polite and friendly. There were very active when I entered in shop they respectfully treat us and gives us table for sit. They serve food us quickly as much as they can and serve with nice presentation. Must visit this place one time. I am going to comeback for dine in.

Kaspa’s is a dessert lover’s dream! The menu is packed with options, from waffles and crepes to extravagant sundaes and milkshakes, each beautifully presented and generously portioned. I had a ferrero roche milkshake , and it was perfection. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and quick to help. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes, making it a fantastic spot for a treat with friends or family. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try something new. Highly recommended for dessert fans!

Attentive staff, clean premises

There was hair in the desert and they didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t return the money or remake new one. Raising their voices and threatened us by calling security, police and when we was leaving the “manager” but the middle finger up at us

Came in late for a hot chocolate treat on Halloween! Although late and staff were in cleaning mode we were warmly welcomed, kids were greeted with sweets and we were even offered a table. Lovely staff

Horrendous. Have always used this delivery service, but over an hour late and desert was freezing cold and missing items

Order was delivered late, cold and soggy. Driver said it was packed that way and the drink was already leaking all over the food. The waffle was completely inedible. The bottom of the bag had actually disintegrated.

Ice cream was melted and the warm chocolate sauce was cold

Staff were polite and helpful, they were happy to make adjustments requested by my son. Of particular note was the Ferrero rocher milkshake. The service was fast and the premises (including toilets) were clean. Would recommend to others.

The food was honestly the best thing I’ve ever tried, I got a Reece’s cookie dough desert and was left impressed

I had the white chocolate cookie dough which was very tasty, hot, perfect portion size. The staff were friendly and very efficient, helped whenever they were asked. The slight negative was the sundae glass was chipped in several places and we tried the cinnabites which were lovely tasting however went rock solid within a minute or two. Very disappointing!!
