the seats were dirty and the tables were broken and dirty aswell.. and the cash machine wasnt even working nor was the card machine.. they made us wait 15 minutes just to order

Poor customer service. Been asked to move tables 10 minutes after we sat down. The reason was to start cleaning the area . The table we have been asked to move to was dirty.

I would not rate this place even one star, but had to, I am talking about the Loughton Kasper branch. I went in there with my younger brother we were sat eating our desserts when the booth opposite us, two young girls were messing around and threw a spoon with ice cream and almost hit my brother, ice cream was splattered literally across our table, it even went onto my brothers jacket. The guy that worked there didn’t even say much to the girls, not even to say that this behaviour is not acceptable, or to even tell them to leave, I asked for a refund as I was not happy with the outcome of the situation, they said it had nothing to do with them, which I can understand but they did not tell the girls to leave, which meant this behaviour was acceptable. The manager didn’t do anything either!! Please get new management at this place, you would get better service at Mc Donald’s and zero tolerance there.!!

Orded 2 teas and 2 fuge cakes ONLY GOT 1 !fuge cake !! Got first teas only one fudge cake And it was very expensive!!!!!!!!

Disgusting customer service and experience at the Lewisham branch, on visiting with my family. First of all had to wait to be seen with all staff members ignoring that I and other customers were standing waiting. When I called to what looked like the manger he was Uber casual and flippant in his response saying that staff were being trained and there would be a delay. Not an issue as he informed me of this. However, I only ordered 3 items, was disgruntled after 25 minutes that only 1 had arrived and when my daughter finished her ite,m (drink and my dessert still not arrived by this time might I add). I requested a refund to which the “manager” was very rude stating they had a no refund policy in place, and that I should wait for however long it takes for the goods to arrive as he was the only one working the rest of staff in training, and should step away from ten counter. Very patronising, no professionalism and I won’t be returning. Disappointing that he insinuated that I would get no money from them, even though I had no goods. Had to wait a further 10 for my goods to arrive. Not a good experience.

The staff were grumpy and the menu was restricted, but what really grated were the portion sizes. Honestly, if you go here more than twice a year you're going to have a heart attack or be 20 stone. The portions were gigantic, but I guess we know we weren't going to a healthy establishment! They would do well to dramatically reduce the size of their offerings, and I actually hope they fail - for the health of the nation.

Didn’t really stand out. Most staff were very friendly but some were a bit disrespectful. Tables were sticky and deserts are a bit overpriced. Menus were sticky and the waffles were hard on the outside and raw in the middle. Other than that not too bad.

OMG .! This place is amazing. Ice cream, Waffles, crepes and The Most Amazing Sorbet and shakes. We have become quite regular customers. staff are so friendly and the service is exceptionally

Place is absolutely filthy, toilets look like they have never been cleaned. Surfaces are sticky, mangement did not adhere to COVID-19 regulations. Came down a couple of months and was absoluetly appauled at the state of the place. Was a busy night, however I saw one of the staff cleaning down the menus and wiping it inbetween their armpit!! Overpriced dessert, and not to mention the ice cream that came with the food smelt like it been gone off for some time.

My wife loved the peacan pie with butterscotch ice cream and peanut butter stack with peanutbutter and chocolate ice cream. Seating had closed so we had to take it back to our hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Trying for the first time this place... but it’s the first and last time... When to ask to stop de AC lid on top because i was having the AC on my head, the woman that I assume that’s the boss inside the counter, just rolled back her eyes... with a bad attitude ... i waited a few minutes until someone came to take my order on counter... The crepe... I can do much better at home... extremely basic ... and to pay that, I prefer go to Heaven Desserts, that I just 2min walking from there ... Disappointed... bad attitude ...I’m bringing my money, and I go out totally unhappy.. Good luck ...

Compared to the sister site in Swansea it was disappointing the seating in the restraint was falling apart and massive chunks of foam missing from the seats and not much leather left on it to be fair. The food was average but they didn’t have our first choice of smoothie which we found out after paying this was not a major problem as we chose another this smoothie didn’t arrive until after myself and my partner had both finished our food and there was no apology by the staff for the delay. Also I asked halfway through our food where’s our smoothie, I was told it’s coming quite abruptly, probably would not visit this site again

Kaspas looks like a 70's nightclub slash diner. I like the fact that there's a lot of privacy thanks to tall, comfy booths. There are disco balls and glittery black walls and floor. It's a pretty casual place though, suitable for kids and young lovers...
