I ordered takeaway for here over £30 for 3 items poor the cake was £8.99 was lemon and blueberry no taste of lemon was dry and the smallest piece of cake I’ve ever seen was a total rip off the cheese cake Sunday was full of cream will never order from here again

Fomos ao caixa para fazer o pedido e fizeram a mesma pergunta é para levar, disse que não. Terminei de tomar meu sorvete as 22:30 hs, voltei a caixa para fazer outro pedido para levar, me sentir coagida, então não realizei o pedido. Fui embora muito decepcionada. Se depois da 22:00 há não pode consumir no local vocês devem colocar essa informação no site.

Today my experience at Kaspas Swindon was awful. Customer service really poor, one working while other 6 doing nothing. Team not friendly or helpful. Dirty cutlery and also the food quality under the standards.

I’m not one to write reviews and feel I need to write one following the terrible service we received tonight. The food itself was lovely but the service makes me never want to visit again. Upon entering the waiter just waved her hand at a seat, not providing any menus. When my friend ordered following the guy at the till simply nodding at us for acknowledgement, he was abruptly interrupted stating ‘table number’. No other communication other than shoving the card machine towards him. When I ordered I had to confirm my order twice as he didn’t listen the first time. I then asked if blue light discount was offered to which I simply just got a nod. I wasn’t offered a receipt and as my order was the same price as my friends I don’t believe this to have been included. They then forgot our drinks so had to ask for these. Would have got more communication from a self service machine!

Ordered vis just eat - 45 min delay to order and I wasn't allowed to cancel . Terrible service - never again. God knows how these people stay in business as I doubt that they get repeat customers.

Highly recommend Kaspas, it’s very sickly bare in mind but that’s what puddings are all about. It’s a very cute diner related pudding place. I had the strawberry indulgence waffle with extra white choc sauce added. I didn’t manage to eat all of it purely because of how sickly and huge it was. But it was definitely worth the money. You get the option to choose between ice cream or whipped cream to go with it do I chose ice cream. Very happy with this.

Food was nice but the staff were short on the smiles. Our order was incomplete so asked about getting what was missing, the face, you'd think I'd asked for them to re-create the world! Food was all brought to the table at very different times. Missing one drink which I went upto the counter to request, no apology just a face as though I had inconvenienced them! Really need training on customer service. Wouldn't necessarily come back again.

Received desserts in 4 minutes, best customer service :) I ordered bueno waffles and a shake and 3 of my friends ordered the same dessert and a shake too. I’ve been served in 4 mins. Good customer service.

I bought my family here as we fancied something sweet. We were the only ones in the whole of the restaurant at the time we arrived and we were able to sit where we wanted to. We had our young grandchildren with us and they chose one of the large tables which had the air conditioning blowing directly onto the table. The fabulous server asked me if I would like it turned off, to which I said yes. My granddaughters had been here before so I left them to the ordering. One server behind the counter asked if we would to taste a chocolate that I had never seen before which I felt was kind of him. He let us all try it. I have never seen waffles this big before and I could not eat all mine. I had chocolate and strawberries on mine. The also had strawberries covered in chocolate which my granddaughters loved so we had 2 portions. They were amazing. It’s not a place I would normally go, but it’s a lovely treat for the grandchildren. A bit pricey but the waffles are huge and very delicious. Thank you for looking after us.

Although my children have always loved it here I was never all that fussed about it until a trip yesterday changed my mind so much that I felt compelled to write this review. The staff were very attentive but a particular member called Adelie really made the difference. There was two mistakes on our order which were my fault entirely and he sorted them out really quickly. Also on picking up that it was my daughters birthday they arranged a surprise for her without being asked. Everyone really enjoyed their dishes and the Reese’s Creamy Drink was to die for. Adelie also sorted out a miniature sundae for me as I didn’t want anything too big. Well done Kaspa’s very accommodating and great service.

Firstly, the puddings themselves were lovely but the service was terrible. On arrival, we were told to "go and sit at table 8", which when we found table 8 had not been cleaned from its previous guests and still had splodges of ice-cream on it. Not ideal but we thought it may have been an oversight and used our own wipe to clear this up. Ordering at the counter is a bit frustrating and other Kaspas we have been too do table service which is a much better experience. I wouldn't take my kids in by myself because of this also The server cannot hear you because of the noise from other staff members also in the serving and prep area, which meant I felt like I was having to shout. Not helped by the fact that this young person was clearly new and hadn't been paired up with anyone so unless I asked for a sundae (we had two of these in our group order) she was having to go and ask a colleague for help to find it in the system. Offered a receipt, which didn't print well so was told to take a seat, they would change the cartridge and bring it over. Then the actual service. Waffles came out first. The server held the plate at an almost 45 degree angle, simply approached the table and mumbled "waffles". R ather than placing the plate Infront of the person having the waffles they essentially slid it across to her. I'm surprised it actually stayed on the plate. Waited 5 Mins for the next 4 desserts to arrive. The waffle would have been cold so one person ate their dessert alone. This server didn't even identify the desserts, just plonked them all down in the middle of the table and walked away. We waited another 10mins for drinks, which didn't arrive so a member of the party went to the till to ask where these were, and also for the receipt copy, which we never did get. On leaving, a member of staff started clearing plates away as we were getting kids ready to leave and didn't even acknowledge us. I understand it may not be their ideal job but working irking in hospitality I would expect a bit of interaction, manners and general good service. We shall not be returning to the Swindon store and will opt to drive further to our usual one where the service is always with a smile.

Really nice, can't fault them . I think waffles are a lot better than it used to be! 🤤 I'd like to see better package for kids parties though.

We went for birthday and all enjoyed the food and drinks we had. Staff aren’t very engaging or friendly but who cares when the pudding are so yummy! Between us we had crepe, waffle, ice cream, milkshake, bubble drinks and they were all amazing. Would go again but don’t expect friendly smiling staff!

Heard lots of good things about this place so thought we would try it as take away. It was very average. Waffle was under cooked which was very disappointing couldn't find the chocolate sauce so safe to say we won't be ordering from there again.Milos is better by a mile.

Went here on a Mummy-in-law/son-in-law date. An amazing array of ice cream sundaes, waffles, crepes, milk shakes and more.

With all due respect I do not blame the delivery driver for the missing items in the bag - one of them was the ice cream which comes along with the waffles and the other one was the juice balls in the slush! I understand I ordered in the closing hours of the store but that does not mean the quality must be lowered. Ordered with Uber eats.

Staff ok, not much social distancing taking place children running wild, I also have now got food poisoning- not sure if this is related, but that was the last thing I ate. Toilets messy, and floor area dirty, has gone down in my expectations- I used to really enjoy it here. Very disappointed!

Ordered 4 milkshakes, 1 coffee. 4 waffles and a sundae. The waffles came out really quick, by the time half the waffles had been eaten I saw the people who ordered after me get all of their order. I told a member of staff we were still waiting for the rest and it turned out the rest of our order had been forgotten. Then they tried bringing us part of someone else's order. My sundae was supposed to have warm cake inside and it was cold and the milkshakes were not nice either. Although the waffles were tasty, we received Awful awful service. No apologies for the order being forgotten or anything. We will not use this branch again

Shocking!! My daughter 14 ordered 3 desserts, when it arrived they only managed to deliver 1 which had a massive hair within the dessert. We have spent 5 days trying to contact them to get a refund but can never get an answer😡😡

i have been a customer of the kaspas establishment for a few years now and my recent experience was probably the worst i’ve ever had there therefore i felt it was necessary to write this review. We were seated quickly upon arrival however our experience went downhill from there. The first bad experience i encountered was ordering my dessert. I approached the cashier and was expecting the usual “hello what would you like to order” or “what is your table number” instead i was met with silence whilst the cashier looked at me blankly. Realising I wasn’t going to be greeted I started to tell him my order however as I began speaking so did he so I politely asked what he said in case it was of importance to me. Instead of a pleasant response I got a harsh “what do you want”. In hindsight this question was pretty irrelevant as he ended up getting my order wrong anyway but I appreciate that it was probably just human error and the other worker that served us was kind enough to let us keep it for free as well as my actual order which my friend gladly ate. When I finally received my order it was of average quality at best - it was cold and the sauce tasted quite odd, for the prices they charge you would expect better quality food. As my friends and I ate our food the same cashier I encountered before came out to clean the lights. Whilst doing that he turned to our table and gave us a rather foul look and when he was met with a confused one he proceeded to give us a second foul look and laughed at us. Bearing in mind we are all 15 as well as paying customers this was rude and unprofessional. Overall kaspas need to up the quality of their food and maybe employ people who actually have basic customer service skills.

No first time as had ice cream before and is acceptable but nothing special. First time had a nutella crêpe with strawberries and what a huge disappointment. Nutella ONLY on top and nothing inside, perhaps they should check how crêpes are actually done. It was chewing and dry as most of the nutella was on the plate. Didn't pay to see Nutella on the plate but in the crêpe. NEVER AGAIN. Pity i didn't take a pic, air con was so high that just wanted to leave the place.

We were seated quickly, went to order and were extremely rushed to the point of my niece not even getting her change before he'd asked for the next persons order. She then worked out she was short changed by nearly £5! We waited about 25 mins for our food which was no problem but it wasn’t busy at all. Her drink came just before our food and was just dumped on the table by a server. Our waffles then came out and the server abruptly announced what they were and put them down on the table wherever she liked, didn’t even ask who’s was who’s. As she left we realised we had the wrong order, which we might have been able to tell her if she’d bothered to give us the time of day. This was corrected however it seemed like we were an inconvenience to the man who asked if there was a problem. About 3/4 of the way through our food my drink came out, the girl was mid conversation with a friend and laughing loudly as she dropped it on the table in passing without even acknowledging us. The food was delicious but an awful experience really, is it so hard these days to give your paying customers some half decent service and respect ?

My husband and I visited Kaspas Swindon on Saturday and have to say that the desserts we had were superb. We had the White chocolate indulgence waffle and the Crumble waffle and the fruit bubble drink it was dessert heaven and wholeheartedly recommend you try it. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the whole experience was lovely. Recommend you don't eat before you go as its really filling. Definitely our choice of place to go to for luscious desserts..

Uma ótima sorveteria, decoração bem voltada pro público infantil . Ótimas poltronas, janelas amplas , com vista da rua. Ambiente amplo e bem iluminado. Sorvete ótimo e varias sabores, além de chás e café, e chocolate quente. Um bom lugar pra ir com crianças.

Seated at a table with dirty seats!!! Tables could have done with a better clean too. The food was good even though it was sickly. I only wish mine had less melted chocolate on I then may have been able to finish it. We had the hot drink for a £1 due to an offer they had on. Staff were friendly enough.

Having read recent reviews commenting on the (lack of) cleanliness, I was nervous about our visit for a family birthday. I needn't have worried.Our visit (midweek , six o'clock) was a walk-in, no reservations necessary, and the place was less than half full. We were greeted politely and shown quickly to a booth, which was clear and clean.Our order came quickly and was well-received by the small ones. The waffle that the grown-ups ordered (to share) was particularly light and tasty and vanished quickly...should have had one each.All in all, no major concerns or complaints.Yes, service was brusque rather than friendly (it's order-at-the-bar-and-we'll-bring-it-to-your-table) but there's no table service and no expectation of a service charge.Yes, the glasses show signs of having been through the dishwasher a few times but they are clean, as were the tables.And the food was tasty and came out quickly.We will visit again.

So i have been to Kaspas many times and every time this tall, Asian male worker works the till and he has a super horrible vibe and is very very rude. He is so unwelcoming and has a very bad attitude problem. He is the reason for the 2 stars. Everything else is okay. There are many improvements to be made but this individual is probably the worst worker i have ever met.

So my previous visit was awful, I thought I’d try again to see if it was just an off day.NO it’s the same every time this time I took pictures.One scoop of ice cream then I asked if my toddler could have sprinkles and sauce each of these were 50p total £3.95 Water glasses dirty, free water was warm.Will not be returning

Wow, what a dump this place is. Sticky floor as we were shown to our table, we had to get table cleaned, then the seats as previous diners must have kids and she also had to wipe the wall of splashed ice cream.We were going to walk out but we all fancied dessert after our meal somewhere else. Waffles, peanut butter stack and cookie dough was really good and good service.Went toilet before I left and again it was dirty and did smell a lot.They need to sort out the cleanliness and then they could be very popular. It may have been an off night but I spoke with a few friends the day after and all said the same, good desserts but dirty dining area and toilets.

Walked in food all over the floor followed by every table still had plates etc on. Was taken to a dirty table expected to sit at it with my three year old son after 5minutes the table was cleared after the table got sprayed with glass cleaner. Signs said £1 hot drink with a pudding we got charged full price. Ordered my sons ice cream was charged 0.50p for a squirt of sauce. The whole place was dirty with finger prints inside the pudding displays. My orange brownie cake was dry and my ice cream had melted when arrived at the table.

I always come here everytime I come to Swindon. I come here about once a year and It’s a nice place to come with a big group. The service is good and the desserts are descent.

The food was pleasant although super expensive for what you get. It is nice to treat yourself every now and then, but I really expected better service. The place was dirty, with smeared fingerprint marks all over the tables and glass. The staff did nothing but sit and chat to each other, and when we went to order the guy was super abrupt and rude, clearly in a rush to get back to his chats with his mates. We could barely finish our sentence before he was banging away on the screen telling us the cost, when we hadn’t even finished our order. The food itself was cold but enjoyable to a degree, however the overall experience wasn’t good. I shan’t be returning again. We thought we would go out for a nice meal, but instead we were disturbed by screaming kids bombing up and down between the tables, and as I previously mentioned the tables were sat there left dirty with smeared ice cream all over them. I’m not sure what warrants the incredibly high price of the desserts, but it sure isn’t the service from the staff. It’s a shame because I loved kaspas, and the ashford and Canterbury store is beautifully kept with very friendly staff. I was really hoping the same quality would be here at the Swindon store, but it’s really not. Honesty if someone asked me whether I would recommend going I would say no, you are better off finding elsewhere or going to Tesco and buying a dessert- the staff are probably nicer too!

Came here after a visit to los gatos didnt really do the trick, dessert was just the thing we were after to fill us up a little better. you have to wait to be seated but you order at the desk rather than at your own table, which then makes waiting to be seated an unnecessary step. asked for tea, kinder bueno waffle and a sundae. tea was brought over quickly and to my instant repulsion the cup tasted of nothing but dishwasher salts, i fished through 2 cups to try and find a clean one to serve water in from the dispenser on the desk. Ended up trying not to drink either, because of the lack of cleanliness. probably a good deal that i didn't visit the bathrooms after many complaints of bad news in there too. Bueno waffle wasn't as warm as hoped, i did wait a little while as my partners sundae hadnt arrived yet, but after a prod with a finger found it was cool already so thought i better get eating before it gets cold which was disappointing. Around a tenner for each dessert so they are an investment treat and for that you'd want the place to be clean. Not too impressed to be honest, especially as the staff weren't friendly, i don't think we even got a hello from the girl that seated us.

We came here last week there was 9 of us, the place wasn’t busy so I thought great the service should be great. When ordering the food at the till the gentleman that served us was very rude and rushed us as we were reading the orders off a piece of paper as there was 9 orders to remember with drinks. So he asked to have the piece of paper to type into the till as he was impatient even though there was no que and the restaurant was quiet. We waited 5 minutes for our order which I thought great - until I tasted my waffle and it was stone cold and served with the smallest amount of ice cream. We all couldn’t wait to get out of there. Won’t be returning - shame really as the place could be lovely. Highly disappointed customer.

Looked like it could do with a good clean,grubby floors in customer & prep area says hygiene rateing 4 which I was surprised at. Disinterested staff, my son said food was ok, never been to a place that heated up a piece of carrot cake though. Ok if you like really sweet desserts with food colourings to make them weird colours which are quite expensive.

Called in here after having a curry not the best choice of things to do but gave it a bash.Lots of very rich desert food that is what they specialize in after having sampled a couple of things paid our bill and left regretting what we had done BUT this is not a negative review because it was a regrettable mistake to try taking on board this type of food after a curry so please don't judge this place on my review.

My son and I made our first ever (and last) visit on Sunday, around 7:45 pm. It wasn't busy & we were shown to a barely cream, sticky, table and handed menus without a word being spoken.....no explanation on how to order (we worked it out by watching others) , just left to it. I ordered a waffle for my son and warm apple pie for me. The waffle came out almost straight away..... It then took another TWENTY MINUTES for the lukewarm apple pie to arrive - no apology. Not even a word spoken when it was put down - by which time my son had finished eating (I told him not to wait as his went cold) and the ice cream with it had completely melted into slop. Many tables were being part-served like this so people were all eating separately! The cutlery came wrapped in a soaking wet napkin. When I pointed that out it was taken away - again without a word - and another bought over, without a word! All in all the staff spoke Only when completely necessary.We were "processed" and the entire experience was horrendous. We weren't expecting a posh restaurant but there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cheap doesn't have to mean poor service. We won't be going again!

Visited today as a treat for my 11 and 5 year olds. Great place, clean tidy and helpful staff. A bit in the pricy side for what it is but the kids loved it.

Visited with my 10 year old son for the 1st time today on bank holiday Monday. There wasn’t a friendly welcome, the restaurant didn’t feel clean, table was sticky. The menu was full of photographs of tempting looking deserts. We ordered the Nutella waffles with ice cream. About 15 minutes waiting time which was fine, the waffle was large but literally flooded with Nutella. I am a Nutella fan but it was far too much, the edges of the waffle still had a slight crunch but the majority was just mushy with the sauce. The vanilla ice cream was the cheap and very synthetic type. I appreciate that this is an American style desert restaurant but it doesn’t mean it has to solely concentrate on cheap quantity over quality. It could be done so much better if people cared enough.The toilets were dirty and out of toilet paper. The whole experience was poor and we both felt we wouldn’t go back.

Kaspas has a great menu and a lot of good food and ice cream. It’s always nice to get the milkshakes there and personally I love the cookie dough! The ice creams they give you come in big portions which is great too.

It does what it says on the tin. It's sickly sweet , loads of choice and the service was really nice and friendly. I would prefer more fruit options though.

I'll start with the positives on this one: Firstly as soon as you walk through the door, almost immediately someone is walking towards you with menus to welcome you, someone will stop what they're doing to make sure they see to the customers. Another positive is that the sizes of the desserts can be quite large so it is good value for money. The range of desserts on offer is quite big! From ice cream sundaes to waffles and from cakes to cookie dough, there are a lot of options! I would offer advice to wear shoes that have grip to them, I forget the type of flooring they have and if it has been cleaned or it has been raining and people are bringing wet feet in then you will be slipping and sliding all over the place! The place as a whole is clean, including the work areas they use to prep the food as you can see them make your order but overall, this place is good for people of all ages. Depending on your appetite, I wouldn't have a meal before hand and then come here like I did the last time but this is perfect if you just fancy something sweet!

Not been here for long time, last time we visited was very busy, clean, nice staff and great deserts. Went last night at around 10pm, late night last minute visit, deserts were nice, staff ok, but the whole place looks like it needs a facelift, dirty seats, ripped seats, walls paint off and plaster chipped, great looking place but just looking tired now, so won’t be rushing back

Had our first visit here yesterday. Huge menu but not much I or my family actually fancied. Stayed anyway and 2 of us had drinks, a milk shake and slushy whilst the others had desserts, which were ok but nothing special. We found shards of broken glass on our bench seat as well as on the floor under our table (not ideal with small children) My child wanted to use the toilet, which wasn’t very clean and the hand dryer wasn’t working at all. Couldn’t recommend this establishment

for a sweet treat this is the place to eat just have no fear because the treat is here you name it they got it and the kids love it

Went for a Friday night out with friends for a pudding fest.You have to order at the counter, so not the best.Giant dinner plate sized portions. Good job they let you take a doggy bag home.However, not the most tasteful of desserts!Free tap water but that's it.Toilets were not the cleanest and so puts you off eating there again.

Decor of Kaspa’s is eye catching. Its Pink and Black. It’s a big place and accommodates lot of people. Desserts are really good. Tried Brownie Waffle, Crepes, they were yummy. Portion size is also good and I found it reasonably priced.

I asked for sticky toffee pudding but was served a peanut butter slice it’s a very good job I don’t have a problem with nuts that could of been very dangerous. The doors in are dirty, the floor had food all over it, the table was sticky and menus were sticky and had food stuck to them.

It wasn't too busy when we visited. We ordered waffles with peanut butter waffles with apple pie cand cookie doughs. We also had a variety of milkshakes and got one free as it was here birthday (proof of birthday was required ). The menu is large (almost too much to choose from). The only downside was the toilets as one was dirty and the other had no toilet paper. I also noticed the cleaning schedule on the back of the door hadn't been completed all day.

Went after a meal and again didn't fancy any of the deserts on offer so we decided to go to Kaspas.There was an offer on the waffles it was a BOGOF so the place was obviously packed but the deserts were delicious.I must add thar the staff seem happier this visit too.

Everything tastes the same SUGAR!!! If you want to make yourself sick, then this place will be perfect for you.

First impressions weren’t great, the place was a little untidy with uncleared tables. Decor a bit shabby.The staff were friendly and helpful and the menu was huge with lots of choices.Despite looking great there was nothing too spectacular about the taste, the ice cream was bland as was the cheesecake. The waffles were huge and sharing is a better option!

We all love this place for pudding. The Banana Split is Amazing. Love the Latte too. Defo recommend this place

Quite unlike any dessert spot we've ever been in. The decor and the plush seating style could remind you of an American style strip joint (which also serve food).The smell was of Nutella galore so with a whiff of chocolate, great desserts and top service to match we closed the evening on top.As it is a treat and a great treat at that, don't be frightened to spend £30 or more on a few desserts. It really is money well spent.

We went as a family for a desert and special treat. We were met at the door by friendly staff who sat us in a booth and passed us a menu. It was explained to us how we should order and we looked at the menu. We ordered a small range of deserts so that we could share with one another. The deserts came quickly and we enjoyed the food. the cookie dough was a particular highlight. We did feel that it was a little expensive for what we were having but the portion size was good.

Me and the girls had been looking forward to our trip here for around 3 weeks, we slugged away at the gym so we could enjoy our evening of dessert almost guilt free. Firstly the interior seemed old, considering how old it really is. The logos on the seats were dirty. We were shown to our seats and the lady didn't even ask if we had any questions etc. She wasn't 'happy to help'. I feel a dessert place needs a bit of smiles and happiness. Next I went to pop to the toilet! They stunk! And they just felt dirty! One cubicle was out order so I went in the other that was also completely blocked. I asked a member of staff before I wet myself, who showed me to the disabled toilet.. where I waited for 10 mins before a member of staff Walked out! We made our order and within 4mins of sitting done they brought our food out...before our drinks!! Then the drinks came in plastic cups!! Not the large glass spectacular milkshakes we were expecting. Mine was a crunchie milkshake but just tasted like vanilla. I didn't bother drinking it. The cookie dough was ok. But as a lover of dessert it definitely is not worth going back to this place for. I would have fed back to the staff however noone even bothered to check if we were happy with our food etc. We left after 20mins, not the evening out that we had hoped for. Off to get a Chinese now, to make up for our ruined evening!

The place looks great from the outside and couldn't wait to enjoy its offerings.We were seated immediately and expand how it all works, great service.The menu is extensive with something for everyone and I mean everyone.Price wise it's reasonable for the huge portion sizes and speed it all arrived.However why only a 3 score ? well inside really needs some maintenance the whole place was decked out in black and pink when first open but the management team seem to have failed to maintain it, which is really sad.Great food but come on invest in maintaining the place.

Staff were unpleasant ( when they eventually attended to us), dirty tables and menus.... was not going to take a chance on the food. The ice cream looked like it had melted and had refrozen.

went for pudding, was amazing, clean, friendly helpful staff, had waffles with peanut butter and banana, tried m&m waffle and tried the ferrero rocher sundae, insisted on sharing everyone elses! came away feeling like i could not move i def over indulged! go here hungry as you will leave full!

Everyone had something different which was great , however we've now visited this place a few times in recent weeks and the carrot cake is never Available, I had a tropical smoothie which was lovely, the apple crumble and custard went down well although advertised HOT came out Lukewarm. The waffles were a big hit with the kids too

Great sized portions. But pricey but still lovely. Staff seemed happy and friendly 🙂 nice and clean tables. Wouldn't go again just went to try it out really. Have a bubble slush they are yum !

I have to say my second visit to Kaspas was a disappointment.The food was fantastic it's a great concept!However the staff need a serious kick up the backside as they are rude, miserable and not at all welcoming!! Why turn up to work with attitude and who is leading them into this misery? This place has huge potential but needs a serious motivational talk.Also no trays to serve the dessert and drinks, which I didn't liked at all.Shame really as the concept is great.

It is what it is nothing out of this world but a good selection and fair portion sizes... A bit pricey but ok... I would come back but not in a hurry....

Lovely ice cream but toilets was disgusting , no toilet roll yet V.C was supposed to have cleaned them and checked them 10 mins before I'd entered !!!Staff looked miserable and there was problem with paying by card so had to go look for cash point.Was disappointing visit for our first !

Nice place for a Milkshake, it is such a pity that customer service is horrible.One of your staff member (male,long black hair in a ponytail) was so unprofessional and extremely rude, i have never felt so disrespected my whole life!!!It was my first time visiting the store so i was quite new to the ice cream flavours, I asked to try it before, the staff member started shouting at me saying that "customers" are waiting as if i was not a custumer... horrible,horrible,horrible.....

The manager was very rude with my wife and i because she wanted to ask to try an icecream flavor before ordering and according to him it was keeping people waiting, and that we should have tried before coming to order and when I told him that she did try before but nobody was there to serve her he literally called me a layer by saying that he is the manager and there is always people serving there. I can't believe how rude he was. A simple (can you please take go try and I will serve the next customers in the mean time ) would have been better.Never coming back there

Horribly dirty tables, seats and floors. Absolutely miserable staff in fact very rude. Waitress literally plonked food on table and Walked off. Will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I popped into Kaspas on a Tuesday night around 8pm. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table which wasn't too bad listening to the other people in the queue saying they should have booked etc. Once seated you then have to go and order your meal at a kiosk which took even longer. There's a huge choice of ice cream, sundaes, waffles, crepes, milkshakes and other cakes. I opted for the Oreo base waffle and picked my own so had milk chocolate flakes and milk chocolate sauce with it. You can be creative and have exactly what you fancy or chose one of their concoctions. My boyfriend had the Belgian chocolate crepe. Mine was massive compared to his so I'd say waffles are definitely best value for money. Mine was really nice, some might say too sickly but I have a really sweet tooth. My boyfriend really enjoyed his too and based on the taste we'd definitely go back. The quality of the food was really good and it's not badly priced either. The service wasn't too great as I felt like we were cattle being herded to the other side of the room. So not a great way to organise waiting customers and I think for the space they have in the restaurant they could think of something that works better. The staff didn't seem like they were happy neither. Having said that nobody was rude but there was a severe lack of enthusiasm. I would go back though as the waffle was very tasty.

Took my daughter on Friday evening. We asked for a seat in the window which was refused. Nobody was seated in one requested in an hour !! Very miserable staff. My daughter asked for her own choice of sundae (she had chosen on another visit) refused. Expensive and not a pleasant experience

Went after a visit to Fratello's as didn't fancy the deserts there. I ordered the peanut butter waffle it was delicious. Great value too as it comes with ice cream too. Only negative staff could be a little happier though as others have commented on here.

Absolutely enjoy the desserts & chocolate bar shakes. On my last visit I noticed a change in size of the waffles, they seem to have got smaller. Service is generally good but could be better if some of the staff wouldn't take orders whilst eating!

Stood at entrance for nearly 5 minutes waiting to be seated until We decided to take a seat at one of at least five tables full of dirty plates. Once we decided what we'd like I went to the counter to place my order, I noticed a member of staff go to the large queue of people at the door where he moved them to the other side of restaurant to wait whilst the tables were cleared, I asked him politely if he could clear our table to which he responded extremely rudely, suggesting I should have waited to be seated. I pointed out to him if I had done so I would have been stood in the entrance for over 15 minutes. I stayed in the queue to order my food where he continued his argument with me, I reached my limit and told my very disappointed children we will not be eating in this very unorganised "restaurant" and left but not before I told this waiter my thoughts on how rude and unprofessional he was, we spent at least 20 minutes in this "restaurant" and not one table was cleared or one customer seated. We went to a local supermarket bought the ingredients and made some amazing deserts at a fraction of the cost.

Went for the first time today and last I will admit I can't comment on the food as didn't get to that. Queued for 10 mins to order to be told there will be 30 minute wait for food even for takeaway, would've thought takeaway would've been a bit quicker but no. So just left. Won't be trying the food as good food won't make up for bad experience

I visited Kaspa's Desserts in Swindon. It is close to the centre of Swindon and near to the Wyvern Theatre. It is a good place to go for a dessert either before or after visiting the Wyvern Theatre.
