Nice place for desert. My grown up kids loved it. I think it is best for sharing. Too big to eat one on your own. If you are a member of meerkat, you get 25% discount (eat in) between Monday and Thursday. Staff are friendly but service is a bit non existent. Maybe it is self serve. We did find our own table, got the menu ourselves and ordered at the till. Definitely worth visiting.

We went as we managed to get a free waffle on their Facebook offer. On arrival the young lady was very friendly we explained that we had the free waffle codes. She sat us down at a spacious table. Showed us where to order and gave us our menus. When we ordered we gave all our codes and the lady took our order as whole rather than individual. We wasn’t shown where the cutlery was however something my kids love to do have a nosy around 😂😂😂 All our waffles came very quickly and pretty much together the girl was very quiet however it was busy so not expecting chit chat. The waffles themselves were amazing. Silence at our tables! They were soft waffles and plenty of sauce and ice cream. We all enjoyed our trip and definitely plan to visit again.

I took advantage of the offer of a free waffle or crepe and tried out Kaspas, we also ordered a sundae and a coffee, the waffle I ordered was nice but didn't have enough sauce on it for my liking, the ice cream in our sundae was lovely, what let it all down was the service, my order was plonked down in front of me without any cutlery or explanation of where to find any so I had to go and find it myself, our order was also bought out in stages, apart from drinks personally I would prefer it all at the same time they also forgot the vanilla syrup in our coffee, all in all I wasn't wowed, nicer than sprinkles but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there again

Café anticuado sin lujos con personal amable y atento. Precios buenos, amplia selección de menús, mesas siempre limpias y té y café ilimitado con su comida. Pequeño - niño amigable con un montón de juguetes. (Buena distracción).

We visited this cafe looking for some comfort food after the previous nights partying!!!! It hit the spot, nice beans on toast and a cup of tea, all hot sorted us out!!!

My wife and I booked a Sunday/Monday getaway. We overnighted and had breakfast in The Hop Inn. We had the warmest welcome on arrival and was shown to room 5. More than adequate and clean, a very short walk into town or the beach, we loved it. We bagged a parking space outside so remained without any parking charges. We had the pleasure or meeting Rocky and having breakfast served by him, unbeknown to us my wife left her watch behind in the room on checkout, we returned later after realising, and there was Rocky waiting for us with the watch safe and secure. Loved the service, friendly welcome and attitude of everyone at the hotel

The atmosphere in the Spyglass is perfect and the service great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices are great and value for money. The Senior menu is just perfect for those who don’t want a huge plate of food. Can’t wait for the Summer so that we can sit outside whilst eating our meal.Always look forward to going there if only for a coffee and a piece of Carrot cake. Wow.

Popped in as I was passing one weekday afternoon. Pleasant staff. Nice atmosphere. I didn’t eat that time but will go back. Was perfectly comfortable as a lone woman.
