Kaspa's in Bexley

We visited on a Sunday and it was a pleasant experience. The food we were served was very good and to the usual standard, the only downside was when we visited the cookie dough oven was not working. However, this didn't detract too much from our experience as there were other options we liked to choose from. One thing to note is the size of the restaurant has dramatically decreased, due to half its space being sold off to a gym next door. This therefore means the amount of seating inside has reduced significantly since our last visit. Something to consider if you are thinking of visiting with a larger group.

Delicious, the most amazing service, small place but very welcoming with a big bathroom

Order arrived in good time and was of acceptable quality. Driver also did an excellent job finding the location.

Whole order was freezing cold my children wouldn’t eat it was a waste of money

Lovely little place under premier inn. Came in for deserts with my little one for his birthday and they made him feel very special and happy. Food was lovely as well as staff (:

Amazing customer service, lovely and very friendly. Came in at 1PM and the employee understood what I wanted and adjusted my order for it! Very pleased and happy with the quality!!! :)

This was a second order I made because Kaspa's would not send over a "compensatory waffle" due to them forgetting to add the waffle in our furst order.Not the best service..I will avoid next time.

I will not be using this service again.There was a missing order.I called Kaspa's and they said there was nothing they could do,I should just seek a refund.....no regard at all that a family member would not have their waffle because they forgot to add the order.......

The waffle tasted saltier and drier to me...but it was still ok, just wouldnt buy again.

Tried to order on just eat said that they weren’t taking orders but were still open. Tried to ring 4 times they hung up every time. Was just trying to ring and check if they were still open. Very disappointed as was looking forward to treating me and my niece to a nice dessert.

Over an hour for delivery, waffles were cold, ice cream melted and milkshakes were wrong! Terrible quality, don’t waste your money!!

My Family and I were staying in Sidcup as I was running the london Marathon. We visited Kaspas on the Saturday Evening and my husband and sister both said it was the best cookie dough they have ever had. I would also like to mention the exceptional customer service I received personally. My daughter left her Ipad in the restaurant and we didnt realise until we were on our way home to Leicester on the Monday. I called and dealt with the manager, inwhich i never got his name. He was amazing and arranged for the Ipad to be posted back to us. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you to the manager I now have a happy little girl. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

Food cold lack of portions ice cream every where

I ordered the brownie mess was missing the dulce de leche ice cream and the strawberry’s so I just paid £9 for two stale brownies??

Quite disappointed in the delivery time, order arrived 1 hour after ordering when it stated that it should be 20 - 30mins if I'd have know it would be an hour, I could made it myself in less time

The food is as of the expected quality (good) and the arrival was swift.

Got here at 8:30pm on Sunday. Promised my son a desert after our dinner. The doors were shut, with the team inside. Door had a sticker on it saying last orders at 9:45pm. Despite us knocking several times they didn’t even have the decency to come out to say they’ve shut (clearly shutting without management knowing). The window clearly states that it shuts at 10pm. Management need to either review their opening times advertised on windows and google, or have a serious word with their staff! What a shame!

I took our son today, he loved the Oreo n cookie sundae 😋 The milkshakes are delicious. Very quick service.

They made the place smaller which is no issue of course but they made all the doors open which made the this small place very cold especially while you are eating an ice cream.the waiter for some reason tried to make us sit in the worst table possible which is the end of the corridor,seeing a closed door.when i asked to sit one of the empty tables(all the tables were empty there was just one table with customer) he insisted we sit on that end of the corridor table.then i asked to sit on another table, finally he agreed.we ate our ice cream but my kid was saying he was very cold.we ended up not finishing our ice cream and left.this is a ridiculous service,I dont understand why they keep the doors wide open and dont let people pick their own table on an absolutely empty place

Awful team. So inhospitable and crazy ethics. I explained I am allergic to white chocolate so to replace the white chocolate with just milk chocolate and the lady on the till with dark brown curly hair asked me “are you okay that there may be cross contamination of white chocolate with other desserts we make” I was so confused with why that was a question like are you ok clean your workspace in between what you make so that there’s no cross contamination! She was like “ yeah we do but it’s just in case” as if I wasn’t the only customer there, just crazy. Then I waited with my receipt as she said she’ll bring up the order when it’s ready. After my Oreo waffle was ready they called me by the name “TAKE OUT” not even my receipt number or having the respect to come to me, but shouting take out. Absolutely unprofessional. On top of that she was so inhospitable and cut her eyes at me when I looked in the bag that had no cutlery or tissue. Like how can you not package tissue and cutlery in a take away every fast food does this. My main disappointment was with the FOOD ITSELD WHICH WAS THE WORST WAFFLE IVE EVER TASTED. Like how can you get a OREO WAFFLE WRONG. There was like 5% Oreo topping and 95% milk chocolate syrup and flakes. The main character and flavour should be Oreo not milk chocolate I am so so disappointed. Or maybe this is just what this economy is coming to that business are scarce to use their resources to save money, cause clearly with the amount of Oreo on my waffle u would’ve thought it was half a Oreo left. Tasted life waffle drenched in milk chocolate sauce which I took a photo of. Will never ever order at this kaspas again the whole experience was AWFUL.

terrible place, this is not the first time I come to try a dish from the menu, but there is no ingredient!!! Why then add it to the menu list if it’s never there?!! close this restaurant!!!!!!

For £10 the sundaes are ridiculous. I thought I’d try the cookies and cream one and it was essentially a cup of ice cream for £10. It was some sort of good quality chocolate ice-cream topped with soft serve, 1 oreo and some chocolate sauce. For £10 I was expecting crumbled oreos and chocolate sauce throughout, maybe marshmallows and whipped cream. Feels like a rip off for £10.

It was in fact an hour and a half to “prepare” my order and another 30 minutes to be delivered to my house. I should get a refund because my order was warm and melted

Never been here before so I had an open mind, it was quite and I have a large family, so perfect! But I was told by staff that I couldn't sit in a booth as they have just cleaned it. It was 6.45pm, they close at 10pm. Clean it again!! Bad start. My wife ask if she could have a coffee, which coffee. Flat white? don't do it, latte? yes, skinny latte? we only have full fat milk. They should say this is what we have only! Rah My child wanted mix Sunday, no we can't do that. It seems they don't want to do anything for you. Bexleyheath branch can do it. We wanted to book there but they were full as they bend over backwards to make sure your happy when you dine there, as it's not cheap. And that is why they are busy!! So you would expect good service to subtle the expensive bill.

Overpriced for the quality and amount of toppings received, barely any chocolate.

Dessert was nicely made though my only criticism is that I feel if you eat in then you get abit more ice cream but if it’s delivered I feel you don’t get much?! Plus I don’t understand why it always takes a long time for a dessert to prepared.

Banana berry crepe 4 slices of very thinly sliced banana and half a rotten strawberry. Can tell it’s rotten because it’s slimy. Cookie dough badly squashed into the corner of the box Strawberry indulgence waffle, absolutely nothing indulgent about it, 1 very rotten strawberry. 3 melted ice cream Overly ridiculous expensive pile of rubbish! Never ever again!! Yuk not yum 🤢

I wouldn’t recommend any dessert from this place, as they are nowhere near the quality that is shown on the menu. If you think the desserts are going to be remotely close to what you expect you are terribly wrong, as I ordered this brownie waffle expecting it to be at least have more than 1 brownie on it, I even kindly requested the staff to add more but they said their cannot do anything about it and I paid a whopping £8.95 for 1 small brownie on a waffle. Do not come here if you want your money’s worth your better off going heavenly desserts or dolci.

Forgot my custard so I wasn’t happy, bring back the gelato scoops..

Crepe was ice cold and stale, not edible at all. The fruit/chocolate was no longer on the crepe it was smushed on the lid. The icecream lid was open and melted all over the box. Terrible service. Just-eat issued a refund though.

Ordered a Specaloo mill cake, and a choconut waffle, they sent a strawberry milk cake with no milk and was dry and stale, clearly a cake which was not fresh or correctly stored, also the waffle was also stale and hard, next to no sauce and the strawberrys where MASSIVELY CUT instead of nice thin slices, clearly standards falling

We ordered a cheesecake and cookie dough but received 2 waffles with brownie. I complained and sent a picture of the food and the receipt but said I couldn't get a refund. My son really wanted a cookie dough for his birthday and doesn't like waffles. I'm pretty annoyed that we wasn't offered credit or a refund

I love their strawberry cheesecake sundae and I've ordered it 3 times recently. This order was SLOPPY. Sauce all over the outside of the container, tiny scoops of ice cream and massive gaps at the bottom of the container which are usually totally filled. £11 is expensive anyway but for this standard its laughable, I'm sorry to say. I feel cheated.

Items missing without warning or refunded (I had to chase this myself). The ice-cream was barely solid and the cakes had been slipped about so much they were all mushed up.

Place almost empty, waited a while and 1 order arrived, mine didn’t arrive until my friend was finished although we both ordered a Sunday..

I like chocolate but they Absolutely smothered waffle in chocolate sauce it ruined my waffle, way too sickly. I would of send back if i was in the restaurant 😩

Order never arrived..don’t ever use their Deliveroo people..they are thieves..they stole my order…Deliveroo claimed that they tried calling me and couldn’t locate my address…that was an absolute lie..

For what you pay you’d expect it to be spot on but not the case. Hot fudge sundae… more like cold fudge sundae. It seems the fudge was just thrown into the plastic cup and not even remotely warm. I know the fudge is with ice cream but I live 2 mins away from the restaurant, so can’t put the blame on the delivery time. Cookie dough… more like cake. It was completely over cooked and was not gooey at all. Standards are terrible considering we paid almost £20 for this order which is ridiculous anyways.

Horrendous delivery guy, blocks off 2 disabled spots to park so he can walk 6 foot? Won't spend penny in there due to his behaviour.

A very short fat man was rude to me and my friends after giving us milk chocolate sauce which we believed tasted exactly like dark chocolate and then continued to argue with us about it after us saying that it did not taste like milk chocolate and continued to spit all over our food as he spoke to us rudely and aggressively ,we will not be returning as we believe we were spoken to very rudely by this man and not treated like customers at this restaurant

a short fat age 35-40 year old man was very rude! will not be coming back here the service was awful. he smelt awful like body odour and was giving the worst attitude speaking in a horrible manner !

If you are looking for a sugar rush, this is the place to go. Good visual representation. Had Strawberry indulge Waffle with chocolate ice cream on top and Triple Chocolate fudge cake with custard and crème and it was amazing! They have a good selection of waffles. You can either choose from the menu or create your own. Really generous on the topping and the waffle was warm, crispy on outside and fluffy in the middle just as should be. Perfect dessert for the day. It does fill you up if you had a meal before since the portion is really suitable with the price they offered. Love the interior as well. It was very clean and tidy. Service was quick. Didn't have to wait for long. I will definitely come back for more !

I instructed the restaurant for my waffle not to be cold . It came cold and soft , there was no crunchiness and it was saggy . Also I paid extra for extra fruit and they only put a little bit. I i will try a different place next time . So disappointed

Small portion for the price paid - not good value for money. And cold on arrival despite living 10 mins from the restaurant.

Food was delivered quickly but ordered premium milkshake and waffle. The milkshake cup had fallen over and split on arrival leaving the milkshake all over the waffle. Not sure if down to restaurant packing badly or driver not taking care of delivery. Bit of a shame as spoiled the food.

Cold - but this is not the problem... I counted 5 banana pieces and 8 strawberry pieces on my Crepe... the other comments suggest the same happened to other people as well. Avoid.

Whenever I order from Kaspa's, it's always missing items or has the wrong stuff in it. Happens every time.
