Thai N Chinese in Bexley

Got my order wrong (which is fine mistakes happen) but when called to correct even after they admitted order was sent out wrong seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to send the correct items out. Then when I asked how long it would take I was hung up on.

Most previous Chinese take aways I’ve had have been hit and miss. We’ve been using them for a while now and not had a bad experience to date. Good size portions and they usually throw in a few things unexpected which are always appreciated.

They have a great selection of Asian cuisine, loved the crispy shredded beef.

First time order but I'm afraid last time. I love the large pancake rolls but these were so greasy I had to use x3 pieces of kitchen roll and they were still greasy. The second one in the bag couldn't be removed as it was so greasy it had stuck to the bottom of the bag. So disappointed. When I did eat one it wasn't very nice. Chicken balls were also greasy but chicken inside was nice. Never again.

I order Thai green curry with king prawns. As most people know the main ingredient for Thai green curry is coconut milk. This was a typical Chinese curry that looked green!! If you like Thai food don’t bother with this takeaway.

Food never arrived after a 2 hour wait, shop now closed. Avoid!

Food was ok, the delivery takes a bit long,food wasn’t that hot either was warmish, probably won’t use again.

Shame, last two times I've ordered from here the foods been cold and taste different to usual "new chef maybe?", time to try a different Chinese takeaway.

Ordered food at 6.30 this evening, 2 hours snd 2 calls later we've had to cancel the food and go elsewhere

Very Disheartening, was one of my favourite Thai and Chinese restaurants. Since they changed a few months ago their food had really gone down hill. We ordered 5 dishes and they managed to mess up 4 out of 5 on my last order 1 was wrong, ordered Malaysian chilli chicken and received something completely different that tasted like chicken stock and chilli with pieces of chicken in. The other 3 were always perfect before but the prawns turned up not crispy but flakey and spongey. The red Thai chicken curry was just spicy no flavour at all and the egg fried rice was clumpy and solid more like sticky rice. The capital spare ribs tasted ok, and the sweet chilli dip was basically sweet chilli so watered down it was more water than sauce.

Twice they gave me the wrong order. Called the second time and wanted me to come back to fix it when they deliver.

I ordered online, and collected. For main, rice and a veg side plus spring rolls, my bill was under £20, and they threw in free prawn crackers. The food was ready when I arrived, a little earlier than the time given, and hot enough to stay hot enough to eat despite my 30 min journey home (although it was insulated in quite a lot of vegetation awaiting disposal hoarded in the back of my car!) The food was tasty and good value for money. it saved me cooking after a long working day and I have enough for another meal! I'll be back!

I'd love to review the food but we don't have any. We've been waiting 2 hours for our food that has supposedly been on the way for an over an hour. We live 7 minutes away from the restaurant. I have called twice to be told it's on the way....guess they're taking the long route. Do not recommend unless you're not hungry and you have a microwave.

Worst food ever wish I could mark less called up to get a refund and the lady was super rude and said she’s not doing anything about it avoid the place

dont usually provide a low score but not very happy with the food, ordered Penang Char Kway Teow (fried noodle) which the description says it comes with prawns, but instead they came with chicken only. The Tom Yum soup was pretty awful, it felt like just drinking lime juice. I wrote to them about the fried noodle and no one come back to me which just goes to show that they don't really care about what they serve their customer so I wont be ordering again from here.

Excellent food great effort put in and fresh to. Very nice.

Most horrible experience ever. Bought about £40 food. Dropped the food off at home and later found out 1 of the items were missing. It was 3rd on the list on the receipt and was not marked off like all the rest items were. Went back next day and was told to come back the filling day which I did and was told I was wrong not to call them in a hour (which I went back to work) and they did give me it, and they don't mark off the last order which it was the 3rd on the list of 7 items. Never again. The lady was rude. Lucky I can't give no stars.

This was the best meal we have had, ever. Polite and helpful customer service. Can't wait to order again.

Be careful when you order from thay and Chinese. I have ordered a chicken fried rice and left a note NO EGGS. Then I called the restaurant to say not to put eggs in the dish due ALLERGY. When the order came there was eggs in it. Luckily I saw it. I called back the restaurant and they said that they misplaced the order and if I wanted another one I had to wait 15 minutes. No way! You could have killed someone!!!

That was one on the best Chinese food till today. We ordered 3 boxes different boxes ofrack of ribs and it were discussing. Dry ribs had half of box of oil inside. Some of the ribs doesn't have any meat on, just plain bone. The test of ribs taste discussing.

Had our first delivery today during the COVID lockdown. The food was exceptional with every dish, and the delivery was great and prompt from Deliveroo. We have found our new favourite Chinese/Thai takeaway. Outstanding,,

The worst Chinese food I have ever experienced sweet and sour king prawns had such thick batter with tiny rubber prawns rice so far over cooked it was like porridge other dishes just slop. Do not waste your money, good only fit for the bin, one star is way too much should be a minus

Been our local for years, absolutely love it ! 10/10 Must try their Salt and Chili dishes.

Delicious Asian food, reminds me of food I had in Malaysia and Thailand. Cute and friendly staff.

Menu offers an excellent selection of dishes. Food is fresh, very light & tasty. Available on Deliveroo, although delivered by the restaurant in no time, highly recommend!

Our local, lovely food everytime time and brilliant service.

Good menu, clean shop, but no card payments under ten pound, so be careful when grabbing that quick dinner on your way home.

My family & I have been going for nearly three years now. Most Chinese takeway's are dry but this one has a great amount of moistness in it. Once you go here you will never regret it. People may say the prices are going up but its totally worth it. I strongly advise you to go there!

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!!!!NEVER ORDER FROM HERE My husband and I ordered from this restaurant. My husband within 1 hour developed a severe food poisoning vomitted all night with diarrhoea. I had tasted a bit of my husbands food when he was eating and in a few hours I too developed diarhoea all night. We were sick for days. When I eventually after days of recuperation contacted the restaurant. The manager did not believe me because no one else said they had food poisoning. She refused to apologise and I was not even requesting a refund just an acknowledgement of the fact that their food poisoned customers. She was very rude interrupted me and never listened to me. Very very bad customer service. She asked me to prove that we were poisoned by a DR confirming that the episode was from their restaurant. No GP can prove that. The only way to prove to this woman would be to keep a sample of my husbands vomit with pieces of aromatic duck floating in it within minutes of ordering to prove to her but somehow she may still have questioned it! Please never order from here. Spare yourselves a very bad experience!!!!!

Love the food here. We order it almost every weekend. Fast on delivery time too. Payment system needs improving. Specially when making payment by cards when ordering a delivery. Hope they improve it sooner.

Love it..best thai food around...not like the watered down rubbish you get at most places..love the green curry..nice and hot and full of flavour..
