KFC Sidcup - Market Place in Bexley

Missed out two bbq bites - not a big order so not great service to miss two of three things I ordered

3 drumsticks in a 3 piece meal. really!!

The rice box was a zinger and not a ranch, the chicken looked half eaten, the lid to the box was covered in black dirt marks, the piece of chicken looked half eaten, the pineapple stick didn’t arrive.

The Delivery Driver seemed like a nice guy. The only problem was that two items from my order was no included in the delivery.

When I ordered at 17:13 it said 10-25 minutes for delivery but it wasn't delivered until 18:26

Awful food. Delivery was delayed but couldn’t cancel as food already being prepared- not surprised as chicken was dry and hard and chips cold!

Awful. Half a jar of mayonnaise made the burger inedible. The person who made it clearly couldn't care less.

estimate was 30 mins and actually took 1hr 55. restaurant wouldn't answer the phone in that time. problem was at restaurant

Absolutely appalling service Waiting over an hour for delivery, Called 10 times not one staff member thought to pick up the phone to tell me where my order was. Actually shocking they need to hire people who are competent

food was TWO hours late and was all freezing cold upon arrival. Half the food was also missing.

AGAIN for the fifth time out of six my side of coleslaw has been forgotten. Don’t you ever check the bag when packing?

Came in a few days ago was served by a young man called Alex I received my food very quickly he was very patient with me and polite as I deaf in one ear. every other time I have came in I have been served by disrespectful people. Thanks to Alex I will visit again as he made my experience much better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to the customer service (Alex)

The map needs to be updated because it never takes the driver to the front door it takes them to the unnamed road at the back of my house

Food was cold, as the delivery was delayed as the delivery rider got lost and ended going via Swanley M25 / A20 Roundabout.

Driver didn’t bother to follow the instructions to our address, so just dumped the order half a mile from our home!

Although the above was great, again KFC has let me down with not being able to pack a order with what I have ordered so some members of my family are left unhappy and I then find myself have to beg though the app for a partial refund that may get turned down if I have requested refunds for missing items a few times in a set time range which only seems to happen with big food outlets also may I had we then have to reorder the missing meals and pay delivery as it is now under the minimum😔.

Wrong order delivered. Knew immediately because should have been multiple bags and came in a small bag. Told delivery driver and he didn’t want to know. Refused to take order back.

Forgot half the food, restaurant wont pick up the phone

Terrible, turned up cold , loads missing , chips and daughter’s meal. Unable to contact just go online to try and resolve, very disappointed when paid £40 and cones out of your account straight away.

The chips were cold and soggy and the coleslaw was open and spilt on the bucket of chicken

It never arrived i even spoke to the courier twice and said i could see on map where he was i explained and he still never came

Missing two items on the delivery cold wet soggy fries and chicken that had a weird sour taste to it. Ended up with very upset kid and won’t be ordering from here again. Worst KFC experience I’ve had.

i ordered 4 meals. the staff have somehow managed to miss a full rice box meal. there has not been one time i have ordered from here and they’ve actually included everything. something always seems to be missing. they also missed out the dip which was included in my meal. i don’t see how you can forget to put a full meal in the bag. this always seems to be an issue. very unhappy again!

Understaffed and concentrated on online orders more than people actually in the shop

Focus on delivery drivers over actual customers and take forever to get food ready had to wait 20 minutes after arriving for a meal I preordered 10 minutes before arriving

Missing items ordered for a family of 8 and it hardly went around due to missing items and now to wait to see if they will refund. Ended up going to McDonald’s - should have gone there I. First place I won’t ever be ordering again

i usually eat out off kfc and there portion sizes are terrible. i got a snack box bundle and there was hardly any chips for a £20 order. I thought that leaving a message saying that I would send my food back if it was cold would improve your service . BUT NO . It was also later than the time that you / kfc said . On tracking the rider he seemed to be taking the long way around . Presumably doing another drop off . I could have gone with you rival UBER . But decided to try yourselves again ☹️

Food was cold as was delivered on bicycle. Driver had nowhere to stand bicycle so made me hold it up for him whilst delivering. Took one hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Driver had to be hailed from our door as drove past property. Was unable to track him as location off. Shocking.

Ordered meals, 3 piece came with chips and no Pepsi can. The burger came, no chips or Pepsi. I don’t why it’s so hard to get a small order right. I use this restaurant a lot and now rethinking of going elsewhere

prices gone up but quantity down - just 13 chips received in a portion and less than normal pop corn chicken in the box. food cold.

Driver just dropped the food on the doormat, with just a knock and walking away, it's not hygienic putting food on the floor. Delivery time was alright but the driver service was very poor.

I never get my full order from this place. I don't know how or why, but there is always at least one item missing

Went to the branch in Sidcup to find out where the order was, to be told it left the restaurant at 8:21pm, was ordered at 8:09pm, didn’t arrive until 9pm and was cold obviously. Very poor standards and was given coleslaw which had exploded in the bag

Every order has had missing items. This has happened so many times over the past year that I'll stop ordering from them. Even in person they get it wrong so be sure to check before leaving. Just ordered a meal and extra burger and burger is missing. I love kfc but won't be ordering from them again. Maybe I can get some refund from uber eats but it doesn't help now when 2 people have to share one meal.

the time kept getting moved so it ended up from the time it was ordered and the time given it was at least 45 minutes. Also it was cold everything needed reheating and I ordered gravy and that was not with the order so that item will need to be refunded. absolutely disgusted
