I always collect for lunch and it's probably the best run KFC I've been too, salute to the manager and team

Items were not delivered by just eat, after 2 hour wait abs stuck on preparing I drove to restaurant, orders stacked behind counter. Items cold, some items missing. Unable to cancel the order or contact anyone to discuss. Credited a very small partial refund which is not acceptable aa does not cover charge let alone missing items and cold uneatable food!

There was no greens in my hamburger only the has brown and meat. I also received less than 150g of chips. Very disappointing!

I was not given the correct amount of chips, the popcorn chicken or the dip that I purchased

After a 2 hour wait and no show we were left to organise something else, dinner was ordered at 6pm and at 8.15pm it was changed to delivered yet no food was received awful service wont be choosing kfc again

Good delivery courier only issue is that I didn’t get my drink that was ordered which was a shame but the food was piping hot.

Avoid - Food took an 1hr and 29mins to arrive, changed delivery driver x4 times and once arrived food was cold and Ropey. Store doesn’t even answer telephone for complaints should have read existing reviews first I think that tells you to avoid!

Deliverd late and didn’t even get everything we ordered and just eat have basically ignored the report disgusting

I have not received my food. It says delivered. But no-one has delivered or came to Urgent Care reception like I asked.

My chicken burger wasn’t cooked properly and was all pink. Just eat refused to send a replacement or offer refund.

I watched on the map as the driver stopped on his way to deliver my food, picked food up from another takeaway, and then drove in the opposite direction to deliver that first. When my food arrived, it was all cold, and I expect a full refund.

Got the pieces I asked for. Arrived on time. No issues 👌

Looking at the tracker, could see the rider stopping at other places on the high st, with my delivery on his bike, o expected it to be cold on arrival, which it was. food quality from this particular KFC is usually disappointing, clearly they get the turn over, so probably not that concerned about guest experience

Always forget to add correct items. Never had an order that didn't have missing items. Ordering through the app has been problematic as they don't do ice cream (apparently) substitution offer was a cookie with a refund not being possible.

beans lid was not on the pot so beans and juice was over everything

My meal was very late and very cold When I asked the delivery guy where he had been and was it hot he just said I don’t speak English & walked off The chicken was dripping in frase / oil very poor

I don't understand why the driver goes to Bexleyheath when I live in Sidcup, I get all my cold food because the driver had another 2 or 3 deluvery, it's something unacceptable ,the driver said is the app fault not his fault,this is not the first time. I'll never order again from this app.

My food was pleasantly early. Me and my partner was surprised how quickly our food arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised as we was starving after a long day at work and just wanted food in our tummies. Well done KFC and Just eat. 👌👍

we're missing 2 hot wings, and the portion of chips is tiny for the price. But otherwise, it was good.

the original time was then put back by 30 mins, making 15 mins late from the original order. no mistakes in order so all good.

Pretty awful, literally get our order wrong every time n brings frustration instead of pleasure, I also don’t know how you can get our order wrong literally every time for god knows long, learn to read an order. Definitely don’t order from this place

waited two hours and the delivery time kept going up and had to go to the restaurant to collect in the end. The order still wasn't put together and although the lady was under pressure she did the order for me. Waiting over two hours for a fifty pound order is not good service.
