This place is a hit with the kids. Loads of desserts and ice cream fun! After ordering, we waited 15 mins for our order. For some, the portions might be too big. Don’t worry, just ask for a takeaway box - we did! We see this as a treat every so often. It’s a little expensive, but the portions are filling and the children (big and small), love it!

Francesca served me very well and I was very pleased with the dessert. She was very kind and friendly and polite. Would definitely come again.

Great Service🌟 Recently i visited kaspas ..i got to know that they do easter shakes. Tried them and one of the waffle recommended by the staff..to be honest it was the best milkshake and waffle i had ever before. Will recommend it to everyone. MUST VISIT✨️✨️

Mahrukh Was really sweet and thoughtful on our visit !! Not only did she try and exchange my coffee but was really sweet about the response that the manager didn’t want to change it ! Lovely girl shame about the coffee !

I went this Kaspas couple days ago and is a really nice , for a desert after your dinner or lunch , great food quick food service and great vibes. Lovely customer service especially from Mahrukh she was really nice and considerate and polite when taking my order.

Mahrukh is a star, she went above and beyond with me and my friends. And provided excellent service. However, the manager was rude and giving unpleasant look. Very unprofessional but Mahrukh still managed to turn our unpleasant experiences into a great experience. Thank you Mahrukh

Great service. Rosemary in particular was very sweet and very helpful! Very considerate too as I had 3 kids with me and she was great at keeping them entertained.

I’ve been going to kaspas for a while now and I must say it is the best service all the time. They never fail to deliver exceptional service at all times. Always smiling and positive. All the workers are so kind and helpful. Veronica especially looks after me and makes sure I receive nothing but the best service. I believe she is the manager and if so, hats off to her. I ordered from Kaspa through Just Eat, we never received our order and we had the most unhelpful customer service from Customer.We have still not received our order and Kaspa have taken our money as well! When I have tried to contact I was met with a very RUDE lady who did not want to even listen to what I have to say. I tried to ask where our order is and all I got told was to contact just eat and she couldn’t help.
