KARPATY BAKERY, Beeston in Wakefield

Didn’t feel particularly welcome maybe as being on my own I wasn’t going to be a big spender! Ordered via the QR code, which is a bonus especially when solo. My bottle of cider came without a glass. Popped up to the counter for a glass and really felt like I was putting the waitress out and she was pretty grumpy. Cutlery and sauce station was pretty grubby. Struggled to find some clean cutlery in the pots. Many of the sauces needed a good clean/wipe. Food came pretty quick and tasted as you would expect. Staying in the premier inn for a week and was planning to eat here a few times but won’t be back.

Just popped in for a quick lunch as we live locally and hands down the best pie I’ve ever head: perfect pastry, tons of filling and gorgeous accompaniments. Might come back for lunch tomorrow, and the next day!

Really amazing food, fresh and top ingredients

Lovely evening. We met our friends here for a celebration and the white evening was excellent. The food delicious, service polite and friendly which made the evening go so well. We'll be back
