Love that fact that it’s open late, amazing service on the phone and quick delivery! Food was 10/10, affordable and yummy will defo be ordering again

Portion size very different to previous orders, always been generous but not this time, was very small. Food was cold and was a 1 hour wait.

Always great food. Delivery always is in time and being handed over at my door, never have to wait in parking lot. I appreciate it.

Terrible service. Ordered on Ubereats, waited 1 hour past the estimated arrival time, I called them and they were rude on the phone. Absolutely no respect for people’s time. Cancelled my order. I can see from the other reviews that this is an ongoing issue with this place.

just had a delivery to the hospital fantastic service throughout, great tasting food, and competitive prices definitely one of the cheapest places in town great value, was our first time buying but definitely not our last would highly recommend

I ordered donner and chips. I must say, it is extremely seasoned , very delicious indeed ! I ordered a large and lest I forget it is a large indeed! Very fulfilling and filling ! I am able to go back for seconds ! Customer service is hospitable too , they came into my building and left it in a safe place with someone I trust . Thank you Karam Express. I have been coming here since I was 15 I am now 25 years old ! Food is still spectacular quality from when I'd order every Friday with my pocket £

My 1st review since using this app, and I thought this establishment deserved it. I was apprehensive with the food being 20mins late, that it wouldn’t be warm and not overly nice! How wrong was I?! The food was absolutely beautiful and well worth the wait!! 100% recommend and will 100% be returning! Thank you for a lovely meal, it was great! I can understand why food takes a little longer. I’m guessing they’re busy because everyone realises they’re a great shop. 1 happy trucker!

Ordered a plain burger with dinner meat and chilli sauce. Came as a burger, no donner meat and tomato ketchup, I can’t eat tomato ketchup as it make me poorly, no mention of ketchup on menu or option to deselect it. Had to throw my food away, waste of £10, wouldn’t order from here again.

When it was close to our delivery time I had a phonecall to say they were running a bit late. However when my food finally arrived it was an hour late. Meaning it arrived 2hours after placing the order. The food wasn't hot anymore as it turns out another order was being delivered before mine. They also missed off the salad from the order! The food was nice but nothing special, I won't order from her again due to the horrendous delivery (it was a Thursday night at 9pm that I placed the order - how is it that busy !?)

Still serving original Southern Fried Branded Chicken, like it's suppose to be.. A simply lip licking flavour. Was piping hot and fresh. Amazing stuff.

Wouldn’t normal do this as the service is out-standing but the kebabs that were ordered smelt very bad , we were unable to eat them due to the smell of fish I contacted the restaurant which couldn’t be anymore helpful but when contacting just eat I was refused point blankly that I wasn’t able to get a refund even though I explained I spoke with the restaurant which were happy enough to refund my order , but because I placed it through just-eat they couldn’t refund it for me , and told to me to go through JustEat app
