great food and some great deals. never lets me down great food every time

ordered at 6.30 pm food after 2 calls arrived at 8.40 cold .... would never order again.

I am not very happy with today's order because when I received the food it was cold I ended up reheating it but it wasn't very nice reheated I would ask for a refund but I probably won't get it back.

Food had no seals nor tape to secure it and the pizza in one box was obviously pinched in the middle.

We were told food was on its way and then enjoy your food came up but we hadn't received it. After a phone call to them we were told food was just being bagged up, it arrived 15mins later.

Food was fresh and piping hot as usual - would 100% recommend - they always follow the messages when ordering.

Hands down one of the best take aways , foods always hot and delicious, portions are great arrives early and very accomadating of any specific request. 5* everytime!

Ok the food was actually bad. It smelled bad it looked bad as if it’s not cooked properly. My 6 years old refuse to eat it so did the other 4 the burger smelled bad. Only the chips were alright. But don t buy its food poisoning. The guys are good who are working there. But the owner needs to eat his own food it’s bad.

Driver was kind and delivered to my door, which I was grateful for as have been down with a cold. Most driver don’t bother trying to find my house number, nor leave their car which is not very customary. Especially after being charged for delivery, you see.

I’ve been told to try this place and so I did. There was a hair in my chicken burger. The food was also really cold and the chicken had a bad smell. Yuck

Just received my order & food was cold, probably because I was given a frozen corn on the cob instead of a cooked one & that made the rest of the food cold. The order came 20 minutes late, no free hot apple pie as requested in the instructions for orders o er £30. When I rang up to complain I was told they would send out the replacement corn on cob + hot apple pie but nothing arrived. Very disappointed.

restaurant was really good reassuring me when I phoned about the food being late, it turned up in great condition, the driver was very polite and it was a very rainy day. delicious and good value as usual I recommend ringing the restaurant if they are late as they always do their best to sort it out. x

Burnt food disgusting should check food before packing it

I recently visited to this place and had a highly disappointing experience. The customer service was exceptionally poor, primarily due to a particular staff member. An older gentleman with a tall, dark complexion was extremely rude, making derogatory comments towards my sister, including mocking her weight and questioning her food choices. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover, I observed this same staff member preparing food in an unsanitary manner. He handled salad ingredients for a burger with his hands immediately after wiping his nose. This lack of hygiene is alarming and unacceptable in any food service establishment. Due to these incidents, we decided to cancel our order and leave. I cannot recommend summer set southern fried chicken based on this experience, and I urge management to address these serious issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I chose this restaurant as it had good ratings with many people commenting on a speedy delivery. However, in my case, it took 1hr 30 to deliver, and I'm about a 3-4 minute drive from the restaurant. Food arrived lukewarm and pizza was sweaty. The chips would have been lovely if warm. I wasn't fond of the pizza base, or the cheese used, and being cold didn't help. Very soon tasted like cold cheese on toast. Sorry, but can't recommend.

Definitely one of the best take aways in Luton. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The service is amazing, our delivery driver had to park and walk to deliver it due to the music festival closing roads he did so happily and the food still arrived earlier then the estimated delivery time. 10/10 on all counts!

delicious food but I have a slight issue with my order my box that contained my food had broken due to how heavy the contents was inside part from that delivered service was exceptional and everything's was brilliant will order again soon.

The courier left gate open to our property , then drove his moped up a pedestrian footpath !!!!. Where there was a pedestrian walking his dog . Not good .

Such a disappointment,Unfortunately. Usually pizza are ok. Today the fries seems pushed and squashed in the box. Pizza has less cheese all the toppings were falling off. Chilli sauce was spilt in the bag when driver had delivered asking for a good review. Sorry but today was such Disappointment.

Avoid this place ! They give the smallest portion of food especially chips and they will reheat them so you have greasy hard chips
