Nice Venue. Ordered English Breakfast for £12.95. Portion size was fairly small for the price. Purchased because it was advertised as being 800 calories but when I saw the portion size I thought this to be untrue. For example, you get 1 slice of a tomato rather than a full one, and a small portion of beans.

Ate a miso soup, curry with chicken and a green tea. And ever since that day I have stomach ache that won't go away. Service very polite. Yet I believe my condition may be linked to rice that was served, as it did taste and smell suspicious. Do not recommend as first ache and signs of upset stomach appeared during flight in worst possible moment.

We visited Yo! at Luton Airport two weeks ago, and I’m so glad we found a place offering healthy food options! I was on my way to Burger King with the kids when I spotted Yo! and decided to give it a try instead. I’m so happy we did – we really enjoyed the food, and the kids loved it too! The staff were super friendly, and Abdul, who was working that day, stood out as especially kind and helpful. Thank you for a great experience – we’ll definitely be back next time we’re at the airport!

They do both takeaway and eat in options, I chose to eat in but I was the only one, which suited me fine but maybe not everyone's preference. Spicy seafood ramen was OK, certainly filling with lots of salmon. Hannah was very friendly and helpful, offering to get me the allergy menu although I didn't really need it in the end. Thanks!

I had an early lunch at Yo! Sushi in Luton Airport with my team during a flight delay, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Horrible experience – never going back! I visited Yo! restaurant at Luton Airport and ordered sweet chilli chicken. While talking on the phone with a colleague, I started eating. On my second bite, I noticed a long strand of hair in my bowl. Disgusted, I called one of the staff members over. They offered to replace the dish, but I refused. To make things worse, my fiancée overheard the staff in the back laughing and making inappropriate jokes about where the hair might have come from. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I will never eat here again, and I’ve already told all my friends and family to avoid this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I came here for a quick brunch before my flight. Hannah was a darling. I took the seafood ramen and dynamite sushi. Delicious.

Our first time at Yo sushi. It was a great experience and the sushi was amazing. We were served by Zarmeena, who was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended! (Four Spanish ladies going back to Spain)

I took Teriyaki ramen and have to say that it was one of the best ramen I have ever had and service provided by Sunny was just excellent, she is a very Sunny person :)

Took a flight hangover like crazy nways went to YO! To get some food to soak. I must say being in this place I felt and saw the most amazing customer service I have ever seen in my life and I’ve been to a lot of places. The staff was so attentive and so nice! I was amazed, especially as I deal with social anxiety this place didn’t trigger none of that. Andy particularly stood out to me he was smiley, welcoming and felt approachable, you can tell he’s hard working and got good spirit to him (God bless). He was making sure all customers were happy and everything was running smoothly on top of ensuring the place was clean and tidy. Honestly the customer service was really good and I hope it keeps to that standard can’t express enough how great working the staff is in this place. Would definitely go ago just due to the service and advise my friends too! Was happy being there and walking away happy :)

I got there in the evening. The kitchen was no longer serving most of the dishes but i was able to get a poke bowl and some sushi from the belt thanks to Andy. He is a very good salesperson and a delightful server, making me feel welcome. I did not get the same feeling from the kitchen but Andy compensated for the kitchen’s manager loud complaints. I have been in this branch before and Andy’s hospitality was always impressive.

Food it's really good But service is bad...like really bad, don't think staff care at all. Ordered two items as soon I walked in as know what I want, got main after 15min but drink didn't arrive so I asked waitress, she said she will check. Restaurant was almost empty so not they were busy, was more staff then customers, no one come and check if food is okay or anything, Time went and I went to pay and they had audacity to try charge me for drink that never arrived.

Perfect experience, especially with limited time before flight. It's eat-in but with food already prepared, no delays. Chatted with sushi chef, lovely lady, got some great recommendations from her and enjoyed everything we ate. Chatted with manager too, made us feel welcome and improved the whole experience.

I had a spicy seafood ramen and it was sooo good! It’s the perfect thing to eat in between flights and you’re tired. The staff is very nice and thoughtful. Fully recommend

The 4 star review this place had convinced me against by better judgement that this airport sushi was going to be safe. Well my partner and I got food poisoning. Don’t take the risk. It’s mid anyway. And I’m shocked by the high reviews considering two people got sick.

Don’t eat here: expensive, unfriendly, slow. We were 2 of us. They told me I couldn’t eat in the meal I had purchased after I paid for it. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for some fries my partner had ordered. We had to rush and almost miss our plane. Terrible service.

I am a loyal client of YO SUSHI for many years. Arrived at 6.00 AM at YO Sushi. Literally the whole restaurant was empty. As I had my boarding at 6.30 AM I decided to order a breakfast. I have asked the front customer advisor, how much time to it take to prepare a breakfast? She replied to me, that it would take around 10 minutes. Again the whole restaurant was empty, with 3-4 people at the kitchen. I said that's fine, and decided to order a breakfast. I decided to take a seat, and wait patiently for my breakfast. At 6.26 AM nothing was ready. I got up from the table. The waitress understood that I waited much too long, and spoke to someone from the kitchen to prepare for me faster. Literally in a minute everything was ready, packed in a box (because I didn't have time to eat in the restaurant). My question is, why you need to wait 30 minutes, when everything can be done in 5-10 minutes? Unfortunately, the food was thrown away, because boarding the plane had already started, and I didn't manage to eat anymore. But I know that the quality of their products is the best. I'm very sorry that, with no one in the premises, they work so slowly (meaning doesn't work!). Don’t think that I will come back again (at least at Luton Airport for sure)!

Sushi was delicious, I ordered off the chain. It was fresh and there was a lot of variety, staff were so helpful, table service was excellent. Music and booths were great, definitely recommend!

We waited for 30min for the scrambled egg, toast and salmon(smoked) , and we were only two people at this place. A little portion of scrambled egg, and a load of salmon, the ratio was way off.

Food was OK but one of the crunchy prawn rolls I had was still frozen inside. Also ordered a miso soup which never arrived, good job I wasn't charged for it.

I don’t even really like Sushi, but Andy’s an absolute legend. He was really helpful and proactive and super friendly too. Would literally recommend going there just to hang with him tbh.

This was our first time here. We had a party of 3. This was a very unique experience with the moving trays, it was very easy to use and understand what to do. The dishes were made fresh in full view of the customers, which was a great touch. We had the choice of picking off the belt or ordering from the server. We went with picking off the blet. The food was very tasty. In our group was an avid eater of Sushi and she said the food was perfect and she had 3 dishes of food. We had some of the dessert also. I would highly recommend any passengers to sit down and enjoy the cuisine here. Many thanks

Food is served very quickly after ordering. Of course, you can also help yourself to food. However, when picking up, the food is not priced so you need to check the price on the menu.

This place is a joke! The portion sizes are very small.-The salmon was cut so thin it was barely there! Serving times were way too long. The cost is ridiculous as well. I know airports are notoriously expensive but this was ridiculous. Avoid if you can!

Complete rip off and bad service. I wasn't too keen to come here as I think is extortionate to charge around £6 for every little dish but my son wanted to try so I thought I'd give it a go. The lady who was supposed to sit us just dropped the napkins and little dish along with the chopsticks and never came back to explain how things work or even take drink orders. We were waiting there until my son had to go to the till to ask for the drinks. (and no, it was not busy, just a couple of tables being used). When I went to pay £62 freaking pounds, I counted all the dishes we ate and of course they charged extra. (2 extra dishes to be more exact). I did not tell them anything as just by looking at their faces I was scared to even metion it. Don't come here, Luton Airport has a thousand options for food, for less than that we could have gone to the vip lounge and have all you can eat buffet plus relaxing area until my flight. I am so upset with myself for expending this amount of money in 4 sushi rolls, grrrrr. Never again
