Karahi lounge in Kirklees

I was very much looking to a saturday evening curry which I ordered using the website promising 45 minute delivery. I phoned 90 minutes later to check where it was. The manager denied having received the order, was not only unapologetic but extremely rude and aggressive saying that it was not their responsibility. I spent the next three hours trying to have my payment refunded. In the managers defence he did eventually apologise for his earlier conduct. However, if you value your disposable income, free time and sanity stay well away.

Third visit to Huddersfield and third visit to my now favourite Indian in Yorkshire. These guys never disappoint with either food or quality of service.Lovely bunch of lads who are all very friendly yet very professional. Keep it up guys 5*

Went along with some friends upon hearing some good things about this place.Was pleasantly surprised as we entered the restaurant the deco was very light and beatuful and a very warm welcome.The menu is is amazing as well as all your usual dishes it has many surprises.From the pickle tray to the mains we loved everything.The mango lassi is to die for.This place in my opinion is too cheap for the quality of food and service.The manager (muky) is a charmer made us feel so at home on our first visit.We will definitely be going back and recommending to all our family and friends.

Visited on recommendation of friends who absolutely love this place.The restaurant is beautifuly decorated with a touch of modern and authentic look.We had a mix starter for two which absolutely perfect.My friend had a fish tikka which looked so appetising.For my main I had the house special duck which was beautifully cooked with just the right amount of spices.My partner tried the rajshahi rasoi which was full of flavour.The pilau rice was fluffy and nan bread were thin and soft.Very attentive service.The head waiter muky was talking to us like he had known us for ages.Its a bring your own alcohol and as we went on Thursday it was they had an offer 8.95 for a five course meal so we paid a bargain price of 36.00 for 4 people.Will definetely going again and would recommend to all our friends.5 star food,service and ambience
