Worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had. 2.5 hours to arrive, food was freezing cold. 3 items missing and they sent the completely wrong curry. Couldn’t eat any of it. Never ordering again.

Forgot my drink but overall lovely place. They do a really nice Lamb Curry. I used to eat here sometimes with my boss on our lunch break. Very enjoyable.

1. Delivery man was very friendly and arrived 30mins early 😊 2. Meat saag and aloo keema was amazing! 3. Ordered lamb samosa, but I received vegetable samosa instead. But the taste was probably most tasty samosa I ever had in my life! 😂😋👌👌👌 Only packaging wasn't good. was aluminium box with a harder paper lid so some of oil and food leaked in a bag. Was messy. But apart from that, food was amazing!

There food standard is very high. They pay attention to the quality of meat. Very clean and well wrapped food. Food was Hot and fresh. Very Aromatic and perfect blend of spices. Cons: Not enough variety. Naans are not the best but still very good and priced right. Not enough desert options.

Karachi is my go to for asian food. Its good quality , delicious fresh cooked flavours makes it an absolute Treat and experience to have. I have my favourite dishes and do not tend to experiment and each time it is delivered to perfection.

I love Indian food and It was great. I thought it was a little on the pricey side but it was worth it. They also delivered the food 45 minutes after the order like they said. Every thing was delicious. If I’m ever back in this part of the world I would eat there again.

1 hour 20 minutes delivery time- very poor. Asked for the food mild and it was even hotter and spicier than usual- very disappointing. Large portion not filled but food was nice overall

Food tasted old, curry was far from fresh, kebabs were really dry, try using foil, biryani tasted old too, even Lamb tikka didnt tast right it was quite bitter.

If i could offer more stars i would food was superb!!

So i order a.burguer meal and the burguer was very good i dont understand its says with chips why when i open a box there was just 6 chips? Even in the other restaurants they put propeley the chips to consider as meal very disapointed

Very poor behaviour of the driver. Chicken Somosa where full of oil, donner chicken was disgusting and full of mayonnaise. I usually receive decent food from Karachi but the behaviour of the staff has been very unpleasant. Please be advise that the old man driver is very rude.

The chicken dish ordered was delicious and my husband who is an extremely fussy foodie enjoyed it. The portion sizes were slightly smaller than I expected but were satisfying. The Peshawari naan was not what I expected, it was nice with sweet stuffing but like a plain naan. I thought it would be slightly fried in oil but then again it was what I imagined it to be; cannot blame the restaurant for it. They delivered before they had promised which was a plus. Will try them again.

I wrote a message when I placed the order asking to not ring the bell and the delivery man did exactly that and so disturbing the old lady that lives downstairs. Furthermore I ordered two salads and I received a tiny freezer bag with some salad inside so not really happy about that. The rest of the good was good.

Had high hopes but was disappointed. Below average food quality (we ordered apna style karahi + large biryani) and portion sizes seemed quite small. Delivery service was FAST though. Hopefully this review will help owners improve.

Had the chicken tikka masala and a chicken tikka roll, no complaints it was my first time ordering here, really yummy and delivery was as expected.

Chef specials are all delicious. AlwYs hot and on time! Small portions are literally individual portions.

Sad to say we waited an hour for delivery for food that was so salty it ended up in the bin. When the portion size is small they mean small too. The naan and chips were good though but we won't be reordering sorry.

Food was very tasty and obviously prepared well but the delivery was 40mins more than suggested initially and when it arrived it was cold which was a shame as it tasted as though much care had gone in to cooking it.

Nothing else going for it except the food Food is fresh and delicious and spicy I only eat the Indian food but they do more western type stuff too

We ate here a couple of weeks ago. This has to be one of the least pretentious Indian restaurants I have ever been to. Unfortunately, there is no drinks license. Food is, however, excellent, and the portions are a good size. We will go back there again.

Whilst not a big deal, I'm a little disappointed that despite requesting Coca-Cola I was given a Pepsi instead. Also whilst I requested lots of mint sauce, I was only given one tub which again was a little disappointing. The naan bread was very good and the Karahi gosht wasn't bad.

Never again am I ordering from this restaurant, had to wait 1 hour & 30 mins for my food, the delivery was brought on bus! Saw the guy getting off the bus!! They need to invest in a scooter or car if they want to deliver to customers on time; Food was cold, very oily and was definitely not freshly made;

Delivered one hour and 45 mins after order made online. I had ordered from here before but Food quality this time not upto the mark. Mango juice was watery and lamb biriyani too oily.

as usual karachi tandoori disappointed me. I ordered dinner which was scheduled to be delivered at around ten to 7, according to Just eat. At 8 I called Karachi tandoori to be told that the delivery time was quarter past 8. I checked the mail from Just eat again to make sure I wasn't wrong as the manager was very sure that we had the wrong delivery time. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the lady who claimed to be the 'manager' was super rude and told us to deal with just eat on our own as it is nit her problem that we were given a different delivery time. Moreover, my argument with her lasted well after the delivery time she gave us,i.e. 8:15 and there was no food, which she said was very acceptable. Additionally, the order was messed up and the food i ordered was not delivered. So unless you are willing to wait for your food for well over an hour, something you did not order after having a 30 minute long argument with the super-rude 'manager', I'd suggest you look for another desk delivery place.

Food was spicy even thou it was advertised as mild I ticked a meal option and they only sent a kebab after receiving my order I called to ask about the rest of the meal and was told that it didn't come as a meal even thou it clearly states it does I told them that the woman didn't care I asked why didn't they call me to let me know as I would have told them to sent chips anyway and paid for them they said they would deliver the chips took a further 25 minutes very disappointment meat tasted old and was very hard

I ordered from Just Eat the other night and came across Karachi Tandoori - I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. I ordered the Tikka Masala, Saag Gosht, Lamb Karahi and Chana Masala (with Naan). The Tika Masala was the best I have ever had although I never order it (for my partner) and the Saag Gosht was brilliant. The other two dishes weren't as good but still very, very nice dishes. The food came a bit late and the gentleman on the phone didn't sound apologetic when I had called to inquire as to where the food was but that was quickly forgotten about as the food was so damn good. They also offer small, medium and large sizes (for the takeaway) and all portions are good sizes. I will definitely be ordering from them again and might even pop into the restaurant sometime myself to have a meal. Great food, could work on customer service.
