Locale piccolissimo, molto affollato, caldo opprimente e la cameriera che si ostinava a chiudere la porta dalla quale arrivava un filo d'aria. Velocissimo il cuoco a preparare il ramen, porzione giusta, buono sebbene rimanga un piatto che a me non piace particolarmente. Ho gradito di più gli onigiri e il chashu.

Perfect spot the restaurant was busy. I enter it everything was fine. I tried the noodles with salmon I didn’t touch the noodles as it was cold. And the lovely Afreen took care of it and assist me in the kindest way. I’m very happy by her patience! Thank you Afreen and the whole team to accommodate me.

After a long vacation we were tired and didny want to go out for dinner and chose this place since it already had a good reputation. Ramen is something you gotta have a good takeout set up which they did. The food was excellent, a quick delivery, all around positive things to say.

I was taking my godson sightseeing in London and thought that a ramen soup was appropriate for lunch before heading to the British Museum. Popped into Kanada-Ya on the way. We chose a Tokotsu ramen and a Spicy Yuzu ramen. When it was delivered, I couldn't believe the mean portion size and mediocre ingredients. I assumed when ordering that we would get a decent sized bowl and didnd mind the prizing. I love ramens and have had many in London however, in my humble opinion this was probably the worst I have been served for the prize that was charged. Very poor value for money indeed. Including 2 cans of sparkling water for £3.25 each and service charge, the bill came to £43.83 very disappointing

I come here all the time for their Tonkotsu X ramen and it's consistently delicious, authentic and filling! Service is quick and friendly and the shop itself is cozy and welcoming. Although there is frequently a queue, it's well worth the wait, and they also offer takeaway!

Ramen is one of those meals we're on the lookout for when we travel and three of us (all ramen lovers) enjoyed a solid ramen dinner at Kanada-Ya. Read on for details. Located on a corner and unassuming from the outside and even less assuming on the inside, Kanada-Ya is small with limited cramped seating. Three of us waited for 15 minutes before we were seated. After that, things went smoothly. The wait was short and the bowls looked great: heavy on noodles with plenty of additional substance. The broth was medium in heft, less so than we prefer. The soup was not excessively salty. The noodles and balance of other ingredients was excellent. The three of us agreed: very good-to-excellent ramen even if not the best we've enjoyed. OTOH: we would look forward to coming back.

This is probably my go to place for ramen in London . Food is always great, fresh and tastes amazing . Service is excellent and ramen to taste.

I went for a work lunch - sat down and all gave our order. We were then told that they didnt have tofu, so we subsituted it for egg, then then said they didnt have any vegetarian broth. After 15 minutes of us sitting at the table they then said they did not have any vegetarian dishes at all. The individual decided not to have anything. The other dishes that came out were wrong and had the wrong toppings and even missing chicken. We then asked for chicken - and watched them microwave some and bring it over. Super expensive for a terrible experience.

You have no nutrition information at all !!! How can I calculate salt and calories, and fats and others?

Despite the fact it is a beautiful spot and very suitable for solo meals, I felt somewhat disappointed. The broth, duck and veggies were delicious but I would have expected them to better facilitate some food intolerances. How hard is it to leave the noodles and egg out and put in additional veggies? I have done this multiple times in less fancy places and it was never an issue. Not sure if I would return.

First time here and not disappointed. We had small plates, Aburi Chashu, Chashu Don and Chicken Karaage all of which was delicious and sufficient for us (Hara Hachi). Read the reviews of others noting the objection to scanning menus but there were printed menus put in front of us. Not overly happy about Service charges on the bill, but that is the trend. All in all a pleasant experience.

I was looking forward to visiting this restaurant as I had heard good things about it. I ordered the Karaage and Tonkotsu ramen. The ramen was brought out really quickly but it wasn't hot, like it was sitting around. I've given it a 3 star rating as I wasn't a big fan of the flavour, might just be my taste buds but I found it far too rich and thick. I'm quite fond of Miso ramen, so I would be happy to visit again and try another type. I was also let down by the karaage, this was brought out late compared to the ramen but it was piping hot. Unfortunately it did not have the crispness that I've heard it's supposed to have. It was soft but decent flavour. I wish it had been brought out before the ramen or at the same time. The staff were very nice but it was quite silent in the restaurant despite being full, it was a little awkward.

No booking needed! No frills, just great food!! The Vegetarian Ramen was amazing! The veggie topping, beautifully fresh and cooked to perfection!! Self check out was seamless too!!

From the outside this place doesn't look great. It's a busy corner, lots of passers by and bags refuse outside. However, once you are in this cosy place you are greeted with friendly staff who will help you navigate the menu and tell you places to visit in Japan, even though they have not been, but a great conversation to enjoy with other people who would like to visit Japan. This is communal seating at this restaurant. The food is really enjoyable. We ordered lots and couldn't eat it all, The broth is amazing and the food served hot.

This was the first time at a Japanese restaurant so didn't know what to expect. I had the Ramen which I had never tried before and I must admit I loved it accompanied by a nice Saki. The staff were very pleasant and advised me what to have and how to have it cooked, I went with their recommendation and wasn't disappointed. The meal for one dish was a tad expensive but I think it was worth it. Will I go again? I think the answer would be yes.

We were craving Ramen post a Covent Garden visit and read the great reviews. We got to the ramen shop 10 minutes post opening and it was already full. We waited approximately 20 minutes and fortunately got seated. Both our ramens were delicious. We wished we had more time to try other dishes but we had a time crunch. We will definitely stop back on our next London visit.

Arriva rapidamente, il brodo era veramente denso e sapido, la carne tenera e gustosa, l'uovo delizioso. Finito il mio pranzo, vado a pagare ed il conto è di quasi 17 sterline, credo un po' troppe, ma nonostante tutto ci ritornerei volentieri.

Have wanted to try this place for a while as always see long queues outside so thought it must be good, and it really was! We were lucky, we went for an early dinner and there was no queue so we were seated right away. The service was great and the food arrived very quick, I guess it is Japanese fast food.
