A fantastic experience. There is an employee called Wojciech who is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in customer service. He’s thoughtful and patient and cannot be more helpful. My wife and I are staying at Great Ormond Street for months with my daughter who has been very unwell and Wojciech makes our life easier. He is a joy to talk to and Itsu should be aware of what a wonderful person they have representing them.

Fast food sushi/maki/California version. I'm TOO a fan. Not very expensive and good 👍

My visit to the sushi restaurant itsu was extremely pleasant, thanks to the exceptional service. The staff member was very helpful, patiently answering my questions and recommending great dishes. Thanks to their suggestions, I got to try delicious items from the menu that I might have otherwise missed. The professionalism and friendliness of the service ensured that I'll definitely return to itsu.

Love Itsu but this location is very special - so welcoming and chilled. Staff all great, especially nice chap Wojtek who was so helpful.

Nice place. Great service. Not a lover of Sushi but went in with a friend and Wojech (?) ran through and suggested some alternatives. Excellent advise. Had some amazing veggie options with rice. Really surprised at the quality and value. Such nice and helpful guy a credit to the business. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m in the area.

I came here on recommendation and I don't regret it. Tasty and light cuisine, perfect for eating a good and filling meal. Everything was fresh, nicely presented and the service was at the highest level... nice and very efficient. I will definitely come back here, I recommend it

Write something like what a great place to enjoy the evening meal, as a tourist I feel like it's a very friendly place in London which is hard to find as the person who works here takes the time to understand customers and don't rush things. Very tasty rice bowls and soups.

Hi, wasn't too sure at first as I don't eat raw foods. A staff member over me and began informing me about the produce and how its made. I had sushi for the first time and I loved it thanks to that staff member. I think is name is Wojceth from Poland. Not sure if that's how one spells that name

I like coming to this shop, the food tastes so good, team who work in here looks like they are good team together. But i need to let you know that Wojciech is one of the loviest people i ever met in the hospitality industry as i love food i always go and find New places to eat but since i discovered Itsu in Brunswick i am loyal customer to this place beacuse of his welcoming service, he always asks how i am and wanna make sure i am alright, not only me but to other customers too.

Itsu while having a menu heavy in sushi and rice dishes, has many vegetarian options for those who have a less adventurous taste. They do a half price sale on all fresh food half an hour before closing (less food being wasted, love it), have very generous opening times, and are always poised to help when ordering using the pods. Would recommend the miso soup to accompany something light like the cucumber or avocado maki for a modest lunch, but the larger meals are nice too. The new rice salads are worth trying too, very tasty chicken in one of them. I always swing by when I do exercise nearby.

Delicious take away sushi! Even at the end of the day (last hour is 50% off) it was fresh and tasty! Wish we had one of these in our neighborhood back home!

ITSU at Brunswick Centre, Camden is an extremely nice Sushi place. The staff are very helpful especially Ornella and Wojciech who have taught me how to operate the technology. Now I can scan with my app and claim my butterflies with ease. I have also been taught how to access my NHS discount. Thank goodness for lovely staff who enjoy their jobs and make customers feel special.

I normally eat at the Itsu near St Paul’s however on Thursday I was nearby for a business meeting so decided to pop in here for lunch. I’m used to no fuss no frills experience but this time it was different. I was served by guy called Wojciech and he was absolutely lovely. Smiled from ear to ear, so welcoming and didn’t made me feel rushed or anything. After serving me food he smiled again and wished me a lovely meal. I must say, if all Itsu places had guys like him I would definitely choose them more often, service does make a difference nowadays! If I will be in area again I will be sure to visit again. It’s always great to come here, for fresh food which comes very fast. Sushi is delicious, The service is always nosh top, especially the Polish guy who I see almost every day. who greets all the customers with a smile.

I remember why I stopped visiting Itsu because the sushi is so tasteless and dull compared to the other high street sushi chains. For £10 for a medium sized box it was not worth it (and I found bones in the salmon)

Love going to this Itsu. For this type of establishment, the food is great, good value and there’s always a good vibe. The seating areas both inside and outside are clean, lovely and a great backdrop for your dining here. The staff are very helpful and always friendly. Wojtek in particular, is a wonderful member of staff and always very helpful . He’s been absolutely delightful every time my partner and I have visited this restaurant and always makes us feel very welcome. Thank you Wojtek! :-)

Another splendid experience this week. The staff at this outlet are really what makes the whole experience outstanding - so polite and enthusiastic. Wojciech is his usual helpful and friendly self and there is a new young manageress who is a great addition to the team. My favourite ITSU

I visited this restaurant with a friend. I had been there on previous occasions. Once again I was not disappointed and my expectations were in fact exceeded. The service was quick and efficient and the attentive server Wojciech was chatty and delightful. A great experience once again.

Great branch of this chain, excellent choice of options, always well stocked and clean. Staff are great. There is a really sweet polish guy working there who is always kind and friendly. Nothing too much trouble, asset to store. I've not had the same experience in other branches!

Really great place for a work time lunch. Whether you eat in or take away the service is excellent with food being prepared quickly and the super friendly staff (especially Wojciech). Highly recommend.

My favourite Sushi venue. Fresh and Delicious. I like the veggie options, the tastes are herby, crunchy and delicious textures. One of the gentlemen gave out free Gyozo samples. He was so pleasant and friendly , I'll definitely be returning !

This is my go-to lunch spot! Personal fav is the Korean stir fry noodle bowl! Always a pleasure being served by Wojciech! He is so lovely!!

Went in at 18 and they said they were closing at 19 but they were not serving any more hot food. They looked pretty disinterested in selling anything tbh.

If you go at 7:30 PM, all products are 50% off before closing. It's open until 8 o'clock and the quality is better than other supermarkets. I'm satisfied.

50% off 30 min before closing makes the food amazing value. This place is great if you just want some objectively bad quality sushi for cheap (bad quality in the sense of bad salmon cuts, etc not anything else).

Please check your food before leaving the premises. I purchased Korean noodles and when I got back to the office to eat it: 1. There was no sauce..seems they ran out an gave a drop of sauce to me 2. The meatbals looked raw 3. The whole meal was cold

What a great welcome, friendly service and support - my first time ever at Itsu outlet - and the food hit the spot 🍲 Itsu will be more of a regular choice whenever I see the brand now for sure!

To be honest, I had itsu a lot during my trip :), the noodles are delicious and the gyozas too! i loved the small sushis

Only two of our three dishes were delivered. The whole occasion was spoiled as one of us had no food to eat. Please refund the entire order. Thank you.

Pathetic… the salmon dish literally contains less and less salmon now, and it’s over £10!!!they just sprinkled a thin layer on top of the rice and vegetables, to fool you to make it look like a lot… so mean..

Best sushi for reasonable price. Go half hour before they close for good deals

I have had lunch at Brunswick Centre many times, I love Itsu because is delicious, healthy, beautiful, varied and besides cheap than others restaurants but the best thing is that you can collect butterflies and get one more meal for free!!!! One more thing is that the atmosphere and music of the restaurant is very nice and the stuff is really kind.

Pretty overrated… Why make a restaurant for easy to prepare food you can buy in Tesco? Also a lack of human service makes the process of ordering and collecting food confusing. We bought some food only to realise it was absent from the store…

Food is good but not enough choices especially sushi. Besides, the bill is unclear for me. Why do some food not charge VAT but some do?

Great food. The way of ordering via Kiosk and getting the food was different and better than traditional. Great place to sit down to study/read while eating.

Whenever I can have lunch with my son in this place, the food is hot and fresh, and cold dishes, salads and universe of suchis, flavor, quality and service come together in this place making it a total pleasant snack I recommend it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used to really like itsu. After not going for a while I found myself near one and wanted to try for old times sake. But they've gotten rid of the face to face interaction. They've installed screens to pay and order. Not a fan of this. Also the food flavour has slightly changed. I normally order one of the sushi veggie options but the taste has changed and not for the better. The only thing that hasn't changed is the avocado rolls. Always very nice.

Vegan sushi platter was excellent combination of miso edamame beans and sushi. Perfect

Double chicken teriyaki rice bowl blew my sensory away. About the within 30 minutes before the closing time for 50% thing, never see it happen on my watch for the last 2 months. No stickers. I'll be checking tomorrow.

The food is nice and affordable. In the end of the day the staff isn't nice and just trying to make the people go so they could finish early.

Came at 7.35pm and the staff said they were shut we didn’t want sushi (which had run out) but noodles you order at the counter. Really awful and unexpected from Itsu when it’s meant to shut at 8pm

Just had a lovely lunch here (sushi and sashimi with a tasty ginger sparkling water). Hit the spot. They have some outdoor seating which has some cover - important to me in these difficult times.

Best value sushi! The food is on 50% sale 30mins before closing time so to get it during that time is definitely a smart move. I like the salmon sashimi, salmon maki, and gyoza. Other than that tastes OK, but for 50% it definitely worth the value :)

It is a bit pricy for what it is. Sushis are decent and I find the place convenient to eat alone given how the tables are set.
