Kamakazi Kitchen in North Norfolk

What a lovely little place! We were staying in the area with no clue on where to eat. The place we were staying in had left a few takeaway leaflets and we saw that this place had a restaurant. We never would have found this place if we hadn't seen the leaflets. The restaurant was small but welcoming with a very good selection on vegan ( and regular ) dishes. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food. Overall a very nice experience. We hope to come back one day

A hidden gem. Food and service is excellent. Nobody else in restaurant when we were there. Big advantage is being able to take your own alcohol.

Just been for an evening meal in this restaurant. As it is only a small restaurant attached to a garage I wasn't expecting much, but looks can be deceiving. The food and service were amazing. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular. If you are looking for a good oriental meal then give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

First visit here, but won't be my last. Incredibly tasty food, really friendly service, and all at a great price. Will definitely be back and looking forward to picking up a take away too at some point in the near future.

Probably the best Thai green curry I've had outside of Thailand. Amazing!

Nestled next to Alby service station, it doesn't look much from the outside but when it opens in the evening it is transformed into a welcoming place to dine. The food is superb as is the service. We had vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay skewers followed by Singapore king prawn noodles and confit duck pappardelle. Fish and chips and burgers are on the menu too. We bought a bottle of wine from the service station shop next door as the restaurant doesn't have an alcohol licence. A delicious meal at a reasonable price in friendly surroundings - we will definitely be returning.

Lovely food at a very reasonable price and outstanding service. A real gem of a place. AND you can take your own drink with no corkage charge. Go as soon as you can.

Had a two meals as a takeaway(Thai Green Curry & Panang Curry) and they were absolutely excellent and we would definitely return when we are back in the area. Please can all the locals and others keep this place going until we return, it deserves your business.

The food is amazing!! Freshly cooked to order, great flavours, fresh ingredients & authentic Asian food. Service great! You can see the chef preparing food & cooking. Take away or delivery. Don’t be put off by the look of the venue from outside as it’s great food & fantastic value!

On holiday here, tried it and loved it! Food is fresh, vibrant and tasty. The brothers that run it are genuinely nice blokes and will go above and beyond. I recommend the chicken wing starter, katsu curry and brownie to finish.

Fabulous meal, service and hospitality. These two brothers went above and beyond to serve an amazing meal. Don’t judge a book by its cover folks, they don’t mind you taking your own drink. It’s very hard for businesses to find a location without the silly overheads but this really is a hidden gem, we will be back thank you 👍🏻

What a delightful hidden gem kamakazi Kichen is right next to a petrol station, with wonderful freshly cooked food, served and cooked by two really friendly brothers. Went with the family to celebrate my granddaughters and my birthday, the whole experience was really great.

We were on our way home following an after work swim in the sea, passing Kamakazi we stopped for dinner and we’re so pleased that we did. The service was wonderful, our waiter was welcoming, cheerful, polite, attentive and professional. We ordered starters and mains. You can see the kitchen from your table and so you can also see the chef making your meal which is always nice. Each dish was cooked fresh to order, each was delicious and presented very beautifully. We really enjoyed dining at Kamakazi and certainly will do again in the future and urge others to also, it’s such a hidden gem and one not to miss!

Picked up my takeaway last night… OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING!!! It was literally restaurant quality in a box! I had the crispy belly pork which was perfect… crispy on top and tender inside… I have no idea what they done to the potatoes but was ever it was they was incredible… really enjoyed my food My misses had the Thai green curry which was lush had a perfect amount of kick to it too… And my daughter had the chips and chicken goujons and pea… she eat a lot of it!!! Would I could back here again… YES!!! Infact il be back in 3 weeks when I’m back this way!

Excellent selection of food, many vegan options. We got amazing service from a happy & welcoming waiter, who wanted to meet our every need. The food was excellently presented fresh from the kitchen & straight to our table. The food tasted amazing, full of flavour & cooked to perfection. This small restaurant should not be missed if you are in the Cromer area.

Understated location but the most amazing food & great friendly staff.

Just had our first takeaway meal from them. We had samosas and calamari to start and confit duck pappardelle and himalayas chow mein as main courses. All were delicious. Very happy to recommend and will definitely come back 👍😀

We ordered a takeaway from here while staying in North Norfolk. Staff were helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. We had the Katsu curry and beef red Thai curry - both absolutely delicious!

Lovely little place to eat. We came here on the recommendation of a friend and were very impressed with all the food. All the food looks freshly cooked, and you're in sight of the kitchen so easy to see that's true. Lovely food all round and staff are very friendly. They don't serve alcohol here but there is a shop next door if you do want to get your own. Lovely place and would definitely come back again.

Wow - now what you expect to find next to a petrol station. But the location does not do what these guys do, any justice. The food was amazing. The two brothers really friendly and they love to show you how they cook. Just had the chicken skewers, Thai Green Curry and the rice pudding. So we’ll executed, clean and an explosion of great tastes

Had our first visit today. The food and service were excellent. Good vegan choices as well. We will be back soon.

Just home from a lovely early dinner - absolutely delicious. All staff so lovely. Watching Sam the Chef was mesmerising! But note - take your own wine/beer if you’d like a drink as at present they don’t have a licence. They have glasses though! We will return. Super 😋🍷🍺

On a cold, wet and windy night, the welcome and the food were exceptional.

Delicious, creative and beautifully presented three course meal at this roadside restaurant. They have a separate vegan menu, with interesting takes on Eastern and Western dishes. Very attentive too!

It’s delicious food I recommend.
