Really lovely food and outstanding warm and welcoming service. This is an incredible restaurant and I will definitely return here to try more of the menu.

Amazing food at Kalash! All fresh food, not too heavy and great staff and interiors. Big wine glasses and reasonable prices. I was surprised by the quality and would highly recommend, we will be visiting again! Yoghurt bombs were an explosion of flavour and the server helped me with my decision on the vegetarian paneer dish, just the right amount of creaminess. My partner had a delicious lamb curry as a main and chicken for starters! They are expanding and offer a Christmas menu which we were really tempted by!

Excellent restaurant, a cut above your usual Indian. Both the food and service was excellent and the price seemed reasonable.

Excellent meal as always, with friendly and attentive service. Weekends can be busy so weekdays are a good choice for us. Opening on Monday evenings is a great addition. Looking forward to our next visit.

So this shining star of a restaurant sits at the start of Lord Street Southport. Fabulous food attentive staff and a lively atmosphere. The garlic Naan is to die for (really) I had a Monk fish dish with Pilau rice. The Monk fish was slightly overcooked, but that is the only thing bad I could say and that is really being picky about this wondrous restaurant. My waiter even brought a chef special sauce out for me to try!! And I have to say it was the best sauce I have ever tasted anywhere!! So keep up the standards and well done to all at KALASH DIVINE INDIAN RESTAURANT. 5 STAR 🌟 FROM ME!!

We just love coming to Kalash Divine whenever we are in Southport. The food is absolutely delicious and well presented. The service is good and the ambience welcoming, what more can you ask for? Highly recommend

Every time I come to Southport visit to Kalash is a must. I have tried so many dishes on their menu I haven’t been disappointed in any of the choices I made. All the food is just phenomenal. The presentation, the taste. Service is very attentive without being intrusive. I liked the choices of wine too. On this last visit we had King prawn starter, I had monkfish and my colleague Lamb Bhuna. They only have one desert on the menu and it is a perfect finishing touch to the meal. I cannot recommend it highly enough

This is the best restaurant in Southport without a doubt! The staff are professional and the service is 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The food is fresh, good value, varied, clean and caters to vegetarians and vegans too. The food and drinks are well presented with lovely plates, cutlery and glasses. The decor is to a high standard and you can tell that the owners and staff love their restaurant. The bathrooms are very clean and well looked after too. Are go to place for an Indian meal.

Five stars without question! We booked last Friday evening, and from the very start, we followed the recommendations of starter and main course. I’m not normally so adventurous but the shared platter starter was stunning. Main courses ( forgive me I can’t remember what it was precisely) was equally delicious. This is definitely NOT the normal Indian with all the usual dishes (although some well known ones are there) This was quite possibly one of the best Indian dinners I have ever had!

I booked a table for 4 for 8pm, upon arrival we were "asked" to go the pub next door as they were running late, we duly obliged, we were seated 20 mins later, we ordered starters and our mains, starters arrived 10 mins later, all good so far. Our mains arrived 55 minutes later, one thing was clear is that the kitchen was continually churning out the seemingly endless take aways. In my opinion the priority should be with diners as opposed to take aways, obviously not a sentiment shared by Kalash. Having previously used this restaurant on several occasions without any issues I am sorry to say I won't be using this restaurant again. Steve

Wow! One of the best Indian vegetarian curry’s I have had! Amazing .. thank you so much.. beautiful presentation, creative menu, great options for vegetarians… service with a huge smile and just 10/10! Wish we lived closer but I guess 3 hours is a bit too far! We will definitely be back when we are in the area .. thank you 🙏

The cooking in this place is top class and I’m used to Birmingham curries! Fresh tastes beautifully presented from discrete and helpful staff. Small but broad menu which indicates expert specialties

What a breath of fresh air! Getting away from the normal Indian cuisine and into something that is creative and packed with flavour. The paneer dishes actually had lots of paneer, the vegetables crisp and flavoursome. Great friendly service and reasonable in price. Happy clean surroundings!

Not too familiar with Indian cuisine but we wanted to take our vegetarian friend for dinner and heard this restaurant was really good. It did not disappoint. The food and service was lovely and we had a enjoyable evening. Would definitely go again.

We try and visit Kalash at least every couple of months, and our most recent visit found us sampling their new menu. What a treat! The prawn starter is always a winner and now a mixed seafood starter has been added - our new favourite. The new chunky lamb dish was also a triumph. As always the staff are great and are always prepared to give selection advice. When in Southport visit Kalash - you will not be disappointed

We were coming to Southport for a wedding and as my brother is over from America he requested a 'decent curry'. I checked out our options in Southport and Kalash seemed liked the right choice. The others moaned when they saw it was a bit further from our hotel than they'd like, but I stuck to my guns, and they've not stopped thanking me since. Just fantastic. Lovely lovely staff, and the food blew us away. The first thing we really liked was the poppadoms and the way they are served, in shards, and also little round poppadom type crackers, delicious. Then I ordered the chicken 65 for a starter, and we were recommended to order an extra dish of it for the table and I'm so glad, because it is one of the most delicious things we've ever had. The peshwari naan was the best I've had. For mains the lamb chukka was a real star, the chettinad was fantastic, and my parents LOVED their seafood dishes (when they finally offered us some it was just sauce as they'd eaten it all, but the sauce was delicious) we cannot recommend this place highly enough, we're from Nelson, we eat a lot of curry, and this place is absolutely top drawer. Go immediately, and make sure you order extra chicken 65!!

Take away was dreadful from the broken bits of a poppadum that was mixed with small crisp like poppers, pilau rice just tasted like boiled rice with a small spot of onion on the top. The Murg Tikka Lababdar masquerading as a simple chicken Masala...

We ate here this evening based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the waiter was attentive and polite. The food was excellent, served promptly and enjoyed by all. We’ll visit again!
