El Kafe es un lugar extraordinariamente caro en una de las zonas más desfavorecidas de la ciudad, donde no todos son bienvenidos. Precios insultantes por una comida de mala calidad rodeada de las imágenes más horribles que se hayan visto.

This is easily my favourite place for coffee/breakfast in Poplar. The coffee is excellent, the staff very welcoming, and the fact it's now open Sundays as well is a bonus! I cannot recommend highly enough.

I come to this café quite often and it is honestly one of the nicest places to just sit down and relax. Food is reasonably priced, coffee is delicious and so many options for breakfast. A real gem in an area which doesn't have many cafés like this. Staff are incredibly friendly!

101 Redchurch Street, London E2 7DL EnglandWe found this place by chance and are so happy we did! Lovely staff, great atmosphere and even better food. We had lunch, I had the salad selection and my husband had gnocchi. Both were great and we’re really fussy 🤣

Old Spitalfields Market 16 Horner Square Old Spitalfields Market, London E1 6EW EnglandAlgunos pasteles inusuales. Parece bastante apetitoso, así que decidimos probarlo. Tomamos uno de cada uno: Frijol Azuki, natillas de vainilla y natillas Matcha. El único que nos gustó mucho fue el de la vainilla. El de frijoles era un poco extraño, el de matcha, neutro. Puedes pagar con tarjeta.

108 A Whitechapel RoadService was great but the food itself was horrid. Took one bite of my meal and the doner meat meal (mixed) was different temperatures, with the lamb being cold and the chicken being lukewarm. Overall taste wasn't there either. Very likely that I caught acute food poisoning.

208 Whitechapel Road Opposite of Idea Store, London E1 1BJ EnglandI visited Coffee Republic expecting a proper cup of coffee, but I was seriously disappointed. The cup was barely half full, with the rest just foam, as you can see in the picture. It felt like I was paying for air rather than coffee! For the price, I expected better quantity and quality. Definitely not worth it—won’t be coming back anytime soon!
