ordered on line and mistakenly ordered wrong pizza...rang them within 60 seconds of placing order to be told it can't be changed as they have already cooked it! Have now been waiting 30 minutes for delivery of the pizza. you couldn't make it up if you tried tried complaining by email but their website doesn't work. Go to domino's

Attempted to eat food from here 3 times and they ballsed up my order every time even when returning the incorrect order and telling them exactly what they did wrong.. food was also cold.

Ordered chicken shish meat was really salty made my husband really dehydrated and had chicken nuggets which were really crispy and hard and chips was like they have been warmed up from yesterday absolutely disgusting avoid

We have always visited this restaurant when we are in Rochester. It has always been a great atmosphere and excellent food. However , on our visit in August it was the complete opposite. The menu was very limited and the prices had increased enormously. The service was a disgrace . I had my starter almost thrown down on the table . Suffice to say we will never be returning . This pandemic has given them an excuse to up the prices and reduce the menu by less than half !
