The wings were very very tiny and taste was no different from two different flavors I have ordered for , it’s like the tiniest wing pieces which some times need to go to trash have been used and counted for as one of the wings

Usually really good but has fell off the last year or so. Been ordering for about 4 years. The chips had minimal red salt on and were undercooked. Ordering again this evening so hopefully it will be better.

first time ordering and really disappointed. squid rings were like tasteless rubber and the chicken strip tasted as if they had been reheated. fries portion huge but really cold

We used to order just wongs from the one one stanley road sadly that closed. So we decided to try here and were not disppointed portion size was good. Could have done with a bit more bbq on the wings but otherwise it was a very nice treat.

Apparently unusually busy so food still hasn’t arrived almost 3 hours after ordering. Called after 90mins go be told “another half an hour” called after 130 mins to be told “it’s being cooked now” Severely disappointed. They should turn off or refuse orders if they are so busy it badly affects customer service and most likely quality of the food!

I have ordered from here a few times and normally really enjoy the food but this really was just awful! I was called to inform me the flavour I chose was out of stock and so changed my order … everything arrived cold and over cooked!! The wings where hard and the chips were actually solid and completely inedible … my partner enjoyed the burger but everything else was just awful unfortunately

Ordered at 6:50 wasmeant to be delivered at 7:35 but came at 8:15. Takeaway is 5 mins away and they blamed 'heavy traffic' for the delay. Staff member was quite rude when we called as well. Food was cold when it arrive, milkshake was watery, fries were soggy and had barely any flavouring on them and the duck spring rolls were vile. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Missing chips and milkshakes couldn’t ring up because they had closed. Ordered at 9:05pm didn’t get the food till 10:40pm

Ordered through Just Eat around 8pm, got a notification to say order accepted and food would be delivered by 9:10. Expected delivery time kept being pushed back, it was approaching the outlets closing time so I telephoned and was advised my food was out for delivery and would be with me shortly. Food arrived around 11:20 and was delivered by the same lady who’d taken the call when I telephoned, she was very rude when I questioned the cat she told me my food was on its way and the factI’d waited over 2 hours. Food itself was awful, it was cold and could tell the chicken had been sat under a hot plate for sometime, jalapeño flamers were tasteless and they forgot my drink. Requested a refund which has been refused, grounds for refusal were it was a busier evening than expected, after reading reviews on Just Eat, it became apparent this is a regular occurrence (which I had read them before ordering). Avoid like the plague!

2.5 hours wait for a delivery is just not acceptable whatever the circumstances. Won’t be ordering again after many years of custom.

great milkshakes and food everytime

My son always asks to have a take out from here and so tonight since it was the Liverpool v Everton game I obliged… the staff are so friendly and nice - so impressed with Jacob as I rang at first and then decided before anyone picked up the phone to just order online - but Jacob rang me back apologising for not picking up quick enough. Took my order and he phoned again just to double check the order - then phoned to say order was ready and he would keep food warm - then on arrival he went and got fresh chips as he “didn’t want them to go soggy” … I did managed to taste a few chips which were amazing and the 12 chicken wings on the bone - well I didn’t get to have one as my son ate the lot. Nuff said!

Needs less than a one star. Put an order through to the Waterloo/crosby shop last night half hour before they closed at 21:45, rang up and amended my order to which they accepted. Checked uber eats to be told at it will be delivered by 22:20 absolute latest. time went on and still nothing. No phone call to let us know it wouldn’t be with us or that they’d cancel the order so had to do it manually through Uber. Seems to be ran by helmets and people who just try and take your money without giving you a service. Suggest you avoid this place.

been 15 mins since its said its delivered and still no food has arrived!

food quality is very good however consistently items are missed from the order or incorrect, this is now the third time we have ordered on the run where something has been incorrect or missed, and when this is noticed on delivery it is not possible to rectify due to delivery time, the order also took one hour and 20 minutes to arrive and therefore had gone cold on arrival, I completely understand distance from the shop to our address but thermal bags can be used like other delivery companies

This place really took me by surprise! Chicken wrap was super tasty, wings had great flavouring and selection of dips were perfect. Definitely will be revisiting! Delivery driver really friendly too!

I always order from just wings and it’s usually great! but this time the mozzarella stick were cold and very very greasy. Chips also cold and I did not receive my blue cheese dip. The worst part is just eat have been terrible in supporting me when I have asked for a refund.

I have had delivery's and I have eating in the shop a fiew times and the staff are polite and helpful The shop I clean an tidy, there is a pool table that I have played on, not a rileys table but you can have a game and they serve alcohol, if you into your football you'd be happy there, I have tried a fiew different things like the chicken on the bone and boneless, the fries, burgers, motsarell sticks, and onion rings,and milkshakes, if your into your spices then waw some of these will blow your head off, the only criticism I can say if its a spice or a rub The food as always spot on when I have order from here and come on time, I kno it can get busy with delivery's This place is a little gem if you like spicy American food, all I can say yumm :) If you want to park then your best on the side street

AMAZING! first time i tried just wings and the food was so good. I had the JW burger and garlic fries and WOW! was piping hot as in just prepared and well worth the visit. Staff were really nice and I didn't have to wait long

I was pleasantly pleased with how good the wings and fries were! I had lemon pepper and American fries. It definitely reminded me of home. (Texas) I initially wanted a burger today but this place is called "Just Wings" so I said to myself let's try what they advertise themselves as. A wing place! I'm so glad I did. I came around 1pm on a weekday and there was no wait. Host was very friendly and accommodating as well.

Ordered from here when at my brother’s house. Sensational food, it was delivered on time and hot!! Chicken wings were unbelievable and the kids loved their milkshakes! Will definitely order again!

The boneless strips are pretty boss, highly recommend the ragin' cajun, Siracha, buffalo 911 and Malaysian hot and a side of American salted fries, best hangover food ever!!! Mmm mmm mmmmmmmm

It was all a bit greasy. The onion rings were soggy. The food was not up to their usual high standard.

Food was lovely, really happy with it. Except the onion rings were soggy and would say the chicken tenders were basically chicken nuggets, didn’t look like they did on instagram! Just air fried the onion rings to crisp them up. Tasted great tho !

Awful delivery driver on the road. Swearing, rude hand signals and almost caused a crash by pushing through traffic by roadworks after skipping the queue. Bad representation of the business. Unprofessional and dangerous.

The food is always gorgeous! Hot and fresh (chips can sometime be a tad cold but nothing a zap in the micro doesn’t fix! )The mozzarella stick are the best I have had anywhere - massive! Delivery is sometimes slow. But worth way for the blue cheese dip!!! 😀

The wings are so good chicken burgers was good i asked for lees mayo and i had a mayo volcano in my burger and tack to long to get delivered and i asked for plan fries i got it with garlic and herbs i didnt like it

I did have an issue with my original order, I had the wrong wing flavours and they didn’t seem the quality they usually are so I called them and they immediately apologised and sent a fresh order which was correct with some complimentary coleslaw. The gentleman who handed my issue was fantastic - 5 Stars again to Just Wings Liverpool.

My new favourite place. The wings are just to die for. So are the Mac n cheese bites! These will bankrupt me, but it’ll be a good way to go!

Arrived one hour after original delivery time given, food was dry and cold

Food was tasty but the portions are a little small for what you pay. Delivery also took a while, about an hour and half wait. I don’t think I would order here again if I’m honest

Food was fine but not worth the wait. Estimated delivery at the time of ordering was already long (40-60 mins), and then it turned up an hour over the original estimation. Called the restaurant and they told me it was out for delivery so I couldn’t get a refund, and that they had kept the delivery time updated throughout. The only updates I had was when went it didn’t turn up after the original times had past, which also would have meant that it was out for delivery for well over an hour. This wasn’t the case because when I did call the restaurant they said it had left 5 minutes ago, it actually turned up 25 mins after this call, so I actually think they just tell you this so you can’t cancel your order. Food was average so probably wouldn’t recommend when you can go somewhere else that’s better at estimating their times for the same type of food.

Used to be great, not anymore. Chicken pieces much smaller than they used to be, almost no sauce on them - dry inside and out. Everything arrived cold. Used to order from them all the time pre-pandemic, but they’ve gone downhill so dramatically that we won’t be ordering again. Really disappointing.

Ordered from just wings about 10 times and the food has slapped everytime, the bbq wings are the moistest

Food delivery is always late. Ordered at 9.30 and it arrived at 11pm. Max n cheese bites were not great this time round, and dry flavouring on wings was a little over done. It's a shame as they're very hit or miss recently.

One of my favourite places to order from but I have to say this time I was so disappointed. Speed of delivery was good however the chips and mozzarella sticks were completely cremated and was the same last two times I’ve ordered. Considering the prices have gone up as well I am very let down by the food quality.

Had to call the restaurant 15 minutes after lastest estimated delivery time. They coukd find the order first, then said they were busy and it eould be here soon. 2 HOURS LATER, delivery arrived with no Dr Pepper.

really late delivery i’m very disappointed the food was cold and congealed when it arrived. even heated up it just went soggy and was not pleasant at all.

Delivery driver was brilliant shame we can’t leave a tip for them. The restaurants food was lovely but they forgot my drinks and he went back and got them when most wouldn’t.
