Fairly unimpressive.The kids were so excited and the decor is great but there seems to be some underlying issues. It was not busy as we came in early at 5pm. 25 minutes to get a menu, at least 8 items not available which was only an issue for adults, food arrived before our drinks which eventually arrived incorrect, food was decent though, we requested a menu again for desserts but after 15 minutes, no sign of it so we paid the bill and left for Kaspa’s. Seemed to be a similar story on other tables, eventually the people hearing the unavailable items just left without ordering. In hindsight, this probably would have been our best bet. Such a shame.

We visited this venue for my son’s birthday, he’s 4 and absolutely loves dinosaurs! I’ve got to say, this place was fantastic! The food was delicious, but the staff and atmosphere was brilliant and what really made the evening! The manager there, Ashley, is such a lovely person, really friendly and dedicated to ensuring great service! I would recommend this restaurant for anybody who has kids obsessed with dinosaurs! Or adults for that matter as the food was completely top notch. 🦖

We visited for the first time today for my Son’s birthday and had a brilliant experience. I had read mixed reviews so we went with an open mind that the food might not be great but knew the kids would still love and enjoy the atmosphere. The meal really exceeded our expectations, was all cooked beautifully and really tasty. All the staff were friendly and great with the kids, the Manager in particular was excellent. I stated I have coeliac disease upon ordering and the manager came over to take my order, they were incredibly thorough and careful to ensure that my food was safe which is always very much appreciated. Excellent service, yummy food and the kids loved the experience. Will definitely be back!

Went to Jurassic Grill with my two kids for lunch. First think we noticed is that is very similar inside to the Rainforest Café in America, it had a soundtrack playing thunder, rain, animal noises, dinosaur roars, etc. There are dinosaurs everywhere and lots of ivy and flowers hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is very moody in that it's quite dark and has spotlights over each table, this co tributes to a nice atmosphere and the general theme. The service was surprisingly good, think American level of attentivness where the waiter comes and checks on you frequently, you may or may not like that level of service but I appreciate it and was happy with it. Now for the downside. The food, the mains where good but the portion size for the cost wasn't great. Really quite expensive, I had the "bone yard" which is pork ribs. The cost was £18.50 I believe and the ribs where not a large portion and the chips was a very small portion. The chips where under cooked inside as well so only ate a few and the coleslaw was tiny and came in a paper condiment cup, coleslaw was nice though, just needed a bigger portion and put it on the plate or in a proper bowl. My oldest had a cheese burger with chips at £10.50, she ate the whole burger but left the chips because they weren't great. My youngest had chicken nuggets and chips. Didn't look anything special and was the kids portion for £6 seemed a bit much to me. If your looking for a one off treat for your kids that love dinosaurs or themed restaurants then give it a go, they kids will probably get a kick out of it. If your looking for great food at a good value, I would say look elsewhere. Shout out to the shift manager there who was really on it, sorry, can't remember her name, young blond girl, she did a really good job. Other young people cleaning tables could probably do with some more smiles but hey they are young and probably don't really want to be cleaning tables so I get it. In closing I would say give it a go for the atmosphere, as this is what they focus on just have realistic expectations on the cost and quality of food. Also of note, my youngest daughter went to the toilet and said it was very dark and only one stall had a light on above it.

What a let down. My son loves this place, he went there for his birthday on 01/01/23. He wanted to go for his birthday again this birthday 2024, always awkward when a child's birthday is on New Year's Day. So when i booked, I was pleased to see Jurassic Grill open again, same as last year. My son had chicken pox on the lead up to Christmas, and was excited to go. On 29/12/23 I receive an email saying my reservation had successfully been cancelled. I didn't cancel it. When I called them, they said they were now closed on New Year's Day due to "unforeseen circumstances". I could book 31st dec or 2nd jan, so these "unforeseen circumstances" don't seem to matter either side of the 1st. If they weren't going to open on 1st, don't allow people to book it. Now I have an upset child, who has been left very disappointed. So, if you don't want to disappoint your child, don't book here. Don't worry Jurassic Gill, I won't try and give you money for food again.

Quite expensive for a small meal, Too American and lacks atmosphere.

You don’t visit Jurassic Park for the food that’s for sure. You visit as it’s the only place in the area aimed at small children. The place is decked out great with dinosaurs and staff dressed in safari, though the food really lets it down. Second time visited and it’s not been great with undercooked chips and a rubber cheap kids burger. If more investment was put into the menu, food and catering for dietary requirements, as well as staff training, it could be great. Though not sure any of the family will be rushing back unless something drastic changes.

The quality of the food was poor but the themed environment made it worth the visit. If the food was better I would be keen to go again but I wouldn't choose to as I've seen it now so no desire to return.

Popped in at lunch time. Fantastic staff thank you Ashley, and the food was amazing. Pretty immersive sat inside with the sounds off the rainforests and dinosaurs.The vist from the baby dinosaurs also cool idea the kids loved it.

Food was great burger was really good tasted perfect, chips were spot on crispy but fluffy on the inside, kids food was good they enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend price wise was decent as was 50% off mains

Food was exactly as described and very well prepared. The theme was great also, my son loved all the decor! Would recommend.

We went here for a four year old's birthday and obviously he loved all the dinosaurs etc. The online booking was a bit weird, we were only offered one time suggesting it was busy but when we arrived it was almost empty. The service was really good, and a great atmosphere especially for children. The food was fine but nothing special and I thought a bit on the expensive side for what it is, but I guess you're paying for the experience.

Myself and the family went to the Jurassic Grill today for the first time. The atmosphere was excellent and my kids absolutely loved it. The staff were really polite and great with the kids, my son enjoyed meeting the puppet dinosaurs. The service and food were both very good. We will definitely be going back again. Thank you.

It's an excelent place to dine in with kids. The staff is making sure that your kid is enjoying the place which feels like you are literally sitting in jurassic park full of dinosaurs. The food tho was average.

Now that Jurassic Grill is under new management it is 10x better! The food and service has improved so much. Highly recommend :) very friendly and helpful staff!

Nice looking place, food wasn’t amazing burgers were burnt not a big issue. The coke was like water sent first one back second one come out and was like they just topped up the original coke! Didn’t bother complaining, had 3 people in the space of 5 minutes ask if food was okay great for the the kids to look at but for the price 2 adults meals and 1 child meal over £50 the food could somewhat be better for the price🤷🏼‍♀️

Food came out luke warm or cold. No hot drinks available. Very disappointing

Went in for breakfast waiting staff were ok food was cold it was like it had been cooked up hours before hand and kept on a hot plate Opened poached egg to find it was part raw and part overdone which is how I know it was done before hand and left in hot plate which is a hell of a shock.order Came out wrong, then when we got it back with in a minute or two food was part cold. Would be a great place if the kitchen staff cooked to order and not pre cook items only to warm them up. Shame as the place looks great and front staff tried.

We went for our grandaughters birthday. It was a great eveninng. The food was themed and interesting. The service was great and the restaurant was visually exciting for the children. Highly recommended by all.

Update from original review ( which was 5 stars ) We visited 19th October and the place has sadly gone down hill. Staff seemed un interested and preferred to chat in a group, no warm welcome when you enter. Empty tables and people being turned away. Staff outfits seemed very relaxed now where as when we originally come they where in full ranger outfits. What a shame as this place with the right PR and a warm welcome could be brilliant. Venue now needs a good clean. Sadly we would not not return.

First visit and we would not return. Positives - nice atmosphere, love the look and feel. Both kids were happy looking at all the themed decorations. Our waitress Amanda was very nice and pro actively got a meal taken off our bill. Good chips. The coloured burger buns are a fun idea. Negatives - for a meal that was main course only for 4 (which included 2 children’s meals) and no alcohol it was nearly £60. It was not worth this for a number of reasons - the kids sausages were undercooked (first ones sent back) and were terrible quality. The re-served meal had the sausages replaced with the rest having clearly been banged in a microwave to warm it up. Coleslaw and beans served in tiny paper cups instead of actual dishes. Cheap packet sauces instead of decent quality bottles. Lukewarm burgers (and the only change I had requested wasn’t made). Dirty glasses (smears of a dishwasher that hasn’t got rinse aid in it). No hot drinks or platters available. If we were paying half the price at a Wetherspoons we’d of had better food. It’s a shame because the location is great and the internal decor was really good (our server Amanda was also apologetic and lovely). Please put some money into upgrading the little touches and getting some better quality ingredients because the ambience alone I don’t think is enough to warrant the expenditure of eating here and sort out the basics of not serving undercooked meat to children.

Lovely place to go. I had a nice meal but even though the burgers say there is a gluten free option, there isn't. So my friend had the option of 1 meal. Luckily it was something she liked. Not very impressed by that.

Once sat, and ordered drinks. Within just that drinks order, they messed up 3 items. One person ordered a NONALCOHOLIC cider, got a regular cider. This person was a driver. One of the kids drinks was wrong. Then to top that, I waited 15 minutes for an Eton mess milkshake. Everybody had got there drinks 10 minutes prior. We then waited 35-40 minutes, before approaching the bar to order food. Told it was table service. What table service? Once ordered, a short wait. Not so bad. The first dish out, an anemic looking pizza, followed by a burnt pizza. Then kids food. Followed by my burger, and my partners. I had asked for no tomato. Low and behold, in my burger! Tomato! That was all I could taste, as I'm not overly fond on tomato's. My partner's food was still full of oil, to the point we probably could of carried on cooking the chips etc with a heat source. Not once did anyone check to see if we were happy with anything, they were hardly busy. Disappointed to say in the very least. Get new management, hire new staff, and fully train them!

Once the novelty of the dinosaurs wore off it was just an off experience. Seated and told they’re missing loads of items on drinks and food menu. Four different waiters asked if we were ready to order showing there is no organisation or training to the front of house. Food was overpriced. Burger bun wasn’t toasted, burger was burnt, portions were tiny. Atmosphere was weird, lots of nervous looking servers and then the manager in the black shirt patrolling the room looking annoyed. Lure people in with dinosaurs but then make them extinct with overpriced food. Such a shame as it’s a unique idea but needs new management asap

I visited Jurassic Grill in Whiteley with my family today and was disheartened by the overall experience. Despite the restaurant being remarkably quiet with only two families dining, the cleanliness standards were notably below par. The state of the toilets was alarming; they were dirty and lacking essential supplies like toilet roll. The bar's condition was no different, cluttered with drinks and not well-maintained. A serious concern arose when the waiter, despite being informed of our son's egg allergy, recommended options that contained egg (brioche bun burger). Our previous visits had familiarized us with the menu, prompting us to double-check with the kitchen staff, who confirmed the presence of egg in the burgers and even the brioche bun suggested for our son. This lapse in allergen awareness is unacceptable and could have led to a severe health risk. Even the basics of a clean glass and table were not met, and the promise of a "special" clean did not improve the situation. For a place that wasn't bustling with customers, the attention to detail and customer care were disappointingly absent. It's crucial for dining establishments to uphold high standards of cleanliness and allergen awareness, both of which Jurassic Grill Whiteley failed to deliver during our visit.

Very pathetic, staff has no clue what they are doing same as the Indian guy dressed in black who I'm guessing was the manager ,I had ribs , food was very average like warmed up in microwave ,coleslaw was tiny same as chips , 18.5£ for that excuse me but ,that's pathetic ,i asked for glass of coke they bring half a glass of tap coke ,pathetic 🙄

Awful. Food is terrible, even the kids meals. Staff seem disinterested and rude. I will not be coming here again and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

Went for my son's birthday decor is great and good potential but food is shocking I ordered wings which where cremated,chips tasted frozen in the middle(staff did ask how food was but by this point just wanted to eat and leave) coke tastes like the cheapest you could possibly buy and I had it changed and still awful and £3.25 all adults food arrived and my 3 year olds was missing waited a min then had to ask for it and staff had to come over and ask what we had even ordered, cutlery in the bucket on the table had sauce all over, we were looking forward to desserts but where done at this point and just paid and left and luckily had a discount would have been disappointed paying full price. Upset as was really looking forward to this and drove and hour to get here but now we know. The staff with the puppet made our evening very friendly and Interacted with all so points to her .

Not a great experience tonight! Me and my 3 friends did not enjoy the meal, it was pretty disgusting considering the prices. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and it was so bland, my friend had bbq chicken wings. Burnt, i tried them and spat it straight out. The coke zero- mine was alright, my friends tasted like flavoured flat coke even though they said it was from the same pump, brought a fresh one and it was okay. Everything tastes really cheap. The service isnt great Would not recommend or will not be returning

This place is awesome. Took my kids there for lunch. Atmosphere is top notch, the food is decent and the staff friendly and helpful. They have a good kids menu and the portions are a very good size. Adult portions are also very good, but not excessive. The price is comparable to other branded restaurants (e.g. TGI Friday) but I enjoyed this more and felt I got more value for money. Overall I highly recommend and will be going back again.

Had a very enjoyable evening with my granddaughters here they loved all the dinosaurs, and the food was great the service was good she was very friendly and helpful we are definitely going back again

The food was excellent however when trying to pay they failed to put the two tables they split our group into on the same bill and started blaming us for not paying. Watch yourself when going here as the manager is not accommodating when trying to fix their mistakes, and don’t accept your group being put onto two tables

Reasonable ambience with the Jurassic theme and baby dinosaur coming to the table. Food feels like an after thought, done as cheaply as possible and over priced. Think Hungry Horse quality food and it's about on par for twice the price. Was out of stock of certain items (on a Monday lunch) and what came was bland and poorly produced. Wouldn't recommend

on saturday i was appalled with my service it took me 45 mins to get my seat and service and the food was an hour wait and in the end it was all rubbery tasting. very unhappy. the customer service was very rude and was rude to me.

I waited an hour for my ribs and when i was sat the table were sticky and the pots had no cutlery and my rib tasted microwaved this was on Saturday 0/10 do not recommend this place

Sadly I was not happy with the food ordered - pepperoni pizza and baby back ribs. Frozen pizza and ribs are better than what we had. Place is nice but I am not coming back to try other menu.

Went here yesterday for my nephew 7th birthday outside looks good and inside is really amazing and cool but the food is below average I would of rather gone to a hungry horse and still would of got better food and be hell of lot cheaper there was 7 of us and came to 150 pound and when we went to pay the lady was like you can press one of these to tip us and was hinting for us to tip 30 pound and just stared at us when we paid and made us feel awkward... and the food the pizza which I had tasted like a pound iceland frozen pizza but I paid 9 pound for had about 6 slices of pepperoni on it the burger my partner had was like a big mac meal yet was charger 15.15 for it the burgers where basic just with some cheap sliced cheese and they charged 15 pound and more for their burgers the kids meals where ok but they were disappointed as they were wanting some kind of dinosaur theme to it and was just basic other then the restaurant appearance and the menu renaming their food nothing else is dinosaur themed will not be going again

My children absolutely loved this place and the food. The food from the adult menu was very basic. I had scampi and chips it was ok, tiny portion of dried peas. My partner had a blue bunned burger which was also, just ok. Meal for four cost around £50. However... we all had a fab time! The dinosaurs and other Jurassic themed decorations were really fun. The kids will definitely ask to come back next time we are in Whitely.

Lovely restaurant with a great theme - the kids loved all the dinos! - and great food all came out at the same time (we did pre order!) and was lovely. Super value for a breakfast and delicious. Great place for a family party for 2 six year olds and one 76 year old. The decor was brilliant, the food was good and the staff were lovely, especially Max who looked after us all very well. The children were entranced by the “real” baby dinosaur. Thank you!

Place looks amazing food is really bad fatty greasy over cooked. Service not great either. And they charge £2 extra if you want a blue burger bun. Definitely wouldn't be returning

The food is ok but the service is shocking the staff just seem to stand at the bar talking, no people coming around to check is you are finished or if you want anymore drinks etc also don’t except cash! Or give a card receipt 😩

Lots of dinosaurs around loved the theme. Food was not up to scratch, burger come out cold, the volcano wings had a long hair in them, to the point it looked attached in the meat we sent them back and they brought another plate of wings out missing the hot sauce that covers the wings, The Coke zero tasted flat they took them away and replaced but the replacement tasting flat, so we just asked for water. The manager service wasn't great and some of the waitresses thought we were fussing about nothing and we waited long time for the food to come out and even the drinks took a long time and then when the food did come out it come out in drips and grabs. If I could score 0 I would have but I will accept the one star as there was one waitress that did try and help us with our complaints. We did get some money off the bill but we will not be going back as I think what we still paid for was not worth the money.

The most unorganised place I’ve ever been. Ordered drinks 15 minutes later ordered food. Drinks and food came together! Food was awful. The pulled pork on the burger was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt! Chips were ok. When went to pay the kids did a thing where you get a prize if colour the dinosaur egg, mentioned to lady at till. Couldn’t find where she put the box with the prizes in. Was told to wait. 15 minutes later finally got the prize that the kids had been promised. Others walked out. Will never return or recommend

Took our two young boys here as a treat as it had been highly recommended by others but I was unfortunately disappointed. The food was average even if the menu had been put together with playful names. There were minimal choices other than burgers; the day we visited the rest of the options were unavailable. There was a member of staff who came around and had a dinosaur in her arms for the kids to meet which was really lovely and a bit of a treat. But we found the whole experience a little flat.

We had an amazing experience at Jurassic Grill! Our server Caitlin was incredible and extremely helpful, she was eager to answer any questions our party had and made our time very enjoyable. The service was really fast and the food was amazing! Definitely will be coming back again!!

Had a really wonderful dinner here with my partner. It was our first time here but we were excited to try it after being told of the chain by a friend. They really go all out with the theming and decor, which makes the experience of just being there a lot of fun. This didn't come at the expense of the food quality at all though, which was wonderful - really fantastic burgers and great desserts. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic venue. Not the biggest choice of food, but what they do offer is nicely done. The staff are very attentive, even bringing out a puppet dinosaur, which my son loved! The decoration and theme are brilliant, great for kids.

After friends raving to me about the fun experience they had had taking their children to 'meet dinosaurs' I decided it was worth the 30 min drive to treat my nice and nephew whilst they stayed with me. The decor does not disappoint, it creates a whole differently 'Jurassic' feel amongst comfortabale booths. I was already warned by friends that the food was of 'Spoons level and that rang true- sadly I had to disappoint my nephew who wanted to have a blue burger beauer it was filled with blue cheese and spice. It's a real shame that the blue buns aren't offered to children- children are far more likely to order something of novelty. The real disappointment was to be told there would be no dinosaurs visiting as the wait staff had to serve their own sections and be quiet enought to allow them to leave the section. I wish I had know as that was the whole reason I went- so don't be expecting the dinosaur.on a busy day. Service was fine at the start but swiftly declined the further on we went. All in all .. I'd rather spend the £50 spent on soemthing better!!

We visited for the first time to celebrate our daughter’s GCSE results and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for better service from Evie :) it was perfect! Some lovely memories made, thank you x

I took my grandchildren there today, the place is decorated nicely but the food is bland and tasteless, also the service was carried out by very young inexperienced staff. The food is cheap rubbish, and overpriced. Won’t be going there again.

We had a meal at Jurassic grill last week for my sons birthday. There was a large group of us (20 including four children). The staff were incredible. Specifically who I think was the manager, she was so chatty and friendly. Really helpful and patient as I can imagine how difficult large tables can be. Catered amazing to all our allergies and just made the whole experience wonderful. Would definitely take my son back here he had an absolute blast.

Myself and my wife visited here in the last week of half term. We were served by Lee who was fab and the rest of the team were friendly too. The wait for food was very short and when it arrived was cooked perfectly and really yummy. Would highly recommended coming here - we will be back again soon!

A great place to take the family. My 3 year old loves the experience and the food was very nice! I was hesitant at first because child focus place tend to have bad quality food but it was lovely here. Jo the waitress kindly introduced Chomp the baby dinosaur to my daughter and she was very pleased. Great service.

Stay away from this place. Took my daughter for her birthday, she was so excited. And the customer service was awful didn’t ask how the meal was. Had to ask to see the dinosaur. Food served was still frozen. No joke still frozen !!!!!

We were in for a late lunch, the Burger could have been a bit hotter and the Chips were not freshly cooked, but on the whole enjoyed the atmosphere! For young families really.

Had a lovely day at jurassic grill. Ordered the jurassic grill burger and it was delicious. Staff were lovely and very attentive, especially olivia she was always there for our every need. Atmosphere was awesome and we even met nibbles the baby triceratops-Credits to Ashton. Would totally recommend :)

Really excellent place for families, visited while staying nearby on a Paultons Park holiday, incredible dinosaur theming, fantastic service (very attentive and nothing was too much trouble) and food was good. Would recommend to any family.

Me and my partner have been meaning to go here for a while and boy did it not disappoint! The atmosphere was incredible and we even got to see Nibbles the baby dinosaur. They have a gift shop area as well which I think is super cool! The food was outstanding, came out in good time and was piping hot! Nice place & kind staff members. The food was good, however the dessert was soooo sweet (I love sweet, sugary stuffs, but even for me was too much).

Today my partner and I chose to take our kids down to Jurassic Grill in Whiteley for our 10 year olds birthday who had been waiting several months to try the restaurant. Our intention had been to go to cinema directly after and had already booked our seats. Sadly we were left feeling deflated about the whole experience and shall not be returning anytime soon. To start with it all went well, the waitress was engaging whilst showing us to our seats and enquired about allergies before explaining certain things were off the menu. No issues thus far. Standard restaurant motions gone though, order drinks and then food, after which things start coming undone. Before I continue I must say that the restaurant was not busy maybe 50% capacity at time of seating and the kitchen was from what we could see well staffed certainly comparable to when the unit was previously occupied by "Coast to Coast". It was these facts that marked the start of our disappointment as the food took much longer than expected to the point that when it did arrive there was little to no time to enjoy it due to the impending start time of movie (you may claim poor planning on our part but believe me we left plenty of time) When the food did arrive it was very average and if I had time to savour things I probably would have been more disappointed than I was owning to the fact that the food arrive luke warm, but with the start time of the cinema looming large there was no time to complain and send it back. I did take the time to observe the kitchen in action with multiple dishes hanging round on the hot plates waiting for the rest of their orders to be ready which would explain why my order arrived in the manner that it did. Frustrating as the quality of the food was the most annoying thing was there was no time for a "Happy Birthday" dessert for my son as soon as the kids had finished there mains meals we had to leave, we only just made the movie and yes this was with us missing out the 20 minutes worth of trailers. I was asked by three members of staff if "everything this was okay with the meal" when explaining that it wasn't for the reasons above all three were apologetic asking if there was anything they could do, but alas reversing time was not an option, however considering that it was very clear to each and everyone that we had been let down and the dinning experience had fallen short of expectations not one member of staff offered anything in way of compensation, at least in places like Prezzo if they mess anything up they'd offer you a complimentary drink at the very least, I'm just glad we had a Taste card so we didn't have to pay full price. The only redeeming feature to the whole experience was the décor however the plastic dinosaur tat at the entrance/exit was not needed, it's a restaurant not a gift shop!!!!.

Went for dinner yesterday and it was brilliant, the place was clean, tidy and the staff were brilliant - special shout-out to our server Caitlin who was great!

Burnt food. Claims it's by design... Fun for the kids but the food is really poor.

Great place for an experience, service was okay staff were lovely but nervous for some reason and also over attentive asking 3 times if the food was okay. Food was edible, but the burger I had had an unusual smell. The chips seemed to be frozen oven chips, and the mac and cheese was a little dry, not as creamy as expected

Really disappointing, booked for 7pm for a Saturday night prior to cinema at 8. Arrived at 7.10pm, ordered by 7:20pm, drinks arrived, still no food by 8pm. Lots of waiting staff wandering around a bit aimlessly. Asked what had happened to our food and that we needed to go to catch our film we were informed that the kitchen was short staffed and this should have been explained to us on our arrival. It wasn’t. On the plus side the duty manager did apologise and gave us our drinks ‘on the house’, but we left hungry.

Manager was awful… get some manners! You ruined our experience. First and last time I will step into the place.

Good food and fantastic staff. Can’t say enough about how amazing the staff are. Very friendly and welcoming and the kids loved Chomp Bater and Nibbles

Can hands down say this is the worst meal I’ve ever attempted to eat. Way overpriced too.

Lovely experience at Jurassic Grill! I dined there twice during a trip down from Scotland and found the food to be delicious, staff polite and atmosphere very unique. If you're looking for an interesting experience with great service this is the place!

We went for dinner our 11month old daughter and she was amazed by the decor with all the hanging plants and flowers from the ceiling and of course the large dinosaurs dotted around the restaurant. We were not expecting it when the staff came round to our table with a couple of animatronic baby dinosaurs to say hello to our daughter. It was a really nice touch! The food was good too

Very good experience, with the food, speed of service and how amazingly friendly the staff are. Went for my 3 year olds birthday, we didn't say anything and who I believe was the manager asked, and made sure when we had desserts delivered the staff all came and recited happy birthday! The food is really good and very good sized portions. The amount of pasta the kids get is crazy, and they offered take out boxes without us asking. Only downside is the tables aren't great for chunkier fellows like me, the space is a little tight, and it was quite warm in the restaurant (maybe to make you buy more drinks!).

Our 1st visit here and was ok but slightly disappointed. 1st restaurant i've been to where we have to go the bar to order our meals and drinks, can't leave a tab open, have to pay as you go and they don't print receipts, only email or text you. Just seemed very strange, as a restaurant you would expect restaurant service. Not like they were short staffed as at one point there 4 members of staff standing at the bar watching one of their phones. No interactive experience at all. No check back to see if food was ok, felt a bit ignored really. The food was nice, good value for money, served quickly and desserts were good too. The theme is really good but just a lacking overall.

We have been wanting to go since it opened a year or so ago so when we thought for our sons 3rd birthday a special occasion now dinosaur obsessed we would book it for us along with our extended family. Considering it isn’t cheap to eat here we didn’t mind as it was as advertised online, and social media as an interactive dining experience. However we were placed on a table right in the doorway and the main access for everyone else so having to get up out of our seat to move everytime someone needed to get past but also not in the main jungle part of the restaurant. At no point did any dinosaurs come out to see us as I see should happen on social media and the website. We were told by the lovely bad man (and he was amazing) that maybe if we were lucky some might come out suggesting they would! This is the main attraction to wanting to come to your restaurant and we had a very upset disappointed 3 year old! The manager did come over apologising they were extremely short staffed but that still doesn’t make up for our experience!

Great experience. Such a shame its not table or app service. But food was nice.

The Burgers are the best I have ever tasted! My son loves the décor, but I'm not into cowboys and Indians though.

Awful place, still waiting a refund after 2 months for a 9 year old birthday party that was spoilt by this place. Waited for food for 2 hours and only some arrived then and it was dreadful. You pay up front and no one responds to email address you are given for a refund or to make a complaint.

I have been a few times and taken my grandson. Service was slow before but now it is order at the bar somehow it has become even slower. It wasn’t particularly busy but slow as hell! Food ok atmosphere now not great. What a shame

Really warm welcome and let us know about anything special that day, staff were great with the kids and the birthday party (for an adult) great food well priced and good portions.

Staff were really nice, food wasn't bad but it wasn't great, average. The theme was the reason to go.

Came here for my little brothers birthday 3rd birthday. The food was incredible I had the blue raptor burger, the bun really is bright blue and tastes amazing. Service is great staff is on it and are great at their job. I would highly recommend coming here and bring friends and family to experience this delightful restaurant. Melissa took care of my little brothers birthday and made it extra special for him, the effort definitely didn’t go unnoticed! Again highly recommend :)

Went today for the first time really enjoyed it ! Food was really nice freshly made, desserts were super yummy 👌 too Annoying that you don't get table service but not an issue there wasn't a queue to order food. Children loved it! Would go again !

It was a slightly unpleasant visit as I walked in with my friends as a group of 3, waited for someone to come forward to the front counter to greet us and show us our table as I’ve made a booking online. However when the male server finally came to the front counter, I stepped forward to let him know I’ve made a booking, only to be told off in an unfriendly manner to wait for my turn as there are others who came in first (my friends), like I was the rude one cutting the line. My friends are white and I am Asian, does that automatically draw a line that we have to be 2 separate groups? Instead of his approach, a server should have simply just asked if we are here together. Although it’s no big deal but it is annoying to be served by this server throughout the meal, with hardly a smile on. UPDATE: Management reached out to me very promptly to address the matter and apologised. Fundamentally this said employee has already handed in his resignation and left the company before our chat. All in all, very pleased with how the management have dealt with the situation.
