Tables clean and tidy but skirting boards and windows dusty with dead flies. Not alot of food on offer no toast which is what I came for. Quite busy 2 ladies serving whilst 2 are sat on laptops. Lady serving was quite rude especially in her reply to having no toast and I didn't receive the friendly hello other customers were receiving. Not given butter for my croissants had to ask and my partner's toasty not delivered to table,like all other cooked food just yelling that it's ready. Not really impressed with this place

A bit rubbish. Stopped off for a flat white during a trip and had one person doing everything. As a result I had a rushed coffee that tasted mostly milk. Unimpressed for what they charge.

My first experience here.. Not somewhere I will rush back to 🫤. I love a Flat White, but get annoyed at paying £3.40 for what turns out to be a coffee with a little milk. Nothing rich or velvety about the drink served as it was so 'thin'! Really disappointing (& on the small side).

Holiday Inn Winchester Telegraph WayI met with my 3 bridesmaids to discuss all things wedding as i don’t live locally to them. From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. With a wonderful atmosphere between the team and with us. As a restaurant attached to a hotel my expectation was low but we all came away smiling and feeling like we’d all been looked after ☺️

It was not busy as we came in early at 5pm. 25 minutes to get a menu, at least 8 items not available which was only an issue for adults, food arrived before our drinks which eventually arrived incorrect, food was decent though, we requested a menu again for desserts but after 15 minutes, no sign of it so we paid the bill and left for Kaspa’s. Seemed to be a similar story on other tables, eventually the people hearing the unavailable items just left without ordering. In hindsight, this probably would have been our best bet. Such a shame.
