Really poor meal, sorry, don't like to give bad reviews but 3 out of 4 meals were bad, the one that was good was a 13 y.olds so happy with a take away.

My mrs called in just for bag of chips they where awful burnt and horrid look like yesterday's warmed up looks like jolly fryer from now on pity I really enjoyed there food once

Normally good, however waited over 2 hours for 2 burgers, chips and garlic bread. Called and told it had just left. Rang again 20 mins later and told it was just being cooked. Hate dishonesty. Garlic bread burnt on base. Very poor today, very disappointed. Not your usual standard at all.

Put a delivery order in for 21:15 came to just before 8pm which was bit early for me chips was nice hot cod seemed abit dry for some reason batter was nice crisp so fish may a little over cooked delivery person was very nice thinked me for order and wished me well as always do

3rd time eating here and all I can really say about the experience is that it is average at best and I wouldn’t say it was that good. Greasy non crispy chips and burnt Donner. Price point too high. The only thing it has going for it is the fact it is the only chip shop in the area. Do yourself a favour. Eat next door. There won’t be a fourth time for me.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Only let down is it randomly closing for sometimes week at a time with seemingly no notice

GREAT FISH AND CHIPS, ADDED SALAD WITH THEIR LEMON JUICE AND CHILLI SAUCE. THE SALAD WAS NICE AND FRESH AND THE FISH WAS TASTY. ON-TIME DELIVERY WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE.

Please folks don't waste your time ordering from this place the food is god damn awful I've ordered food three times from here and all I do is end up throwing it in the bin because that's what it's fit for I wouldn't even feed it to my dog I must shout out to the manager and say thank you for offering me a discount on my next meal but that's certainly won't be happening As for all the staff members who work at this place they are very kind friendly and polite

ordered food after an hour anf half called to ask where the delivery was. got told it was out and would be with me soon. called after another 30 minutes when it still hadn't turned up and was told the order hadn't been processed. it's a shame this wast looked into properly the first time and lies we're told.

Me and my friend are absolutely appalled by the customer service, absolutely disgraceful, with no manners, the young girl who was serving us was extremely rude, she looked straight at us and chose to ignore us until we was finally greeted with a dirty look, and all we got was a cheers and a dirty look as we left. Overall the food wasn’t that nice. Won’t be going again. Cheers.

This used to be great, sadly the past 2 visits have shown the shop suffering , re heated food dry fish , old sorry looking chips tut tut ..

Well that's a wrap. This used to be our favourite place, but from the last few orders I don't think we will be ordering again. We've given numerous chances, but each time something wasn't right. Today's food arrived luke warm and stale, to the point we cannot put a folk through a chips without it breaking in half. Very disappointed to say this was our favourite place for a takeout, wish this last one would have been different but the last few orders have not met the standard that was there. We did complain with previous orders, but thought we would give one last chance. Update: we reached out as requested, but it was still no better than the previous experience. I have taken pictures of what the food was like. The onion rings burnt, and the pizza not cooked enough as the dough was still raw. The only redeeming factor was the peas. We have definitely given up, and regret ordering.

Used to be a really good chip shop, now it’s disgusting, ordered fish bites, received an over cooked slimey small fish, chicken meat was wet and mainly skin, rubbery texture…and to top it off they over charged me from the prices advertised on the board, last trip there from me I’m afraid.

We have always used this Chip Shop and its always been lovely. However we had fish from here 2 weeks ago and it was disgusting. Cold, and tasted off. We binned it. Have to add thougjh its not been our usual experience hence the Stars. We have ordered ftom here since with no complaints.
