Lovely service. Came all the way from London as was visiting family good recommendations. Food brilliant is so nice and fresh the quality is 💯 can not fault and will be going again when am next in Sheffield 👏🏾

What's happened to the quality of take away food? Ordered as a treat.... Pakoras not crispy but soggy and had definitely just been reheated in the microwave. Chicken tikka jalfrazi speciality dish was actually horrible... wasn't spicy, full of oil, egg all mushed up throughout the curry? Couldn't taste anything over the oil and was quickly deemed inedible. Rice was also not as good and the flavour didn't compliment the curry's ordered. For the price you expect the food to be nice. Taxi driver was sent out with no change and I had to knock on next doors for some.

Staff are brilliant and very obliging .Will have a laugh with you we've had 2 special family meals there they can't dovenough for you

The food was very tasty. but for my taste a bit too hot even if it was just marked with one chilli 🌶 it was incredible 🔥 🥵. The waiters were a bit unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed but for their excuse I have to say it was very busy

excellent as usual. prices have gone up since our last order, which is at least monthly. spending nearly £40 a time, would be nice to get offers or poppadoms or something...👍

Appalling for start to finish order starters got 4 sat 10 mins had to ask where other 2 was pakoras was as thin as my fingers not hot. mains no sauce in currys tasteless when table was cleared was dealt hand wipes like cards on table very poor to say it cost £207 and to top it off leaving cooks sat round back doors proper honking and spitting never again

Always the best service, whenever we come here we are a party of around 7 to 10 people, the food never disappoints it’s always as ordered, and the service is second to non, Aftab is the man that always takes our order he ensures everyone gets what they ask for exactly how they ask for it, his customer service and attentiveness is on point.

Absolutely gorgeous! We’ve ordered from these for a while now and we won’t order anywhere else.

Good restaurant, friendly staff....the old fella waiter is a really nice guy (I've been a few times). Food is spot on....group of 7 of us last time and everyone enjoyed it. The only issue, and I've mentioned it before, is you don't get much gravy with you curry (I have a madras).....so buying a naan bread is a bit redundant for me.....but its still very good.

The food here is incredible—easily the best Peshwari naan I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried plenty! They really cater to your preferences; I ordered a mild dish, but they can make any dish as mild or as spicy as you like, which shows just how fresh everything is. And the dips that come with the poppadoms? So many to choose from, and all are delicious! Aftab is lovely too—he really takes the time to get to know the customers and loves to have a joke. 5 stars! P.S. I forgot to take pictures because I was so ravenous! 🤣

I have visited Jumaira Spice for years with my family and it is always a lovely experience from the food to the staff😊 Despite my love for spicy food, the mild chicken tikka masala is my go to every time! I have never tasted a curry quite like it!

We traveled from plymouth to take our good friends for a meal, this place popped up on Google with good reviews and made a short notice booking and so glad we did! The service was perfect, the restaurant was immaculate and the food was so good we would travel 5 hours to taste it again! Fair price but massive portions, fresh and hot. Well done to the owner and staff 10/10

Vial food ordered x 2 kormas ended up being spicey? Rang back as forgot bottle of coke then claimed that I didn’t order it don’t recommend. Pickle tray onion salad messed about with put in a spicy sauce that ruins that too. Chips are bland frozen fries. Worst £45 spent on Indian food for a long time.

Me and my mum went last night, for mums belated birthday meal, went for 4 course early bird, I booked it..but were 30mins early, they were no problem, very friendly and very chatty, was a pleasure to be there, took left over curry home in a takeaway dish, very helpful...definitely be back 😊...thanks guys.

We visited at 5.15pm on a Tuesday and although the restaurant had only just opened everything was ready, the staff all attentive waiting ,the building bright and shiny clean, ladies toilets immaculate clean, brilliant mirrors if you need lippy refresh between courses. Stunning modern layout throughout. We decided to have the £19.95 menu which included poppadoms and Pickle trays . These came quickly ,fresh poppadoms and so much choice of pickles, we all tried a bit of everything available. The main course choice is not limited and the menu has some intruiging unusual dishes so as a three we ordered 1 chicken,lamb,prawn course we'd not had before so we could try each others. We did the same with sides for variety and none of us were disappointed. The lamb was tender non fatty and ex tremely tasty . The portion was generous and cooked in a thick spicy tomatoes bed sauce . The chicken was cooked with masala and cheese and again was very tasty not too spicy and very generous serving. The prawns were perfect. Large portions of the side dishes so generous to share. Really hD a great meL and by the time we left the restaurant had filled up so obviously a popular place to eat

Avoid this restaurant at all Cost they took my money delivery never arrived so I rang them and they said mine was the last order and they have closed the restaurant now and the delivery driver is not answering his phone. There is nothing they can do about it, avoid these Cowboys at all costs, if they are cutting corners with delivery drivers, they are probably cutting corners with the hygiene standards in the kitchen also

Firstly the booking process via Google was really easy and straight forward. We arrived slightly early but was seated at a table straight away. Aftab looked after me & my partner very well. We had a good laugh and jokes. Food was absolutely beautiful, so tasty and tender. we chose the early bird menu and there was more than enough food. Have never ordered for takeaway from here normally dine in the restaurant and I can say that the food was piping hot after travelling home with it and the portion sizes are huge, never been disappointed with the food from here

Very impressive venue. Staff were all polite and courteous, and not too overbearing with checking if everything was OK. Plates cleared AFTER the last person finishes(normally me). Do recommend.

Garlic chilli chicken balti was brilliant best in town by a mile

We haven't eaten the food yet but the service was terrible. We ordered by phone and were told to collect in half an hour. We arrived on time and waited 40 minutes for our food. We were asked to pay within the first ten minutes. After this, no offers of drinks, pappadums, no apologies. A few times we stopped staff to ask what was happening and were told it would be with us soon. When it finally arrived and we expressed our disappointment they claimed one of our dishes took a long time to cook, which begs the question of why they didn't factor this in when they told us when to collect. There was no apology, no real explanation. We'd ordered a dish from a Chinese restaurant as well and had to call to postpone collection, eventually arriving an hour late. What annoyed us most was the total lack of remorse and the lying about why the order was late.

I’m also disappointed to be writing this. We’ve always really enjoyed jumaira, both as a takeaway and dining in. However tonight we ordered for delivery with an eta of 45 mins. 2 hours later, no food. It took 81 calls to get through to be told by the misogynistic, rude, manager to be told our order “wasn’t in the kitchen so must be out for delivery”. No apology, no recourse, driver (when finally arrived over 2 hours after ordering) was rude and didn’t want to know, no refund of the £5 delivery. Absolutely the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. I’m absolutely appalled by the service and unfortunately will not be returning.

Visited with six friends. Excellent service. Very good food and reasonable prices. The toilet facilities in this type off restaurant sometimes let them down, this is not the case here. All public areas are clean and the decor is to a high standard (sounds like I’m selling it and I suppose I am really)

The restaurant itself is beautiful and has such a lovely atmosphere, the food was so flavourful and the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend. Aftab served us and was fantastic, Thankyou Aftab

Nice curry, good options really enjoyed

After seeing the amazing reviews, we decided to make the trip and try this place. We arrived and were quicky seated, our waiter came across as a bit rude at first but we soon knew he was just very dry and he was actually really funny, The tandoori chicken starter was good, the chicken pakoras were fresh but had definitely been fried in the same oil as the fish and left a fishy taste on the food. The rice, naan and chips were run of the mill but fresh. For mains we had a chicken madras and a garlic chilli chicken. Both of these were really bad. The spices in both dishes were raw and as a result left both dishes bland a bitter to the point it was unpleasant to eat. Yes we should have mentioned it to the waiter but we don't like to cause a fuss. Maybe it was just a one off as the reviews are so good but we won't be returning which is a shame. I would have loved to have given this place 5 stars as we had high hopes.

When something takes an hour and half to be delivered I expect it to be hot. Chips were dripping in sweat/water, curry luke warm and rice was like it had been warmed up. Not the best from here and when you’re paying £20odd for 1 curry I expect better

Lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere, food was hot, fresh and tasted great.

First time of trying this place, based on reviews and hygiene ratings, we decided to give them a try. Unfortunately we won't be using them again. The food on arrival wasn't hot, the chicken they had used in two of the three main meals was a mixture of breast and thigh! It should only be chicken breast, chicken thigh is fatty and this proved to be in the case with these two maim meals of my wife's and my mum's. There was no flavour in these two meals either, all you could taste was hot spice. The meal I ordered was too runny in texture and the nan bread was burnt in quite a few places so had to be thrown away.

Nice but expensive. Really enjoyed the starter chicken wings. This is a treat for me.

went for a family party so quite a few of us booked in.was shown to our table straight away,ordered drinks food straight away.waited quite awhile for our mains but we didn’t mind,food was lovely,although all the children’s meals weren’t what was ordered. on finishing our meals the plates were quickly taken away,and we was told abruptly we had to leave as they needed the tables,still drinks on table.on talking to someone they’d waited an hour for our table,because they’d double booked.the staff were very rude to the point we won’t be returning.maybe for future reference tell people that you can only have the table for certain amount of time,instead of rushing people and making them feel uncomfortable!!

Great food. Found a table for 2 at short notice. Very friendly staff, they make you feel welcome. The service is very fast, they take your pickle tray and bring your starter within minutes, same for your main, theres no time to relax, talk and drink.

This is the first time me and the family has been.And our experience was just fabulous food was great cleanliness was brilliant. Just some constructive feedback really, I order a korma for my kids and it’s always spicy. I order it specifically because a korma has no spice, so it’s just money and food wasted. Which has annoyed me. The lamb in the korma too was very gristly and fatty. The garlic nann was hard and dry and thin - which given we placed our order before you even opened, im confused. So don’t know if these were left over from yesterday. Needs some review on spices esp.
