Whether we eat in or takeaway, the service is absolutely spectacular. So polite and very professional and the food is outstanding! It has become our regular spot for a Sunday night! Highly recommended the dish “Lamb on the bone” very succulent and full of flavour. The lamb literally falls of the bone , perfection 👌🏻 don’t miss out on this restaurant, I promise you won’t be disappointed ☺️

Very rude member of staff, Turning his nose up/dirty looks while we was ordering and asking for specific things, i asked how big rice dishes was which he replied small so ordered 2 then got 2 of the biggest bowls of rice you have ever seen so paid for 1 for laugh which is what i didnt want to do thats why i questioned before ordering. I asked for a egg and veg curry and recieved a chicken curry with 2 eggs in it and also an added bonus of a dark black hair from whoever cooked the curry!!! If you want great service and a fantastic curry, then PLEASE DONT go here.

The variety of the pickle tray was good and the portion size was good but both main courses tasted bland which was disappointing.

If you want fast food, in and out, this is for you, we got asked 7 times by 4 waiters in 10 minutes if we were ready to order when we were still eating our pickle tray, kept sending them away, far too eager but the food was nice and relaxed atmosphere but only broken by the constant waiters attendance.

I have had many meals from here and there usually really good that’s why I reorder but tonight’s wasn’t the usual standard everything was really oily and the prices of chicken in the curry were really small I’m hoping it’s just a one off and will be back to normal next time .

Well, we have been coming here for years but won't be stepping foot in the place after tonight's disaster.. The food was disgusting. We ordered well done garlic naan and got a peshwari naan.. The Manager was abusive and aggressive when we complained.. The starters was just awful.. The salad was just simply raw red onion and my wife's chicken roll was tasteless and bland, for £6 it was terrible .. She couldn't even taste any chicken.. My chicken Pakora was cold and tasteless and again just loaded with raw red onion.. My wife's chicken dopiazia had inedible raw onion skin that she couldn't even chew.. I always order garlic chilli chicken Balti, for years I have never had a complaint but tonight's was just terrible, the chicken was just like a mush..hardly any sauce and was very vinegary in taste.. Didn't even taste like a curry..Just hot in taste. I would guess they used pickled garlic rather than fresh.. The manager was so rude and aggressive.. He asked us to leave ..Fortunately he didn't ask us to pay.. Will never go here again.. Shocking customer service , he obviously didn't want the other customers to here our complaint What a horrible man..

Excellent service, food and company. Room was a little noisy as there was a large party of gents on one table. Highly recommend the taste quality and value for money . Fantastic cuisine.

Orded from this place on the app at 13.00. Looking forward to my tea to be delivered at 18.00 just to get a message at 17.20 saying they had rejected my order. To top this off I won't get my £22 pounds back for five days. If you are a family struggling and promised your children a take out how do you pay again. Shocking and I personally will never go for a meal or ask for a takeaway again

the onion bhaji's were small and tasteless, vegetable samosas were also small and tasteless and clearly shop bought.the prawn puree was awful no puree or coconut very dry and tasteless the bread it was wrapped in was greasy.ordered chicken tikka .it was glowing pink tasted awful no spices was like eating a bag of sugar it was that sweet never been a tikka dish.the only things that were OK was the keema nan and pilue rice .was recommended this place but will never order again.most went in the bin

What's happened to the quality of take away food? Ordered as a treat.... Pakoras not crispy but soggy and had definitely just been reheated in the microwave. Chicken tikka jalfrazi speciality dish was actually horrible... wasn't spicy, full of oil, egg all mushed up throughout the curry? Couldn't taste anything over the oil and was quickly deemed inedible. Rice was also not as good and the flavour didn't compliment the curry's ordered. For the price you expect the food to be nice. Taxi driver was sent out with no change and I had to knock on next doors for some.

Staff are brilliant and very obliging .Will have a laugh with you we've had 2 special family meals there they can't dovenough for you

The food was very tasty. but for my taste a bit too hot even if it was just marked with one chilli 🌶 it was incredible 🔥 🥵. The waiters were a bit unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed but for their excuse I have to say it was very busy

Appalling for start to finish order starters got 4 sat 10 mins had to ask where other 2 was pakoras was as thin as my fingers not hot. mains no sauce in currys tasteless when table was cleared was dealt hand wipes like cards on table very poor to say it cost £207 and to top it off leaving cooks sat round back doors proper honking and spitting never again

Always the best service, whenever we come here we are a party of around 7 to 10 people, the food never disappoints it’s always as ordered, and the service is second to non, Aftab is the man that always takes our order he ensures everyone gets what they ask for exactly how they ask for it, his customer service and attentiveness is on point.

Good restaurant, friendly staff....the old fella waiter is a really nice guy (I've been a few times). Food is spot on....group of 7 of us last time and everyone enjoyed it. The only issue, and I've mentioned it before, is you don't get much gravy with you curry (I have a madras).....so buying a naan bread is a bit redundant for me.....but its still very good.

The food here is incredible—easily the best Peshwari naan I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried plenty! They really cater to your preferences; I ordered a mild dish, but they can make any dish as mild or as spicy as you like, which shows just how fresh everything is. And the dips that come with the poppadoms? So many to choose from, and all are delicious! Aftab is lovely too—he really takes the time to get to know the customers and loves to have a joke. 5 stars! P.S. I forgot to take pictures because I was so ravenous! 🤣

I have visited Jumaira Spice for years with my family and it is always a lovely experience from the food to the staff😊 Despite my love for spicy food, the mild chicken tikka masala is my go to every time! I have never tasted a curry quite like it!

We traveled from plymouth to take our good friends for a meal, this place popped up on Google with good reviews and made a short notice booking and so glad we did! The service was perfect, the restaurant was immaculate and the food was so good we would travel 5 hours to taste it again! Fair price but massive portions, fresh and hot. Well done to the owner and staff 10/10

Vial food ordered x 2 kormas ended up being spicey? Rang back as forgot bottle of coke then claimed that I didn’t order it don’t recommend. Pickle tray onion salad messed about with put in a spicy sauce that ruins that too. Chips are bland frozen fries. Worst £45 spent on Indian food for a long time.

Me and my mum went last night, for mums belated birthday meal, went for 4 course early bird, I booked it..but were 30mins early, they were no problem, very friendly and very chatty, was a pleasure to be there, took left over curry home in a takeaway dish, very helpful...definitely be back 😊...thanks guys.

We visited at 5.15pm on a Tuesday and although the restaurant had only just opened everything was ready, the staff all attentive waiting ,the building bright and shiny clean, ladies toilets immaculate clean, brilliant mirrors if you need lippy refresh between courses. Stunning modern layout throughout. We decided to have the £19.95 menu which included poppadoms and Pickle trays . These came quickly ,fresh poppadoms and so much choice of pickles, we all tried a bit of everything available. The main course choice is not limited and the menu has some intruiging unusual dishes so as a three we ordered 1 chicken,lamb,prawn course we'd not had before so we could try each others. We did the same with sides for variety and none of us were disappointed. The lamb was tender non fatty and ex tremely tasty . The portion was generous and cooked in a thick spicy tomatoes bed sauce . The chicken was cooked with masala and cheese and again was very tasty not too spicy and very generous serving. The prawns were perfect. Large portions of the side dishes so generous to share. Really hD a great meL and by the time we left the restaurant had filled up so obviously a popular place to eat

Avoid this restaurant at all Cost they took my money delivery never arrived so I rang them and they said mine was the last order and they have closed the restaurant now and the delivery driver is not answering his phone. There is nothing they can do about it, avoid these Cowboys at all costs, if they are cutting corners with delivery drivers, they are probably cutting corners with the hygiene standards in the kitchen also
