Lovely staff, amazing food. Has the duck tikka starter which was extremely tender, and the tandoori mixed grill which is by far the best i’ve ever had. The chilli rice was a big hit with the rest of the family ⭐️ Not to mention the staff recommending some of the best drinks, including B52 and White Russian!

Very welcoming and attentive staff, we weren't rushed, very good atmosphere. Tried their new starter dish Ajwani Salmon which was great, after a few really nice poppadoms and chutneys. Main dish was Chicken Tikka Rezzala again would recommend. All our party of 6 had a great time.. Will definitely return.

Amazing food and fantastic service. It’s also really clean and everyone who works there is so friendly and knowledgable about the dishes. It was my friend’s birthday and the waiter brought out a firework in her dessert which was fun! Eaten there a few times now and have never been disappointed, will definitely go again and would definitely recommend this restaurant to other people.

We had a chicken tikka masala and butter chicken this evening and it’s unfortunately the worst Indian we have had unable to eat it . Costing £48 for two curries we expected good things but it was like eating treacle extremely sweet and the chicken was incredibly dry . Do not reccomend .

We have just moved to the area and we thought we would try a takeaway from here. It was the one of the nicest curry's we have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly, the taste was amazing and nice portions. We collected the takeaway from the restaurant and when we saw how lovely the restaurant is and the friendly staff, we decided we would most definitely eat in one day. Thank you to everyone.

Was expecting better but unfortunately this was a very poor meal. The meats were rubbery and were as if repeatedly reheated. The same but worse for the Onion Bahji which was not eaten. Generally the meals were bland and an insult to good indian food....

This is the 4th time we have ordered from Jumeira and Unfortunately I have to say its pretty poor quality. Over priced, over cooked and under seasoned.The 1/2 Tandoori chicken is a rip off, no breast in sight you just get given the wings and legs. The onion bahjis are very dry!We have tried to give this curry house a chance as its the closest to us but delivery is over an hour each time and the driver gets lost alot.

Absolutely perfect in every way, your chef is simply the best and what a fantastic Christmas Dinner, I was so happy to be able to have Jumiera today (25/12) instead of a traditional roast. I truly hope you are open next year as I think this was the best Christmas lunch I've ever had. The currys were perfect as were the breads and sides, spiced to perfection, Chicken soft and buttery I just can't get enough. Thankyou all so much for great food and great service every time I come in. I've added some photos because it looked as good as it tasted. We used jumeira for the first time last night for a takeaway and the quality, quantity and friendliness of the staff were fantastic. It is now my go-to Indian restaurant and when life gets back to normal I will be a regular eat in customer.

Ordered a takeaway tonight..... soooooo looking forward to a curry. VERY Expensive, didn't get the 20% discount as advertised?!!!!! Had to wait 20 minutes longer than told?!!!! Lamb chewy, no sauce/salad with poppadums, special rice not special at all just a few peas?!!!!!! Mushroom Bhaji not enough for 1 let alone sharing?!!!! Will definitely not bother again. POOR, POOR, POOR

Had another takeaway 12th November as I hadn't been to Jumiera in a while and was missing my favorite curry and wanted to support them through another lockdown. It was sad to see the restaurant so quiet but good to catch up with Tariq. The curries we ordered, breads and sides were excellent as always, if I had one slight criticism the dhansak lacked lentils which made me wonder if the main chef had a night off? That said the flavour and spicing were perfect and the breads excellent. Cant wait to dine in again after this current lock down. Best wishes to all the Jumiera staff and stay safe I know running a cuisine business in these times is difficult.

Having eaten at this restaurant on a number of occasions we had a take away as we are in lockdown. Sadly the meal was almost inedible. Very disappointed as I was so looking forward to a good curry

A nice clean restaurant with attentive staff and good food. A bit of a problem f you are not technically indeed as due to COVID you have to scan to see a menu.

We ordered a takeout and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes for us to collect .... it was nearly 45 minutes before it appeared. The chicken korma was flooded with sauce and had very little chicken, not at all appetising. The cheesy Nan had virtually no cheese on it whatsoever & could have easily been mistaken to be a plain Nan - very disappointing and not eaten. The 2 Lamb dishes were tough and tasteless, again inedible. This was a huge waste of our well earned money and time - apart from the fact we were really looking forward to a lovely meal at home! This is the second bad experience in a row here and is totally unacceptable.

Well went in all staff very politeThen orded drinks and then our meal when our meal was finish we told staff very nice then we orded another drink and that's when it went down hill they served our drinks ans then another staff member brought our our bill and is to to my friends why have they brought our bill over we had not finished so we called a member of staff and he said or call you finish your drinks as we have Othier reservations and we said we are not finished and he replied we give you set time because of the situation ie covid we were not happy it also happened with another group they could not order desserts it was not right as the whole meal was rudd and it was not acceptable will not be returning

I am extremely displeased and discontented with the customer service which was dished out by the staff at the Jumeria Restaurant . We were there to celebrate my sister’s birthday. And that was marred by the the negative and poor disposition of staff. I booked a table ahead of time and for three of us. We arrived and only to be told that I had reserved a table for two. That was absolutely misleading but after much deliberation we were seated. We were soon rushed into ordering our food and after eating our meal we decided to order a drink . The bill was put on the table immediately after we were served with the drinks. That was done with much insolence and brashness. Considering the fact that we hadn’t even asked for our bill. We also told in very clear terms, “ to please hurry up there are others waiting to come in.” That was so uncivil and so uncultured.If we were told in advance that we just have a two hours slot then that would not have been a problem. We would have been prepared and dined accordingly. However, to be rushed and to be made to feel disrespected is totally unacceptable. You have spoilt our evening. I respectfully ask that in the future you give consideration to the effects of your actions and how it affects customers. I have never left a negative review in my life. But the service which I received last night has been extremely diabolical. I am immensely disappointed and very infuriated. I have no intention of ever returning to Jumeria Indian Restaurant. Never again. May I also remind you that I was so mortified that I couldn’t even finish my drink.

Have eaten here on several occasions and although the prices are slightly up on your average curry house I've always thought it was worth it. However recently I've noticed portions are smaller, the service is lacking compared to what it used to be like and the prices are now in line with a fine dining establishment which it certainly isn't. The food itself wasn't bad don't get me wrong but it now seems to me its starting to go the same way as many other good Indian restaurants (the raja of Kent in St Michaels springs to mind) where they make a good reputation for themselves, then after a while they try to take on too many orders whether it be takeaways or eat in for the purposes of making as much money as possible but quality and service go down while prices go up considerably. It'd be a shame if they don't sort this out as I used to enjoy it here.

The starters were poor, not up to the usual standard and all came smothered in fried onion mix which is not normal. The main course food was really bland with 2 out of the 4 mains tasteless. The sides had no spice, even the bread was dull! We asked if the chef had changed but it’s the same one.They added 10% service charge to the bill which used to be optional. I understand why as business are struggling but it wasn’t worth £40 each for two courses each and six drinks between us.The staff were wearing masks but not asking customers to wear masks - o people coming in for takeaways or to eat in just walked around without them. I won’t be going back if they won’t enforce mask wearing.

First time we’ve had a curry from Jumeira.We ordered a takeaway for 6- our usual takeaway was closed and we decided to try them. It was absolutely superb! They were so kind to deliver too, even though we were outside their normal boundary. Excited to have found our new favourite Indian restaurant!!

Every item was excellent and tasted great with superb spicing, ordered Patia, Jalfrezi, Rogan and Suka, various types of bread garlic, poratha and keema plus a sag aloo and bhajis and can honestly say it was all cooled perfectly, I agree with the other review regarding social distancing and speed of ordering does seem rushed but this isn't usual under normal circumstances so can only assume its due to the eat out to help out scheme. I'm not anal about the social distancing thing so this didn't worry me aslobg as people weren't coughing and sneezing all over me me etc, I love this restaurant and the food and can honestly say that it isn't usually as rushed but it is a small restaurant so distancing is difficult at best and a one way system impossible. Dont ever lose your chef team the kitchen staff are awesome

We really enjoyed our trip to Jumeira. The service was great, good choice on the menu and the food was very tasty and succulent meat. I particularly loved the nan bread which was fluffy and buttery. They've also got good social distancing measures in place.

Always have a great curry here, staff good only complaint is that you sometimes have to wait a bit long sometimes but I guess that’s so you drink more

Had a great takeaway meal tonight which I collected. The food was absolutely fantastic best I have had in a long time.The kids polished off the Korma and the Tarka Dahl was as good as ever. This is the second visit to this restaurant this week the first I collected and Las nights I had delivered, i cant recommend the restaurant highly enough, the food is lovely and second to none in the area and now that they deliver it's even better. I'm a key worker so welcome the fact I can still get my Indian food and the fact that they are providing free food to the NHS is commendable, (I'm not an NHS worker by the way) so im not biased. The owner, manager and chef are really friendly as are the staff and I hope you come out of this lockdown stronger and better than ever. I fancied prawn puri for my working lunch so stopped off at Jumeira Staplehurst. Not eater here before as found staff unwelcoming 10 years ago. Today found staff welcoming and war, so I happily stopped for lunch and got on with my writing.khalid was significantly in charge and managing place well. I’d definitely reccomend

We had visited Jumeira on Friday Night and I can say it had been the best night out at an Indian I had ever been too. The food, the service everything was second to none and I can say nothing but good and amazing things about our evening. We had booked a table online and the Manager Faheem got back to us in no time giving us a better time to come in during the evening as it was very busy. As we entered we had realised why this was a hidden gem because it was not just busy with dining in customers but bustling with customers waiting for takeaways. The food was amazing and the service was absolutely fantastic. Faheem had made sure our night dining in was special with always a smile on his face and always had time for us even though it was a full house. We will definitely be returning to Jumeira!!

We are regular visitors to Jumeirah and think that this is the best Indian food in the area. Tonight's meal was exceptional, recommended by the fabulous head waiter Zac, it was something we had never tried before and was tailor made to our tastes this evening. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Great food, lovely service and attention to detail is exceptional. Will keep visiting as long as we can get a table

Just returned from a very expensive visit to the Jumeira. Very disappointing that they wouldn't validate the 'discount card' that we have because its Christmas time.

The service provided by Our waiter Zak was second to none! He was brilliant!He chose our dishes based on our taste and also had a bespoke dish created for us!And the food was delicious !I can highly recommend eating here, and certainly being looked after by Zak!Thank you

Jumeira never fails to deliver if you are looking for amazing food and great service.I have recently decided to go vegan and the staff couldn’t do more to accommodate us. The waiters gave recommendations without us even having to choose from the menu. The food is spot on and the service, second to none. It’s no wonder this place is an award winning restaurant. The service we received from the three members of staff was disgusting when we arrived we were shown to our table having not eaten there before I asked a few questions Which were not answered all they were interested in was taking a drinks order and did we want poppadoms. We asked to have time to look at the menu and to ask about the buffet. Obviously as I did not dance to their tune they decided that they didn’t want to serve us, By ignoring us so after waiting 10 minutes we left very rude.

Went for the first time and we'll definately be back. The food was great, lots of unusual choices. The service was excellent, Zac was super at recommending things and in general absolutely lovely to us. Happy to have a new local we can visit often.

We visited Jumeira Restaurant for the first time last night. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was delicious. However the tables are absolutely packed in the restaurant, much too close to each other for comfort. I could plainly hear every word the three men were talking about on the table abutting ours, but I struggled to hear what my husband was saying and he was sitting opposite me. The poor lighting above our table meant I couldn’t read the menu, which was rather frustrating. Overall we will definitely buy takeaway food but we would not dine in the actual restaurant again, which is rather disappointing as we prefer to dine out.

Would suggest always booking to avoid disappointment. First visit on a Tuesday and it was busy. Made very welcome. Staff attentive. Beautifully clean and food superb. Portions good. Excellent value for money. Very comfortable atmosphere. Happily recommend and will be going again.

This restaurant never ceases to shine in its Indian food. The curry’s are superb and the family LOVES it. We have never had a bad meal, and the Mango Lasse drink is not on the menu, but if you ask for one, you will love it. Takeaway gets you a free chocolate and eat in does too. Always a family favourite!

Visited Jumeira last night (Friday 16th), they were totally packed out with takeaways and customers dining in. Food has always been 10/10 and I am very proud to say however busy it is, food will always be upto standard. Faheem especially, made our night special by constantly making sure everything was okay and always had a smile on his face even though he was very busy with customers on every table. We’d become rather bored and disillusioned with our local curry house and wanted to try to find some new and exciting flavours. Add into the mix that my partner is vegetarian and I am a vegan! The staff could not have been more helpful offering advice and checking with the kitchen to ensure his suggestions were appropriate for us. The food was delicious and so different from the mainstream curries we’d become used to. Will definitely be returning.

Booked a week in advance for a family birthday celebration. Excellent and efficient service from the moment we arrived. Good menu selection. The staff were efficient and regularly checked if their was anything we wanted. Drinks and food arrived quickly. All excellent. We ordered some starters to come with the main courses.We wern't hurried or served slowly. It all went perfectly.

We arrived on time to find they hadn't written down our booking. Having got us seated the staff were friendly, efficient and the food was quicker than usual. It is obvious tyextaje away service is also popular as the queue was long and there was a constant stream of take out bags from the kitchen. We had ordered more drinks after the main course when we were asked to move tables. This made no sense as there were other tables free. We moved were not offered desserts, sat in a cramped area and it became clear they didn't want us to stay. The food us superb but they either need to find bigger premises or decide on how many they can cope with inc take aways of an evening or they will lose customers. We left feeling we had been rushed only to bump straight into another party who had been treated the same.

Treat night takeaway - generous and tasty portions, could be fuller in flavour and seasoned better this time however friendly service, always packed if you eat in. Takeaways get a 15% discount which they apply without asking so a pleasant surprise every time.

I am a regular at this place. I have eaten many meals In and Take Out. Quality is the main thing. A Chicken Tikka Madras (My favorite dish) is always the same heat and the chicken is juicy and perfectly cooked. Normally the chicken is dry and disattisfying.

This is a fine restaurant. The service is excellent with full tablecloths and napkins ( so rarely seen these days, especially in so called gastropubs). The food is tasty and thoughtfully conceived - better than you can cook at home, which again is not often the case. The cost is reasonable and takeaways are available.

Not very impressed. We were greeting fine when entering and shown to a table. Our orders were taken and drinks brought to our table. After our starters were finished and our main course arrived we were not provided with any clean knifes or forks so had to stop a passing waiter and ask for them. We also were not asked at any time if we required any further drinks. We felt as though we were being ignored as there was a few large tables of dinners and they were getting all of the attention. Food okay.

Visited Jumeira and I have to say it was totally worth it. Was searching around for a good Indian for a while now but we are so happy and pleased to have finally found one literally on our doorstep. Food was top notch and the service was outstanding. Faheem made us feel at home with his kind and bubbly personality. He was very good entertainment for the night always smiling and laughing. Definitely coming into Jumeira to dine in again. Highly recommend everyone to dine in at Jumeira for an Indian.

We visited for a quick lunch and enjoyed the food and the presentation. I ordered king prawn madras, which had butterflied king prawns presented along a long plate. The mushroom fried rice tasted very fresh and had plenty of mushrooms in it and the onion bhajee was very good.

A hugely popular restaurant serving good food and a big menu choice. A guaranteed friendly and efficient service from the staff. There are occasional delays for take out - but that only reflects their popularity rather than slow service. Everyone always offered a drink if there is a delay. When collecting food the staff always check the take out is correct and the customer satisfied. Never been disappointed with the food or the staff. Have been a regular customer since 2013 and will always look forward to my next meal at Jumeirah.

Ordered a takeaway from this restaurant at 6:50 on a Saturday night to be told it would be an hours wait- seemed a little unusual but it was their peak time so we decided to wait anyway. Turned up at the restaurant an hour later, could barely get in the door due to the queue of people complaining and waiting to be seen by a waiter. The waiters could see there was an issue and were expecting a long wait as all the men waiting for their orders got offered a beer, as a woman I was offered nothing (completely unacceptable). After paying for the meal and after an additional 45 minutes of waiting inside the restaurant in a busy queue (now about 8:30pm having been told the food would be out shortly and was being packed up) I along with many other customers complained. At this point customers from both tables in the restaurant and takeaway orders started to leave as they simply weren’t receiving their food. The waiters eventually reluctantly gave me a full refund for my takeaway and told me it would be another 10 minutes wait and no more- by now most of the customers in the queue had also been given a refund. 10 minutes later I asked where my food was and was told as they refunded me they had cancelled my order- therefore lying to me it would only be another 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it honestly, the waiter went and put my order back in and said I was now 5th in the queue to be cooked so it would be a while. After 2 whole hours of waiting for a very simple takeaway I walked away from the restaurant very annoyed and completely astounded but worst of all through the whole ordeal the resturant continued to take takeaway orders and tell them it would be ready in 10 minutes- a complete lie and something dozens of very annoyed families will vouch was not the case. Last night was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, the food may be good here if you ever receive it but nothing is worth waiting more than 2 hours for and being constantly lied to by the staff. Worst of all they never apologised to us only that they understood why we were angry and annoyed- that doesn’t help when we’ve wasted 2 hours and got no food in return! They never offered anything to compensate either was just happy for us to walk away so they could continue to promise 10 minutes for more takeaway orders. Absolutely appalled how a modern resturant can treat customers so poorly and expect them to come back- an absolute farce. I would honestly say avoid a Saturday night here at all costs unless you want to waste your time waiting for food that won’t arrive.

One of the best restaurants. The food is fantastic but the customer service is truly amazing. Very highly recommended.

My husband and I have recently moved to area, had heard great things about this restaurant. And although not having visited prior! Decided on my husbands 40th birthday bash there. Table for 30!

Have used this restaurant several times, the food has been ok but nothing special and the service likewise and more expensive than other, quite frankly, better restaurants. They also don't like you arriving half an hour before closing time, I was accosted by the waiter outside the men's loo and cloakroom on one occasion asking me if we wanted popadoms or starters because they wanted to close soon...

Absolutely delicious food, as always. Angels dancing on my tongue. Excellent, friendly service. Cant recommend this restaurant highly enough

Visited a few times and cannot fault! Came last weekend to celebrate my Grandmothers 90th birthday. Service was great and we all agreed it was definitely the best Indian we'd had for a very long time. We will be back again for sure!

Visited Jumeira For New Years Eve and Was Very Very Impressed. Staff Were Under a lot Of Pressure because of How Busy It Was. The Barman (Fahim) Was Very Attentive to Both Customers Dining in and Greeting Those with Takeaways and Even Gave Me a Cheeky Drink on the House as a New Years Gesture :) . I Would Highly Recommend Jumeira to Everyone Looking to Visit an Indian With Not Only Great Food but Amazing Customer Service. Will Defenietly be Visiting Jumeira Again and Recommendinng To My Friends & Family. Thank You to Fahim & the team!!
