Maybe you should tell your front door lady and security to stop being so racist and just ask people if they can afford to buy drunks inside. I was racially profiled last night. The bias and the look that lady was giving me was disappointing, insulting and hearbreaking. Waste! Been to this plce couple of times. Twice got rejected and many times got inside. Realise your entry depends on the race mood of the front door lady or how branded your clothes are.. Pathetic

Will be reporting these lot to trading standards. My sister in law bought us a Wowcher bottomless brunch for my birthday. I called on the 5th September to book for the 19th October. Constantly no answer and they don’t call back voicemails. I had sent 3 emails before I finally (one time only) got through on the phone to them). Quite rude and said the reason they didn’t reply is they won’t confirm booking till around end of the month so call back end of September extremely odd (not in small print and not like its Claridges, just gutted I got through I imagine). Nevertheless that’s what I did. Around 10 emails, my GF also emailing. Calling 14 times a day and evening incase not open, Sometimes rings out, sometimes voicemail, sometimes voicemail box full. Have instagram messaged them too. My GF also messaging. An absolute disgrace. And will be taking this further. Avoid at all costs as they will take your money and run.

Came here for valentine's dinner and was not impressed. We booked their valentines deal and was put in the corner at the front of the restaurant. This was where they put all the couples who booked the deal and it was ridiculous cramped. The seating made not sense, the stools we were made to sit on was uncomfortable and to high for the low table. Having to bend over to eat your food the whole was unacceptable. We asked to move seat but as said before if you booked the valentines deal that's where you were sitting. The food also wasnt great and the set menu was ridiculously limited. I would go back just to experience the rest of the restaurant I didnt get to see.

We had an amazing time using a voucher we had been given. The young man serving all of the tables was very generous with the Prosecco and the food was fantastic! Definitely would recommend!

I was here on Saturday night and myself and a friend were at the bar ordering cocktails. The barman blatantly gave my friend a free cocktail and I asked if he would give me one free he said no. Just horrible customer service. I won't ever go there again

Food was quite nice but the place ..... We had booked using a wowcher for 2 people for the bottomless brunch. Had absolutely no problem with the food or the drinks ( they filled us up with plenty of prosecco). The place we were expecting was supposed to be fairly posh - seemed like I was back in an under 18s club to be fair. Loud rap music, lots of "badman " kids coming in and out!! Not the ambiance I was expecting!. The wowcher was £24 and did not include service charge. They then charged us £9 service charge!!! 37% service charge erm excuse me?!?!? Might as well have got somewhere else. Also if you book the brunch you wont even be at proper tables just a little coffee table with the food on your lap. Not exactly Chelsea standards.

We booked a wowcher deal for 8 of us on Saturday originally at 5.30pm, the restaurant moved this to 6.30pm a couple of weeks before no issue. We had problems with the piccadilly line ( all under ground so no mobile signal) which turned a 40 minute journey into 1 hour 45 which meant we arrived at South Kensington tube at 6.40. We walked quickly the mile to the restaurant while calling , on the way. There were no replies and the voicemail was full. When we arrived at Jujus at 7.02 we were that our table had been given away as they only hold the booking for half a hour . After getting the manager out who told us 1. no one was in the office to answer the phone 2. she had already given our table away 10 minutes ago 3. we are being rude and she didn't want to talk to us anymore . After pointing our that that means they didn't hold our table for the half hour, she finally relented and let us in saying she would push a table together but they had a booking at 8.30 so we would have to go by then. When we got to the table, it was clearly the one they had ready for us anyway so it was set for 8 and there was only 5 of us who went in the end. Also the restaurant was half empty and at no point until we left around 9.30( so no 8.30 booking) were all the tables full. They said they had already redeemed all four wowchers so we were unable to cancel one - although they did give us food for 8. Food itself was very nice , chow mein or green curries and once we were sat down it was a good atmosphere however the fight to get in spoiled it somewhat. Toilets also , although what was obviously an expensive refurb, had probably not been cleaned all day with overflowing bins and lots of paper on the floor. I'm not sure if staff had an issue with guests using wowchers instead of paying full price( in which case don't use those sites ) or the fact that we are all girls that need to work for a living and lack high end designer clothes and bags. First bad wowcher/groupon I've had.

Do not waste your time and money visiting here! Was such a disappointment. Very rude manager. Need to up your customer service skills and answer the telephone when it rings. Also, the toilets were disgusting. Such a shame :-(

We came in early and was made to feel welcome and so comfortable! Food was amazing and drinks were regular! Of all the places we have been this is the definitely the best! The Thai green curry is 😍. If round this area definitely make the journey here! ❤️

I read the reviews, on the same day, I was due to visit. So, I was prepared for the worse, but the opposite was true! We had a really enjoyable experience at JUJU. The food was Excellent. The prosecco was flowing. The staff couldn't do enough for us. A really, really good time was had by all.

Well where do i start ? The service was exceptional and the atmosphere, ambiance and experience was fantastic, me and the ladies were extremely happy xxx

We came on a girls brunch for a birthday, we have been to many free flowing brunches in london and was really excited to come to Juju - where do I start, no atmosphere, as soon as we sat down we were hurried into making our food choices, the waitress's were nice, but didnt engage with us at all, however there was one waiter/manager who was rude, looked like he had slept in his jumper, refused to fill up our glasses when we had 7 mins left at the end, got very aggressive with us. The food was just ok, The toilets were filthy, really really filthy. So no Im afraid I cannot recommend juju

I looked up reviews before visiting and was slightly worried about how our brunch deal would turn out. We had booked via Wowcher, and did have to cancel and re-book once due to illness, which was sorted out easily. When we turned up we had a friendly lady show us to our table. Firstly, this is not a restaurant - it's a bar. This is reflected in the seating arrangements - leather sofa type seats and small stools and a low table. This was not a comfortable way to eat. We had our prosecco turn up quickly and were served our drinks. The prosecco was drinkable at best. It tasted pretty cheap. We had our starters, which were actually really nice. Then the mains came out and we were very disappointed. The green thai curry was so watery and had hardly any taste. We had obviously microwaved rice, and some noodles. We had to keep pouring our own drinks, and it took us 3 requests of water for it to come to the table.

Had an extremly bad experience here. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and could not care less about you. My friend booked a private lounge and paid a deposit and out of nowhere 2 weeks before her event it was cancelled with no explanation. We were a group of African women in our 30's and feel this had a huge role to play with it as when they heard we would have an urban dj, that is when things turned sour

Tenía muchas ganas de que pasara el fin de semana festivo con el Sr. A pesar de las críticas, todavía tenía muchas esperanzas. Qué desastre de principio a fin. Personal desorganizado. Todavía no estoy seguro de dónde está nuestra comida. 5 botellas de Prosecco. Entrantes de estilo islandés. Buena ubicación, pero hay mucho trabajo por hacer si quieren aprovechar el mercado de brunch.

It was a bad experience. After we checked Google for closing time it clearly states closing at 2.30AM.. we got at 11.50 got a table then been force by this guy to get a shaicha for £60 even though we told us we don't want it he said he will make us try and he charge us for trying 1 hour later the place was closing my partener wasn't to happy with me we spend money for drinks and shaicha and we didn't even spend 2 hours inside you guys was closing first visit for my partener and he is not willing to come back

After reading some reviews was unsure what to expect! However, there was no need to worry! Me and my friend went on a Saturday sitting, we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table where a bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised with the bubbles as they can be a hit and miss but they were very drinkable! I would say the service was ok but we ended up pouring our own Prosecco and got through 2 bottles! The food came and was nice and the whole experience was lovely especially using the wowcher deal!

Well I booked with Wochet for the first time ever to have a bottomless brunch at Juju.

Booked a deal through voucher, I had to cancel due to illnesss which I tried to do on the Monday nearing in mind the booking was on the Friday evening. No answer on phones numerous times and voicemails and no response via email until afterwards as the voucher was redeemed despite not being there . This place is uncotable and have since said to pick it with wowcher , we have been there numerous times and spent a lot of money without vouchers. I can’t believe how badly run it is . Be careful with the voucher deals guys

Having made a booking in January for this weekend 16th March for friends coming from overseas, I receive a call 3 days in advance of this booking to tell me it’s cancelled! They have double booked and have chosen to cancel my booking.

We had bottomless brunch offer. Lovely food, the starter of spring rolls and dumplings were lovely and the curry very tasty. Also fab service, excellent value for money

Never been here before, my boyfriend and i decided to stop at juju for drinks. The ambience was nice, but the most important was the great service we received from the brunette girl with long hair. She was always checking on us and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back. AND Cocktails were great!!!

Got a voucher for the bottomless brunch off Groupon. My boyfriend and I were the first people there, yet when it came to being seated, our names weren't on the list despite having a confirmation email directly from them. We had to wait for everyone else to be seated so they could figure something out - the brunch started at 1, however we were still waiting at 1:20 and only had 1 hour, 30 mins time slot. We were pushed to the side and made to feel as if we were much less of a priority than everyone else. Another couple were also in the same boat. Luckily there were two spare tables, which they set up for us both - however if these tables weren't available, I dread to think what would've happened. Once we were seated, the service was great, couldn't fault it. The barmen were lovely and very attentive, they deserve all the credit.

If you want a lot of fun i recommend this place Good Music, great drinks, nice people and excellent service!!!

We were given a wowcher for unlimited Prosecco and dinner. Really was not expecting much based on past reviews but pleasantly surprised. Staff warm and welcoming. Very attentive until 20 mins before the 90 min unlimited Prosecco ended! Limited food selection but what we had was reasonable.

A friend bought us the "Brunch + Bottomless Prosecco" package for Thursday at 6.30pm. After checking some of the reviews on Facebook, we were concerned that there would be hostile service and unfriendly door staff - so much so, that we had our Plan B up ready: skip Juju's altogether and go to Busaba up the road.

I attended this place for my birthday ( which was the biggest MISTAKE I made !! ). We made a reservation for 8 people to dine here. Due to ill health of a family member only 5 of us were able to attended. I explained this to our host Scarlet who informed me that because I purchased a deal with Wowcher ( Two 4 One £24) I needed to contact wowcher. We decided to enjoy the rest of our time whilst we was there. That was cut short when we had to repeatedly ask for drinks to be poured & remind the host that we was still waiting for our food. When the food did come it wasn’t the greatest it was luke warm the rice was mushy and the chow mien was really watery had no flavour to it.

I booked this on a Groupon 'Brunch and Bottomless Prosecco' deal for my best friend's birthday and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive from the moment we arrived showing us straight away to our table and checking throughout that everything was okay. A chilled bottle of bubbly was at presented in an ice bucket and when empty and we asked for another, this was brought with us being made to feel awkward because we were on a deal. As for the food, we were only expecting to have a platter between us, when infact we were given a tasty platter of Chinese starters and a main course each. Friendly and pleasant staff, elegant and romantic surroundings and a relaxed yet sophisticated astomsphere, made this venue a sure winner. We will definitely recommend Juju Chelsea to others and have no hesitation in visiting it again, deal or no deal. Thank you JuJu for making my friend's birthday!

Nice chic venue. Friendly staff. Food wasn’t bad considering it was a deal. Nice bottle of prosecco to go with the food. Barstools around the table were too high to be able to eat properly at the given low tables to eat. I asked to sit somewhere else and my request was kindly granted. We had an enjoyable evening.

Bought this deal from wowcher for unlimited prosecco & food . as soon as we entered Ju Ju our host Scarlett shows us where we can b seated and explained about the deal . I was celebrating my anniversary & what a lovely way to attend a lovely venue with lovely customer service and a warm welcome especially from Scarlett . Champagne was flowing flowing flowing and flowing & the atmosphere was awesome . would deffo recommend to visit as we had such a memorable evening . Has read mixed reviews but tbh if u treat the staff nice with respect u get the same treatment back as they done an excellent job in my eyes & was very friendly towards the whole experience

JuJus remains a place that you can both talk and have fun. Scarlett was incredibly helpful and made the evening more enjoyable. Both Jimmy and Ali (Doorstaff) were great chaps and certainly some of the nicest I have met.

On arrival we felt a little older than the average clientele and with a slightly difference dress ; despite that we were looked after , entertained , learnt a lot I didn’t know about Gin and learnt how to make a number of gin coctails ...I am only not giving 5 stars as ‘tapas doesn’t usually consist of a brown buffet’ ! But all in all a great way to end my years celebrations of being 50 ! Bought by my colleagues at work

I found this place and have booked for late December £36 for unlimited Champagne and food which I will review once been.

We booked three tables. After a while, the manager occupied one of the tables without saying anything and gave it to another group.

Spur of the minute thing, bought £25 bottomless pressecco deal. Wasn't expecting much, but was blown away by it all. Great venue, staff very welcoming and put us at ease straight away, we sat chatting with them for long spells because they were so much fun..oh I forgot the food and drink! Food was Thai and truly amazing and as for the pressecco, they wasn't shy. Only problem was when we had to leave.. but already planning to go back with friends ;) well done Juju for getting a cheap deal done well!

Nice venue, good & friendly service. We went for a nice 2 course thai meal with bottomless prosecco as per a good value Woucher deal. The 'bottomless' had a time limit of one & half hours but we managed two bottles before we were reminded that time was up by being asked for the extra £9 service charge. I went with a friend for a little birthday dinner and drinks and I had the best customer service ever.

Booked for 10 to go to bottomless brunch on a Saturday and paid well in advance. ONE week before JuJu sent an email saying they had had a bigger booking and cancelled our booking! We are now struggling to get booking in anywhere else and it’s ruined the rest of our day plans!

had a table book off 10 people for 2 peoples 25th. This was booked way in advance, paid and comfrimed. A week before we received an email that are booking was cancelled due to a 'corporate' xmas party. HOW they can justify throwing away everyones bookings for a last minute party just because you will be receving more money from them is the worst customer service anyone could give. If you treat all your customer like this i hope you have none at all!! :)

Absolutely disgusted with JuJu. Was meant to celebrate 2 of our friends birthdays which we received an email to say they basically had a larger party so we had to cancel ours?!? Also followed by a normal refund which I just think is unacceptable. Not only do we have to find another place, it's the inconvenience & the lack of customer service alongside it. We will be taking our money elsewhere!!

Well we came down to London for the weekend... three professional women aged between 30-45. We were refused entry as we didn’t have our I.D with us... ridiculous given our ages.

I come to juju after a reccomndation from bluebird cafe for some drinks with my work colleagues. The staff and ambience was on point and the drinks very good. Great selection and not badly priced for the area

We visited JuJu Friday 26th October for the bottomless prosecco deal with meal.

Had a lovely afternoon in Jujus, we had a great able just near the door. The music and vibe was upbeat and we really enjoyed our food. Special mention to Joseph, he is a great ambassador for the establishment. Our table wasn't needed immediately and so there was no rush to leave. On the whole the staff were really attentive and looked after us perfectly.

So easy to book - Megan was really adaptable. Great place, the food was nice, Scarlett was so attentive and our glasses were never empty for people long. Lovely evening out. Would definitely reccomend!

Estaba solo en Kings Road buscando un lugar para tomar una cerveza relajada. Pasé por delante de JuJu y decidí entrar. El personal que trabajaba en el club me bloqueó de inmediato en la entrada porque estaba soltero y que no tienen una política de personas solteras. Esta es la primera vez que me encuentro con una política tan ridícula (si es una de sus políticas). El club estaba vacío. Eran las 9 de la noche de un sábado.

Fui el viernes con mi novio solo para una noche y tuvimos el brunch sin prosseco y fue tan bueno! El lugar era impresionante. . .

Visited juju last weekend if I have to describe the cocktails I had with a word that would be amazing LITERALLY we will come back to see the girl bartender again she was so awesome this place need more girls like her! #girlspower

Went here for a friend’s party. Was served by the dark haired barmaid. I ordered an old fashioned. I always order an old fashioned. Have probably had hundreds in dozens of bars in every country I’ve ever been to.

We hired the private lounge for my husband’s surprise 30th birthday and it was simply amazing! The staff were very professional and welcoming and very good service! Would definitely recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed the gin master class. ‘Gin Master’ very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

We went to Juju on Friday, the place was very busy, but it was worth waiting! :D Best coctel drink I have ever had!! Coolest bartender ever. And she was soo fun and cute, she might be a fashion model. 😍🙈 🍸

After reading lots of reviews and getting a cheap deal I wasn’t expecting much from my visit, however my expectations were definitely exceeded.

I’ve been traveling with my girlfriend across Europe, and last week we came across this lounge bar situated in a really nice area. The atmosphere inside it was really nice, but what really make us writing this review was meeting the lovely girl behind the bar, I think her name was Sofia. She proably make us the best cocktails that we had for so long, and she make us feeling very welcome during all our permanence. I highly recommend this venue to everyone, and I would like to thank once again Sofia for how she looked after us.

We’re visiting from the states and had this place recommended by a friend. This place was really the silver lining to our trip. After having terrible service at a restaurant nearby, we decided to stop in for drinks here. The vibe was great, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the bartender. She was tall and beautiful and had a very charming Spanish accent. For how busy this place was, she was so attentive and was able to do so without losing her focus. Being a bartender myself, I know it’s really hard to be personable towards your guests and make drinks quickly when it’s slammed. She was so sweet and gave us some really great recommendations for our trip. It’s bartenders like these that really make these places memorable and we’ll definitely be stopping in again on our next trip to London.

Had a great evening in JuJu, my Brother and I walked in and was kindly greeted by Peter behind the bar who is the best cocktail maker I've ever met. After asking advice about what flavours I liked, he perfectly made many cocktails which were presented to an exceptional standard. The green tea white lady is the best cocktail I've ever had!! The bar had a great ambience and great music, ended up staying there for 8 hours!! Would highly recommend.

I frequent here often but recently, there has been a couple of new staff members. However, the one that stood out the most is the girl behind the bar who is quite tall and very charming. She made the best pornstar martini I’ve had in London! I highly recommend

So me and my friend were in the area. Asked some snazzy looking locals where we should go, the pointed us to Juju’s. Was a very busy night but the Italian manager was very accommodating and friendly and found us a nice table. Overall great experience.

Came in on a Wednesday place looked inviting from he street. Lovely South American lady looked after me. 10/10 would recommend. Exemplary service.

Went to JuJu with my girlfriends last Thursday, we were welcomed by a lovely manager who offered us nice sofa by the window (which was open and some of us could sit outside), we didn’t have to wait a long time for our cocktails ( nice selection of martinis and margaritas!).

My partner and I came here for some cocktails after dinner. We couldn't have picked a better place. Relaxing in a great environment and drinking some great cocktails made for a perfect evening. Keep up the great work!

My friend and I decided to try JuJu after it was recommended to us. We arrived and were immediately greeted and guided to a table at the front of the venue overlooking Kings Road. A gorgeous setting with plenty of seating, lively music and a nice buzz! A perfect way to start the weekend! The handsome French Manager Cedric (ooh la la) was very attentive and the Thai food was delicious. Sophia looked after us superbly and the prosecco went down a treat.

Mi pareja y yo visitamos - JuJu para brunch el sábado 30 de julio sin límite y no nos decepcionó. Cedric nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y nos dio el sofá en la parte de delante del bar, regularmente nos registramos en que era un toque agradable. La comida llegaba rápido y las bebidas estaban cubiertas hasta que fue genial! Sin duda, la relación calidad-precio de nuestra visita, y lo recomendaría como el servicio y el ambiente era muy bueno!

My friends and i visited the venue on Saturday 23th a good bottle service waitress was very attentive and always checking on what we need just some problems with payment methods since aparently they were not taking amex that day.. so far a good experience

Saturday's experience at JuJus bar has forced me to get a Trip Adviser account. Of all the bars and restaurants I have visited across London, never have I experienced such atrocious service like I did here. The saddest part was it was from the manager Cedric, a person who is responsible for someone leaving a place feeling happy and good about there experience.
