Jubilee Tandoori in Gateshead

I've only recently discovered this takeaway after it was highly recommended by a friend. The food was excellent, the service quick and I was notified when my food was ready to collect. The guy serving was very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere other than the Jubilee Tandoori now.

Great takeaway, piping hot and very tasty. Really enjoyed our meal. Bhuna and Rogan Josh were nicely spiced and the chick pea and spinach pilau rice was delicious.

Always use Jubilee tandoori for my Indian takeaways. The food is amazing and never sub standards and the Customer service is great! On this occasion I had the tandoori mixed grill with coriander pilaw and a pickle try with poppadoms. The food was very tasty and hot. Recently we have Had to wait a little longer for our food - (collection only) because of the pandemic They’re a lot busier but the guys on the phone set expectations for the time scale, I did have to wait a little longer than expected but the staff couldn’t apologise enough but my food was piping hot and fresh.

Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala with separate Sauce chicken should be dry not in sauce as requested FREEZING COLD Veg Rice, Undercooked Chicken Samosa, TASTELESS, SOGGY & COLD Vegetable Samosa, TASTELESS, SOGGY & COLD Garlic Naan. SOGGY Ordered in shop, waited for order, planned to eat in the car. If food isnt cooked hot before service more likely to cause food poisoning. ALL FOOD WENT IN THE BIN Time to send in the Environmental Health Again. GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ILL

Excellent. Gluten free biryani. Flavoursome CT madras. Honey CT kormas and an enormous house special kebab.. all on time. Excellent quality. Informative staff. Definitely worth a visit. And their new website looks great - didn’t use it this time as needed to confirm gluten free options.
