Great place ,friendly ,great staff,and great prices.

Cracking little Irish pub, nice mixture of people, chilled atmosphere and good Guinness. Very affordable too, ticks all the boxes for me.

Jonos of Ealing is advertised as a Gay Bar.... Jonos of Ilford is not however they let trans men drink in there preying on drunk straight men. Don't go if you are unaware it's a Gay Bar... Brave considering in a high Muslim area... There appears a rainbow section however the Irish section aren't aware... Unfair on the customers.. Why no rainbow flag 🌈🚩

Love this old school pub a few yards from Ilford train station. Really nice inside, excellent staff, a good pint of Guinness and a lovely atmosphere. Can't ask for much more from a pub

No food is served here,the staff are professional,and alert.They are receptive even to older people.I love visiting this pub.

Aesthetically your "cosy Irish local" and is quiet but friendly, even when the footy is on. My favourite pub in the area by a long shot. Come for the Guinness stay for the craic!

Don't be intimidated by the outside. It's better on the inside and quite good for a lil pint on a Wednesday eve. As a bonus the bar tenders have a some chat too.

I call this marvelous place often since I like the good mood that is outline this restaurant. The staff is awfuly cordial and professional. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is good. I ate there more than once and I was always joyful. The price is modest. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

Closed,but foreby that,been drinking in pub for best part of 20yrs and the staff have always been top notch,bit top heavy on the x factor though.Been few foxes over the years but yeah,its best pub in ilford,the fact its the only pub in ilford has nothing to do with review.

What a lovely surprise, very traditional regular Irish pub, not many left. Just popped in, didn't have any expectations, just sorry I had my car so couldn't have a real drink. Will definitely go back.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I must say the customer service is always great and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

My wife and I spent numerous superb evenings in Jono’s over a 9 month period. I was working in East London and first popped in to watch Champions League football. Forget the football!!!!! Helen, Frankie, James and the rest of the team have created an ambience and spirit that is peerless. My wife and I have never encountered an establishment like this in any city, or indeed country, we have visited, and this includes our home city, Glasgow. The friendliness and kindness from the “Guvnor” Helen is astonishing, anybody reading this review should pop in and meet this remarkable lady. We have now returned to Glasgow, but when we return to London Jono’s is the first stop. Thank you for being included as regulars.

I pop in virtually every evening. Helen, the manager, is a godsend and picks her staff very carefully. They are all efficient, friendly and stay there. Love the atmosphere - as a regular both staff and other regulars know me by name and I never feel uncomfortable if I am sitting at the bar on my own waiting for my partner to come in a bit later. They are not really a real ale pub but they got into the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2019 - so that must say something. I am a wine drinker but they have a good selection of lagers and apparently they serve a wonderful pint of Guiness. Love it there.

Wel gezellige pub. Heel klantvriendelijk. We hebben van alles mogen proeven voordat we iets bestelde. Alleen als je naar de rookruimte loopt kom je langs de heren toilet en die stinkt echt heel erg chemisch!
