Our favourite cafe in Biggleswade! The staff are always so cheery and talkative. Across our visits we've had the coffees, smoothies, waffles, bagels, they've been amazing every time. The decor is really cool too, highly recommended overall!

Wen’t here the other day with my friend and it’s a nice place to chill and the staff are friendly and chatty plus great service aswell and the hot chocolates are perfect! Definitely recommend!

Been coming to Jones for a while now. Staff team has always been friendly and welcoming but the new manager really needs some training in customer service. She never smiles, is rude and abrupt when taking orders. She must have been having a really bad day today as she was extremely unfriendly and rude when serving and I overheard her speaking abruptly with her colleague. A real shame as the cafe is lovely and the rest of the staff team are so welcoming and cheerful, but she’s put us off returning.

Had a wonderful coffee morning/lunch with some friends and the service was perfect, Becky was one who served us and a lad downstairs took our order. Thank you very much for a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

Coffee was alright, bagel was really good. Problem was the wait time. We were prepared for it after having been warned by multiple people. However when the person at the counter said it will be a a bit of a wait, about 15 minutes she said. We waited 40 minutes for my bagel and then 5 minutes later the coffee came out. This is absolutely mental to me. I've worked in and frequented 100s of cefes in my life and the only places I've seen waittimes like that is in a Starbucks over Christmas will a line wrapping around the building! This place was not rammed and as we waited we tried our best to reason why the service would be so slow. Other customers outside were all talking about it too. Just such a shame because I'm a sucker for a bagel in the morning but we have decided that even on a lazy day we can't justify waiting that long for coffee and bagels. One of the gym staff was outside at the end and seemed really friendly too, wishing us a good day as we left, seems the place is done right except service speed.

Great coffees and teas with a nice seating area outside in the sun. Nice Lotus biscoff biscuit touch. Friendly place although very slow at times, they get quickly overwhelmed if there's as many as 5 orders you could be waiting a long time, there's only 2 staff members behind the counter. We came in yesterday (Saturday morning) also for the same order without food and our tea and coffee took 20 minutes, I thought they'd forgot about us until I went to the counter and asked, I was told we're 2 orders away. She did apologise for the delay. We'll be back as the coffees are very good!

We waited 40 minutes for a tea, a coffee and a croissant. I think the worst part was, they didn’t even seem that bothered about it. After 30 minutes I asked how long it would be and got the distinct impression the order had been forgotten by one staff member, and was offered the explanation “we’ve been busy” by another. I appreciate that if things are busy orders may take longer, but 40 minutes for hot drinks and a pastry is really pushing it. A browse of other reviews seems this is not a one off, leading me to conclude they are not reading these reviews, oblivious to how long most establishments take to serve an order or simply do not care. Perhaps if another cafe opens on the high street with outside seating and beams inside that can turn around 2 hot drinks in under 30 minutes people will vote with their feet.

Lovely cafe which allows dogs inside, which is a huge bonus! Staff are warm and friendly and the decor is comfortable, cosy and relaxing. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of receiving your drink/food. Even on reasonably quiet days, but still takes a minimum of 20 mins for you to get your coffee/food in our experience.

Jones' Cafe in Biggleswade is the perfect spot for a cozy coffee break! Their welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere make it an inviting place to catch up with friends or enjoy some solo time. My two months there were made even better by their upstairs dining area, perfect for working, complete with comfy couches, seating areas - and who could forget about that electric fireplace?! This quaint cafe had me coming back again and again. Their menu has a range of energizing coffee and protein shakes, to vibrant smoothies and juices - there's a delicious selection of drinks available. To top it all off, the mouth-watering bagel sandwiches make for an irresistible snack! I highly suggest trying out their signature mocha or chai lattes – you won't be disappointed with these tasty treats! In addition, the premises include a fitness center. I did not get the opportunity to look into it, despite the fact that I have heard positive things about it. Overall, Jones' Cafe is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great place to grab a coffee and cake in Biggleswade. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to grab a coffee and cake and just chill in a relaxing environment. The staff are always happy and helpful. And if you want to be burn off the calories afterwards their gym is second to none.

Used Jones coffee shop many times Unfortunately today Sunday 20th November waiting time was appalling was told by the young girl it will be a 10 minute waiting time which was fine, paid up front for 2 lattes sitting outside we noticed people coming in for takeaway coffee and leaving b4 we got ours , mentioned this to the girl who eventually brought out the coffees 30 minutes later. Will try this place one more time if it happens again I'll go back to using the surfing cafe across the road

Firstly the coffee here is lovely. The staff are friendly, the only disappointment we have every time we visit is the extreme long wait for the coffee, even at non busy times. We have never got a coffee quickly here after ordering and paying. We usual wait 15-20 minutes for it to arrive. I'm not sure why it takes that long, but I wouldn't come here if we are in a rush.

Came in here today for a spot of brunch hoping for good things but left disappointed. Bacon rolls are prepackaged by outside company and then heated. Hot chocolate was your average machine jobby with some marshmallows and cream added. My first salmon and cream cheese bagel where salmon flakes are used and with that used sparingly. All coming to the grand total of £15. This place could be so much better with some tweaks. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back...

Popped in here while I was waiting for my car to have new tires. The staff were frindly and service was quick. I had a Latte which was lovely Jubbly and a Granola slice which was quite good as well. It had a nice feel and it was very welcoming, I was alone so it was nice to feel like that. Chairs can be a bit weird to sit on but only some of the funny designed ones. Overall a great coffee and Ill be going back next time I get my tires done.

An excellent high street coffee house; lovely interior decor; laid back and casual - perfect for an informal catch up with nice coffee and cakes. Good smoothies and other health foods also. Prices are fair too.

Popped in for a cheeky cocktail and ended up staying all evening. The wonderful staff (in particular Alex) comfortable chilled music/vibe of Jones' cafe/bar left us wanting more. Great cocktails, friendly/professional staff and relaxed surroundings. Would highly recommend.

A business meeting had been arranged in Biggleswade with someone I had never met and passed Jones' Cafe as I entered town. It was chosen simply because the arrival phone call from the car, established we both noticed it on arrival so a natural choice. The quiet interior was perfect and introductions quickly established. Nice decor, comfortable seating and good sized coffee cups made it a totally perfect choice for our needs.

Today the three of us chose Jones Cafe once again for our weekly coffee gathering. As usual the welcome was warm and we enjoyed a window location , especially as the sun was out. Our coffees were served quickly and it was a pleasure to actually see Aiden , who actually took time out of his busy schedule to have a quick catchup. We like this venue for the warm friendly ambience and the range of reasonably priced beverages. We will be back.

Stopped in here for some breakfast and coffee. Super chill vibe, great coffee menu, simple but yummy breakfast menu (more continental style than a full breakfast), and no one gave us any glares for having a babbling baby. No high chairs, but there is a baby changing station in the WC. There's a car park around the corner from the cafe, first hour is free!

Highly recommended. Relaxed atmosphere. Amazed it isn’t busier most days. Staff are friendly and the front of the place gets a lot of natural light.

Jones' Cafe is a great place! It's the kind of place you can go to with friends or alone and feel totally comfortable for a quick cuppa or lunch or now a drink in the evening. The range of hot drinks, milkshakes and protein shakes is great and the coffee is really good! they have plant milks too and are always willing to accommodate trickier orders! The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The menu is always growing and evolving and everyone puts so much of a personal touch on things which is very unique. They have now started opening up as a bar at the weekends with fab cocktails and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Popped in on a cold Saturday morning. The place was cool, nice sofas and tables. Coffee was decent and atmosphere was chilled.

I popped in mid morning on a cold Monday, the cafe was a warm welcome from the weather. Great choice of drinks. I ordered soup and granary bread. It arrived immediately. Whilst it tasted pleasant enough it was clearly out of a tin, which I was really disappointed about. I make and eat soup almost every day and was expecting a fab quality cafe like this to rustle up a big batch of home cooked soup every morning.

While out for a walk I popped in for a cuppa and a lovely bagel. I have a severe nut allergy and pointed this out and the staff were extra careful with hand washing & preparation to be as safe as possible (having seen them with a deadly tub of peanut butter!!). I feel quite relaxed and happy sitting here alone - thanks guys and girls.

Love this place!!!! Kat, Laura, Keown.. in fact all of the staff here are friendly, welcoming and always help me make the right decision whenever I’m indecisive and don’t know what to order! Always happy to cater to different requirements where possible!! Sometimes pop in for lunch and food is always great!! Tasty, hot and plenty of choice :) large choice of drinks always available.. hot, cold, shakes and alcohol (because who doesn’t love a cheeky glass of prosecco in the afternoon) :D

I've been going here regularly since the opening The staff are all welcoming and friendly and they are adding ranges on a weekly basis. The coffee is fantastic as are the bagels and the latest additions of sandwiches. Great Social Media marketing, a really different place to go in a market where so often venues are a bit samey.
