I had really high hopes for this place, really looking forward to it. I wish I hadn’t gone. Service is useless. Friendly but useless, I would hate to see the place full. Atmosphere felt as if they couldn’t wait to be rid of us. I had soup and ham and cheese toast chef special, this is the only reason for two stars. The cake was SO SO DRY. And the scones were awful. Not again for me thank you.

Visited with family for brunch and to escape the cold/wet weather. This was not our first visit and we enjoyed ourselves as we normally do. The food is good, delivered quickly and efficiently. I had bacon, eggs and toast and it was delicious. The breakfast/brunch menu is served until 12pm but they do sell cakes, scones and tea cakes before the lunch time menu begins. A lot of the tables in the front of the restaurant were booked (perhaps for afternoon tea/lunches) but there was room in the back room near the garden if you hadn't booked a table. The only thing I would say is that it isn't a great place to take toddlers/younger children. It's a little bit cramped with furniture and would be very difficult to navigate with a pram. There are high chairs but unsure if there is a kid's menu or not.

I went here for breakfast. The food was ok but we were distracted by the noise from the upstairs room. Clearly it must have been a group of children as they ran across the room non stop for the duration of our meal. The one thing I did like for the breakfast was that you could have fried bread. Delicious!Couple of issues tho, I would have expected two sausages and the OJ was that horrible pasteurised stuff. For £2 I would expect a more fresh alternative.

We came here for Sunday lunch. Warm welcome from experienced and helpful staff. The menu is fairly limited but in a sense this is preferable to a vast menu and freezer meals! We had roast beef, better if rarer, but tasty. Coq au vin was good. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of things going on. Children and dogs coming in from the park for ice creams, groups having afternoon tea and the lunch service at the same time. Classical music morose at times. However, It all seems to work.

I visited for the first time with a friend for breakfast. This is clearly a popular place as it was busy. There is a good choice on the menu and prices are competitive. I had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon which was delicious. My only niggle was there were two eggs on one muffin. But I guess it would cost more if two muffins were provided. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the cheese garnish gave a great finish. I would certainly recommend this dish. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning.

We did a Groupon, so we weren’t expecting too much. However, all the food was excellent; well cooked, hot and very tasty. Would have been happy to pay full price, which is rare with Groupon deals.Service wasn’t the fastest, but not slow enough to be irritating. If the food it being cooked fresh, it can’t be that fast anyway. We’ve waited a lot longer for some seriously rubbish food elsewhere.I’ve seen a couple of reviews mentioning it being old fashion/outdated. It’s a Victorian style tea room! The background music does need some attention. Not really Victorian. Not sure of the genre, but it felt like it was better suited to a church at times. Will be going back and we’ll see if there’s consistency.

Awful! Really out dated and not in keeping with the people that live in the surrounding streets. Very unwelcoming to children and families from the park right opposite. They are really missing a trick with not catering for the families that live on their doorstep as they are the type of families that will spend a lot of their spare incomes there if they wasn’t so outdated and unwelcoming.

2 months ago I wrote a fab review of this place giving it 5 out of 5 however today my experience was very different. I arrived and was greeted but then had to ask to order as I was left to my own devices for a while ( they were busy so understandable). I ordered eggs florentine - poached eggs with spinach and hollandaise sauce. Unfortu ately when the eggs arrived they weren't runny but firm. I ate the rest of the meal and left the eggs to one side. When it came to pay I had to find someone ( I was pretty much ignored when I ate my meal, no one came to check the food was ok, if I needed anything etc.) I paid and I did explain that my eggs were not runny but hard. The waitress very kindly relayed my comments and I was told someone wished to speak to me about it. I waited outside the kitchen / serving hatch to have this conversation. In the background I could hear the chef saying "well what did she expect"? What I expected were runny, poached eggs. When he did come to see me he told me they were poached to which I said they were clearly boiled eggs. The man continued to say yes but I did use the poaching method which quite frankly I cant argue with as I don't know how he made them. He then went on to say that if people want them runny then they say that. Now I have been here numerous times and have never had to say that or been asked about that - therefore he was clearly lying. He continued to argue with me at which point I told him I didnt like this and walked out. Bear in mind I had my 9 month old son with me. I cannot believe you would treat one of your customers this way and quite frankly I think it's disgusting behaviour and a packet full of lies. I would honestly recommend people go elsewhere- I have never been treated like this and I would hate for anyone else to be either

My husband and I had lunch at Jonathan's today with our daughter and grandson who had come on a visit from London. They frequent some of the best restaurants in London and are very discerning about food. They were absolutely delighted with the quality of the food and the charm of the personnel,.and so were we. The meal consisted of not just what we found on the menu, but it was tailored to our personal requirements, including my grandson's sudden wish to have an afternoon tea at lunch time! The fish and the vegetables were haute cuisine! Thank you very much. I would like to add that the prices are extremely reasonable.

I celebrated my ‘early birthday’ with Friends at Jonathan’s Tea Room in Lightwoods House. We had prebooked a table for a busy Saturday as we had dietary requests. The welcome and service were superb, the set Tea was amazing with a goodly array of sandwich fillings and cakes, so well presented. Our gluten-free Friend was very pleased with her tea and declared the scones to be the very best she’d ever tasted. It was all such a treat from start to finish. A ‘proper’ afternoon tea in a ‘proper’ Tea Room.

My Nan had almost finished her breakfast before I received mine. The quality of the food was average which was expected because of the low price. It has really upset me that an animal has died and has now been cooked and will go into the bin. Serving a vegetarian meat is a big issue, I understand accidents happen and I didn’t want to make a big fuss and spoil our morning together

I have just been for breakfast at Jonathan’s in the Park. I’ve been many time and the service is quite hit and miss. This time, however, I am appalled by the service. The restaurant was empty ( a couple of people were sitting outside but that is all).It took over 15 minutes to bring a cup of tea and one coffee. (After I complained)The staff were too busy messing around and chatting to each other in the kitchen. The food arrived and the waitress actually removed a hair from my plate before putting it down in front of me. There were no management for me to complain to and felt I wasn’t respected as a paying customer. No apology given about the length of time it took. I went to pay and people were rushing to try to get my money off me. Really disappointed in the place.

Service very hit and miss. Have to ask multiple times to get anything. Have been here about 3 times now and not left reviews before as always hoped it was just teething troubles. That appears not to be the case. They really need to up their game with service as they aren’t particularly cheap but it becomes embarrassing when you have to keep asking for the same thing. The most recent time they got the order wrong, and there were only 2 of us. On another occasion we waited absolutely ages for the food, whilst watching people that had come in and ordered after us, being served. I can only assume they had forgotten our order as when we asked where it was, we then waited about another 20 minutes and they came out multiple times to check what we had actually ordered! I will probably give them one more chance, as it should be a good tearoom and I really want to like it.

We took friends here for dinner on Saturday evening. This was our second visit and couldn’t help noticing the restaurant was not even half full as had been the case on our first visit. We really wanted this restaurant to be something special which I’m sure it could be but it just seems to be lacking something which I can’t quite put my finger on. The staff although attentive don’t seem 100% on the ball. I tend to feel a bit nervous we’re going to have to wait ages for food, as per many of the reviews, which would be embarrassing when you’re entertaining guests. The food was good but could be great. I felt the mackerel starter although tasty had been sitting in the oven for a long time as it was quite dry. Surely a beautiful place like this deserves a top notch chef and front of house staff. Real shame, they just need to up their game a bit and the restaurant could be fantastic. Bit disappointing as the house is so beautiful.

Great to see Lightwoods House fully restored and in a variety of uses.I have been to the tea rooms on a few occasions and it has always been pleasant.Nice staff and setting but food has been hit or miss, but always nice cake.Coffee not great - for a decent coffee go to Why Not Coffee round the corner on Bearwood High Street.A group of 6 of us went for Sunday lunch. I assumed they would get the Jonathan's chef's in and provide a more professional offering than the usual tea room. How wrong I was. 4 of us had beef and 2 lamb. All meat was dry, overcooked and had obviously been hanging around for a while - certainly not freshly carved. Two small 'roast' potatoes each, a tiny tasteless Yorkshire pudding each and a couple of bowls of totally overcooked, mushy vegetables. To top it all, jugs of gravy with absolutely no taste whatsoever. At £23.95 for 3 courses, it is not cheap and the main course had no redeeming features whatsoever. Very poor quality and totally overpriced. There are so many cheaper, better quality venues offering Sunday lunches. For a similar price try Little Blackwood in Moseley - top quality food and service. Sorry to be so negative but I really hope they substantially up their game with regards to Sunday lunches or stop them completely and just concentrate on snacks and drinks - the afternoon cream teas looked great.

Visited on a sunday for a late breakfast. Entered at 11.05am to an empty place, only to be told that all the tables are reserved for lunch at 12pm. I explained that it was just a quick breakfast since we had to be somewhere and would be gone much before 12pm. We got seated but it's like they had to have a really good think about it first! I had ordered scrambled eggs with one sausage, and my mum had a full english. Mine had to be returned since my eggs could have entered a swimming contest. When they came back more cooked, they managed to get some kind of chilli powder all over themselves. Who knows why, but it was basically inedible. As I needed to get off, I didn't have time to send them back for a 2nd time. In all fairness, my mum said her breakfast was nice. Overall though, shabby decor (given the beauty of the refurb), signs of early hoarding and a lack of customer service by staff. Won't be returning.

We visited on Easter Bank holiday Monday. We just wanted an ice cream, but not from the mobile ice cream van in the park. It had been forecast that we were to have a hot and sunny weekend, but we were told that they had run out of ice cream, why didn't they take this into consideration, if you order too much at least it wouldn't go off if frozen. Decided we would just have a soft drink, the waitress pointed to a fridge and walked off! Very little choice but we chose 3 bottles, no one around to pay and to give us glasses. We called into the kitchen and a member of staff took our money, we asked for glasses and were told that they only had pint glasses left. It seemed absolutely chaotic.

Iv just returned from our visit to the park and I have to say we have visited the house before without any problems. But this time we were so so disappointed. We sat and ordered our food and drinks 30 mins passed us by without our drinks so I went in to ask for them the lad inside who took our order said he was sorry and would bring them out. 5mins later he came outside to ask for the order again!! I gave it him 10mins later our drinks arrived but no food. After an hour I went into complain about it. The lady on the table behind us was just ordering her food. I asked for our food and they said it would be with us shortly. 10mins later the lady from the table behind received her food ? 15 mins later someone came out to ask if we had ordered food !! By this point we had been waiting over an hour and a half. So once again they apologised and said 5 mins 2 mins later another waitress came to take our order. By this point i really felt like giving up. But then our food arrived the apologies were half hearted and pathetic. God knows what possessed me but afterwards I went inside to order cake. I asked the lady at the counter what cake they had left to which she replied not a lot !!! Ok by this point I’m tell myself to breath because my heart rate has quickened and I’m really feeling like I’m going to lose it. I ordered the cake an stood there for 20mins while three different people served me but didn’t because I still had no bloody cake. The staff were completely incompetent an the one woman actually stood there telling me she wanted to go home. I told the manager that I run a kitchen myself and that I was discussted with the service. To which he said to the woman on the till “just given her the money back for the cake” I had to correct him that it was two cakes and I’m a lady not a her !! That wasn’t even the end of it when I returned to my mother and children outside and told her what happened as she obviously wanted to know why I had been so long. I was approached by a lady who said it was her fathers business and she was sorry for the service but her grandad had 4 days ago. By which point I felt pretty terrible but I still stood my ground and said it was down to the poor attitude of the staff and the fact that they weren’t properly trained. After reading the reviews though this was an issue for other people 3 weeks ago at which point nobody had died and service was still suffering!! Nobody offered any kind of proper apology or compensation.

You would have thought they'd gone out to kill the cow, it took so long to get my beef sandwich, but that couldn't be it because the beef was so dry it had to have taken all that time just to cook. My daughter and mother-in-law ordered eggs benedict but received poached eggs on ordinary toast -- like Wonderloaf. The spotted dick had clearly been taken out, had custard poured on it then reheated. There was no gravy for the beef, no garnishes on any of the dishes and no apologies for the seemingly endless wait. I don't want to waste one more moment on this rubbish restaurant.

I want to begin by saying that I did agree compensation for the appalling treatment we reserved in this restaurant and tea room, but the service was so bad that I felt it a duty to record it for other users as I am not convinced that anything is going to change in this place. We booked for lunch the day before we went and the booking was for 12.30pm.We arrived at 12.25 to be greeted by no one. In fact by 12.35pm I had to go and find someone to assist us with finding our table. When I did find someone she looked at us confused and even when we said we had booked looked confused. She found the booking schedule and even when we pointed out our booking for table 7 she did not seem to know which table that was or where it was.Eventually we were seated and we ordered our drinks and meal and waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Several customers followed us in sat down had their order taken and their food arrived before ours. After a 45 minute wait I went to the kitchen area to ask where our meal was. I was told it would be two minutes. 5 minutes later it arrived. My mum orders a ploughmans and that is what she got. My wife ordered soup and that is what she got. I ordered a Bamburger and what arrived was sausage and mash. Obviously i questioned the wait and the wrong order. The response i got from teh waitress was ridiculous in the extreme when she said (and i quote) "well it takes 35 minutes for the ploughmans to be prepared" We nearly fell off of our chairs because it was a plate of preprepared food. This was a blatent attempt by the waitress to make us look unreasonable and i did not appreciate that at all.I was then told that the food I had ordered would involve a wait and anyway the chip fryer was not working so there were no chips. i reluctantly agreed to have the sausage and mash which i did not want. The first waitress we encountered I would describe as incompetentThe waitress who brought our food had a very unpleasant attitude following our complaint and when I did settle the bill was off hand and rude.At the end I spoke to a chap who I preasumed was the manager who said all the right things but I am not convinced took this at all seriously. He suggested that the service would be much better on our next visit to which I replied there would not be a next visit.i was SERIOUSLY disappointed in a location that bills itself as a cut above the average cafe. I have had better service in a greasy spoon. My reccomendation is that you seriously avoid this establishment like the plague. From looking at other reviews we dont appear to be the only ones who think that either.Get better organsied, better staff and better customer service or your business is heading for the exit door sooner rather than later.

We came here for an afternoon tea and experienced not only fantastic finger sandwiches and delicious cakes but also first class scones with jam and clotted cream! Delicious! The place was crowded but still we got served quite quickly. We were so happy we decided to return for an Irish evening that same night. And what a night it was! The Two Pats singing traditional songs, gold oldies and some newer hits while playing traditional Irish instruments were quite spectacular. But the audience was amazing as well. One of the Two Pats gave out some homemade percussion instruments and so it begun. Literally everyone in the room was singing and beating out the rhythm. That was a night of pure joy and togetherness. One that I haven't experienced for a very long time. We returned again on Thursday night to experience delicious food (the Irish stew was scrumptious) and beautiful Irish music. This time and instrumental trio accompanied the wonderful service. The waitress made sure everyone was happy about the food. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an afternoon tea in an interesting eclectic location with a view of the park. It's also a great place to celebrate togetherness and Irish culture in Birmingham as well as a good place to finish your walk in the park or in the Shakespeare Garden at the back. We will definitely return there again!

It has a quaint and relaxed ambience and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A large group of us attended Sunday for a family meal. All orders were selected prior to arrival, aside from the vegetarian options, which we were told would be presented on the day. There was a single option of a Mediterranean Tart, so no options at all really. All Starters were served and then came the mains. Everybody got served their main meal apart from myself and two others. We waited and watched everyone else finish their entire main before we were told that the chef was just starting to make the tart!?! What!?!20-25 minutes later our mains were served. A dry tart with a few veg no gravy or sauce. One member of our group approached the owner, there was no apology, apparently this is appropriate service these days. The bill was then somehow conveniently over charged by £130, disgusting considering the meal was an 80th birthday party. The place itself is lovely but unfortunately this has put me off recommending or attending again.

We have been meaning to try this place for ages and finally got round to it,a huge mistake! It was a bright sunny day in February and the park was busy luckily we had booked a table and ended up on the one by the door....which meant a constant stream of people wandering in to use toilets, get ice creams etc,it was obvious that it had been a busy day , on asking the waitress if we were the last(it was only 3pm) she replied “hopefully”! We ordered a bottle of white wine which was served warm...and at £26.95 nothing special..An ice bucket was provided with the bottle laid on top, still we persevered. The food we ordered arrived quite fast but it became more obvious that it was the end of the day...my partners Prawn Cocktail was appalling,8 prawns in a watery sauce on a plate with a bit of salad and half a slice of bread and 3 crackers ?? My Pate was ok and I had the other half of the bread slice with 3 crackers ? The following beef was the end of the joint although the veg was hot! Finally we shared a Bread and Butter pudding which was rubbery and the custard had separated. At no point did anybody ask if everything was ok or were we enjoying the food they just seemed determined to close which apparently happens at 5 .We left at 4 feeling overcharged,(£70 thank you very much) and undervalued,we will not be going back or recommending it to any of our friends, such a shame as the setting is beautiful.

Went today for morning coffee at 11.20when we arrived there was two tables taken and the rest of the restaurant was empty but tables were laid with reserved on them. We sat at a table that had dirty dishes on it to be told we couldn’t sit as it was reserved. When I looked at all the other tables they were reserved but for 2.00 and 2.30pmThis seems a very bizarre way to run a business turning people away at 11.30 because the tables are booked at 2.00pmDon’t think we will bother trying again

Joined a friend for a table of 8 to celebrate his Birthday. The entertainment was lively and plentiful with jdifferent musicians joining the group at various times during the night. We wid not eat with the group as we had a prior engagement but joined them as they were finishing their main course and all said it was delicious. They offered a choiiuce of 3 or 4 starters, main course ans dessert and currently have an Irish night every Tuesday and Thursday with different events on other evenings. Great atmoshere, really enjoyed it.

Attended a function there last night- a vegan option having been catered for (which we were initially wrongly told hadn't been booked- despite having been confirmed by email with the individual booking the function). A humus sandwich duly arrived - on which I broke a tooth on a piece of grit- which was accidentally swallowed. As don't know the origins of that grit-this is also not great. The manager on duty not only didn't appear to understand the complaint (stating that the 3 chefs were vegan) but today has made me feel as if I am a gold digger from the experience. Would have preferred to have dealt with this in a more civilised way.

Been really looking forward to trying this out as we were great fans of the original (sadly missed) Jonathans' Restaurant. Décor is very reminiscent of the original and, in fact, we recognised many items there. The menu was typical of the original and was well cooked but not really as described. The prawn and avocado horn was not a horn at all just the ingredients on the plate - tasty but not what was expected for the title. Parfait was excellent but no butter served and the tiniest amount of toast. Stilton fillet was excellent and came with a pot of gravy. However, the Irish pie had the lid partly off and mashed potato sitting under meaning hardly any meat filling and no gravy other than that served on the plate. Great vegetables and plenty of them. The drinks are ridiculously expensive with a pint and a large Merlot coming in at £12.90. I realise they make profit on this but the price of a bottle of Merlot at £27.50 is highway robbery. Beer at £4.50 is also too expensive, especially as the heating is not too warm either. All in all, aspires towards the original but not really there with the service being very very slow and not very attentive.Cannot see us returning.

This is a proper authentic 'tea room' in a lovely setting. We spent much of the afternoon here first for coffee, then lunch and back for a cup of tea after a walk around Lightwoods Park. Was hard to believe we were in a city park and not in a posh country estate. The tea room has a calm, relaxed ambience with friendly, welcoming staff. There is a varied menu which includes brunch, sandwiches & toasties, soup and other light lunch options as well as beautiful home made cakes - all at a reasonable price. We were served very promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The tea room itself is interestingly furnished with antique furniture, art and other period features. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The restaurant was a lovely place. You wait for someone to take your order. It was very busy, there didn't seem to be enough waiting staff. The order was taken and our lunch took about 20 minutes. It was very tasty I had a panini and my friend had a baguette. We had tea for two then we had gateau for our dessert. They also serve food at the front of the building and there is a beautiful garden out the back.

Ate dinner here with friends. The premise is amazing: embed an old-fashioned dining room within Lightwoods house, and serve commensurately old-fashioned dishes. The ambiance meets this brief perfectly, with the high vaulted room having random ornaments and clocks scattered about. The old-fashioned servers took our coats and sat us down. The wine was ridiculously priced - more than £20 for a £4 bottle of wine is profiteering IMO - but the italian house white was pleasant enough and had a dry muscat nose. The menu could have been from a British restaurant from 1935: hearty soups, simple steaks, filling meat pies. We ordered chicken liver pate ( okay) and Crab terrine ( okay) to start. Strangely unseasoned it seemed. Entrees of Beef Wellington, steak au poivre and Irish Pie followed. Hearty food, cooked to death with slightly bland gravy was the order of the day. Again, just like I would expect in 1935. Huge portions, lots of vegetables, no complaints there. It was all, well, a it grey-tasting. The dessert menu was all bread and butter puddings and spotted dicks. We couldn't manage such a heavy dessert after the large stodgy portions. It took almost an hour to receive our bill despite asking three times. In fact the service was strangely artless. A smiling waitress, but somewhat joyless. And slow. A real timewarp restaurant then. Not for me but the mostly older clientele in there seemed to love it. Good luck to them.

Great setting in the park and a lovely surroundings, with plenty to look at and gorgeous classical music. The breakfast menu was very small but the food looked to be reasonably priced. What was totally unnacceptable was the amount of time we had to wait for our food. The place was very quiet and there were three staff that we saw, but we still waited 40 minutes from ordering to receiving our breakfasts. Luckily we were not in a rush, but probably best to avoid this place if you need your breakfast in a hurry.

Very noisy over-priced restaurant - Just a glorified Café. The wine list was a simply typed list of the wine colour and the grape variety - The waiter said all the wines were Italian - we asked to see the House Merlot so we could read the label and he bought the Merlot and a bottle of Lindemans (Cheap Australian) We went for the house red - thin and full of tannin. The starter choices were Jonathans standard but the Main Course food choice was just three beef dishes two chicken and a vegetarian - I chose the chicken pie - the other chicken choice was with pasta which I did not fancy - The pie filling was tasty with plenty of chicken but the pastry was thick and too stodgy to eat. The vegetables were outstanding - well cooked and served in side dishes - stilton cabbage, dauphinoise potatoes, beetroot and glazed carrots. We orderd a small glass of prosecco and it arrived flat with no bubbles - we sent it back

The setting and the excellent renovation of the building deserve a restaurant that provides good food served with care. However, this was not my experience on a recent visit. The three breakfasts we ordered took 50 minutes to arrive at our table (this was not a busy day as it was at 11:00 am during the week and the restaurant was a third full). When they did arrive the poached eggs were solid, the bacon was crisp and dry and the plates were extremely hot). The reason for this was that our orders had been forgotten and left to go cold. When I visited the toilet I had to walk past the kitchen area where I could see two kitchen staff grilling our order to heat it up.We paid for our drinks, but refused to eat the substandard food. This is a shame as the setting deserves a restaurant that can serve decent well prepared food.

The food was just as I remembered from the original Jonathan’s by what was the Warley Bowl, the few original home cooked a la kart restaurants around. Everything was perfect to impress brother and wife this must be the new place to go and it’s a shame there are no signs so look out for the banners on lightwoods Park, I think because it is a listed building but don’t know. Ps the soup was to die for and beef in pastry terrific, highly recommend

Prior to arrival we spoke on the phone and Jonathan’s were really helpful in our planning and understanding of the circumstances we were booking for. Upon arrival we were greeted with plates of gorgeous sandwiches (made with lovely bread),a beautiful selection of cakes and fresh tea and coffee. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Not only were the food and staff lovely the grounds were beautiful. A fitting location. Thank you.

Visited here today as I had heard some good reviews. However, not much to be impressed over two of us had ploughmans lunch, one of the main ingredients was left off the plate, although when I asked about it they did bring it over 10 mins after we started our lunch. But strangely enough no salad on the plate not even a little bit of garnish which I did expect as it was a ploughmans lunch. Another member of our party had the steak burger which was very tough, and she did get some salad with her meal, which was well past the sell by date lettuce wilted, cuecumber looked like it had been chewed the beetroot was as dry as cardboard! Definitely not a second visit to this place

We went here for lunch and were looking forward to it. The setting is excellent and possibly best in area. However we soon realised the setting was the only plus point. The service was very slow, they forgot one order and blamed it on a gas shut off valve. (Other people's food still coming). The food was below average with the burgers being of the greasy tinned variety. The prices are not cheap either. The old guy serving was on his own as the rest of the staff were hiding in the back and not helping. We will not be visiting again.

The current store manager at the Costa coffee next to Greggs , short lady with glasses and blonde hair! Is completely and utterly an unhinged racist!! On Sunday 2nd February she verbally attacked a lady for moving a a chair, squared up in her face and attempted to attack her! She became angry the more she couldn’t get a reaction of the customer who was a young polite woman! She was forceable removed by a staff another member! The rest of the staff didn’t react which tells me they are used to her unhinged behaviour! The staff member who had to remove the store manager needs a pay rise!
