Jolly Catering in Wolverhampton

Another great food experience with Jolly caters. An excellent recommendation by Nav @ Jolly caters the Soya tikka naan. Speechless .... It was so tasty definitely worth trying. Not forgetting the Amritsari Fish naan another favourite. Thank you Nav and the team for my last minute. Com.order for the Chicken Samosa, Aloo tikki , Paneer spring rolls and Vegetable Samosa. The food was amazing once again.

Visit 20/5/21Ordered food to eat and takeaway, ordered samosa chat, chilli paneer, masala chicken tikka chips, 2 curries and naan breads to take home. Starters were ok, chips were very salty. The curries and naan bread was very poor both curries were the same bland and salty, chicken curries and tikka were made using thigh meat and the naans were ready made out of a packet, not cooked in a clay oven. No fancy boxes like you see on Facebook. Won't be going back

This has to be the WORST Indian takeout we’ve EVER had, I apologies for the blunt review but I should be getting the real apology! the chicken was poor, full of veins and ligaments, the jalfrezi was like water and was so so bland ive never known a curry like it, my actual 2 year old could eat it and she’s never been able to try a “spiced” curry ! I’ve never had pilau rice included peas and carrots it was not nice, the naan was ok! And the samosas were the only thing that was nice and that’s because they taste some what exactly like sachins deli tikka samosas, in Wolverhampton town. The price even thought he curries were cheaper than my average place (Pearl of Bengal) the total I spent was £25 that was 1 curry 1 rice 1 naan, tikka pakora, chips, 4 samosa where as on average at Pearl of Bengal I’ll spend £25 to £30 on 2 curries 2 rice bottle of coke tikka naan chips pakora and tikka starter they also include salad and popadoms I’m so disappointed it’s unreal ! The amount of good reviews this place has I’m starting to think they’re Bot reviews.

Beautiful food from Jolly Catering as per usual! Have used Jolly Catering a numerous times before and it just gets better! 5* food with 5* customer service, cannot go wrong!

Jolly catering always delivers! I ordered food multiple times in the last couple weeks from here. Every dish was fresh and tasted really nice. Definitely one of the best places for Indian food in the Midlands.The food always tastes amazing and service is great! Would highly recommend.

this is the worst curry i have ever tasted in my life had 2 mouthfuls had to throw it away the only good thing i can say is if you are a salt lover you will love this that is the only thing you can taste terrible.

Best of the absolute best! Tried many places in Wolverhampton, but nowhere compares to Jolly's. Their food is always fresh, staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They do the best Samosas and their curries are to die for! A little tip - if you want something off-menu, just call up 20 minutes before and they always accommodate. These guys know their stuff.

Called up and placed an order. On arrival to pick up my order I wanted to add a few extra things and despite being extremely busy, they made the extras I’d asked for. Fresh & piping hot! Highly recommend Jolly’s, especially for all your Diwali sweet treats! The gulab jamun

When working in Walsall I ordered a huge mix of veg and meat samosas and other delights to take home to north Wales and the service and communication was fantastic. The food - amazing. I’ve popped in before numerous times for lunch when working in the area and never been disappointed. I’ll be using them for future work functions

My friend recommended Jollys to me so I decided to give it a go for my sisters birthday. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful in helping make sure the food was exactly how we wanted it. The guests loved the food and wanted to know where we ordered from. I have heard of Jolly's and they have catered for me few yrs ago but we went to them again for a quote and from the point we sat down we felt they were meeting our needs. Not pushing anything onto us we didn't want.Great service and delivery and my guests loved the food

I absolutely love the food from Jolly’s!! It’s so fresh and full of flavour! My fav is the channa curry, onion bhajis, chilli paneer, masala chips...basically everything! Defo worth a visit if your in Wolverhampton!

Don't let the fact that they operate from a small industrial estate put you off. This is a very professionally run business, that has served the public for a great many years. It doesn't matter if you want a quick snack, or catering for industrial quantities of food, you will be pleasantly surprised. Most of the food is actually cooked fresh, so large orders should be pre-booked ! Been coming here for food for years. Fresh, clean and tasty - also the staff are very respectful & helpful and they also accept card too which makes it convenient.

I have aways known Jolly Catering to be very popular around the Wolverhampton area and therefore ordered food in for an 18th birthday and I must say the food did not disappoint. From start to finish the service was excellent when dealing with my requests and the food was out of this world. Many guests at my event were asking who did the food and were amazed at the quality. I will 100% be using Jolly Catering for my future events! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 STARS!!

We have used Jollys catering for a couple of years now over multiple events, every dish is delicious, great flavours, everyone always raves about the food and asks where we got it! So professional and well organised too which is a just a bonus!

Another exceptional meal provided from Jolly caterers. Desi food made at restaurant standards. I would highly recommend jolly caterers for any party or event. The service they provide is excellent. Hats off to the owners and the chefs. Veg or non veg this is definitely a caterers you need to try.

After a friends recommendation, I have placed an order for our party in August. Whilst there, I thought I will take home a small selection so we can try at home.I bought chicken curry, a large rice, masala noodles,a veg samosa , a chicken samosa, a lamb samosa and a naan bread.I am so glad I tried it first. It was beautiful I am so looking forward to our party food now. You have gained another satisfied customer.

We took a takeaway from Jolly’s for our staycation with friends and everyone was so pleased with the food! The quality, taste and presentation of the food was excellent! You’d never think that from a little unit behind a tyre depot that such food could spring. My first visit and only tried some of the meat dishes but truly impressed. Will now move into the vegetarian ones. Maybe the best thing is that everything is available to heat at home meaning you can collect during the day and eat later when you’re ready. This effectively takes the stress out of ordering, collecting or waiting for a late delivery man to arrive because you’ve already got your food and can bung it in the oven at any time. Brilliant concept. Well done Jolly and good luck to you.

Always a bit dubious of using places being a chef only use places I know well or know the chefs. Jolly catering was recommended to me by a close friend. Staff were nice & friendly when I went in to pick up our order. Omg so glad we tried it, the food was superb and full of flavour. The lamb in the curry just melted in your mouth, lamb kebabs were bursting with flavour, chicken curry was delicious, Masala chips were great. My daughter is a veggie she loved the panneer spring roll, mixed veg curry & especially the masala Indian noodles which were sweet but then with a lovely spicy kick. Once you have tried JC you'll never buy from a takeaway restaurant again. These guys beat them ten times over on flavours, freshness & price. We greedily ordered lg containers but could have got away with sm or med got enough for tomorrow as well now. Portions are generous. Guys well done, I'll definitely be using you guys again and have already recommended to friend's & family. Totally stuffed now.

What a wonderful place and brilliant staff especially NavKiran!!!We ordered lunch for work back in April 2020 and the service was excellent. The food was delivered at the requested time and was piping hot. I have eaten at a lot of places but this was absolutely wonderful, the portions were great and the food tasted absolutely wonderful. We also got an NHS discount to boot which was much appreciated in these difficult times. I got a takeout delivered from Jolly’s the other day and the food was delicious! I got a variety of starters which were all super tasty, but the paneer spring rolls were defo the favourite!! The Soya jalfrezi was also a massive hit. Texture was great and I actually preferred it to a chicken curry. The Samosa chaat was amazing too. Overall, everything was flavoured really well and the food was a big hit for us. Can’t wait to order again and try more dishes!!

We have recently used Jolly Catering for a lockdown birthday party for my sister in law. She’s a front line worker so we wanted to get her all her favourite food and she had always raves about Jolly’s - and I can see why! The food arrived safely, piping hot and delicious. The portions were generous and everything was fairly priced, but let’s talk about the important part - the taste!! It was like eating my own mums cooking, so wholesome and authentic. Thank you for helping us celebrate during these ambitious times.

We use Jollys most weeks for delicious food. All our family love the samosas from here and grandchildren love their Gulabjamans.

The food from Jollies is really tasty and well packaged, we have used Jollies for snacks, parities and lunch. The team are friendly and extremely helpful. We normally book, but you can just turn up and the waiting time is not excessive. Great food at reasonable prices.

We ordered for a small family function. All the guests commented on how great the food was and will definitely be using again! Prices are very competitive as well.

Food was good, but too much salt in lamb, rasmalai, wasn't so good, been let down the last few times with the rasmalai, although they have been told, they keep making the same mistake

I bought fish pakora and some another Indian food but fish pakora was very bad means no fresh fish and curry had no any taste.

Needed food for a family occasion. No fuss as food was sorted promptly. Most importantly the food was delicious. Great family run independent catering company. Best in Wolverhampton by far! And even I would say it's the best catering company in the West Midlands! 5* all round. Well done guys!

when we found this gem over 4 years ago, we have used this place for all our partys, great to see they pulled all the stops again for my son 21st.

Tratamos este lugar anoche y quedamos muy impresionados con la calidad de la comida. Todo estaba lleno de sabor, incluso el arroz pilau verduras que era lo suficientemente bueno para comer en su propio. Los precios son mucho más baratos que cualquier otra cosa que he visto por aquí, he añadido algunas fotos del menú, así que usted puede ver los precios. Sin duda recomiendo el plato pollo tikka (fácilmente compartido entre 2 porción tamaño como entrante), también el cordero al curry era increíble. Sin duda volveremos.

Fui a numerosas sugerencias de Jolly después de colegas en el Midlands y no me decepcionó! Después de explicar mi situación y cómo lo dejé de último minuto para la orden, la señorita que me atendió, ayudado a que la mente y me aseguró que incluso en su agitado período de Navidad que sería capaz de tomar mi pedido. Me invitaron a hablar pronto después (un Jolly hombre encantador que está a la altura de su apodo! Mi menú) que discuten, el personal y los requisitos cubiertos, seguido por una degustación de los productos que había elegido. La comida fue fenomenal, ahora todo el mundo sabía por qué había sido tan favorables de este lugar. Me confirmaron el pedido con el Jas (jolly) y tenía la confianza de máximo que alegre y su equipo entregar en el día de la fiesta de Navidad. Finalmente llegó el día y Alegre no me defraudó. El menú era de lo posible y que estaba muy bien presentado. El personal espera que Jolly siempre fue muy profesional, educado y servicial en todos los aspectos del evento. Sin duda recomendaría utilizar para todo trabajo y Jollys inicio eventos. En un catering Top no tan top precio! Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Un buen lugar para comer normalmente. Sin embargo compré algunos pinchos que no era genial. Un lote mixto de diferentes sabores y especias. Muy, muy salada y picante.

It was my daughter who brought Jolly Catering to my attention. I've only had the fish pakora, veg samosa and onion bahgis, but they have never failed to satisfy my taste buds every time.I order a good batch which I've found I can keep in the fridge for three days. I have quite a gentle tummy, so this is my litmus paper test. Highly rated from a very fussy eater who rarely eats out.

I use this place a lot and it never fails. Fast reliable service, even when they are busy a you are always served quickly. Wonderful India food.

Following attendance at a NYE event (2015) which was catered by Jolly's Catering, we were extremely dissatisfied by not only the food but the timing of the food. Jolly's obviously were not suitably equipped to manage large scale events (of approx. 700 people) as the main courses were served @ 11:20pm which is just not acceptable. The starters were nice but the main course was extremely average (at best) but also, there was not enough food! Of a table with 11 adults, we were served 1 x small Balti dish of Lamb curry. More lamb followed some 20 minutes later but I personally do not enjoy eating in phases! The service team could not manage our complaints - to say "it isn't our fault' is not what I call customer service. In fact, some of the waitresses were quite rude.I would definitely not recommend Jolly's catering in any capacity as they simply cannot manage expectations and the quality of the food is sub-standard. I would also never attend any event @ the Royale Banqueting Suite in Wolverhampton!

I had some guest turn up unannounced. I didn't have enough food. So I drove down to Jolly's and it was very busy, I did go on Christmas Eve. However I put my order in and I received it straight away piping hot. Perfect. Jolly's you saved me. Thank you so much. I will defiently be using you again.

Not impressed with the customer service at this place and would not ever purchase anything from them again. I ordered starters and main for 20 persons and at first they forgot to include my raita, when I called he said don't you have any yoghurt at home! I wouldnt of ordered if I wanted to serve plain yoghurt and had enough at home.Then the following day we was about to eat some left over samosa and chana but chana were letting out an awful smell. We had only heated what we needed the night before and once they had cooled down just like the rest of the daals they were put in the fridge. I called today and the rude man said we only guarantee food on the day u take it and in life nothing is guaranteed you are breathing now and in a few minutes you could be dead. I hung up on him as I only called to let him know and not because I wanted any sort of compensation, if I did it wouldn't be chick peas one of the cheapest dishes I would complain about. Bad customer service, in life I have not ever written a review but felt I really needed everyone to let everyone know how rude this man was.

We have used Jollys on a few occasions for food for our quiz and curry nights, catering for about 60 people. Always great food, and they are very helpful, and the price is good.

Being indian - i can tell the difference between a average/great/good indian place and this place is amazing! Its such a good find! Food tastes great, nice and made to your spice! Not to oily or buttery! Most of all great priced! I had the caterers for a family wedding and we received so many compliments on the food!!!

Me and my partner went in there for the first time.the indian lady who server us was not that helpful she come across missarble and rude.we order 130.00 pounds worth of food which was terrible no one like it at our party it was so hot you could not taste it no flavor at all.i ask for vegetable curry they done veg curried.the chicken curry was horrid.and when my partner phone jollys the same women who served us answers the phone to be rude to my partner.she needs some learning how to respect custom.i will not recommend this place and never order from there again.what a wast of our hard earn money.get better people with manors working for you that's my advice.!

If you like authentic Indian food you must try this place. Excellent value for money money and friendly staff. I recommend the fish pakoras.

Jolly catering is based on a small industrial estate on the outskirts ot Wolverhapton it looks like an industrial unit however go through the front door and you will find a small counter area, they are mainly a caterer but sell freshly made Indian food to take away. Excellent value for money Veg Samosa 20p, lamb samosa 40p etc all freshly made on the premises.
