My first visit in Jollibee Earls Court tonight, surprised of the French fries price-£1.99 and a very tiny portion of the gravy - calling it a medicine pot. I agree with crunchy coating but the baking powder after taste is not nice and the baking powder smell is more pronounced when you burp. I am sure many won't agree, sorry this is just my honest review.

This is the worst spot on the earls court highstreet. My first time going there and i’ve left 25 minutes later with a refund. Go literally anywhere else and it will be better.

Didn’t go to the restaurant but ordered online for the kids and me waited over 45 mins to then get a message to say the order has been cancelled so now I’m over £30 out of pocket for a few days and no food for the kids This was the first time we was going to try this place and I can confidently say the last time

It's ok but quite busy when I came in on Friday, Was waiting up to 18 minutes for my order. In part due to having a lot of delivery drivers waiting a while and have a staff member doing the packing by themself which he looked stressed out about 9ish pm. The women who took my order had to help him out but had to wait longer for my order and that why. The drivers were shouting to the point that I had to say to some of them, that they are doing them best, which did help. The staff did try their best but was not happy about my order. Did contact jollibee on their review, it's said that they would get back to me in 24 hrs but did not get back till Monday. Which is bad service 😔 for a company. Would make me think a lot of going back.

The food was cold and tasted fishy other then that the chips were okay but the burgers weren’t even properly cooked and the employees tried to avoid us when we asked them to reheat the burger and tried to cover each other and the food was raw and it looks like it wasn’t made fresh , they weren’t nice when we asked them to change it .
