Poor bar staff always on there phone and when it was buys just one on the bar had to wait ages on a drink

We were in Sylvesters which is Jokers function suite (Allegedly) There was no light at the entrance, which resembled main street Beirut with rubbish everywhere. Inside it was cold. (Heating fault?) Dingy and in need of a good 're decoration. Prices were not advertised and seemed to change. The bar person was very sombre. There were no alcohol free/low alcohol options and it was cash only ( Like Del Boys) Verdict.....Give it a miss.

Thanks to the staff at the Jokers club. Private party for our party of 80+. Bar staff couldn’t have been nicer, DJ (Mark) I thunk was class and we had such a fantastic night. Dancing on the seats, old school family night out. Absolute gem of a place

Metimos en un par de pintas antes de la cena. Necesidad urgente de decoración - especialmente en el piso. La cerveza era buena, que es la parte importante supongo. No puedo decir que tengo prisa por regresar.

Bien conocido por su función jokers dulce gratis es ideal para una fiesta privada o una función, con un largo y un montón de personal para hacer frente a la situación, los precios no están mal. La última vez que estuve aquí fue hace 40 años, y la función de abajo dulce no ha cambiado en absoluto. Muchas mesas y una pista de baile de tamaño razonable. 151 Sea Road, Methil, Levenmouth KY8 2EE Scotlandvery pricey, milkshake was basically milk, ice cream had no flavour of oreo ect just plain vanilla. waffle was okay just very much loaded with too much sauce. very very over priced for what it should be. shop was very bland for a dessert shop, the sweets at the back was half empty, the tubs that the sweets where in almost looked dirty. we wont be back

28-30 Kirk Wynd, Kirkcaldy KY1 1EH ScotlandVisited this lunchtime with service users. Food was ok although 2 of the baked potatoes were very small with hardly any filling, the 3 filled rolls all good, no complaints. The issue arose when it came to paying, quite disorganised. The gentleman became visibly stressed, struggled to find the price of most items. We needed individual receipts + as the till didn't print these, they needed to be hand written, he didn't know what to do + when he asked for help he was told "he's busy" + "I've not a clue,sorry", there was a woman standing close by who looked like she could've helped but didn't. I made eye contact a couple of times but she just let him muddle on through. I ended up saying to him to forget about the receipts and I would do them myself on return to work. He was so anxious, really felt for him. He needed support + didn't get any. Wasn't a pleasant experience. I've worked with adults with additional support needs for nearly 20 years + have an autistic stepson. I'm all for places like Sensoriale but please support the staff to be the best that they can be.
